Abstract

An aquarium or a vivarium (1) comprises an enclosure formed primarily of plastics material; wherein at least a portion of a wall of said enclosure is transparent and wherein at least a portion of a wall of said enclosure incorporates a layer of woven material (3) which is embedded in said plastics material.
