Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique whereby the playback of an AV source such as audio data can be continued with as little power consumption as possible after the stopping of a power source such as an engine. A vehicle-mounted device (1) is provided with a first playback unit (71) for playing back a first AV source, second playback units (72-75) for playing back a second AV source different from the first AV source with the power consumption needed for playback being lower than that of the first playback unit (71), an engine operation detection unit (26) for detecting whether an engine (2) is stopped, and a controller (11). The controller (11) performs playback switching which includes stopping playback of the first AV source and starting playback of the second AV source when stoppage of the engine (2) is detected by the engine operation detection unit (26) during playback of the first AV source.

Description

In-vehicle device
The present invention relates to an on-vehicle apparatus mounted on a vehicle, and particularly to an apparatus for reproducing an AV (Audio Visual) source.
In-vehicle devices are equipped with playback devices such as radios and CD players that can play back AV sources such as audio data. The power of the battery generated by the operation of the engine is used as the operating power of the in-vehicle device. The power of the battery is also used for starting the engine. Therefore, if the vehicle-mounted device continues to operate while the engine is stopped, the battery power may be lost, and the next engine startup may not be possible, making it impossible to travel. In order to prevent this, as described in Patent Document 1, when the engine is stopped, the operation of the in-vehicle device is also stopped.
However, the user may want the in-vehicle device to perform some operation even after the engine is stopped. Therefore, various techniques have been proposed to solve the problem. For example, in Patent Document 2, the low current consumption mode is mainly set while the engine is stopped, and the low current consumption mode is canceled and the operation mode is shifted to the normal operation mode when a disk transport operation is received. Thus, a technique for carrying a disk is disclosed.

In the present embodiment, the in-vehicle device 1 includes a communication unit 24 that acquires voice data from the external server 6 by performing this communication and outputs the voice data to the controller 11.
Here, the in-vehicle device 1 includes a second reproduction unit 75 including the communication unit 24. The second reproduction unit 75 reproduces server audio data (second AV source), which is audio data from the external server 6 and has a source type different from that of the disk audio data, under the control of the controller 11. Note that the power consumption required for the second reproduction unit 75 to reproduce the server audio data is lower than the power consumption required for the first reproduction unit 71 to reproduce the disk audio data.
The in-vehicle device 1 also has an engine operating state detection unit 26 that is a first detection unit that detects whether the engine 2 of the vehicle is stopped, and a battery remaining amount that is a second detection unit that detects the remaining amount of the battery 3. Here, the controller 11 changes to a channel (radio program) related to the genre indicated by the additional information of the stopped song, and starts playing the song of the radio audio data of the channel. Thereafter, the series of processes shown in FIG.
In step S13, the controller 11 determines based on the additional information whether the HDD audio data includes a song of the same genre as the stopped song. If it is determined that it is included, the process proceeds to step S14, and if it is determined that it is not included, the process proceeds to step S15.
In step S14, the controller 11 controls the second playback unit 72 to start playback of HDD audio data. Here, the controller 11 starts playing a song of the same genre as the stopped song among a plurality of songs included in the HDD audio data. Thereafter, the series of processes shown in FIG.
In step S15, the controller 11 determines whether a favorite song (Favorite Song) is registered in advance among a plurality of songs included in the HDD audio data. If it is determined that it is registered, the process proceeds to step S16. If it is determined that it is not registered, the process proceeds to step S17.
In step S16, the controller 11 controls the second playback unit 72 to start playback of HDD audio data. Here, the controller 11 selects a song based on the number of times of reproduction among a plurality of songs included in the HDD audio data. For example, the controller 11 may select a song having the largest number of playbacks, or may select a song in the upper fixed order (for example, in the top 10) having the highest number of playbacks. Then, the controller 11 starts playing the selected song among the plurality of songs included in the HDD audio data. Thereafter, the series of processes shown in FIG.
As described above, after playback switching is performed, HDD audio data (second AV source) or radio audio data (second AV source) is played by the second playback unit 72 or the second playback unit 73.
According to the vehicle-mounted device 1 according to the present embodiment that performs the operation as described above, when the stop of the engine 2 is detected during the reproduction of the disc audio data (first AV source), the disc audio data (first AV source) is detected. ) Playback stop and playback switching including HDD audio data or the like (second AV source) playback start. Therefore, after the engine 2 is stopped, the audio data (AV source) can be reproduced without consuming as much power as possible from the battery 3. In addition, playback of HDD audio data or the like (second AV source) is automatically started without any user operation. Therefore, since the user does not have to perform an operation for starting playback of HDD audio data or the like (second AV source), the user's trouble can be saved.
Also, according to the in-vehicle device 1 according to the present embodiment, the same HDD audio data song as the disc audio data song that was being reproduced when the playback stop was executed, or the disc audio data song The corresponding HDD audio data song (here, the song of the same artist, the song of the same genre) is started. Therefore, the continuity or identity of the music is maintained before and after the playback switching, so that the possibility that the user notices the playback switching can be suppressed. That is, it is possible to alleviate the user's uncomfortable feeling caused by the discontinuity of the music accompanying the playback switching.
Further, in the present embodiment, the disc audio data is stored in the HDD 19 by the ripping unit 20. The recording speed of the disk audio data by the ripping unit 20 can be made higher than the reproducing speed of the disk audio data by the first reproducing unit 71, and the storage can be completed before the reproduction is completed. Therefore, it is possible to increase the possibility of starting playback of the same HDD audio data song as the disc audio data song that was being played when the playback stop was executed.
In addition, when the controller 11 starts playing the HDD audio data song that is the same as the song of the disk audio data that was being played when the playback stop was executed, the controller 11 starts the playback from the playback position where the playback stop was executed. You may start playing the song. For example, in the above description, when the playback stop is executed when the music included in the disc audio data is played for 30 seconds from the beginning, the same music included in the HDD audio data is played back for 30 seconds from the beginning. Playback starts from the position. When configured in this way, it is possible to further alleviate the user's uncomfortable feeling caused by the discontinuity of the music accompanying playback switching from the first playback unit to the second playback unit.
In addition, according to the in-vehicle device 1 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to start playing a pre-registered song at the time of playback switching. Therefore, since the user automatically switches to the music that the user likes, the in-vehicle device 1 that is easy to use can be realized.
Further, according to the in-vehicle device 1 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to start playback of a song selected based on the number of playbacks when switching playback. Therefore, since the user automatically switches to the music that the user likes, the in-vehicle device 1 that is easy to use can be realized.
In step S3 described above, the disk audio data may not be stopped suddenly but gradually reduced, that is, playback may be stopped after fading out.
<Operation after switching playback>
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the in-vehicle device 1 according to the present embodiment after the reproduction switching is executed. As will be described below with reference to FIG. 3, the controller 11 performs the HDD when the remaining amount of the battery 3 detected by the battery remaining amount detection unit 27 becomes equal to or less than a predetermined threshold after the execution of the regeneration switching. Playback of the second AV source such as audio data and radio audio data is also stopped.
First, in step S21, the controller 11 determines whether the remaining battery level detected by the remaining battery level detection unit 27 is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value. When it is determined that the remaining battery level is greater than the predetermined threshold value, the process proceeds to step S22, and when it is determined that the remaining battery level is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold value, the process proceeds to step S23. In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the predetermined threshold is set to the minimum power necessary for starting the engine 2 next time.
In step S22, the controller 11 waits for a predetermined time (here, 10 seconds) while continuing to reproduce the second AV source such as HDD audio data and radio audio data, and then returns to step S21 again. As a result, as long as the remaining battery capacity is greater than the predetermined threshold, the controller 11 makes a determination (check) in step S21 at regular time intervals (here, 10 seconds).
On the other hand, in step S23, the controller 11 stops the reproduction of the second AV source such as HDD audio data and radio audio data. Then, the series of processes shown in FIG.
According to the in-vehicle device 1 according to the present embodiment that performs the operation as described above, when the remaining amount of the battery 3 becomes a predetermined threshold value or less, the second AV source such as HDD audio data and radio audio data is also reproduced. Stop. Therefore, it is possible to reproduce the audio data (AV source) while securing the minimum power necessary for starting the engine 2 next time.
<Embodiment 2>
The block configuration of the in-vehicle device according to the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the first embodiment. Therefore, hereinafter, in the in-vehicle apparatus according to the present embodiment, the same or similar components as those described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing the operation of the in-vehicle device 1 according to the second embodiment.
First, in step S31, the controller 11 detects the stop of the engine 2 by the engine operating state detection unit 26.
In step S32, the controller 11 determines whether or not the disc audio data is being reproduced by the first reproducing unit 71. If it is determined that the disk audio data is being reproduced, the process proceeds to step S33, and if it is determined that the disk audio data is not being reproduced, the series of processes shown in FIG.
In step S33, the controller 11 waits for execution of the reproduction stop until the music of the disk audio data being reproduced is reproduced to the end when attempting to execute the reproduction stop. When the reproduction of the song is completed in step S34, in step S35, the controller 11 controls the first reproduction unit 71 to stop the reproduction of the disk audio data and reproduce the disk audio data. Move to the prohibited mode.
Then, in steps S36 to S38, the controller 11 determines whether or not the HDD audio data includes a song similar to the song that has been played back in step S34 (hereinafter also referred to as “playback completed song”). . For similar determination, for example, as in the method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-046575, for example, information equivalent to the above-described additional information (in this case, information that can identify a song name and an artist) It is determined whether or not the two songs are similar to each other based on the feature amount including the degree of spectrum change, the average number of pronunciations, pronunciation aperiodicity, beat period, and the like.
However, in order to make such a similar determination, a large amount of data and calculation amount are required. Therefore, in step S <b> 36, the controller 11 transmits the additional information of the reproduction completed music and the similar music search request to the external server 6 via the communication unit 24. Then, the external server 6 that has received these selects a plurality of songs (for example, 5 songs) similar to the reproduction completion song using the similarity determination, and information equivalent to the additional information of the selected song (similar song candidate information) ) To the in-vehicle device 1.
Then, in step S37, the communication unit 24 of the in-vehicle device 1 receives the similar song candidate information from the external server 6.
In step S38, the controller 11 determines whether the HDD audio data includes the same song as the song determined to be similar by the external server 6 based on the similar song candidate information received by the communication unit 24 in step S37. Judging. That is, in step S38, the controller 11 determines whether the HDD audio data includes a song similar to the reproduction completion song. If it is determined that it is included, the process proceeds to step S39, and if it is determined that it is not included, the process proceeds to step S40.
In step S39, the controller 11 controls the second playback unit 72 to start playback of HDD audio data. Here, the controller 11 starts to reproduce a song similar to the reproduction completion song indicated by the similar song candidate information among the plurality of songs included in the HDD audio data. Thereafter, the series of processes shown in FIG.
In step S40, the controller 11 determines whether a favorite song (Favorite Song) is registered in advance among a plurality of songs included in the HDD audio data. If it is determined that it is registered, the process proceeds to step S41. If it is determined that it is not registered, the process proceeds to step S42.
In step S41, the controller 11 starts playing a favorite song (a pre-registered song) in the same manner as in step S16, and thereafter ends the series of processes shown in FIG.
In step S42, similarly to step S17, the controller 11 starts playback of the music selected based on the number of playbacks, and then ends the series of processes shown in FIG.
According to the in-vehicle apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment as described above, as in the first embodiment, after the engine 2 is stopped, the audio data (AV source) is reproduced without consuming as much power as possible from the battery 3. The effect of doing can be realized.
Further, according to the in-vehicle device 1 according to the present embodiment, the playback stop is executed after the music of the disk audio data being played back is played to the end when the playback stop is executed. Therefore, it is possible to alleviate the user's uncomfortable feeling that occurs when the music being played is suddenly stopped when the engine is stopped.
<Modification common to Embodiments 1 and 2>
In the above description, the AV source is audio data. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the AV source may be video data, or both audio data and video data. However, in this case, each of the first reproduction unit 71 and the second reproduction units 72 to 75 reproduces the video data in accordance with the control of the controller 11, and the reproduced video data is displayed on the display 14 and the display control unit 15. Output.
In the above description, it has been mainly explained that the controller 11 executes reproduction switching to HDD audio data or radio audio data. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the playback start of the second AV source may be executed as the playback start included in the playback switching. That is, the controller 11 may start reproduction of any one of HDD audio data, radio audio data, portable device audio data, and server audio data, which is the second AV source, as reproduction switching.
Although not shown in the above, the in-vehicle device 1 uses memory audio data, which is audio data of removable memory such as a USB memory (audio data such as MP3, WMA, AAC), as a second AV source. It may be used. In this case, the USB connection unit is the second playback unit.
Further, in the above description, it has been described that the playback of the same music as the stopped music starts only when the second AV source is HDD audio data. However, this is not limited to the case where the second AV source is HDD audio data. Alternatively, even when the second AV source is any of radio audio data, portable device audio data, server audio data, and memory audio data, the reproduction of the same song as the stopped song may be started.
In the above description, the song corresponding to the stopped song is described as being the same artist's song, the same genre song, or a similar song as the stopped song, but is not limited to this. For example, the song corresponding to the stopped song may be a song of the same artist, a song of the same genre, a song of the same song name, a song of the same album, or a similar song as the stopped song. It may be a combined song (for example, a song of the same song name and the same artist as the stopped song).
In the above description, only the case where the first AV source is disc audio data has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to the case where the first AV source is disc audio data. For example, assuming that the first AV source is any one of HDD audio data, radio audio data, portable device audio data, server audio data, and memory audio data, the second AV source is reproduced as the second AV source. The power consumption of the playback unit may be lower than the power consumption of the first playback unit that plays back the first AV source.
In the above description, the power source is the engine 2 that drives the vehicle using gasoline. However, the power source is not limited to this and may be a motor that drives the vehicle using electric power. .
Further, in the configuration described above, an operation unit (not shown) that accepts a setting operation from the user as to whether or not to perform reproduction switching is provided, and the reproduction switching is performed in consideration of the setting operation. Good. The setting operation may be an operation of turning on the accessory power source.
In the above, the controller 11 may also stop the power supply to the unique components of the first playback unit 71 (for example, the disk drive 17 and the disk playback unit 18) when stopping the playback of the disk audio data. Good. Further, when the playback of the second AV source is stopped, the same power supply may be stopped for the second generation units 72 to 75 as well.
It should be noted that the present invention can be freely combined with each other within the scope of the invention, and each embodiment can be appropriately modified or omitted.
