Description

呼叫处理方法、 用户设备和网络侧设备 技术领域 本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种呼叫处理方法、 用户 设备和网络侧设备。 背景技术
数字集群系统是一种用于集团调度指挥通信的移动通信系统, 主要应用 在专业移动通信领域。 和普通的移动通信不同, 数字集群系统最大的特点是 语音通信釆用即按即说 ( Push To Talk; PTT )按键, 以一按即通的方式接续, 被叫无需摘机即可接听, 且接续速度较快, 并能支持群组呼叫等功能。 因此 数字集群系统可以广泛应用在如公共安全、 交通运输、 社会联动、 市政管理、 水利电力、 厂矿企业等等领域中。
现有技术中, 时分同步的码分多址长期演进 (Time Division- Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access Long Term Evolution; TD-SCDMA Long Term Evolution; TD-LTE)是基于第三代合作伙伴计划 (3rd Generation Partnership Project; 3GPP )实现的一种技术。 为了在 TD-LTE技术中引入数字集群业务, 可以考虑将现有的 TD-LTE技术与上述数字集群系统进行整合, 以实现基于 TD-LTE技术的数字集群业务。
但是在 TD-LTE 中, 被叫用户设备 ( User Equipment; UE )接听主叫 UE 的呼叫时, 通常不会考虑主叫 UE的优先级, 而是接听最先接收到的呼叫。 例如在被叫用户设备 ( User Equipment; UE )正在接听某一主叫 UE的呼叫过 程中, 其他对该被叫 UE的呼叫通常情况下都不会被接听。 而在数字集群业 务需要考虑到各个群组以及 UE的优先级。 因此当将现有的 TD-LTE技术与 上述数字集群系统进行整合后, 如何在基于 TD-LTE的数字集群业务中根据 群组的优先级进行呼叫处理是一种亟需要解决的技术问题。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种呼叫处理方法、 用户设备和网络侧设备, 用以 提供一种基于 TD-LTE的数字集群业务中根据群组的优先级级别进行呼叫 的技术方案。
本发明实施例提供一种呼叫处理方法, 包括:
接收第一主叫用户设备发送的携带群组标识的组呼请求;
确定所述第一主叫用户设备发起的本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别; 向所述群组标识对应的群组中的被叫用户设备发送携带所述本次群 组呼叫业务的优先级级别的第一呼叫请求, 以供所述被叫用户设备确定正 在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次群组呼叫业务中 优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务 对应的呼叫。
本发明实施例还提供一种呼叫处理方法, 包括:
接收网络侧设备发送的携带群组标识和本次群组呼叫业务的优先级 级别的第一呼叫请求; 所述第一呼叫请求为第一主叫用户设备向所述网络 侧设备发起的;
确定正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次群组 呼叫业务的中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务;
选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。

接收模块, 用于接收第一主叫用户设备发送的携带群组标识的组呼请 求;

102、网络侧设备向群组标识对应的群组中的被叫 UE发送携带本次群 组呼叫业务的优先级级别的第一呼叫请求, 以供被叫 UE确定正在进行的 呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务,以及本次群组呼叫业务中优先级级别最 高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。
本实施例中第一主叫 UE和被叫 UE都属于群组标识对应的群组中的 UE。 该第一主叫 UE为呼叫的发起者, 被叫 UE为该群组中除第一主叫 UE之外的其他所有 UE中的任意一个, 本实施例称之为被叫 UE。
本实施例的呼叫处理方法, 通过釆用上述技术方案, 在基于 TD-LTE 的数字集群业务中引入群组呼叫业务的优先级级别, 由网络侧设备确定第 一主叫 UE发起的本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别; 并向群组标识对应的 群组中的被叫 UE发送携带本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别的第一呼叫请 求, 以供被叫 UE确定正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务, 以及 本次群组呼叫业务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听优先级级别 最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。 釆用本实施例的技术方案, 能够弥补现有技 术的不足, 提供一种基于 TD-LTE的数字集群业务中根据群组的优先级进 行呼叫的技术方案, 且能够使得 UE根据优先级的高低有效地处理呼叫业 务。
可选地, 在上述图 1所示实施例的技术方案的基础上, 其中步骤 101 "网络侧设备确定第一主叫 UE发起的本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别 " 具体可以包括如下几种情况:
第一种情况、 网络侧设备获取该群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别; 并将群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别作为本次群组呼叫业务的优先级 级别。
第二种情况、 网络侧设备根据第一主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组标识 对应的群组的优先级级别确定本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别。
例如网路侧设备取第一主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组标识对应的群组 的优先级级别的平均优先级级别作为本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别。
或者该网络侧设备取第一主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组标识对应的群 组的优先级级别中优先级级别较高的作为本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级 别。
当网络设备取第一主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组标识对应的群组的优 先级级别的平均优先级级别作为本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别时, 若第 一主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别取平均为小 数, 此时需要对该小数取整作为本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别。

例如: UE可以通过监听空口新增寻呼信道, 当确定在该空口新增寻 呼信道上监听到的第一呼叫请求中携带的群组标识对应群组为当前 UE所 属的群组时, UE就接收该第一呼叫请求, 并从该第一呼叫请求中获取本 次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别, 然后当 UE正在接听某一呼叫业务的呼叫 时, 需要 UE比较该正在接听的呼叫业务与本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级 别的高低; 若同时 UE还接收到其他呼叫业务时, UE就需要比较正在接 听的呼叫业务、 本次群组呼叫业务以及接收到的其他呼叫业务的优先级级 别的高低, 选择接听优先级级别较高的呼叫业务的呼叫, 这样, 可以使得 UE根据优先级级别接听呼叫业务对应的呼叫, 而不会造成用户在接听某 一低优先级级别的过程中, 不知道其他高优先级级别的呼叫呼入。

可选地, 在上述图 4所示实施例的技术方案的基础上, 在步骤 400之 前, 还可以包括如下步骤:
( a )被叫 UE监听空口新增寻呼信道,

其中监听模块 23用于在接收模块 20接收第一呼叫请求之前, 监听空 口新增寻呼信道。 确定模块 21还与监听模块 23连接, 确定模块 21还用 于确定监听模块 23在空口新增寻呼信道上监听到第一呼叫请求中携带的 群组标识为当前 UE所属于的群组的标识。此时确定模块 21触发接收模块 20接收网络侧设备发送的携带群组标识和本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级 别的第一呼叫请求。
可选地, 本实施例中本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别为群组标识对应 的群组的优先级级别、 或者第一主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组标识对应的 群组的优先级级别的平均优先级级别、 或者主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组 标识对应的群组的优先级级别中优先级级别较高的优先级级别。 其中当第 一主叫 UE的优先级级别和群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别的平均优先 级级别为小数时, 需要对该小数取整作为本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级 别。

1、 一种呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收第一主叫用户设备发送的携带群组标识的组呼请求;
确定所述第一主叫用户设备发起的本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别; 向所述群组标识对应的群组中的被叫用户设备发送携带所述本次群 组呼叫业务的优先级级别的第一呼叫请求, 以供所述被叫用户设备确定正 在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次群组呼叫业务中 优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务 对应的呼叫。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述确定本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别, 包括:
获取所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别;
将所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别作为所述本次群组呼叫业 务的优先级级别;

通过空口新增寻呼信道发送携带所述群组标识和所述本次群组呼叫 业务的优先级级别的所述第一呼叫请求, 以供属于所述群组的所述被叫用 户设备接收所述第一呼叫请求,确定正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼 叫业务, 以及所述本次群组呼叫业务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选 择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收第二主叫用户设备发送的携带所述被叫用户设备的标识的点呼 请求;
确定所述第二主叫用户设备的本次点呼业务的优先级级别; 所述本次 点呼业务的优先级级别为所述第二主叫用户设备的优先级级别;
向所述被叫用户设备发送携带所述本次点呼业务的优先级级别的第 二呼叫请求,以供所述被叫用户设备确定所述正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或所 述接收到的呼叫业务, 以及所述本次点呼业务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业 务, 并选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 向所述被叫用户设备 发送携带所述本次点呼业务的优先级级别的第二呼叫请求, 以供所述被叫 用户设备确定所述正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或所述接收到的呼叫业务,以及 所述本次点呼业务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听所述优先级 级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫, 包括:
通过空口新增寻呼信道发送携带所述被叫用户设备标识和所述本次 点呼业务的优先级级别的所述第二呼叫请求, 以供所述被叫用户设备确定 所述被叫用户设备标识为自身的标识时, 接收所述第二呼叫请求, 确定所 述正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或所述接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次点呼业 务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫 业务对应的呼叫。
6、 一种呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收网络侧设备发送的携带群组标识和本次群组呼叫业务的优先级 级别的第一呼叫请求; 所述第一呼叫请求为第一主叫用户设备向所述网络 侧设备发起的;
确定正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次群组 呼叫业务的中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务;
选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收网络侧设备 发送的携带群组标识和本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别的第一呼叫请求 之前, 还包括:
监听空口新增寻呼信道;
确定在所述空口新增寻呼信道上监听到所述第一呼叫请求中携带的 所述群组标识为当前用户设备所属于的群组的标识。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述本次群组呼叫业 务的优先级级别为所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别、 或者所述第一 主叫用户设备的优先级级别和所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别的 平均优先级级别、 或者所述第一主叫用户设备的优先级级别和所述群组标 识对应的群组的优先级级别中优先级级别较高的优先级级别。
9、 根据权利要求 6-8任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收所述网络侧设备发送的携带被叫用户设备标识和本次点呼业务 的优先级级别的第二呼叫请求; 所述第二呼叫请求为第二主叫用户设备向 所述网络侧设备发起的; 所述本次点呼叫业务的优先级级别为所述第二主 叫用户设备的优先级级别;
确定所述正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或所述接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述 本次点呼业务的中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务;
选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述网络侧设备 发送的携带被叫用户设备标识和本次点呼业务的优先级级别的第二呼叫 请求之前, 还包括:
监听空口新增寻呼信道,
确定在所述空口新增寻呼信道上监听到所述第二呼叫请求中携带的 被叫用户设备标识为当前用户设备标识。
1 1、 一种网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收第一主叫用户设备发送的携带群组标识的组呼请 求;
确定模块, 用于确定所述第一主叫用户设备发起的本次群组呼叫业务 的优先级级别; 发送模块, 用于向所述群组标识对应的群组中的被叫用户设备发送携 带所述本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别的第一呼叫请求, 以供所述被叫用 户设备确定正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次群 组呼叫业务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听所述优先级级别最 高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。
12、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的设备, 其特征在于:
所述确定模块, 具体用于获取所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级 别; 并将所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别作为所述本次群组呼叫业 务的优先级级别。
或者所述确定模块, 具体用于取所述第一主叫用户设备的优先级级别 和所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别的平均优先级级别作为所述本 次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别;
或者所述确定模块, 具体用于取所述第一主叫用户设备的优先级级别 和所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别中优先级级别较高的作为所述 本次群组呼叫业务的优先级级别。
13、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 具 体用于通过空口新增寻呼信道发送携带所述群组标识和所述本次群组呼 叫业务的优先级级别的所述第一呼叫请求, 以供属于所述群组的所述被叫 用户设备接收所述第一呼叫请求,确定正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的 呼叫业务, 以及所述本次群组呼叫业务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并 选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼叫。
14、 根据权利要求 1 1 -13任一所述的设备, 其特征在于:
所述接收模块, 还用于接收第二主叫用户设备发送的携带所述被叫用 户设备标识的点呼请求;
所述确定模块, 还用于确定所述第二主叫用户设备发起的本次点呼业 务的优先级级别; 所述本次点呼业务的优先级级别为所述第二主叫用户设 备的优先级级别;
所述发送模块, 还用于向所述被叫用户设备发送携带所述本次点呼业 务的优先级级别的第二呼叫请求, 以供所述被叫用户设备确定所述正在进 行的呼叫业务和 /或所述接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次点呼业务中优先 级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应 的呼叫。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 具 体用于通过空口新增寻呼信道发送携带所述被叫用户设备标识和所述本 次点呼业务的优先级级别的所述第二呼叫请求, 以供所述被叫用户设备确 定所述被叫用户设备标识为自身的标识时, 接收所述第二呼叫请求, 确定 所述正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或所述接收到的呼叫业务,以及所述本次点呼 业务中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务, 并选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼 叫业务对应的呼叫。
16、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收网络侧设备发送的携带群组标识和本次群组呼叫 业务的优先级级别的第一呼叫请求; 所述第一呼叫请求为第一主叫用户设 备向所述网络侧设备发起的;
确定模块, 用于确定正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或接收到的呼叫业务, 以 及所述本次群组呼叫业务的中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务;
选择模块, 用于选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼 叫。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括监听模块; 所述监听模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收所述第一呼叫请求之前, 监 听空口新增寻呼信道;
所述确定模块, 还用于确定在所述空口新增寻呼信道上监听到所述第 一呼叫请求中携带的所述群组标识为当前用户设备所属于的群组的标识。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述本次群组呼叫 业务的优先级级别为所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别、 或者所述第 一主叫用户设备的优先级级别和所述群组标识对应的群组的优先级级别 的平均优先级级别、 或者所述第一主叫用户设备的优先级级别和所述群组 标识对应的群组的优先级级别中优先级级别较高的优先级级别。
19、 根据权利要求 16-18任一所述的设备, 其特征在于:
所述接收模块, 还用于接收所述网络侧设备发送的携带被叫用户设备 标识和本次点呼业务的优先级级别的第二呼叫请求; 所述第二呼叫请求为 第二主叫用户设备向所述网络侧设备发起的; 所述本次点呼叫业务的优先 级级别为所述第二主叫用户设备的优先级级别;
所述确定模块,还用于确定所述正在进行的呼叫业务和 /或所述接收到 的呼叫业务, 以及所述本次点呼业务的中优先级级别最高的呼叫业务; 选择模块, 还用于选择接听所述优先级级别最高的呼叫业务对应的呼 叫。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括监听模块; 所述监听模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收所述第二呼叫请求之前, 监 听空口新增寻呼信道;
