Abstract

Cette invention concerne une orthèse comportant une surface de soutien plantaire sur laquelle l'avant-pied prend appui. La surface de soutien plantaire comporte deux parois situées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre. L'une des parois soutient la partie externe du gros orteil et l'autre soutient la partie externe du petit orteil. Ces parois servent à immobiliser la zone de l'avant-pied, en particulier le gros orteil, avec efficacité pour supprimer ou réduire la douleur associée avec le mouvement du gros orteil comme dans l'hallux limitus ou l'hallux rigidus.
