1和机箱面板 2组成其骨架, 其内设置有全自动摄像机 3, 针对全自动摄像 机 3设置有摄像机防护装置 4、 图像信息采集全封闭装置 5、 图像信息采集 辅助照明装置 6和照明光源防护装置 7。图像信息采集全封闭装置 5由摄像 机密封桶壳体 13、 密封桶壳体下盖 15和针形控制阀 19组成骨架, 又以下 盖密封胶圈 16、壳体上盖密封圈 17和玻璃镜片密封胶圈 18保证其密封性, 将全自动摄像机 3置于大摄像机支架 14上, 全封闭抽真空注氮气, 保证成 像系统不受气候带的变化而影响成像质量; 排除镜头防护玻璃形成水珠水 雾的条件; 改善了摄像机的工作环境, 大大提高了摄像机的使用寿命; 提 高了摄像机的高清度为后期图像采集和图像处理提供了优越的条件。 图像 信息釆集辅助照明装置 6主体为若干高清 LED灯 20, 可保证瞬时光亮度达 到采集图像的理想状态;并且高清 LED灯 20上分别设置有 LED灯固定套 21、 LED灯固定螺母 23和 LED灯玻璃镜片密封胶圈 24, 多光源有序分布, 保证 图像的采集过程中, 光源的可靠性; 另外, 高清 LED灯 20下方安装有 LED 灯散热器 22, 发散开放散热结构, 保证光源区温度的恒定, 延长光源的寿 命。摄像机防护装置 4设置有呈断层分布的摄像机保护块 9, 另加有摄像机 面板加强块 12, 有效防止了汽车轮胎的碾压; 全自动摄像机 3上设置有车 底摄像机凸透镜 10和摄像机固定螺母 11,一是保证轮胎长期的划擦不留痕, 二是不形成水珠或水雾而阻挡镜头, 三是超强的硬度不易破损, 四是保证 可以 180度采集图像, 提高成像的帧幅, 扩大视角范围; 最后, 在底盘检 査机箱壳体 1内安装排湿抽风管 8, 保证采集系统运行的全候适应性, 可以 达到不受天气的高热、 高寒、 高温和高湿的影响。 照明光源防护装置 7采 用凸透高强高透明防护罩 25和 LED灯保护块 26,达到自净的效果, 不受粉 尘、 灰尘的蒙罩, 保证光源的稳定性; 纳米涂层 27的运用不易形成水雾、 水花, 增加强度, 提高光透度。 凸透高强高透明防护罩 25和车底摄像机凸 透镜 10设计为半球形, 可有效防止灰尘堆积于表面, 使得灰尘及时落于底 面。 底部平面上以及倾斜圆弧面和水平面的连接处的外侧分别设有倒角, 可有效降低车辆轮胎在碾压过程中对轮胎的损害。 整个装置全自动瞬时抓 拍, 不受车速变化的影响, 提高检查口车辆通过量; 异常瞬时锁定自动报 警, 快速的反;、 V:能力, 提高出警速度, 为确保 R标物的安全, 增加一道强 保险; 地感启动系统, 确保无车流时的设备静默, 降低能耗, 延长设备的 使用寿命; 全自动的自控设计, 降低执勤人员的劳动强度, 减少人为因素 带来的漏检, 降低出警工作量。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 包括底盘检査机箱壳体 (1) 和机箱 面板 (2), 其特征是: 所述底盘检査机箱壳体 (1) 内部中央位置安装 有全自动摄像机 (3), 全自动摄像机 (3) 外侧安装有摄像机防护装置
(4), 机箱面板 (2) 上安装有图像信息采集辅助照明装置 (6), 图像 信息采集辅助照明装置 (6) 外安装有照明光源防护装置 (7)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述摄像机防护装置 (4) 设置有安装于机箱面板 (2)上的呈断层分布的 摄像机保护块 (9), 摄像机保护块 (9) 内部安装有车底摄像机凸透镜
(10), 照明光源防护装置 (7) 包括凸透高强高透明防护罩 (25)和安 装于凸透高强高透明防护罩 (25) 上方的 LED灯保护块 (26)。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述凸透高强高透明防护罩(25)和车底摄像机凸透镜(10) 为口部向下 的半球形, LED灯保护块(26)和摄像机保护块(9) 由底部平面、 连接 底部平面一端的倾斜圆弧面和连接倾斜圆弧面上端的水平面构成, 底部 平面上以及倾斜圆弧面和水平面的连接处的外侧分别设有倒角。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述车底摄像机凸透镜 (10) 周围安装有摄像机固定螺母 (11), 摄像机 保护块 (9) 和机箱面板 (2) 之间加固有摄像机面板加强块 (12)。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述图像信息采集辅助照明装置 (6) 包括均匀设置于机箱面板 (2) 的若 干高清 LED灯(20), 高清 LED灯(20)下端安装有 LED灯固定套(21), LED灯固定套 (21) 下端安装有 LED灯散热器 (22), 高清 LED灯 (20) 两侧分别设置有 LED灯固定螺母 (23)。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述摄像机防护装置 ) 外侧设置冇图像信息采集全封闭装置 (5), 摄 像机防护装置 (4) 设置有安装于底盘检査机箱壳体 (1) 内的排湿抽风 管 (8)。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述高清 LED灯 (20) 与 LED灯固定套(21) 之间设置有 LED灯玻璃镜片 密封圈 (24)。
8. 根据权利要求 5或 7所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置,其特征是: 所述高清 LED灯 (20) 上表面设置有纳米涂层 (27)。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述图像信息采集全封闭装置 (5)包括安装于底盘检查机箱壳体(1) 内 部的摄像机密封桶壳体 (13) 和大摄像机支架 (14), 摄像机密封桶壳 体 (13) 下端连接有密封桶壳体下盖 (15)。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的一种车辆底盘图像信息采集装置, 其特征是: 所 述密封桶壳体下盖 (15) 安装有下盖密封胶圈 (16), 摄像机密封桶壳 体 (13) 上端设置有壳体上盖密封圈 (17), 机箱面板 (2) 内部设置有 玻璃镜片密封胶圈 (18), 密封桶壳体下盖 (15) 连接有一针形控制阀
