Abstract
L'invention concerne des compositions nutritionnelles liquides comprenant de la gomme de caroube comme agent stabilisant. Les compositions nutritionnelles liquides comprennent suffisamment de gomme de caroube pour produire une composition nutritionnelle liquide mélangeable à deux phases comprenant une phase crémeuse supérieure et une phase de sérum inférieure. Cette composition nutritionnelle liquide à deux phases peut facilement être incorporée par mélange dans une composition nutritionnelle liquide à phase continue unique qui ne présente pas de défauts de sédimentation.
