基于无线局域网络的信息推送方法、 装置及系统
本申请要求于 2012年 3月 2日提交中国专利局、申请号为 201210052696.3 中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及无线局域网通信领域, 尤其涉及一种基于无线局域网络的 信息推送方法、 装置及系统。 背景技术 推送(Push ), 指的是信息发布者(服务器端)主动向信息接收者 (客 户端)提供信息的一种业务形式。 目前流行的推送形式有很多种。 比如, 在用户使用某些聊天工具的时候, 会时不时有新闻推送给用户。
WiFi ( Wireless Fidelity , 无线保真), 从 1997 年无线局域网标准 IEEE802.il发布以来,在拥有众多在业界领先的公司组成的 WiFi联盟的大 力推动下, 同时以其具有的部署快速、 使用便利和传输速率高等优势, 发 展迅猛, 由于现在的笔记本电脑、 PDA和手机等都支持 WiFi技术, 用户具 有移动办公等需求, WiFi技术被广泛应用于各个行业, WiFi网络的接入点 遍布于酒店、咖啡厅、 学校和医院等场所,可以说 WiFi在生活中无所不在。
WiFi 网络的特点是有一个 WiFi接入点 (接入点, 英文全称: Access
Point, 以下简称: AP ), AP通过无线接口为其覆盖区域内的无线终端, 包 括支持 802.11协议的站点 (站点, 英文全称: Station, 以下简称: STA ), 提供网络接入服务, 其覆盖区域半径为数十米到数百米不等。
现在无线局域网络如 WiFi网络使用越来越广泛。 目前还没有在无线局 域网络如 WiFi网络中实现推送的技术, 如何在无线局域网络如 WiFi网络 中实现信息的推送成为研究的热点。 发明内容 本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种基于无线局域网络 的信息推送方法、 装置及系统, 能够在无线局域网络中实现信息推送。 为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于无线局域网络 的信息推送方法, 包括:
生成推送信息指示消息, 所述推送信息指示消息中包括一个或多个推 送信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分类 号、 分类名称中的至少一种;

本发明实施例中所述无线局域网络可以为 WiFi网络, 所述无线访问接 入点可以为 WiFi接入点或者微基站等, 下面以无线局域网络为 WiFi网络、 无线访问接入点为 WiFi接入点为例来说明本发明所提供的各实施例。
请参见图 1 ,是本发明的基于无线局域网络的信息推送系统的结构组成 示意图, 本实施例的所述系统包括: 包括至少一个无线访问接入点 API和 至少一个无线终端 2,无线终端 2可以为 STA。所述无线访问接入点可以为 WiFi接入点。
本实施例中, 信息发布者向 API提供供发送的推送信息后, 所述 API 生成推送信息指示消息广播给覆盖范围内的所有无线终端, API 覆盖范围 内的各无线终端在接收到所述推送信息指示消息后, 根据所述推送信息指 示消息所指示的方式接收 API 后续发送的推送信息以显示给用户。 所述 API 发送的推送信息指示消息的作用在于为无线终端预告本 AP有哪些推 送信息待推送, 以及推送的时间等信息, 方便无线终端接收。
具体的, 所述 API可通过信标帧 Beacon携带该推送信息指示消息。信 息发布者可通过所述 API的 Beacon向所述无线终端指示自己有哪些信息推 送, 所述无线终端通过 Beacon即可知道所述 API将会推送的信息, 并按照 Beacon指示的方式接收所述 API后续推送的包括推送信息内容的信息帧。
具体请参见图 2, 是图 1中的 WiFi接入点 AP的结构组成示意图, 以 API为例进行说明, 其他 AP的处理方式与 API相同。 所述 API包括: 处理模块 11 , 用于生成推送信息指示消息, 所述推送信息指示消息中 包括一个或多个推送信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分类号、 分类名称中的至少一种;
广播模块 12, 用于广播所述推送信息指示消息;
推送模块 13 , 用于发送所述推送信息。
在获取到信息发布者需要发送的推送信息后, 所述处理模块 11根据这 些推送信息, 生成推送信息指示消息。 具体可在 Beacon中添加一个信息元 素作为推送信息指示消息, 用于指示相应的推送信息, 该信息元素的结构 可为下述表 1的格式:

其中的元素标识 Element ID用于表示本信息元素在 Beacon中的标识 号, 该信息元素用于表示推送信息指示消息; 长度 Length用于指示该信息 元素中数据部分的长度, 即表 1中的除了元素头 Element ID和 Length外的 其他字段的数据长度; 分类类别表示该推送信息指示消息所指示的推送信 息的类别, 可以为一个分类号或者分类名称等, 类别可包括服装类、 饮食 类、 电器类等, 便于用户根据需要过滤; 信息摘要(摘要, digest )是所述 处理模块 11对该推送信息指示消息所指示的推送信息的内容进行摘要运算 得到的结果, 或者直接就是该推送信息的编号, 其可以用来识别其指示的 推送信息是否和之前的推送信息重复; 开始时间则表示所述推送模块 13推 送该推送信息指示消息所指示的推送信息的推送时间, 以便于 STA能够及 时使用 WiFi功能接收所述推送信息。 一条推送信息指示消息可以指示一个 或多个推送信息, 一个信息元素可以指示一个或多个推送信息。 表 1 中示 出了一个信息元素中指示两个推送信息的情况。
需要说明的是, 上述的在 Beacon 中添加的信息元素中的元素标识 Element ID、 长度 Length是信息元素必需的字段, 而分类类别、 信息摘要 以及开始时间这几个字段可根据实际需要由相关技术人员选择其中的一个 或多个进行配置, 也可以对这些字段进行分拆或合并等修改, 如可将分类 类别字段分拆成分类号、 分类名称这两个字段, 也可以增加一些字段, 并 不局限于上述表 1所示的结构, 例如表 2的结构, 只需提示用户元素标识 Element ID、 长度 Length以及推送信息的分类类别即可。

所述广播模块 12可以根据具体需要, 在所述处理模块 11生成了推送 信息指示消息后, 立即广播该生成的推送信息指示消息, 也可以根据预定 的时间间隔周期性广播相应的推送信息指示消息。
所述推送模块 13用于向所述无线终端 2推送相应的推送信息, 在该信 息有推送时间要求时, 在推送时间到来时, 发送这些具有时间要求的推送 信息。
具体的, 所述推送模块 13发送的相应推送信息的信息帧的格式可以为 如下表 3所示的结构:

该推送模块 13工作在 MAC层, 其推送的数据单位是 MAC帧, 每个 MAC帧包括所述 MAC头。 MAC层的上层可以是 IP层, MAC层承担 IP 层的数据传输业务。 因此, 在 MAC帧的数据部分, 携带有 IP头和推送信 息的具体数据内容, 例如一些文本信息、 图片信息等内容。
进一步具体的, 如图 2所示, 所述处理模块 11可包括:
获取单元 111 , 用于获取一个或多个推送信息的索引信息;
生成单元 112,用于生成包括所述一个或多个推送信息的索引信息的推 送信息指示消息。
所述处理模块 11可以通过所述的获取单元 111根据摘要算法等方式来 提取推送信息的信息摘要, 如可以釆用哈希运算方法对所述推送信息的内 容进行运算获得信息摘要, 和 /或根据所述推送信息的内容中包括的关键字 等方式来确定推送信息的分类类别。再通过所述生成单元 112生成上述表 1 或者表 2所述的推送信息指示消息。
可选地, 在本发明提供的一种 WiFi接入点的一个实施例中, 对于具有 推送时间要求的推送信息, 所述处理模块 11还用于确定一个或者多个推送 信息所对应的推送时间, 并在所述推送信息指示消息中包含所述推送时间; 而所述推送模块 13可具体用于在所述推送时间, 发送所述一个或多个推送 信息中与所述推送时间相对应的推送信息。 即根据时间, 向覆盖范围内的 无线终端广播推送信息。
可选地, 在本发明提供的一种 WiFi接入点的一个实施例中, 在广播模 块 12广播推送信息指示消息之后, 无线终端可根据用户的要求, 生成订阅 请求消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包含所述无线终端要获取的一个或多个推 送信息的索引信息, 并将该订阅请求消息发送给 AP 1。
进一步具体的, 如图 2所示, 所述 WiFi接入点 API还可以包括: 判断模块 14, 用于判断是否接收到所述无线终端根据推送信息指示消 息发送的订阅请求消息;
响应模块 15, 用于在所述判断模块 14的判断结果为是时,根据接收到 的订阅请求消息, 向所述无线终端发送订阅响应消息, 所述订阅响应消息 包括用于提示订阅成功或失败的信息。
位置获取模块 16, 用于在确定所述无线终端订阅成功后, 获取所述无 线终端的位置信息;
所述推送模块 13具体用于, 根据所述位置获取模块 16确定的所述无 线终端的位置信息, 向所述无线终端推送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送 信息中对应于所述位置信息的推送信息。 即根据无线终端的位置, 向该无 线终端单播与该位置相对应的推送信息, 如当获取到无线终端位于某一手 机展台的位置范围内, 且该无线终端订阅了该手机展台相关的推送信息并 订阅成功, 则 API就会向该无线终端发送对应于该手机展台的推送信息。
也就是说, 所述 API还可以根据用户的需求, 按照订阅请求消息进行 初步筛选, 选择性地向用户发送各推送信息。 并根据用户 (或无线终端) 所处的实际位置, 向该用户发送特定的推送信息, 例如在一些展馆中, API 向在不同的展台位置的用户发送不同的推送信息, 比如给在手机展台的用 户发送一些手机产品信息, 给在电视展台的用户发送电视产品信息。
其中, 所述的位置获取模块 16可通过 WiFi方式获取所述无线终端的 位置信息, 即用户通过无线终端周期性地向所述 API和多个辅助 AP (如图 1中的除 API外的其他三个 AP )上报位置配置信息和上报时间, 所述 API 则根据本身接收到的无线终端上报的位置配置信息及其上报时间, 其他辅 助 AP传输过来的该无线终端的位置配置信息及其相应的上 时间, 以及 API和其他多个辅助 AP的位置坐标,综合运算得到所述无线终端的坐标即 位置。 当然, 所述位置获取模块 16还可通过现有的 GPS等定位系统获取所 述无线终端实时上报的位置, 来获取所述无线终端的位置信息。
可选地, 在本发明提供的一种 WiFi接入点的一个实施例中, 对于具有 推送时间要求的推送信息, 所述处理模块 11还用于确定一个或者多个推送 信息所对应的推送时间, 并在所述推送信息指示消息中包含所述推送时间。 并且, 在广播模块 12广播推送信息指示消息之后, 无线终端可根据用户的 要求, 生成订阅请求消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包含所述无线终端要获取 的一个或多个推送信息的索引信息, 并将该订阅请求消息发送给 AP1。 所 述推送模块 13具体用于在所述推送时间, 根据所述无线终端的位置信息, 向所述无线终端发送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送信息中对应于所述位 置信息并对应于所述推送时间的推送信息。 即根据时间和无线终端的位置, 向该无线终端单播相应的推送信息。
再请参见图 3 , 是图 1中的无线终端的结构组成示意图, 以无线终端 2 为例进行说明, 其他无线终端的结构可以与无线终端 2相同。 所述无线终 端 2可以包括:
通信模块 21 , 用于接收 WiFi接入点生成并广播的推送信息指示消息; 接收模块 22 , 用于根据所述推送信息指示消息,接收所述 WiFi接入点 发送的推送信息;
显示模块 23, 用于显示所述接收模块 22接收到的推送信息;
其中, 所述 WiFi接入点生成的推送信息指示消息包括一个或多个推送 信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分类号、 分类名称中的至少一种。
所述无线终端 2通过所述通信模块 21接收推送信息指示消息, 知晓广 播该推送信息指示消息的 API 具有哪些待推送的信息以及推送时间等信 息, 便于所述接收模块 22按照所述推送信息指示消息的指示, 接收 API 后续发送的推送信息的内容。
具体地, API 可以以广播的形式发送推送信息, 具体可以为, 所述推 送信息指示消息中还可以包含所述一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时 间, API 按照各推送信息所对应的推送时间, 在推送时间到来时, 广播与 所述推送时间相对应的推送信息。 无线终端 2的所述接收模块 22可以按照 所述推送信息指示消息中所指示的一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时 间, 在某一推送时间到来时, 接收 API广播的与该到来的推送时间相对应 的推送信息。 所述接收模块 22可以在相应的推送时间到来时, 唤醒无线终 端的 WiFi功能接收与该到来的推送时间相对应的推送信息。
进一步的, 如图 3所示, 所述无线终端 2还可以包括:
订阅模块 24,用于在所述通信模块 21接收到所述广播的推送信息指示 消息后, 根据接收到的所述推送信息指示消息生成订阅请求消息, 所述订 阅请求消息中包含向所述无线访问接入点请求获取的一个或多个推送信息 的索引信息;
在所述通信模块 21接收到推送信息指示消息时, 可以将所述推送信息 指示消息通过所述显示模块 23显示给用户查看, 由用户根据推送信息指示 消息进行手动选择, 来选择性地订阅用户感兴趣的推送信息, 所述订阅模 块 24在接收到用户的订阅选择指令后, 进行相应的订阅操作; 或者在所述 通信模块 21接收到推送信息指示消息后, 所述订阅模块 24根据预先设置 好的包括分类类别和 /或关键字的过滤条件自动进行过滤选择, 完成相应的 订阅操作。 其中, 所述订阅模块 24完成的所述订阅操作, 包括生成订阅请 求消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包含所述无线终端要获取的一个或多个推送 信息的索引信息。 这种情况下, 所述显示模块 23还用于显示所述通信模块 21接收到的所述推送信息指示消息。
所述通信模块 21还用于向所述 WiFi接入点发送所述订阅请求消息, 并接收所述 WiFi接入点根据所述订阅请求消息发送的订阅响应消息, 所述 订阅响应消息包括用于提示订阅成功或失败的信息。
所述接收模块 22具体用于在所述通信模块 21接收到所述 WiFi接入点 发送的订阅成功的响应消息后,根据所述推送信息指示消息,接收所述 WiFi 接入点发送的所述订阅请求消息所请求获取的推送信息中对应于所述无线 终端的位置信息的推送信息。 当确定所述无线终端订阅成功后, 所述 WiFi 接入点可以获取所述无线终端的位置信息, 可以通过基于 WiFi的位置获取 方式,或者通过无线终端直接上传的 GPS或其他定位信息的位置获取方式, 获取无线终端的位置, 以确定无线终端是否到达预定位置, 在获取所述无 线终端位于某一预定位置范围内时, 就向所述无线终端发送对应于该预定 位置的推送信息。 也可以釆用其他方法来获取无线终端的位置, 本发明对 此不作限定。 所述 WiFi接入点可以存储有各个推送信息所对应的预定位置 的信息, 所述预定位置是所述 WiFi接入点所覆盖的范围内的一个特定的位 置范围, 如一个大的展馆里的其中一个展台的位置范围, 当所述 WiFi接入 点获取到无线终端位于该展台的位置范围内, 且该无线终端订阅了该展台 相关的推送信息并订阅成功, 则所述 WiFi接入点就会向该无线终端发送对 应于该展台的推送信息。
所述的订阅请求消息可具体釆用如下表 4的信息帧格式:

所述接收模块 22具体用于在所述通信模块 21接收到所述 WiFi接入点 发送的订阅成功的响应消息后, 根据所述推送信息指示消息中指示的所述 推送时间, 接收所述 WiFi接入点发送的所述订阅请求消息所请求获取的推 送信息中对应于所述无线终端的位置信息并对应于所述推送时间的推送信 息。 即, 所述 WiFi接入点可以根据时间和无线终端的位置, 向该无线终端 单播相应的推送信息。
另外, 可选地, 所述无线终端 2还可以包括:
过滤模块 25,用于对所述通信模块 21接收到的推送信息执行过滤操作; 所述显示模块 23具体用于将经过所述过滤模块 25过滤后的推送信息 显示给用户;
其中,所述过滤模块 25可以根据预置的分类类别和 /或关键词设置的过 滤条件, 自动对所述通信模块 21接收到的推送信息进行过滤, 例如根据关 键字过滤掉没有关键字 "短衫" 的推送信息; 或者, 将接收到的推送信息 直接显示给用户, 由用户手动设置分类类别和 /或关键词等过滤条件, 过滤 模块 25根据预置的和 /或用户设置的过滤条件对所述通信模块 21接收到的 推送信息进行过滤。 最后通过所述显示模块 23将经过所述过滤模块 25过 滤后最终得到的推送信息显示给用户查看。
进一步可选的, 如图 3所示, 所述无线终端 2还可以包括:
唤醒模块 26,用于在所述通信模块 21接收到的推送信息指示消息中指 示的推送时间到来时, 如果所述无线终端 2的 WiFi功能处于休眠状态, 则 唤醒其 WiFi功能以便所述通信模块 21接收所述推送信息。 对于某些在固 定的时间发送的推送信息, 设置该唤醒模块 26可以在根据所述推送信息指 示消息得知这些固定时间发送的推送信息的推送时间后, 在该推送时间到 来时由唤醒模块 26唤醒无线终端 2的 WiFi功能, 这样可较好节省所述无 线终端的功耗。

下面对本发明的于 WiFi的信息推送方法进行详细描述。
请参见图 4, 是本发明的基于 WiFi的信息推送方法的第一实施例流程 示意图, 本实施例的所述方法包括:
S101 : 生成推送信息指示消息, 所述推送信息指示消息中包括一个或 多个推送信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分类号、 分类名称中的至少一种。
具体的, 所述推送信息由信息发布者提供, 所述推送信息指示消息的 作用在于为无线终端预告本 WiFi接入点 AP有哪些推送信息待推送, 以及 推送的时间等信息, 方便无线终端接收。
在获取到信息发布者需要发送的推送信息后,所述 AP根据这些推送信 息, 生成推送信息指示消息。 具体可在 Beacon中添加一个信息元素作为推 送信息指示消息, 用于指示相应的推送信息, 该信息元素的结构可为上述 的表 1或表 2的格式。
S102: 广播所述推送信息指示消息; 如广播所述 S101中的 Beacon。 所述 S102可以根据具体需要,在所述 AP生成了推送信息指示消息后, 立即广播该生成的推送信息指示消息, 也可以根据一定的时间间隔周期性 地广播相应的推送信息指示消息。
S103: 发送所述推送信息。
具体的,所述 S103中 AP可以是在所述 WiFi接入点在确定推送信息的 推送时间到来时, 广播推送信息, 或者向某些无线终端 (可以是通过预定 规则筛选出来的部分无线终端, 如预定的无线终端的号码段等)发送所述 推送信息, 其中, 确定推送时间到来可通过系统时钟或者计时器来确定; 或者, 所述 AP获取无线终端的位置, 在所述无线终端到达或处于预定 位置时, 向所述无线终端发送该预定位置对应的推送信息;
或者,在确定推送信息的推送时间到来时, 所述 AP获取无线终端的位 置, 向所述无线终端发送对应于所述位置信息并对应于所述推送时间的推 送信息。
其中, AP可以通过基于 WiFi的位置获取方式, 或者通过无线终端直 接上传的 GPS或其他定位信息的位置获取方式, 获取无线终端的位置, 以 确定无线终端是否到达预定位置。 也可以釆用其他方法来获取无线终端的 位置, 本发明对此不作限定。
所述预定位置可以是一个位置范围, 如可以为在某一个特定的展台附 近的几米的范围内均可以属于一个预定位置, 在所述无线终端到达或处于 某一预定位置 (如某一展台) 时, 向所述无线终端发送相应的推送信息。 可选地, 也可以在对应该展台的推送信息的推送时间到来, 且用户还没有 离开该展台的位置范围时(包括到达和处于该展台的位置范围), 向所述无 线终端发送相应的关于该展台的推送信息。
所述无线终端在接收到推送信息后, 可以进行过滤 选, 例如根据预 置的和 /或用户设置的关键词进行过滤, 最终得到用户感兴趣的推送信息显 示给用户, 并将过滤掉的信息删除丟弃。

具体的, 所述推送信息的编号可以是系统分配的, 所述信息摘要可以 是釆用哈希运算方法对所述推送信息的内容进行运算获得的, 所述分类号 和分类名称用于表示推送信息的分类类别, 例如: 分类号: 01 , 分类名称: 服装类。
S202: 广播所述推送信息指示消息。
所述 S202生成的推送信息指示消息可以为表 2所述的帧格式。
S203: 判断是否接收到所述无线终端根据推送信息指示消息发送的订 阅请求消息;
无线终端在接收到推送信息指示消息时, 可以根据所述无线终端上预 先设置好的包括分类类别和 /或关键字的过滤条件, 生成订阅请求消息并发 送给 AP,以选择性地订阅所述推送信息指示消息所指示的推送信息;或者, 无线终端在接收到推送信息指示消息时, 可以将推送信息指示消息的内容 显示给用户查看, 以便于用户根据各推送信息指示消息进行手动选择, 无 线终端在接收到用户的选择订阅指令后, 生成订阅请求消息并发送给 AP, 该订阅请求消息的信息帧格式可以为上述的表 4 所示的格式。 在接收到订 阅请求消息时执行 S204。若没有接收到所述订阅请求消息, AP可以以广播 形式发送所述推送信息指示消息所指示的推送信息, 具体可以为: AP在确 定其中一条推送信息的推送时间到来时, 广播该推送信息。
S204: 在接收到订阅请求消息时, 根据接收到的所述订阅请求消息, 向所述无线终端发送订阅响应消息, 所述订阅响应消息包括用于提示订阅 成功或失败的信息; 所述 S204用于提示用户是否订阅成功。
S205: 发送所述推送信息。
所述 S205可以具体为: 在确定所述无线终端订阅成功后, 所述 AP获 取所述无线终端的位置信息, 并根据所述无线终端的位置信息向所述无线 终端推送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送信息中对应于所述位置信息的推 送信息;
或者为, 在某一推送时间, 根据所述无线终端的位置信息, 向所述无 线终端发送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送信息中对应于所述位置信息并 对应于所述推送时间的推送信息。
其中, 所述无线终端的位置信息可通过 WiFi定位方式进行获取, 即用 户通过无线终端周期性地向所述 AP和多个辅助 AP上^艮位置配置信息和上 报时间,所述 AP则根据自身接收到的无线终端上报的位置配置信息及其上 时间、其他多个辅助 AP传输过来的该无线终端的位置配置信息及其相应 的上 时间, 以及所述 AP和其他多个辅助 AP的位置坐标, 综合运算得到 所述无线终端的坐标即位置。 当然, 还可通过现有的 GPS等定位系统对所 述无线终端的位置信息进行获取, 获取无线终端实时上报的位置信息。
具体的, 在存在移动终端的订阅请求消息时, AP可以根据获取的无线 终端的位置信息, 将用户通过订阅请求消息所订阅的推送信息全部发送给 该无线终端用户; 也可以在该无线终端到达或处于某一预定位置时, 将无 线终端通过订阅请求消息所订阅的推送信息中与该预定位置相对应的推送 消息发送给该无线终端用户; 也可以在对应某一预定位置的推送信息的推 送时间到来, 且用户还没有离开该预定位置的位置范围时 (包括到达和处 于该预定位置的位置范围 ), 将无线终端通过订阅请求消息所订阅的推送信 息中与该预定位置相对应的推送消息发送给该无线终端用户。
若没有订阅请求消息时, AP则可以在该无线终端到达预定位置时, 向 该无线终端发送该预定位置对应的所有推送信息。 当然, 在其他实施例中, 如果用户选择不订阅任何推送信息, 则可以不发送订阅请求消息, 或者, 也可以在订阅请求消息中指示拒绝订阅, 可以不包含任何推送信息的索引 信息, AP便不会向用户推送任何推送信息。
可选地, 所述推送信息指示消息中可以包括一个或多个推送消息所对 应的推送时间, 所述无线终端可以在所述推送信息指示消息中指示的某一 推送时间, 使用 WiFi功能接收所述 AP发送的与所述推送时间对应的推送 信息。
所述无线终端在接收到所述 AP发送的推送信息后,还可根据预置或用 户设置的过滤条件,对所述 AP发送的推送信息执行过滤操作, 具体可以按 照关键字过滤, 将经过过滤的推送信息显示给用户, 例如过滤掉没有关键 字 "短衫" 的推送信息。

本发明实施例在已广泛使用的 WiFi网络中, 实现了信息的推送, 本发 明实施例是首先通过 WiFi接入点生成并广播推送信息指示消息, 然后在接 收到无线终端的订阅请求消息, 并确定订阅成功后, 根据获取的所述无线 终端的位置信息向所述无线终端发送所述无线终端订阅的推送信息, 所述 WiFi接入点也可以根据所述无线终端的位置, 在无线终端所订阅的推送信 息的推送时间到来时, 再发送这些推送信息。 本发明实施例可以使用户在 在接收到推送信息指示消息后, 可以选择性地订阅推送信息; 使用户位于 某一预定位置时获取用户订阅的推送消息中与该预定位置对应的推送信 息; 还可以使用户在相应的推送时间获取到所订阅的推送信息, 降低了用 户无线终端的功耗; 并且用户还可以对接收到的推送信息进行过滤筛选, 获取自己感兴趣的推送信息, 进一步的提高了用户的使用体验。

S301 : 接收 WiFi接入点生成并广播的推送信息指示消息;

无线终端处于所述 WiFi接入点的覆盖范围内, 接收所述 AP (本文中 AP均指 WiFi接入点 )广播的推送信息指示消息和发送的推送信息。
具体地, 所述推送信息指示消息中还可以包含所述一个或多个推送信 息所对应的推送时间, 所述无线终端可以根据所述推送信息指示消息中指 示的一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间, 在某一推送时间接收与该推 送时间相应的推送信息。所述 AP可以在所述一个或多个推送信息所对应的 推送时间中的各个推送时间, 广播与各个推送时间相对应的推送信息。 无 线终端可以预置过滤条件如关键字或分类类别过滤, 在接收到推送信息指 示消息时, 对所述推送信息指示消息所指示的推送信息进行过滤, 获取无 线终端要接收的推送信息的推送时间, 然后在相应的推送时间到来时, 接 收 AP广播的与该推送时间相对应的推送信息 ,从而实现了无线终端对所述 AP广播的推送信息的选择性接收。

S402: 根据接收到的所述推送信息指示消息向所述 WiFi接入点发送订 阅请求消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包含向 WiFi接入点请求获取的一个或多 个推送信息的索引信息;

S403: 接收所述 WiFi接入点发送的订阅响应消息, 所述订阅响应消息 包括用于提示订阅成功或失败的信息。
S404: 根据所述推送信息指示消息, 接收所述 WiFi接入点发送的推送 信息。

进一步可选地, 所述推送信息指示消息中还可以包含所述一个或多个 推送信息的推送时间, 所述无线终端在接收到所述 WiFi接入点发送的订阅 成功的响应消息后, 可以根据所述推送信息指示消息中指示的所述推送时 间, 接收所述 WiFi接入点发送的所述订阅请求消息所请求获取的推送信息 中对应于所述无线终端的位置信息并对应于所述推送时间的推送信息。
最后, 所述无线终端还可根据预置或用户设置的过滤条件对所述 WiFi 接入点发送的推送信息执行过滤操作, 具体可以按照关键字过滤, 将经过 过滤的推送信息显示给用户, 例如过滤掉没有关键字 "短衫" 的推送信息。

本发明实施例可以使用户在在接收到推送信息指示消息后, 选择性地 订阅推送信息; 还可以使用户位于某一预定位置时获取用户订阅的推送消 息中与该预定位置对应的推送信息; 还可以使用户在相应的推送时间获取 到想获得的推送信息, 降低了用户无线终端的功耗; 还可以使用户在某一 推送时间及该时间用户所处的位置, 获取到订阅的推送消息中, 与该位置 信息相关的推送信息。 并且用户还可以对接收到的推送信息进行过滤筛选, 获取自己感兴趣的推送信息, 进一步的提高了用户的使用体验。 需要说明的是, 本文中所述 AP指 WiFi接入点。 AP也可以为微基站。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储 于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的 实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体
RAM )等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发 明之权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵 盖的范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种基于无线局域网络的信息推送方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 生成推送信息指示消息, 所述推送信息指示消息中包括一个或多个推 送信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分类 号、 分类名称中的至少一种;
广播所述推送信息指示消息;
发送所述推送信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述广播所述推送信息 指示消息之后, 还包括:
接收无线终端发送的订阅请求消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包含所述无 线终端要获取的一个或多个推送信息的索引信息;
根据接收到的所述订阅请求消息, 向所述无线终端发送订阅响应消息, 所述订阅响应消息包括用于提示订阅成功或失败的信息;
在确定所述无线终端订阅成功后, 获取所述无线终端的位置信息; 所述发送所述推送信息具体为, 根据所述无线终端的位置信息, 向所 述无线终端发送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送信息中对应于所述位置信 息的推送信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述生成推送信息指示消 息之前还包括:
确定一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间;
所述推送信息指示消息中还包含所述一个或多个推送信息的所述推送 时间;
所述发送所述推送信息具体为: 在所述推送时间, 发送所述一个或多 个推送信息中与所述推送时间相对应的推送信息。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述生成推送信息指示消 息之前还包括: 确定一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间;
所述推送信息指示消息中还包含所述一个或多个推送信息的所述推送 时间;
所述发送所述推送信息具体为:
在所述推送时间, 根据所述无线终端的位置信息, 向所述无线终端发 送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送信息中对应于所述位置信息并对应于所 述推送时间的推送信息。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线局域网络 为 WiFi网络。
6、 一种基于无线局域网络的信息推送方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收无线访问接入点生成并广播的推送信息指示消息;
根据所述推送信息指示消息, 接收所述无线访问接入点发送的推送信 息;
其中, 所述无线访问接入点生成的推送信息指示消息包括一个或多个 推送信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分 类号、 分类名称中的至少一种。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收无线访问接入点 生成并广播的推送信息指示消息之后还包括:
根据接收到的所述推送信息指示消息, 向所述无线访问接入点发送订 阅请求消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包含向无线访问接入点请求获取的一个 或多个推送信息的索引信息;
接收所述无线访问接入点发送的订阅响应消息, 所述订阅响应消息包 括用于提示订阅成功或失败的信息;
所述接收所述无线访问接入点发送的推送信息具体为, 在接收到所述 无线访问接入点发送的订阅成功的响应消息后, 接收所述无线访问接入点 发送的所述订阅请求消息所请求获取的推送信息中对应于所述无线终端的 位置信息的推送信息。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述推送信息指示消息中 还包含所述一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间;
所述根据所述推送信息指示消息, 接收所述无线访问接入点发送的推 送信息具体为: 根据所述推送信息指示消息中指示的所述推送时间, 接收 所述无线访问接入点发送的对应于所述推送时间的推送信息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述推送信息指示消息中 还包含所述一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间;
所述接收所述无线访问接入点发送的推送信息具体为, 在接收到所述 无线访问接入点发送的订阅成功的响应消息后, 根据所述推送信息指示消 息中指示的所述推送时间, 接收所述无线访问接入点发送的所述订阅请求 消息所请求获取的推送信息中对应于所述无线终端的位置信息并对应于所 述推送时间的推送信息。
10、 如权利要求 6-9任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线局域网络 为 WiFi网络, 所述无线访问接入点为 WiFi接入点。
11、 一种无线访问接入点, 其特征在于, 包括:
处理模块, 用于生成推送信息指示消息, 所述推送信息指示消息中包 括一个或多个推送信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分类号、 分类名称中的至少一种;
广播模块, 用于广播所述推送信息指示消息;
推送模块, 用于发送所述推送信息。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的无线访问接入点, 其特征在于,
所述处理模块还用于确定一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间, 并 在所述推送信息指示消息中包含所述推送时间; 所述推送模块具体用于在所述推送时间, 发送所述一个或多个推送信 息中与所述推送时间相对应的推送信息。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的无线访问接入点, 其特征在于, 还包括: 判断模块, 用于判断是否接收到无线终端根据所述推送信息指示消息 发送的订阅请求消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包含所述无线终端要获取的一 个或多个推送信息的索引信息;
响应模块, 用于在所述判断模块的判断结果为是时, 根据接收到的订 阅请求消息, 向所述无线终端发送订阅响应消息, 所述订阅响应消息包括 用于提示订阅成功或失败的信息;
位置获取模块, 用于在确定所述无线终端订阅成功后, 获取所述无线 终端的位置信息;
所述推送模块具体用于, 根据所述位置获取模块确定的所述无线终端 的位置信息, 向所述无线终端发送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送信息中 对应于所述位置信息的推送信息。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的无线访问接入点, 其特征在于,
所述处理模块还用于确定一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间, 并 在所述推送信息指示消息中包含所述一个或多个推送信息的所述推送时 间;
所述推送模块具体用于在所述推送时间, 根据所述无线终端的位置信 息, 向所述无线终端发送所述订阅请求消息所请求的推送信息中对应于所 述位置信息并对应于所述推送时间的推送信息。
15、 如权利要求 11-14任一项所述的无线访问接入点, 其特征在于, 所 述无线访问接入点包括 WiFi接入点。
16、 一种无线终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
通信模块, 用于接收无线访问接入点生成并广播的推送信息指示消息; 接收模块, 用于根据所述推送信息指示消息, 接收所述无线访问接入 点发送的推送信息;
显示模块, 用于将所述接收模块接收到的推送信息显示给用户; 其中, 所述无线访问接入点生成的推送信息指示消息包括一个或多个 推送信息的索引信息, 所述索引信息包括推送信息的编号、 信息摘要、 分 类号、 分类名称中的至少一种。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的无线终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 订阅模块, 用于在所述通信模块接收到所述广播的推送信息指示消息 后, 根据接收到的所述推送信息指示消息生成订阅请求消息, 所述订阅请 求消息中包含向所述无线访问接入点请求获取的一个或多个推送信息的索 引信息;
所述通信模块还用于向所述无线访问接入点发送所述订阅请求消息, 并接收所述无线访问接入点根据所述订阅请求消息发送的订阅响应消息, 所述订阅响应消息包括用于提示订阅成功或失败的信息;
所述接收模块具体用于在所述通信模块接收到所述无线访问接入点发 送的订阅成功的响应消息后, 根据所述推送信息指示消息, 接收所述无线 访问接入点发送的所述订阅请求消息所请求获取的推送信息中对应于所述 无线终端的位置信息的推送信息。
18、 如权利要求 16所述的无线终端, 其特征在于, 所述推送信息指示 消息中还包含所述一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间;
所述接收模块具体用于, 根据所述推送信息指示消息中指示的所述推 送时间接收与所述推送时间相对应的推送信息。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的无线终端, 其特征在于, 所述推送信息指示 消息中还包含所述一个或多个推送信息所对应的推送时间;
所述接收模块具体用于在所述通信模块接收到所述无线访问接入点发 送的订阅成功的响应消息后, 根据所述推送信息指示消息中指示的所述推 送时间, 接收所述无线访问接入点发送的所述订阅请求消息所请求获取的 推送信息中对应于所述无线终端的位置信息并对应于所述推送时间的推送 信息。
20、 如权利要求 16-19所述的无线终端, 其特征在于, 所述无线访问接 入点为 WiFi接入点。
21、 一种基于无线局域网络的信息推送系统, 其特征在于, 包括至少 一个无线访问接入点和至少一个无线终端, 其中, 所述无线访问接入点包 括如权利要求 11-15任一项所述的无线访问接入点,所述无线终端包括如权 利要求 16-20任一项所述的无线终端。
22、如权利要求 21所述的系统,其特征在于,所述无线局域网络为 WiFi 网络, 所述无线访问接入点为 WiFi接入点。
