Abstract
The invention relates to a variable rod-in-tube pressure reducer with thermal and safety relief valve device. The said comprises a tubular body 5 provded at one end with a bonnet 4 with a bonnet nut 3 holding a cap 2 nut mounted therein a spindle 1A with an operating handle I. A pair tapered rod 4A assembly movably engaged to the said spindle mounted in a pair of precision holes extending from the said bonnet 4 in the said tubular body. The other end of the said tubular body 5 having a manifold 14 provided therein a pair of precision holes extending at partial length at one end joined to the said matching respective precision holes of tubular body 5. The other end of the one of the said precision hole provided with inlet connector 6 and other end of the second of the said precision provided with on line drain port with plug through a on line drain valve 7. The said second precision hole extended further to the manifold out let provided with thermal shut off valve 10. A sample isolation valve 9 provided in the said extended portion of second precision hole to connect to a sample out let port with plug 1 1. A safety relief valve 8 connected to the said extended portion of the said the precision hole.
