Definitions
- the present invention relates to a trunking communication technology, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for transmitting voice rights indication information. Background technique
- the trunking communication system uses half-duplex communication, and the Push To Talk (PTT) key controls the acquisition and release of the channel during operation, and the channel utilization rate is high, and the call connection is fast; The user shares the downlink channel and has high resource utilization. Further, the trunking communication system can guarantee the privacy and security of the call through voice encryption; preferentially allocate channels for high-priority users or services; ensure communication under emergency through fault weakening function; realize flexible multi-level grouping through dynamic reorganization Dispatching command function.
- PTT Push To Talk
- the current trunking communication system has been developed into a broadband trunking communication system stage. Based on the most advanced wireless transmission technologies, such as Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology, the functions and technologies of the trunking communication system can be realized.
- the broadband trunking communication system has the characteristics of diversified service types, diverse transmission modes, large bandwidth, and high transmission rate.
- the supported services include voice, data, and video.
- the transmission modes include unicast, group call, and multicast. Among them, unicast works in full-duplex mode, and group calls and multicasts work in half-duplex mode.
- the performance characteristics of the broadband trunking communication system are: high network reliability, strong fault weakening and anti-destructive capability; support for large traffic capacity in hotspots and hotspots; short call setup time, single system call setup time less than 500ms; High network security, support end-to-end encryption; wide coverage, low network construction costs.
- call setup time, network reliability and security are the three most important technical indicators.
- the group call/multicast process of the trunking communication system only one terminal in the group can initiate transmission at a time. This is called a voice party. Other terminals in the group can only receive group call/multicast data through the network.
- the network side needs to notify all the terminal rights indication information in the group, including the right to use the voice and the idleness of the voice.
- the right to occupy the voice indicates that one terminal in the group is the voice party and can initiate the transmission.
- the other terminals in the group can only receive the downlink transmission when the call rights are occupied.
- Some terminals with a particularly high priority can initiate the call preemption process. .
- the idle call authority indicates that all the terminals in the group do not have the right to authorize the network. At this time, the legal terminal in the group can initiate the call right application to obtain the call right.
- the voice right indication information is important information that the network side needs to transmit to all terminals in the group.
- T-MCCH Trunking Multicast Control Channel
- the multicast control information of the cluster is transmitted, including the trunking multicast traffic channel (T-MTCH) scheduling information, service information, group information, and the like.
- T-MTCH trunking multicast traffic channel
- a T-MCCH carries control information or scheduling information of multiple groups.
- a T-MCCH can only correspond to a Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) area i or.

- the terminal can receive the cluster transmission in the idle state (the point-to-point transmission channel is not established with the cell) or the connected state (the point-to-point transmission channel is established with the cell).
- the voice right indication information is the indication information initiated by the network side high layer instead of the base station. If the traditional non-access stratum (NAS) message is used to send the voice right indication information to the terminal, the terminal belonging to the same cluster needs to be After entering the connection state, the base station transparently transmits the NAS message carrying the voice right indication information to the terminal according to the point-to-point manner. This transmission mode is not conducive to the rational use of resources, and the terminal has a corresponding large amount of overhead when entering the connection state. Increase system load. Abstract
