技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可以在衣服和提包之间随意转变的可变形衣服。
背景技术
衣服主要供人穿着， 以起到保暖或美观的作用， 目前巿面上存在一种衣服， 可以供人 穿着； 在衣服的后摆内设有夹层， 夹层的下端设有开口， 在夹层的下端部的内表面上设有 提带， 当不需要作为衣服使用时， 将衣服翻转， 衣服变身为一个提包， 而衣服本体可置于 变身后的提包内， 但这种变形衣服将提带设于夹层内， 作为衣服使用时， 提带未被收纳， 露出衣服夹层外， 影响美观； 而且提带在夹层内与夹层的连接部必然与人体接触， 让使用 者不舒适。 发明创造内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以在衣服和提包之间随意转变的可变形衣服， 其在 需要时可以变成衣服， 以供人穿着； 而在不需要穿着时， 可以转变为提包， 以便于携带； 而且设有收纳和设置提包提带的容纳部，从而不影响衣服的美观而且避免让使用者不舒适。
为了实现上述实用新型目的， 本实用新型所釆用的技术方案为： 一种可变形为提包的 衣服， 包括衣服本体， 所述本体由衣服后摆、 左前襟、 右前襟、 衣袖及衣领组成， 衣服本 体内设有夹层， 夹层的上端及左右两侧封闭， 下端开口， 形成所述夹层的外层体及内层体 的下端部内均设有容纳部， 每个容纳部内均设有提带， 所述容纳部上端封闭， 下端开口， 所述开口处釆用便于打开的连接件封口； 将夹层的内层体及外层体上翻后， 外层体及内层 体与夹层上端及左、 右两侧的封闭处一起形成提包， 衣服本体则收纳于提包内。
进一步， 所述夹层设于衣服后摆或左前襟或右前襟内， 夹层上端的封口位于衣服后摆 与衣领的连接处， 夹层左、 右两侧的封口分别位于衣服后摆与左前襟、 右前襟的连接处。
作为另外一种情况， 所述内层体设于衣服后摆的内表面上， 与衣服后摆一起形成夹层， 所述夹层的左右两侧及上端封口， 下端开口； 所述夹层上端封口位于衣服后摆与衣领的连 接处下方； 夹层左、 右侧封口分别位于衣服后摆与左、 右前襟的连接处的内侧； 或者， 夹 层左、 右侧封口分别位于衣服后摆与左、 右前襟的连接处的外侧。 进一步， 所述开口处的连接件为魔术贴或钮扣或拉链。
进一步， 所述提带的两端分别固设于容纳部内的两端， 或者， 作为替代方式， 在所述 容纳部内的两端分别设有一个连接扣， 而提带的两端设有与连接扣相适应的插接头。
本实用新型的有益效果在于： 其为可变形衣服， 夹层设于衣服后摆内， 提带设置并收 纳于夹层的内层体及外层体下端部的容纳部内， 容纳部釆用魔术贴或其它易于打开或封闭 的连接件封口， 因而从衣服外观看不到任何多余的结构， 不影响衣服的外观； 提带与容纳 部内的连接处不与人体接触， 从而避免让使用者不舒适。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本实用新型方案， 下面结合附图和实施方式对本 实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图 1-2所示， 为本实用新型的第一实施例， 一种可变形为提包的衣服， 包括衣 服本体， 所述本体由衣服后摆 1、 左前襟 2、 右前襟 3、 衣袖 4及衣领 5组成， 衣服本体内 设有夹层 6, 夹层 6的上端及左右两侧封闭， 下端开口。
形成所述夹层 6的外层体 61及内层体 62的下端部内均设有容纳部 61a、 62a, 每个容 纳部内均设有提带 7 , 所述容纳部 61a、 62a上端封闭， 下端开口， 所述开口处釆用便于打 开的连接件 8封口； 此处的连接 8釆用魔术贴， 当然也可以釆用其它方便打开和扣上的连 接件， 如钮扣或拉链等， 本文不再一一列举。 本实施例中， 所述夹层 6设于衣服后摆 1内， 夹层 6上端的封口位于衣服后摆 1与衣领 5的连接处， 夹层左、 右两侧的封口分别位于衣 服后摆 1与左前襟 2、 右前襟 3的连接处， 釆用该方式， 工艺简单。
将夹层 6的内层体 62及外层体 61上翻后， 外层体 61及内层体 62与夹层上端及左、 右两侧的封闭处一起形成提包， 衣服本体则收纳于提包内。
请参考图 3-4所示， 为本实用新型的第二实施例， 该实施例中， 将一块布料缝制于衣 服后摆的内表面上， 该布料与衣服后摆上的部分结构相结合后形成夹层 6, 则该布料为内 层体 62, 衣服后摆上的与该布料结合的部分结构为外层体 61 , 所述夹层 6的左右两侧及上 端封口， 下端开口； 所述夹层上端封口位于衣服后摆 1与衣领 5的连接处下方； 夹层左、 右侧封口分别位于衣服后摆与左、 右前襟 2、 3的连接处的内侧； 当然也可以将夹层左、 右 侧封口分别设于衣服后摆与左、 右前襟 2、 3的连接处的外侧， 此时， 衣服后摆与左、 右前 襟 2、 3的连接处则位于夹层内， 请参考图 5所示； 同第一实施例一样， 外层体 61及内层 体 62的下端部内均设有容纳部 61a、 62a, 每个容纳部内均设有提带 7 , 所述容纳部 61a、 62a上端封闭， 下端开口， 所述开口处釆用便于打开的连接件 8封口； 此处的连接件 8釆用 魔术贴， 当然也可以釆用其它方便打开和扣上的连接件， 本文不再一一列举。
请参考图 6所示， 作为提带 7与容纳部内两端的另一种连接方式， 所述容纳部内的两 端分别设有一个连接扣 9, 而提带 7的两端设有与连接扣 9相适应的插接头 71 , 便于将提 带 7取下单独存放。
以上所述， 仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式， 但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限 于此， 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内， 可轻易想到的变 化或替换， 都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。 因此， 本实用新型的保护范围应该以 权利要求的保护范围为准。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可变形为提包的衣服， 其特征在于， 所述夹层设于衣服后 摆或左前襟或右前襟内， 夹层上端的封口位于衣服后摆与衣领的连接处， 夹层左、 右两侧 的封口分别位于衣服后摆与左前襟、 右前襟的连接处。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一种可变形为提包的衣服， 其特征在于， 所述内层体设于 衣服后摆的内表面上， 与衣服后摆一起形成夹层， 所述夹层的左右两侧及上端封口， 下端 开口； 所述夹层上端封口位于衣服后摆与衣领的连接处下方； 夹层左、 右侧封口分别位于 衣服后摆与左、 右前襟的连接处的内侧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的一种可变形为提包的衣服， 其特征在于， 夹层左、 右侧封口分 别位于衣服后摆与左、 右前襟的连接处的外侧。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可变形为提包的衣服， 其特征在于， 所述开口处的连接件 为魔术贴或钮扣或拉链。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的一种可变形为提包的衣服， 其特征在于， 所述提带的两端分别 固设于容纳部内的两端。
7、 如权利要求 1或 6所述的一种可变形为提包的衣服， 其特征在于， 所述容纳部内的 两端分别设有一个连接扣， 而提带的两端设有与连接扣相适应的插接头。
