Le procédé selon l'invention consiste : étape 1 : à générer un contenu optionnel qui sera utilisé afin de contrôler un comportement de téléchargement d'un document texte, et à transmettre le contenu optionnel à un client de téléchargement de courrier électronique de sorte à le délivrer en sortie ; étape 2 : à acquérir, du client de téléchargement de courrier électronique, des données de déclenchement relatives au téléchargement d'un document texte ou relatives au téléchargement à la fois d'un document texte et d'une pièce jointe ; étape 3 : à acquérir un document texte d'un courrier électronique ou à acquérir à la fois le document texte et une pièce jointe, et à exécuter un empaquetage de données ; et, étape 4 : après avoir empaqueté les données, comme indiqué ci-dessus, à transmettre les données en paquets au client de téléchargement de courrier électronique correspondant. Grâce à la présente invention, un contenu texte d'un courrier électronique ouvert peut être téléchargé séparément ou bien, quand une pièce jointe d'un courrier électronique est téléchargée, un contenu texte du courrier électronique peut être téléchargé de façon synchronisée.
