为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、 特征和优点, 下面结合附 图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明, 但是, 本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施, 因此, 本发明 并不限于下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
请一并参阅图 1和图 2。 图 1示出了根据本发明的实施例的移动终端 的框图。 图 2示出了根据本发明的实施例的服务器的框图。
根据本发明的实施例的移动终端 100 包括: 发送单元 102, 将移动终 端 100 的日程或空闲时间信息发送至服务器 200; 接收单元 104, 接收由 所述服务器 200根据所述发送至服务器 200的日程或空闲时间信息推送的 其他终端发送至所述服务器 200的日程。 所述移动终端 100可将建立的曰 程发送至服务器 200, 服务器 200根据移动终端 100发送的日程来识别所 述移动终端 100的用户可能存在的空闲时间, 进而根据识别出的空闲时间 来查找出匹配的来自其他终端的日程, 以推送至所述移动终端 100。 当 然, 移动终端 100也可直接将用户的空闲时间信息发送给服务器 200 , 让 服务器 200查找出与所述空闲时间信息匹配的来自其他终端的日程, 而无 需服务器 200根据移动终端 100发送的日程来获取该移动终端 100的用户 的空闲时间, 这样查找出的日程将更符合用户的需要。 在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述移动终端 100 还包括: 设置单元 106 , 用于设置日程。 当日程涉及用户隐私时, 所述设置单元 106 可根据 相关的隐私策略设置所述日程, 例如, 可以在将涉及用户隐私的日程发送 至所述服务器 200时, 经由所述设置单元 106对所述日程进行特殊处理; 当然, 也可以经由所述设置单元 106为涉及用户隐私的日程设置一标识, 以使所述服务器 200根据所述标识对所述日程进行特殊处理。 所述特殊处 理包括对涉及用户隐私的日程的主题、 具体内容中的重要或敏感信息进行 加密或模糊处理; 所述模糊处理可以是将涉及用户隐私的日程的主题、 具 体内容中的重要或敏感信息进行屏蔽或采用其他字符替代, 或者将涉及用 户隐私的日程的主题、 具体内容全部屏蔽或采用其他字符替代。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 设置单元 106还可以用于设置匹配关键 字, 匹配关键字通过所述发送单元 102发送至服务器 200。 该匹配关键字 提供给服务器, 可以缩小查找结果的范围。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 设置单元 106还可以用于将服务器 200 推送的其他终端发送至所述服务器 200 的日程设置为移动终端 100 的日 程。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述移动终端 100 还包括: 选择单元 108 , 根据用户的选择确定是否将接收到由所述服务器 200 推送的其他终 端发送至所述服务器 200 的日程传送至所述设置单元 106。 在服务器 200 根据移动终端发送的日程识别出所述移动终端的空闲时间来进行日程推送 时, 所推送的日程可能并不符合用户的实际需要, 在这种情况下, 用户可 以选择是否接受所述服务器 200推送的日程。
在此, 本领域内的技术人员应该理解, 上述各技术方案中的移动终端 包括但不限于手机、 平板电脑, 并且上述各技术方案中的移动终端可以更 改为固定终端, 例如各种网络应用服务器、 台式电脑。
根据本发明的技术方案, 服务器能够基于移动终端发送的日程信息获 取所述移动终端的空闲时间, 进一步根据所述移动终端设置的匹配关键 字, 查找出与所述移动终端的空闲时间和匹配关键字匹配的来自其他终端 的日程, 推送至所述移动终端; 当然, 服务器也能够直接根据移动终端发 送的空闲时间信息, 查找出与所述移动终端的空闲时间信息相匹配的来自 其他终端的日程。 所述来自其他终端的日程可以是其他个人发起的社交日 程, 也可以是网络组织发起的社交日程, 能够帮助所述移动终端用户找到 所需要的社交日程, 无需用户自己在庞大的社交日程数据中寻找适合自己 的社交日程。
请再次参阅图 2, 根据本发明的实施例的服务器 200 包括: 接收单元 202 , 接收来自多个移动终端的日程; 匹配单元 204 , 根据多个移动终端 的日程, 识别出每个移动终端的空闲时间, 并根据所述空闲时间, 查找出 与所述空闲时间匹配的来自其他终端的日程; 发送单元 206 , 将匹配单元 204 查找出的日程分别推送至具有与查找出的日程相对应的空闲时间的移 动终端。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 接收单元 202还可以用于接收多个移动 终端发送的匹配关键字; 匹配单元 204还用于根据每个移动终端的空闲时 间以及发送的匹配关键字, 为每个移动终端查找匹配的日程。
上述各技术方案中的服务器用于管理多个终端 (包括多个移动终端、 多个网络应用服务器等) , 其将每个终端上传的日程和与其对应的识别码 进行关联存储, 所述服务器根据每个终端上传的日程分析出该终端的空闲 时间, 从其他终端上传的日程中, 查找出与该终端的空闲时间匹配的日 程, 并推送给该终端。
图 3示出了根据本发明的实施例的服务器与终端之间进行数据交互的 示意图。
如图 3 所示, 在该实施例中, 第一移动终端 302、 第二移动终端 304 和应用服务器 306 (例如, 人人网应用服务器) 均是与服务器 200进行日 程数据交互的终端, 这三个终端将各自的日程信息上传至服务器 200并进 行存储, 从图中可知, 第一移动终端 302建立了日程 1和日程 2, 第二移 动终端 304建立了日程 3和日程 4, 应用服务器 306建立了日程 5。
服务器 200根据第二移动终端 304发送的日程 3和日程 4, 识别出所 述第二移动终端的空闲时间, 服务器 200在第一移动终端发送的日程 1和 日程 2, 以及应用服务器 306发送到日程 5 中查找与所述第二移动终端的 空闲时间匹配的日程, 假设查找出匹配的日程是日程 2, 则将所述日程 2 推送给第二移动终端 304, 第二移动终端 304根据用户的选择来确定是否 将该日程 2作为第二移动终端 304的日程。
此外, 第一移动终端 302也可将用户设置的空闲时间信息发送给服务 器 200 , 服务器 200在日程 3、 日程 4和日程 5 中查找出与该空闲时间信 息匹配的日程, 口查找出匹配的日程为日程 4, 那么, 将该日程 4推送 给第一移动终端 302。
图 4示出了根据本发明的实施例的日程推送方法的流程图。
如图 4所示, 根据本发明的实施例的日程推送方法包括: 步骤 402 , 服务器根据多个移动终端发送的日程, 识别出每个移动终端的空闲时间, 或接收多个移动终端发送的空闲时间信息; 步骤 404 , 根据每个空闲时 间, 查找出与每个空闲时间匹配的日程, 或根据所述空闲时间信息, 查找 出与所述空闲时间信息匹配的日程, 并将查找出的日程分别推送至具有与 查找出的日程相对应的空闲时间的移动终端。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 步骤 404还可以包括: 根据移动终端的 空闲时间以及发送的匹配关键字, 为所述移动终端查找出匹配的日程。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 步骤 404还可以包括: 接收到查找出的 日程的移动终端将查找出的日程设置为所述移动终端的日程。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 步骤 404还可以包括: 当没有查找出与 移动终端的空闲时间匹配的日程时, 将推送指数最高的日程或与移动终端 的空闲时间相关联的日程推送至所述移动终端。
根据本发明的技术方案, 服务器能够基于移动终端发送的日程信息获 取所述移动终端的空闲时间, 进一步根据所述移动终端设置的匹配关键 字, 查找出与所述移动终端的空闲时间和匹配关键字匹配的来自其他终端 的日程, 推送至所述移动终端; 当然, 服务器也能够直接根据移动终端发 送的空闲时间信息, 查找出与所述移动终端的空闲时间信息相匹配的来自 其他终端的日程。 所述来自其他终端的日程可以是其他个人发起的社交日 程, 也可以是网络组织发起的社交日程, 能够帮助所述移动终端用户找到 所需要的社交日程, 无需用户自己在庞大的社交日程数据中寻找适合自己 的社交日程。
图 5示出了根据本发明的实施例的日程推送方法的流程图。
如图 5 所示, 在步骤 602 , 将移动终端的日程关联至社交网络服务器 (例如, 将移动终端的日程关联至微博或人人网) 。
在步骤 604 , 在当前, 如果移动终端没有具体的日程安排, 则在关联 的社交网站上显示为在线状态。 例如, 如果移动终端在当前没有具体的日 程安排, 则在社交网站上显示为在线状态或空闲状态, 如果在当前移动终 端有具体的日程安排, 则在社交网站上显示为繁忙或不在线状态。
在步骤 606 , 服务器在检测到移动终端为在线状态时, 则根据当前的 空闲时间以及用户设置的匹配关键字 (例如主题地点等) 为移动终端查找 出匹配的日程并推送给移动终端。
需说明的是, 该示例中的服务器可以是社交服务器或云端服务器, 如 果是社交服务器, 则在该服务器的所有日程中进行查找, 查找出与当前空 闲时间和用户设置的匹配关键字匹配的日程。 如果是云端服务器 (存储来 自多种终端的日程) , 则在云端服务器中存储的所有日程中查找出与当前 空闲时间和用户设置的匹配关键字匹配的日程。
图 6示出了根据本发明的实施例的日程推送方法的流程图。
如图 6所示, 在步骤 702 , 在移动终端上设置允许服务器侦查移动终 端的日程信息。 在这个设置上, 有保护隐私的设置, 保护移动终端的日程 不外泄, 具体的, 可以将日程的主题、 具体内容中的重要或敏感信息屏蔽 或采用其他字符替代, 或者将日程的主题、 具体内容全部屏蔽或采用其他 字符替代。
在步骤 704 , 多个服务器跟踪移动终端的日程信息, 根据日程信息识 别出移动终端的空闲时间。
在步骤 706 , 服务器在检测到空闲时间时, 进一步可以根据用户设置 的匹配关键字 (例如主题) , 为该用户查找出匹配的日程并推送给所述移 动终端。
图 7示出了根据本发明的再一实施例的日程推送方法的流程图。
如图 7所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 802 , 移动终端将日程或空闲时间信 息发送至服务器; 步骤 804 , 所述移动终端接收由所述服务器根据所述发 送至所述服务器的日程或空闲时间信息推送的其他终端发送至所述服务器 的日程。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 在所述步骤 802 中, 还包括: 所述移动 终端将所述日程发送至所述服务器的同时, 将匹配关键字发送至所述服务 器。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 在所述步骤 804 中, 进一步包括: 所述 移动终端将接收的由所述服务器推送的日程设置为所述移动终端的日程。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述步骤 804进一步还可以包括: 根据 用户的选择确定是否将所述服务器推送的日程设置为所述移动终端的日 程。 在服务器根据移动终端的日程识别出的空闲时间来进行推送日程时, 所推送的日程可能不符合用户的实际需要, 在这种情况下, 用户可以选择 是否接受该日程。
以上结合附图详细说明了根据本发明的技术方案, 其提供了一种基于 日程匹配和推送的社交方式, 这种新的社交方式利用服务器庞大的数据库 和智能匹配功能, 解决了现有社交方式的繁杂性, 群体局限性和地理局限 性的技术问题, 基于终端的日程信息获取满足用户需要的社交日程并推送 给所需用户, 实现了社交的及时、 即兴、 快速筒捷特点, 满足人们参加社 交活动的需求, 提升和丰富了人们的社交生活。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元, 将所述移动终端的日程或空闲时间信息发送至服务器; 接收单元, 接收由所述服务器根据所述发送至服务器的日程或空闲时 间信息推送的其他终端发送至所述服务器的日程。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 设置单元, 用于预先设置所述日程和匹配关键字, 所述匹配关键字通 过所述发送单元发送至所述服务器;
当所述日程涉及用户隐私时, 所述设置单元根据相关的隐私策略设置 所述日程。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述设置单元还 为所述移动终端的日程。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 选择单元, 根据用户的选择确定是否将接收的由所述服务器推送的其

移动终端将日程或空闲时间信息发送至服务器;
所述移动终端接收由所述服务器根据所述发送至所述服务器的日程或 空闲时间信息推送的其他终端发送至所述服务器的日程。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的日程获取方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述移动终端预先设置所述日程和匹配关键字, 并在将所述日程发送 至所述服务器的同时, 将匹配关键字发送至所述服务器;
当所述日程涉及用户隐私时, 所述移动终端根据相关的隐私策略设置 所述日程。
7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的日程获取方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包 括: 器的日程设置为所述移动终端的日程。

匹配单元, 根据所述多个移动终端的日程, 识别出每个移动终端的空 闲时间, 并根据所述空闲时间, 查找出与所述空闲时间匹配的其他终端发 送至所述服务器的日程, 或查找出与所述空闲时间信息匹配的其他终端发 送至所述服务器的日程;
发送单元, 将所述匹配单元查找出的日程推送至具有与所述查找出的 日程相对应的空闲时间的移动终端。
10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元还 用于接收所述多个移动终端发送的匹配关键字;
所述匹配单元还用于根据每个移动终端的空闲时间以及发送的匹配关 键字, 为每个移动终端查找匹配的日程。
11. 一种日程推送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
步骤 402, 服务器根据多个移动终端发送的日程, 识别出每个移动终 端的空闲时间, 或接收多个移动终端发送的空闲时间信息;
步骤 404, 所述服务器根据所述空闲时间, 查找出与所述空闲时间匹 配的其他终端发送至所述服务器的日程, 或根据所述空闲时间信息, 查找 出与所述空闲时间信息匹配的其他终端发送至所述服务器的日程, 并将查 找出的日程推送至具有与所述查找出的日程相对应的空闲时间的移动终 端。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的日程推送方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 404还包括:
