以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1〜10所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例。
该玻璃刮擦器, 包括
方便用手握持的基体 1, 如图 10所示, 基体 1呈 L形, 基体 1具有横向部分 11和 竖向部分 12。
用于固定擦布 9的擦板 2, 擦板 2呈长方形, 擦布 9套设在擦板 2上, 擦板 2的中 部通过转轴 3转动连接在横向部分 11的前端, 擦板 2下端面的中部具有向下延伸的插 入部 23, 基体的横向部分 11的前端具有缺口 13, 插入部 23向下插入该缺口 13内并通 过转轴 3转动连接在该缺口 13内, 该转轴 3的两端支撑在缺口 31的两侧壁上, 在擦板 2后翻转至水平的状态下,擦板 2的底面与横向部分 11的上表面接触不能继续后翻,这 样在擦板 2后翻转至擦板 2的底面受到横向部分 11的上表面阻挡而呈水平状态。
扭簧 7, 套设在转轴 3上, 扭簧 7的一端抵靠在横向部分 11的底面, 扭簧 7的另一 端向下插设在插入部 23上的一个插孔 231 内, 而使该扭簧 7作用于擦板 2而使擦板 2 保持后翻并与横向部分 11 的上表面接触呈水平状态趋势, 这样刮条能保持在始终相对 被刮擦洗的玻璃面上的状态, 使得刮条能更有效刮擦抹洗玻璃, 在擦板 2前翻转至竖直 的状态下, 扭簧 7能使擦板 2保持在始终贴合被擦洗的玻璃面上的状态。
如图 9所示, 前端固定有刮条 4的底板 5, 该底板 5设于擦板 2的下方, 在擦板 2 后翻转至水平的状态下, 刮条 4能向前外露出擦板 2的前边沿; 底板 5能相对擦板 2前 后移动并能在相应位置被前后限位在擦板 2的下方,在底板 5相对擦板 2前移而被限位 的状态下, 刮条 4向前外露出擦板 2的前边沿, 在底板 5相对擦板 2后移而被限位的状 态下, 刮条 4向后缩进擦板 2的前边沿。
如图 3、 4所示, 擦板 2上开有两个开口朝向相同的 C型槽 21 , 该两个 C型槽 21 左右间隔设置, 底板 5上具有两个向上延伸的定位柱 51 , 各定位柱 51分别向上穿过相 应 C型槽 21后与限位件 6相连而使底板 5吊设在擦板 2下方, 同时定位柱 51能沿 C 型槽 21滑移, 限位件 6可以限位螺母, 也可以是限位卡圈, 在定位柱 51滑移至 C型槽 21前部凹槽内的状态下, 底板 5上的刮条 4向前外露出擦板 2的前边沿, 在定位柱 51 滑移至 C型槽 21后部凹槽内的状态下, 底板上的刮条 4向后缩进擦板 2的前边沿。
擦板 2的上表面具有两个内凹部 22, 两个 C型槽 21分别位于各内凹部 22的底面 上, 两个限位件 6分别位于各内凹部 22内。
如图 1、 7所示, 喷水壶 8, 基体的竖直部分 12固定在该喷水壶 8的上端。 基体的 竖直部分 12的下端具有一个环状卡口 121 ,该环状卡口 121套设在喷水壶 8的壶嘴上并 被喷水壶 8的喷嘴的盖子 81压住。 本发明的使用过程如下:
如图 1〜4所示, 当需要采用刮条对玻璃进行刮洗时, 将底板相对擦板前移, 定位 柱 51滑移至 C型槽 21前部凹槽内被前后限位,底板 5上的刮条 4向前外露出擦板 2的 前边沿, 再用喷水壶对玻璃进行喷水, 这时擦板 2在扭簧的作用下保持后翻转至水平的 状态, 手握喷水壶并自上而下刮洗玻璃, 由于擦板 2的底面与横向部分 11的上表面接 触不能继续后翻, 便能顺利对玻璃进行刮洗。
如图 6、 7所示, 刮洗结束后, 再用擦布对玻璃进行抹洗, 先将底板相对擦板后移, 定位柱 51滑移至 C型槽 21后部凹槽内被前后限位,底板上的刮条 4向后缩进擦板 2的 前边沿, 将擦板与玻璃面贴合, 握住喷水壶并翻转 90度, 擦板在扭簧的作用下保持在 始终贴合被擦洗的玻璃面上的状态, 便能顺利对玻璃进行抹洗。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 包括
一方便用手握持的基体 (1), 该基体 (1)具有横向部分 (11)和竖向部分 (12);
一用于固定擦布 (9)的擦板 (2), 其中部通过转轴 (3)转动连接在横向部分 (11)的前端, 在擦板 (2)后翻转至擦板 (2)的底面受到横向部分 (11)的上表面阻挡而呈水平状态;
一前端固定有刮条 (4)的底板 (5), 该底板 (5)设于擦板 (2)的下方, 在擦板 (2)后翻转至 水平的状态下, 所述刮条 (4)能向前外露出擦板 (2)的前边沿。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 所述底板 (5)能相对擦板 (2)前 后移动并能在相应位置被前后限位在擦板 (2)的下方, 在底板 (5)相对擦板 (2)前移而被限 位的状态下, 所述刮条 (4)向前外露出擦板 (2)的前边沿, 在底板 (5)相对擦板 (2)后移而被 限位的状态下, 所述刮条 (4)向后缩进擦板 (2)的前边沿。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 所述擦板 (2)上开有两个开口 朝向相同的 C型槽 (21), 该两个 C型槽 (21)左右间隔设置, 所述底板 (5)上具有两个向上 延伸的定位柱 (51), 各定位柱 (51)分别向上穿过相应 C 型槽 (21)后与限位件 (6)相连而使 底板 (5)吊设在擦板 (2)下方, 同时所述定位柱 (51)能沿 C型槽 (21)滑移, 在定位柱 (51)滑 移至 C 型槽 (21)前部凹槽内的状态下, 所述底板 (5)上的刮条 (4)向前外露出擦板 (2)的前 边沿, 在定位柱 (51)滑移至 C型槽 (21)后部凹槽内的状态下, 所述底板上的刮条 (4)向后 缩进擦板 (2)的前边沿。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 所述擦板 (2)的上表面具有两 个内凹部 (22), 所述两个 C型槽 (21)分别位于所述各内凹部 (22)的底面上,所述两个限位 件 (6)分别位于各内凹部 (22)内。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 所述转轴 (3)上套设有扭簧 (7), 该扭簧 (7)作用于擦板 (2)而使擦板 (2)保持后翻至水平状态趋势, 在擦板 (2)前翻转至竖直 的状态下, 扭簧 (7)能使擦板 (2)保持在始终贴合被擦洗的玻璃面上的状态。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 所述擦板 (2)下端面的中部具 有向下延伸的插入部 (23),所述基体的横向部分 (11)的前端具有缺口 (13),所述插入部 (23) 向下 入该缺口(13)内并通过所述转轴 (3)转动连接在该缺口 (13)内。 ―
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 所述扭簧 (7)的一端抵靠在横 向部分 (11)的底面, 扭簧 (7)的另一端向下插设在所述插入部 (23)上的一个插孔 (231)内。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的玻璃刮擦器,其特征在于:所述擦布 (9)套设在擦板 (2)上。
9、 根据权利要求 1〜8中任一权利要求所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 包括喷水 壶 (8), 所述基体的竖直部分 (12)固定在该喷水壶 (8)的上端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的玻璃刮擦器, 其特征在于: 所述基体的竖直部分 (12)的 下端具有一个环状卡口(121), 该环状卡口 (121)套设在喷水壶 (8)的壶嘴上并被喷水壶 (8) 的喷嘴的盖子 (81)压住。
