所述基站向 MME发送 UE上下文建立消息应答或者 UE上下文修改 应答;
所述基站释放无线资源控制 RRC连接并释放 UE上下文; 所述基站向移动性管理实体 MME发送 UE上下文释放请求消息, 所述请求消息携带终端上下文已经释放指示。
6、 一种资源释放的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收移动性管理实体 MME发送的用户终端 UE 上下文建立请求消息或者 UE上下文修改消息, 所述 UE上下文建立 请求消息或者 UE上下文修改消息包含电路域回退 CSFB指示;
发送模块,用于根据接收模块接收的 UE上下文建立请求消息或 者 UE上下文修改消息后, 向 MME发送 UE上下文建立消息应答或 者 UE上下文修改应答;
处理模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述 CSFB指示释放无 线资源控制 RRC连接, 且设置定时器;
所述发送模块用于所述处理模块设备定时器后,向移动性管理实 体 MME发送 UE上下文释放请求消息;
所述接收模块用于如果所述处理模块设置的所述定时器到时前, 收到了 MME发送的 UE上下文释放命令;
处理模块一, 用于当所述接收模块接收到 MME发送的 UE上下 文释放命令, 则释放所述 UE上下文;
所述发送模块用于向 MME发送 UE上下文释放完成消息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块一 还用于当所述定时器到时时, 所接收模块未收到 MME发送的 UE上 下文释放命令, 删除所述 UE上下文。
8、 一种资源释放的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于移动性管理实体 MME接收用户终端 UE上下文建 立请求消息或 UE上下文修改消息, 所述 UE上下文建立请求消息或 者 UE上下文修改消息包含电路域回退 CSFB指示;
发送模块, 用于当所述接收模块接收到 UE上下文建立请求消息 或者 UE上下文修改消息后, 向 MME发送 UE上下文建立消息应答 或者 UE上下文修改应答;
处理模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收的 CSFB指示释放无线资 源控制 RRC连接并释放 UE上下文;
所述发送模块用于所述处理模块释放无线资源控制 RRC连接后, 向移动性管理实体 MME发送 UE上下文释放请求消息;
所述接收模块用于当所述发送模块发送了 UE下文释放请求消息 后,接收 MME发送的上下文释放命令消息, 该上下文释放请求消息携 带终端上下文已经释放指示;
所述发送模块用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述终端上下文已 经释放指示, 向 MME发送上下文释放命令应答消息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块具 体用于向移动性管理实体 MME发送 UE上下文放请求消息包含上下 文已经释放指示。
10、 一种资源释放的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接接收移动性管理实体 MME发送的 UE上下文建 立请求消息或者 UE上下文修改消息, 所述上下文建立请求消息或者 UE上下文修改消息包含 CSFB指示;
发送模块, 用于向 MME发送 UE上下文建立消息应答或者 UE 上下文修改应答;
处理模块, 用于根据 CSFB指示释放无线资源控制 RRC连接; 所述发送模块用于向移动性管理实体 MME发送 UE上下文释放请 求消息, 所述请求消息携带终端上下文已经释放指示。
