图 7为本发明所述消费特征分析模块的组成示意图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
本发明实施例基于移动搜索系统来提高移动媒介信息对目标用户的 精准定位展示。所述移动搜索,是指用户通过移动终端(如手机、电脑等), 通过无线应用协议 ( WAP , Wireless Application Protocol ) 、 客户端等方 式进行资讯、 娱乐等内容的搜索应用, 提供这种移动搜索功能的系统称为 移动搜索系统。
图 1为本发明实施例所述在移动搜索系统中展示移动媒介信息的方法 的一种流程图。 参见图 1 , 该方法主要包括:
步骤 101、 获取移动搜索系统中的用户使用信息并进行分析, 得到用 户的消费特征信息。
步骤 102、 根据用户的消费特征信息匹配对应的移动媒介信息, 将匹 配出的移动媒介信息进行展示。 其中, 根据用户的消费特征信息匹配对应 的移动媒介信息的具体方法为: 预先对所述移动媒介信息分类, 并设置每 条移动媒介信息的关键词, 在所述匹配时, 根据所述消费特征信息确定对 应的移动媒介信息的类型, 并从对应类型的移动媒介信息中查询其关键词 与所述消费特征信息匹配的移动媒介信息作为最终的匹配出的结果。
所述将匹配出的移动媒介信息进行展示, 具体是展示在用户的移动终 端上。 例如可以展示在用户的检索页面, 所述检索页面是用户用来访问移 动搜索系统的移动终端 (如手机客户端) 的检索页面, 包括检索结果页面 和结果内容页面等。
所述步骤 101中, 所述移动搜索系统中的用户使用信息主要包括用户 的历史检索记录以及用户当前检索时的实时情景信息。 用户当前检索时的 实时情景信息即需要用户利用移动终端(如手机客户端)访问移动搜索系 统进行检索时的情景信息, 利用这两种信息可以分析得到可以代表用户检 索意图的检索类型, 以该检索类型作为该用户的消费特征信息。 图 2 为本发明实施例所述用户消费特征信息可以包括的具体数据类 型。 参见图 2, 除了用户的检索类型 201 , 所述消费特征信息中还可以直 接包括所述用户当前检索时的实时情景信息 202 , 以及用户的电信业务数 据 203和用户在移动互联网系统中的统计数据 204 (简称移动用户统计数 据) 。
其中,所述检索类型 201通过对用户历史检索记录和实时情景信息 202 分析得到, 所述历史检索记录可以从移动搜索系统的记录系统中获取, 主 要包括: 检索入口 (例如是直接输入检索词, 还是直接点击带有链接的文 字) 、 检索时间、 检索词、 检索结果页的点击行为、 翻页行为、 检索过程 花费的时间等一系列检索过程信息。
所述用户实时情景信息 202可以在用户进行检索时从移动搜索系统的 前端模块获取, 所述用户实时情景信息就是指移动用户登陆移动搜索引擎 的相关信息, 具体包括: 用户检索过程中的检索结果页面的用户实时情景 信息、 和 /或用户检索过程中的转码 (TC , TransCode ) 页的用户实时情景 信息。 所述 TC页是指通过对普通计算机网页进行转换处理, 从而成为适 合移动终端 (例如手机)访问的页面, 这种页面叫做 TC页。
图 3为本发明实施例所述检索结果页面的用户实时情景信息可以包括 的具体数据类型。 参见图 3 , 所述检索结果页面的用户实时情景信息具体 包括: 检索词、 检索时间、 检索地理位置等信息中的至少一种, 当所述用 户为登录用户时, 则所述用户实时情景信息中进一步包括该用户的历史检 索记录。 该历史检索记录可以从移动搜索系统的用户记录系统中获得。
图 4为本发明实施例所述 TC页的用户实时情景信息可以包括的具体 数据类型。 参见图 4, 所述 TC页的用户实时情景信息具体包括: 检索词、 检索时间、 检索地理位置、 用户结果页的点击行为、 TC 页的上下文内容 等信息中的至少一种, 当所述用户为登录用户时, 则所述用户实时情景信 息中进一步包括该用户的历史检索记录。
不论当前检索的用户是登录用户还是非登录用户, 其用户实时情景信 息都可以直接加入到该用户的消费特征信息中。 由于将用户在进行检索过 程中的用户实时情景信息也作为用户消费特征信息的一部分, 可以使得用 户实时情景信息成为匹配最终展示给用户的媒介信息的重要因素。 例如在 移动检索结果页, 检索查询词成为媒介信息匹配的一个因素。 当用户点击 检索结果页, 进行结果页内容浏览时, 结果页的内容信息会增加成为媒介 信息匹配的一个重要因素。
所述电信业务数据 203可以从电信服务商的系统中获取, 例如可以包 括: 用户所使用手机的终端类型、 每月的话费、 是否开通了包月浏览等。 其中登陆用户每月话费、 终端类型等都在电信服务商的系统中有直接记 录, 非登陆用户可以对大样本数据进行统计分析得出结果数据, 如 20%的 用户是使用智能机等。
所述用户在移动互联网系统中的统计数据 204可以从相应的移动互联 网的用户管理系统中获取, 例如可以包括: 移动用户在移动互联网系统中 登记的属性信息, 包括用户性别, 用户年龄, 用户职业等。 其中登陆用户 的属性等信息都在用户管理系统中有直接的记录, 非登陆用户可以对大样 本数据进行统计分析得出结果数据,如 30%的用户年龄在 30岁至 40岁之 间等。
上述用户的消费特征信息中, 用户的检索类型 201需要对原始数据进 行分析处理得到。 具体的分析处理方法如图 5所示, 包括:
步骤 501、 获取用户在移动搜索系统的历史检索记录并进行聚类分析 得到用户的检索类型分析模型;
步骤 502、 获取用户当前检索时的实时情景信息, 从用户的检索类型 分析模型中查找到与该实时情景信息匹配的检索类型。
所述步骤 501中, 所述检索类型分析模型的分析过程是一种聚类分析 过程, 主要为: 基于移动用户的全历史检索数据(此处的 "全"是相对的, 实质上是从全部历史数据中进行釆样得到的釆用数据) , 包括: 移动用户 输入的检索词、 结果页点击记录、 结果页浏览行为信息等, 对用户的检索 过程信息进行分析, 以此将用户的检索需求进行分类统计, 得到由所述分 类统计信息组成的检索类型分析模型。 例如: 在历史检索查询词中, 有一 定比例的用户检索需求为网络游戏, 一定比例的用户检索需求为网络购 物, 一定比例的用户检索需求为网络聊天等, 将这些信息记录到检索类型 分析模型中。
所述分析历史检索记录得到检索类型分析模型的具体方法需要区分 登录用户和非登录用户两种情形。
对于移动搜索系统的登陆用户, 其历史检索记录被记录到专门的文件 中。 本发明实施例可以读取每一个登录用户的所述历史检索记录文件获取 该登录用户的历史检索记录, 并进行分析得到每一个登录用户的检索类型 分析模型。 具体的分析过程例如可以是通过分析统计用户的检索过程信息 的检索集中度或检索频率等信息, 得到最能体现用户检索意图的检索信 息。 例如: 在某一段时间对某一检索类型的检索词超过了预定的比例, 如 该用户在最近一周中和游戏类型相关的检索词超过了 80% , 则记录该信 类型为 "游戏类" ; 再例如以天为单位, 如果用户在最近一周每天对电影 资讯类的检索请求都超过了一个预设的次数(如 3次) , 则记录该信息, 型为 "电影资讯类" 。
对于移动搜索系统的非登陆用户, 本发明实施例无法找到与用户对应 的历史检索记录, 因此本发明实施例基于移动用户的全历史检索数据(此 处的 "全" 是相对的, 实质上是从全部历史数据中进行釆样得到的釆用数 据) , 对全体用户 (此处的 "全体" 也是相对的, 实质上是从全体用户中 进行釆样得到的釆用用户)的检索过程信息进行分析, 将用户的检索需求 进行分类, 得到代表全体非登录用户的检索类型分析模型。 具体的分析过 程例如可以统计某些检索信息热度, 找到对应的检索类型, 对于同一检索 信息还可能根据其最终的点击结果确定不同的检索类型, 从中找到最能体 现用户检索意图的检索类型。 例如: 检索 "苹果" 的用户 80%在检索苹果 公司的电子产品, 15%在检索可以吃的苹果, 5%在检索苹果这部电影等, 在检索类型分析模型中记录这些信息, 后续如果用户检索 "苹果" 时, 则 其优先的检索类型为 "电子产品类" 。
上述步骤 501中用户的检索类型分析模型的分析过程是在线下完成, 并存储在系统中, 用户在访问移动搜索系统进行检索时, 系统可以根据用 户的实时情景信息和所述检索类型分析模型确定出最能体现该用户检索 意图的检索类型。 并且, 当前用户的实时情景信息可以再次作为检索类型 分析模型的输入数据进行分析和统计, 在之前的所述检索类型分析模型的 基础上进行补充和修正。
对于登录用户, 可以为该登录用户打上标签, 在后续的每一次检索过 程中得到的消费特征信息都会补充和修正到之前的消费特征信息之中。
所述对检索类型分析模型的聚类分析过程越频繁、 基于的历史数据越 丰富,得到检索类型分析模型也越细致。例如所述的检索类型不限于娱乐、 饮食这样的大类型, 也可以细分到更为细小的类型。 如娱乐类可以细致到 手机游戏、 手机视频、 手机音乐、 手机小说等小类; 生活类可以细致到找 餐饮店、 商场、 电影院等小类, 从而更为细致地明确用户的检索意图。
所述步骤 502中, 当用户利用移动搜索系统进行检索时, 本发明实施 例需要获取用户检索时的实时情景信息, 从所述检索类型分析模型中查找 到与该实时情景信息匹配的检索类型。
下面进一步举例说明所述检索类型的匹配过程以及最终向用户展示 的移动媒介信息的匹配过程:
例如: 对于非登录用户, 在前述分析非登录用户的检索类型分析模型 中, 统计到检索词 "苹果" 对应的浏览结果中, 80%的结果是检索苹果公 司的电子产品, 因此与 "苹果" 这个关键词对应的类型优先设置为 "电子 产品类" 。 当非登录用户检索 "苹果" 时, 其用户实时情景信息包括检索 词 "苹果" , 系统根据所述检索类型分析模型判定 "苹果" 优先对应的该 用户的检索类型为 "电子产品类" , 并在后续步骤中从 "电子产品类" 的 移动媒介信息中查询关键词为 "苹果" 的移动媒介信息, 并将该移动媒介 信息展示在用户的移动终端上。
更进一步地, 非登录用户的实时情景信息还可以包括检索时间、 检索 地理位置等信息, 和 /或包括用户结果页的点击行为、 TC页的上下文内容 等 TC页的用户实时情景信息, 因此在匹配移动媒介信息的过程中还可以 从中筛选与其这些实时情景信息匹配的移动媒介信息。 例如: 筛选出与用 户检索地理位置信息匹配的移动媒介信息 (即用户本地区的移动媒介信 息) , 展示在用户的移动终端上, 或者筛选出与用户结果页的点击行为、 TC 页的上下文内容匹配的移动媒介信息 (即进一步反映了用户当前所想 查询的内容) , 展示在用户的移动终端上。
再例如:对于登录用户,在前述分析登录用户的检索类型分析模型中, 如果某登录用户在最近一周每天对电影资讯类的检索请求都超过了一个 预设的次数(如 3次) , 则记录其优先的检索类型为 "电影资讯类" 。 当 该登录用户在检索 "赤壁" 时, 其用户实时情景信息包括检索词 "赤壁" , 系统根据该用户的检索类型分析模型确定该用户当前的检索类型为 "电影 资讯类" , 并在后续步骤中从对应的 "电影资讯类" 的移动媒介信息中查 询关键词为 "赤壁" 的移动媒介信息 (即与电影 "赤壁" 赤壁相关的信息 等) , 并将该移动媒介信息展示在用户的移动终端上。
更进一步地, 登录用户的实时情景信息还可以包括检索时间、 检索地 理位置、 用户历史检索记录等信息, 和 /或包括用户结果页的点击行为、 TC页的上下文内容等 TC页的用户实时情景信息,因此在匹配移动媒介信 息的过程中还可以从中筛选与其这些实时情景信息匹配的移动媒介信息。 例如: 筛选出与用户检索地理位置信息匹配的移动媒介信息(即用户本地 区的包括电影 "赤壁" 的信息) , 展示在用户的移动终端上, 或者筛选出 与用户结果页的点击行为、 TC 页的上下文内容匹配的移动媒介信息, 即 进一步反映了用户当前所想查询的内容, 例如用户当前的 TC页的上下文 内容主要是电影院的介绍, 则进一步将关键词中包括 "赤壁" 的电影院信 息 (通常是当地放映该电影的电影院) , 展示在用户的移动终端上。
进一步的, 用户的消费特征信息中还可以包括该用户的电信业务数 据、 以及该登录用户在移动互联网系统中的统计数据。 在为其匹配移动媒 介信息时, 还可以进一步筛选出其关键词与这些消费特征信息匹配的移动 媒介信息, 并展示给用户的移动终端上。
与本发明实施例所述的方法对应, 本发明实施例还公开了一种在移动 搜索系统中展示移动媒介信息的装置。 图 6为本发明实施例所述装置的一 种组成示意图。 参见图 6, 该在移动搜索系统中展示移动媒介信息的装置 600包括:
消费特征分析模块 601 , 用于获取移动搜索系统中的用户使用信息并 进行分析, 得到用户的消费特征信息。
移动媒介信息匹配模块 602 , 用于根据消费特征分析模块 601输入的 用户消费特征信息从移动媒介信息系统中匹配对应的移动媒介信息。
移动搜索展示模块 603 , 用于响应用户的检索请求, 将匹配出的移动 媒介信息和后台的检索结果进行展示。 该移动搜索展示模块 603中具体包 括移动搜索引擎前端模块 631和排序模块 632 , 所述移动搜索引擎前端模 块 631用于接受用户的检索请求, 并展示检索页, 所述排序模块 632用于 将检索模块返回的检索结果和移动媒介信息匹配模块 602匹配的移动媒介 信息进行组合排序, 并将排序后的检索结果和移动媒介信息发送给移动搜 索引擎前端模块 631进行展示。
本发明实施例所述用户消费特征信息可以包括用户的检索类型, 还可 以进一步包括所述用户当前检索时的实时情景信息、 以及用户的电信业务 数据和移动用户统计数据。
图 7为本发明实施例所述消费特征分析模块的组成示意图。参见图 7 , 所述消费特征分析模块 601具体包括:
历史检索记录获取模块 71 1 , 用于从移动搜索系统的记录系统中获取 用户在移动搜索系统中的历史检索记录。
检索类型分析模块 712 , 用于对历史检索记录获取模块 71 1所获取的 用户历史检索记录进行聚类分析得到用户的检索类型分析模型。
用户情景信息获取模块 713 , 用于从移动搜索系统的前端模块获取用 户检索时的实时情景信息;
检索类型确定模块 714 ,用于在用户检索时,从检索类型分析模块 712 所确定的用户的检索类型分析模型中查找到与用户情景信息获取模块 Ί 13 所获取的用户实时情景信息匹配的检索类型, 将该检索类型作为所述用户 消费特征信息的一部分去匹配移动媒介信息。
另外, 所述用户情景信息获取模块 713获取的情景信息除了输入检索 类型确定模块 714确定用户的检索类型外, 还可以直接作为所述用户消费 特征信息的一部分去匹配移动媒介信息。
如图 7所示, 所述消费特征分析模块还可以进一步包括: 电信业务数 据获取模块 715 ,用于以从电信服务商的系统中获取用户的电信业务数据, 将该电信业务数据作为该用户的所述消费特征信息的一部分去匹配对应 的移动媒介信息。
所述消费特征分析模块还可以进一步包括: 移动用户统计数据获取模 块 716 , 用于从相应的移动互联网的用户管理系统中获取用户在移动互联 网系统中的统计数据, 将该统计数据作为该用户的所述消费特征信息的一 部分去匹配对应的移动媒介信息。
当然, 所述电信业务数据获取模块 715和移动用户统计数据获取模块 716在另外的实施例中也可以是可选部分。
参见图 6和图 7 , 本发明实施例向用户展示与其消费特征对应的移动 媒介信息的总体过程为: 用户通过移动终端登陆移动搜索引擎系统后, 提 交移动搜索查询请求, 移动搜索引擎向用户的移动终端返回包括检索结果 的检索页面。在移动用户提交检索请求的时候,所述消费信息分析模块 601 可以分析获取到用户的电信数据 (如每个月消费多少钱, 通话时长等) 、 移动用户统计数据(如性别、 年龄等) 、 实时情境信息 (如检索词、 结果 页点击记录、 结果页上下文信息、 检索时间、 检索地点等) 、 以及检索类 型 (资讯类、 娱乐类、 生活类等)等信息得到用户的消费特征。 所述移动 媒介信息匹配模块 602根据这些消费特征信息, 从移动媒介信息系统中匹 配与这些消费特征信息匹配的移动媒介信息, 得到最符合用户当前需求的 移动媒介信息展示在用户终端的检索页面上。 使得媒介信息提供方的移动 搜索媒介信息能进行精准投放, 符合移动搜索用户的潜在需求。
本发明实施例还提供一种机器可读介质, 其上存储有指令集合, 当该 指令集合被执行时, 使得该机器可执行上述任一实施例所述的方法。 该机 器可读介质可以是计算机的软盘、 硬盘或光盘等, 该机器可以是手机、 个 人计算机、 服务器或者网络设备等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在 本发明的精神和原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包 含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种在移动搜索系统中展示移动媒介信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取移动搜索系统中的用户使用信息并进行分析, 得到用户的消费特 征信息;
根据用户的消费特征信息匹配对应的移动媒介信息, 将匹配出的移动 媒介信息进行展示。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户的消费特征 信息包括: 用户的检索类型; 所述获取移动搜索系统中的用户使用信息并 进行分析, 得到用户的消费特征信息的具体方法为:
获取用户在移动搜索系统的历史检索记录并进行聚类分析得到用户 的检索类型分析模型;
获取用户检索时的实时情景信息, 从用户的检索类型分析模型中查找 到与该实时情景信息匹配的检索类型。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对用户在移动搜 索系统的历史检索记录进行聚类分析得到用户的检索类型分析模型的具 体方法为: 分析用户在移动搜索系统中的历史检索数据的检索过程信息, 以此将用户的检索需求进行分类统计, 得到由所述分类统计信息组成的检 索类型分析模型。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述进行聚类分析 得到检索类型分析模型的过程中:
对于登录用户, 具体是对该登录用户自身的历史检索记录进行聚类分 析得到检索类型分析模型;
对于非登录用户, 具体是从全体非登录用户中进行釆样得到一部分釆 样用户, 对这部分釆用用户的历史检索记录进行聚类分析得到检索类型分 析模型。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述获取移动搜索系统中的用户使用信息包括: 获取用户检索时的实 时情景信息;
该方法进一步包括: 将该用户检索时的实时情景信息作为该用户的所 述消费特征信息的一部分匹配对应的移动媒介信息。
6、 根据权利要求 2或 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户检索时 的实时情景信息包括: 用户检索过程中的检索结果页面的用户实时情景信 息、 和 /或用户检索过程中的转码 TC页的用户实时情景信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述检索结果页面的用户实时情景信息具体包括如下至少一种: 检索 词、 检索时间、 检索地理位置;
所述 TC页的用户实时情景信息具体包括如下至少一种: 检索词、 检 索时间、 检索地理位置、 用户结果页的点击行为、 TC页的上下文内容; 当所述用户为登录用户时, 则所述用户实时情景信息中进一步包括该 用户的历史检索记录。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 获取所述用户的电信业务数据, 将该电信业务数据作为该用户的所述消费 特征信息的一部分匹配对应的移动媒介信息。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 获取所述用户在移动互联网系统中的统计数据, 将该统计数据作为该用户 的所述消费特征信息的一部分匹配对应的移动媒介信息。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用户的消费 特征信息匹配对应的移动媒介信息的具体方法为:
预先对所述移动媒介信息分类, 并设置每条移动媒介信息的关键词, 在所述匹配时, 根据所述消费特征信息确定对应的移动媒介信息的类型, 并从对应类型的移动媒介信息中查询其关键词与所述消费特征信息匹配 的移动媒介信息作为最终的匹配出的结果。
11、 一种在移动搜索系统中展示移动媒介信息的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
消费特征分析模块, 用于获取移动搜索系统中的用户使用信息并进行 分析, 得到用户的消费特征信息;
移动媒介信息匹配模块, 用于根据用户的消费特征信息匹配对应的移 动媒介信息;
移动搜索展示模块, 用于将匹配出的移动媒介信息进行展示。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消费特征分析 模块具体包括:
历史检索记录获取模块, 用于获取用户在移动搜索系统中的历史检索 记录;
检索类型分析模块, 用于对所获取的用户历史检索记录进行聚类分析 得到用户的检索类型分析模型;
用户情景信息获取模块, 用于获取用户检索时的实时情景信息; 检索类型确定模块, 用于从用户的检索类型分析模型中查找到与所获 取的用户实时情景信息匹配的检索类型, 将该检索类型作为所述用户消费 特征信息的一部分。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消费特征分析 模块具体包括: 用户情景信息获取模块, 用于获取用户检索时的实时情景 信息, 将该实时情景信息作为所述用户消费特征信息的一部分。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消费特征分析 模块具体包括: 电信业务数据获取模块, 用于获取用户的电信业务数据, 将该电信业务数据作为该用户的所述消费特征信息的一部分。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消费特征分析 模块具体包括: 移动用户统计数据获取模块, 用于获取用户在移动互联网 系统中的统计数据, 将该统计数据作为该用户的所述消费特征信息的一部 分。
16、 一种机器可读介质, 其上存储有指令集合, 当该指令集合被执行 时, 使得该机器可执行权利要求 1至 10中任意一个权利要求所述的方法。
