实施例 1
现代都市生活中, 花草树木在家庭或者办公环境中越来越收到欢迎和普 及, 而这些有生命的花草树木需要经常浇水、 施肥、 除虫等维护工作, 而人们 由于工作繁忙会经常忘记浇水、 施肥或者除虫工作, 导致花木枯死, 为了解决 这一问题, 需要借助外界的工具对人们进行浇水、 施肥提醒, 从而能够避免出 现花木枯死的情况。
即使是浇水也是有每次浇水的水量、 浇水间隔时间等因素要求的, 同时对 于不同的花木, 每次浇水的水量、 浇水间隔的时间要求也不同, 对于缺乏相关 植物栽培知识的人^艮容易将这些数据搞错, 导致浇水不当, 从而导致花木枯死 的情况, 所以也需要借助外界的工具对浇水的方法进行指导。
一种浇花器, 设置有水量计算装置(流量计), 用于统计从浇花器中流出 的水的量; 还设置有浇水时间计算装置(即计时器) , 用于统计每次浇水所间 隔的时间, 将这些数据通过蓝牙信号传给网络侧的服务器进行分析, 即可对人 们的浇水情况进行监控, 并且提醒人们使用正确的浇水方法。
本实施例提供一种对浇花器使用进行监控提醒的方法,该方法包括如下步 骤:
S1 : 通过计时器获取出水时间数据, 通过流量计获取出水量数据; 一浇花器具有一壶体,在壶嘴的出水口设置流量计,在壶体上设置计时器, 该计时器实际上为一单片机, 通过程序控制起到计时器的作用, 该单片机与一 蓝牙模块连接, 所述蓝牙模块、 单片机和流量计共同连接一供电模块。 浇花器 的流量计用于计算每次浇花时出出水量, 通过计时器获取开始出水的时刻, 同 时获取停止出水的时刻, 通过这些数据即可计算出在一定的时间段内的浇水 量, 同时也可以计算出两次浇水的间隔时间。
S2: 将出水时间数据和出水量数据通过蓝牙信号传输给信号转换器;
S 3 所述信号转换器将所述出水时间数据和出水量数据通过有线网络传输 给远程服务器;
所述信号转换器为将蓝牙无线信号转变成有线网络信号的装置, 类似于 WIFI无线路由器或 WIFI无线交换机,当然所述蓝牙无线信号也可为 WIFI无线 信号, 只是蓝牙模块的功率要低于 WIFI模块, 所以采用蓝牙模块作为出水时 间数据和出水量数据的传输装置较优, 另一方面, 所述信号转换装置也可以是 将蓝牙无线信号转变成 3G/2G移动通信信号的装置, 由于大多数生活用品都集 中于家庭或者办公环境的室内, 而蓝牙信号的信号覆盖范围刚好满足这一通讯 环境需求, 所以较优的, 信号转换器为将蓝牙无线信号转变成有线网络信号的 装置。
S4:服务器分析所述出水时间数据和出水量数据并结合在服务器中存储的 任务表单生成浇花器使用指示;
所述任务表单是用户根据花木的特性设置的, 例如, 设置每两次浇水的时 间间隔, 设置每次浇水的水量等因数, 服务器对浇花器的出水时间数据和出水 量数据进行分析, 当需要对用户的浇花动作进行提醒时, 则生成提醒信号。
例如, 当人们在服务器中设置了每个星期浇花一次, 并且每次浇水 250ml 的任务指标后, 当距上一次出水停止的时间超过一个星期, 即发出提醒浇水的 信号,当在一个星期内的浇水总量不足 250ml时,即发出浇足水量的提醒信号。
所述提醒信号包括浇水前的提醒消息,浇水前的提醒消息主要用于提醒用 户开始浇水动作, 养成按时浇水的习惯, 主要发送给用户经常用到的计算机或 者移动终端, 而浇水时的提醒信号则主要帮助用户采用正确的浇水方法, 主要 发送给浇花器, 所述浇水时的提醒信号主要是由浇花器内的处理器(单片机) 通过服务器发送的浇水数据监控指令(即需要浇水的量)以及流量计统计的出 水量来生成使用时的提醒信号, 并通过浇花器上的蜂鸣指示模块做出提醒。
S5 : 所述服务器将浇花前的提醒消息发送给手机;
所述手机即为移动终端, 当然, 所述提醒消息也可以发送给计算机。
S6:所述手机通过所述消息弹出模块将所述浇花前的提醒消息显示在手机 的显示屏上;
所述消息弹出模块实际上为在计算机或者手机安装的客户端,该客户端与 服务器建立通信链路, 当提醒消息发送给客户端后, 通过客户端弹出该提醒消 息。
S7: 所述服务器将浇水数据监控指令发送给发送到浇水器上, 浇水器的处 理器根据浇水数据监控指令以及流量计统计的出水量生成提醒信号;
将浇水数据监控指令发送给浇水器,浇水器的处理器根据浇水数据监控指 令以及流量计统计的出水量生成提醒信号,也可以通过服务器的处理器根据浇 水数据监控指令以及流量计统计的出水量生成提醒信号,所述提醒信号通过无 线网络发送给浇水器,通过此方法需要将流量计统计的出水量实时传输给远程 的服务器, 会消耗很多数据流量, 而且由于网络传输的延迟, 提醒信号并不能 很准时传输给浇水器。
S8 : 通过浇花器的蜂鸣指示模块做出提醒。
浇花器上设置蜂鸣器或 /和信号指示灯对用户使用浇花器浇水的动作进行 提醒。
例如, 当在服务器中设置了每次浇花 250ml的任务指标后, 当流量计计算 出本次出水量大于 250ml时, 用蜂鸣指示模块做提醒, 又或者本次最大浇花的 数量为 30ml使, 当本次出水量大于 30ml时, 通过蜂鸣指示模块做出提醒。
基于上述的方法, 本实施例还提供一种对浇花器使用进行监控提醒的系 统, 该系统包括浇花器 10、 信号转换器 20、 服务器 30以及指示装置 40。
所述浇花器 10具有一壶体(图中未示, 其形状和功能与现有的浇花用的 喷水壶相同) , 在壶嘴的出水口设置流量计 11 , 在壶体上设置单片机 12 , 用 于获取流量计统计出的出水的时间数据, 该单片机 12与一蓝牙模块 1 3连接, 所述蓝牙模块 1 3、 单片机 12和流量计 11共同连接一供电模块 14。 所述流量 计 1 1用于获取出水量数据,所述蓝牙模块 1 3将出水量数据和出水时间数据通 过蓝牙信号发送给信号转换器 20;
所述信号转换器 20用户将蓝牙信号转换成有线信号, 并通过有线信号将 出水量数据和出水时间数据发送给服务器 30 ,所述服务器 30包括一数据库 31 , 用于存储用户预设的任务表单,所述服务器根据存储的任务表单以及出水量数 据和出水时间数据分析出用户将需要做出的浇花动作, 并生成浇花器使用指 示。
所述浇花器 1 0的使用指示包括使用前的提醒消息,所述指示装置 40包括 手机 41 , 所述使用前的提醒消息通过网络发送给浇花器使用者的手机 41 , 所 述手机 41上设置有消息弹出模块 411 ,所述消息弹出模块 411将所述提醒消息 显示在手机的显示屏 412上。
所述指示装置 40还包括设置于浇花器 10上的蜂鸣指示模块 15 ,所述浇花 器使用指示包括浇花器使用数据的监控指令, 所述浇花器的单片机 12根据浇 花器使用数据监控指令以及浇花器的使用数据生成提醒信号,并通过浇花器的 蜂鸣指示模块 15做出提醒。
实施例 2
现代都市生活压力越来越大, 而且工作越来越繁重, 而且工作大多为脑力 劳动,所以出现很多肥胖、颈推病等城市病,这些都需要通过健身来达到消除, 并且维持身体健康的目的, 健身最重要的在于坚持, 而人们常常因为生活瑣事 繁重或者感觉到太累而难以坚持,所以有必要通过外界的工具对健身进行监督 提醒, 从而帮助人们养成良好的健身习惯和健身方法。
现代健身器材多种多样, 最常见的是跑步机, 跑步机上有对跑步的速度以 及时间进行设置的按键供人们选择, 根据不同的体质调整不同的运动量, 达到 良好健身的目的。 所以需要通过对人们的跑步时间、 跑步速度以及跑步频率进 行监控并且提醒人们选择正确的跑步频率, 跑步时间以及跑步速度。
本实施提供一种对跑步机使用进行监控提醒的方法, 该方法包括:
S1 : 获取跑步机转速信息以及在该转速下跑步机运行的时间信息;
S2 : 将跑步机转速信息以及在该转速下跑步机运行的时间信息通过 WIFI 信号传输给信号转换器;
S 3:所述信号转换器将跑步机转速信息以及在该转速下跑步机运行的时间 信息通过有线网络传输给远程服务器;
S4 :服务器分析跑步机转速信息以及在该转速下跑步机运行的时间信息并 结合在服务器中存储的任务表单生成浇花器使用指示;
所述任务表单是根据每个人的体质制定的跑步的运动量数据,假如针对一 个人的体质在任务表单中设定, 其每天要跑步 30分钟, 并且跑步的速度是前 十分钟 5公里 /小时, 中间 1 0分钟是 10公里每小时, 后 10分钟是 2公里每小 时。
当人们忘记了按时跑步的情况下,服务器则生成提醒用户去跑步的提醒消 息,该提醒消息由于用户还没有去跑步,所以只能发送到其手机或者计算机上。 当用户在跑步机上跑步时, 当跑完 30分钟时会给出消息提示, 又或者给出提 示, 指示器按照前十分钟 5公里 /小时, 中间 10分钟是 1 0公里每小时, 后 10 分钟是 2公里每小时的方法进行跑步, 由于用户在跑步, 所以其指示可以发送 给用户手机也可以发送到跑步机上, 经过跑步机上是音视频信息给出提示。
S5 : 所述服务器将跑步前的提醒消息发送给手机;
S6 :所述手机通过所述消息弹出模块将所述跑步前的提醒消息显示在手机 的显示屏上; S7: 所述服务器将跑步数据监控指令发送给发送到跑步机上, 跑步机的处 理器根据跑步数据监控指令、跑步机转速信息以及在该转速下跑步机运行的时 间信息生成提醒信号;
S8 : 通过跑步机的音视频模块做出提醒。
基于上述的方法, 本实施例还提供一种对跑步机使用进行监控提醒的系 统, 该系统包括: 跑步机 50、 信号转换器 20、 服务器 30以及指示装置 40。
所述跑步机包括电机 51、 计时器 52和 WIFI模块 53 , 计时器 52获取电机 的转速信息以及该转速时的时间信息,并将所述电机的转速信息以及该转速时 的时间信息通过 WIFI模块发送给信号转换器 20。
所述信号转换器 20用户将 WIFI信号转换成有线信号,并通过有线信号将 电机的转速信息以及该转速时的时间信息发送给服务器 30 , 所述服务器 30包 括一数据库 31 ,用于存储用户预设的任务表单,所述服务器根据存储的任务表 单、 电机的转速信息以及该转速时的时间信息分析出用户将需要做出的跑步动 作, 并生成跑步机使用指示。
所述跑步机 50的使用指示包括使用前的提醒消息,所述指示装置 40包括 计算机 42 ,所述使用前的提醒消息通过网络发送给跑步机使用者的计算机 42 , 所述计算机 42上设置有消息弹出模块 421 ,所述消息弹出模块 421将所述提醒 消息显示在计算机的显示屏 422上。
所述指示装置 40还包括设置于跑步机 50上的音视频模块 54 , 所述跑步 机使用指示包括跑步机使用数据的监控指令,所述跑步机根据跑步机使用数据 监控指令以及跑步机的使用数据生成提醒信号,并通过跑步机的音视频模块 54 做出提醒。 总之, 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制, 尽管参照较佳 实施例对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本 发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范 围, 其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种对产品使用进行监控提醒的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 获取产品的使用数据并将该数据发送到服务器上;
服务器分析所述数据并根据任务表单发出产品使用指示;
接收所述产品使用指示并且做出提醒。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的方法, 其特征在于, 所述使用数据先通过近距离无线网络传输给信号转换器,再发送给服务器 所述信号转换器用于将近距离无线网络信号转换成远程网络信号或者有线信 号。
3.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的方法,其特征在 于,
所述使用数据包括使用频率, 使用时间以及产品使用时的产品状态数据。
4.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的方法,其特征在 于,
所述产品使用指示包括使用前的提醒消息,所述使用前的提醒消息通过网 络发送给产品使用者的计算机或者移动终端上。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的方法, 其特征在于, 所述计算机或移动终端上设置有消息弹出模块,所述消息弹出模块将所述提醒 消息显示在计算机或者移动终端的上。
6.根据权利要求 4所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的方法, 其特征在于, 所述产品使用指示还包括产品使用数据的监控指令,所述产品根据产品使用数 据监控指令以及产品的使用数据生成提醒信号。
7.—种对产品使用进行监控提醒的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 设置于产品上的数据获取装置, 用于获取产品的使用数据;
数据传输装置, 用于将该数据发送到服务器上;
服务器, 分析所述数据并根据任务表单发出产品使用指示;
指示装置, 用于接收所述产品使用指示并且通过音视频信号做出提醒。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的系统, 其特征在于, 所述数据传输装置包括信号转换器,所述使用数据先通过近距离无线网络传输 给信号转换器, 再发送给服务器; 所述信号转换器用于将近距离无线网络信号 转换成远程网络信号或者有线信号。
9.根据权利要求 7或 8所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的系统,其特征在 于, 所述指示装置包括计算机或移动终端, 所述产品使用指示包括使用前的提 醒消息,所述使用前的提醒消息通过网络发送给产品使用者的计算机或者移动 终端上。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的对产品使用进行监控提醒的系统,其特征在于, 所述指示装置还包括设置于产品上的报警指示模块,所述产品使用指示包括产 品使用数据的监控指令,所述产品的处理器根据产品使用数据监控指令以及产 品的使用数据生成提醒信号, 并通过产品的报警指示模块做出提醒。
