Abstract

This Patent relates to a Weedsec pro cut unit, more particular to a Weedsec pro cut unit, which is attached to a holder which already exists, the holder has the ability to aid in the positioning, aligning and supporting of the Weedsec pro cut units in the correct position. The Weedsec pro cut unit comprises a body, a raduised front section and a raised rear section, the raduised front section aids in the positioning of the Weedsec pro cut units within the holders, the rear raised section aid in the positioning and retaining of the Weedsec pro cut unit in its desired position. It is also the objective of the design to enable the Weedsec pro cut units to be fitted to the holder in a way that makes them easy to insert and remove with the least possible effort that will ensures that the Weedsec pro cut units are secure and safe at all times. The Weedsec pro cut units will be moulded from a suitably grade of Nylon material, to give certain strength to the product but also to have sufficient structural stability to ensure the product life. For this stability the moulding will be subjected to a post moulding treatment, as is known in the art of moulding Nylon material, this material has a feature that lends itself to the post moulding treatment that enhances the material characteristics and its shelf life. The choice of Nylon grade material and colour is made according to known standards and criteria; this will however not limit the Weedsec pro cut units from being manufactured from other different suitable plastic materials as well.

Background of the Weedsec pro cuts

This design registration relates to a Weedsec pro cut unit, more particular to a Weedsec pro cut unit, which is attached to a holder which already exists, the holder has the ability to aid in the positioning, aligning and supporting of the Weedsec pro cut units in the correct position.

It is also the objective of this design to enable the Weedsec pro cut units to be fitted to the holder in a way that makes them easy to insert and remove with the least possible effort that will ensures that the Weedsec pro cut units are secure and safe at all times.

None of the current products currently available address the problems with which the Weedsec pro cut units design is concerned.

Advantages of the Weedsec pro cut unit

The main advantage of the design is the ease with which the units are inserted and removed from the holder.

Weedsec Pro Cut Units 1 inserted in the holder 2, have four possible position of insertion. The user can determine how many units 1 to use dependant on his requirements. The holder 2 may vary from Trimmer 3 to Trimmer 3 dependant on the make and manufacturer.

Aesthetic characteristics of the complete parts

The Weedsec Pro cut units are ergonomically designed to fit themselves into the various holders/Trimmers available within the market place due to the simple design features, figure 6 the diameter, predetermine length and material type as well as the unique design feature on both the front 1 and back 2 of the Weedsec pro cut units ensure the claimed features and benefits of this unit as shown in figures 7 and 7a

Method

The Weedsec pro cut unit as shown on page 3 complimenting the shape and design of the Trimmer holders it is intended for as shown on page 4;

A Weedsec pro cut unit comprises a main body, a raduised front end, a rear raised support section Figure 8.

Advantageously, the Weedsec pro cut units would compliment cord holders in a positioning that secures the Weedsec pro cut units into the suitable holders.

Typically: the shape, size and style of the Weedsec pro cut units would compliment the holders as well as the markets they are intended for. Functional characteristics of the Weedsec Pro Cut Units

The design:

The Weedsec pro cut unit is designed for any Trimmer holder that supports the products design.

The Weedsec pro cut unit is designed so that it fits into in a position that ensures that the unit is secure and safe.

The Weedsec pro cut unit is designed in such a way that it can be easily inserted and remove for replacing unlike other competitive products available in the market.

The Weedsec pro cut unit comprises a body, a raduised front section and a raised rear section, the raduised front section aids in the positioning of the Weedsec pro cut units within the holders, the rear raised section aid in the positioning and retaining of the Weedsec pro cut unit in its desired position.

Referring to figure 1, a Weedsec pro cut unit (1) according to the first embodiment of the invention.

The Weedsec pro cut units (1) will be made from Nylon or any other suitable plastic material.

Claims

CLAIMS;

A Weedsec pro cut unit comprising;

1) horizontal extended body parts with unique design features on the front and rear of the unit.

2) a Weedsec pro cut unit as claimed in claim 1 ,comprises a body, a raduised front section and a raised rear section, the raduised front section aids in the positioning of the Weedsec pro cut units within the holders, the rear raised section aid in the positioning and retaining of the Weedsec pro cut unit in its desired position.

3) a Weedsec pro cut unit as claimed in claim 1 that will be moulded from a suitably grade of Nylon material, to give certain strength to the product but also to have sufficient structural stability to ensure the product life. For this stability the moulding will subjected to a post moulding treatment, as is known in the art of moulding Nylon material, this material has a feature that lends itself to the post moulding treatment that enhances the material characteristics and its shelf life. The choice of Nylon grade material and colour is made according to known standards and criteria; this will however not limit the Weedsec pro cut units from being manufactured from other different suitable plastic materials as well.

4) a Weedsec pro cut unit as claimed in claim 1 that provides a method for ease of insertion and removal from the holders they are intended for due to the design features.

5) no limit to the number of variations on the front and the rear of the Weedsec pro cut units will restrict the design possibilities.
