所述的关联可以通过用户名、 电话号码、 电子邮件等信息作为匹配条件 (或者作为共同的索引项， 或者作为匹配的关键字） 。 在匹配成功的情况下 可以直接建立关联， 如建立好友的个人信息与本地通讯录中的联系人之间的 对应关系， 通过该对应关系可以从本地通讯录中知道该用户所属的 MSN或 者 IM, 也可以通过本地保存的 MSN/IM的列表信息知道该用户在本地通讯 录中的信息， 如电话号码等。
对于无法匹配的 MSN/IM的用户信息， 则可以在本地建立一个融合通讯 录， 如图 2所示， 该融合通讯录可以是本地通讯录 +IM+MSN联系人的一个 集合， 该融合通讯录可以是一个实体的大通讯录（即对用户可见） ， 也可以 釆用本地虚拟列表的形式实现， 即对用户不可见。 当然， 也可以不釆取这种 融合通讯录的策略， 对其不加处理。
3.对于本地建立的 MSN、 IM用户好友列表信息， 建立获取其状态信息 的订阅关系， 保证用户能够及时更新该列表内用户的状态信息。 且当用户的 重要信息 （如电话号码、 电子邮件等）发生变化后， 和本地通讯录的关系需 要重新建立关联关系。
4.利用终端本身的能力发起相关业务，如可以在 MSN列表中找到好友个 人信息， 对该用户发起通话、 短消息业务（ Short Messaging Service, SMS ) 、 多媒体消息业务（Multimedia Messaging Service, MMS ) 、 EMAIL等业务。
其中， 对于建立对应关系的本地通讯录和 MSN/IM本地用户好友列表信 息， 可以釆用如下的处理方式： a)在本地建立一个融合通讯录， 包括本地通讯录、 MSN/IM好友列表信 息等， 并标注其归属和关系；
b)可以在融合地址簿（ Converged Address Book, CAB )上创建一个新的 融合通讯录， 体现相互的关联关系， 通过 CAB的网络特征建立 MSN/IM用 户状态信息的更新， 最终在终端上更新用户的状态。 如图 2所示， 通过建立 融合通讯录， 可以更加直观的显示和操作， 避免用户在不同地址簿之间进行 切换。
以下将结合本发明应用示例的移动社交网络用户信息关联方法， 对本发 明方案做更进一步详细说明。 本示例的处理流程主要包括以下步骤：
步骤 1.在本地建立 MSN、 IM的用户好友列表信息， 列表信息包含的内 容有如用户名、 电话号码、 EMAIL地址、 状态信息等。 该步骤进一步包括： 步骤 101.在未登录 MSN、 IM的情况下， 在本地建立 MSN/IM的用户好 友列表。 具体可以是： 在终端上发起获取好友列表信息的请求， 服务器需要进行 相关认证操作后， 返回相应的信息， 终端从服务器上得到这些信息后， 在本 地建立该通讯录信息。
步骤 102. 在登录 MSN、 IM的情况下， 在本地建立用户好友列表的本地 通讯录。
将用户的 MSN/IM上的用户好友列表信息在本地建立的方法可以使用平 台无关的信息同步标准协议 (Synchronization Markup Language , SyncML)等类 似的方法， 此处不再详细赘述。
步骤 2.利用关键字做为建立关联的主要途径，如关键字可以是电话号码、 用户名、 email地址等， 关键字的选取可以是一个或者是多个的组合。
建立关联主要是要在 MSN、 IM本地建立的用户好友列表和本地通讯录 之间，但同时也可以在不同 MSN之间以及和 IM之间建立， 目的是让在不同 的通讯录之间能够使用相互的用户信息。 此外， 对于建立关联后的通讯录， 还可以在本地建立一个融合通讯录， 即包括本地通讯录、 MSN/IM的本地好友列表信息等， 标明相互关系， 并且 可以通过合并删除的方式节省空间的同时还保证相互关系的明确。
此外， 还可以通过目前的网络地址簿如 CAB 的操作方式， 重新在网络 上建一个和终端上相对应的地址簿。
步骤 3.建立 MSN、 IM本地用户好友列表和 MSN、 IM网络的用户的订 阅关系， 当用户状态发生改变时， 在终端上能够及时更新； 当用户的关键字 信息发生变化后， 需要及时更新并重建相关关联关系。 其中状态信息可以作 为步骤 4发起相应通讯的条件。
步骤 4.通过本地通讯录、 MSN/IM的本地用户列表， 可以充分利用用户 的通讯录的信息， 达到尽可能多的和其好友通讯或者发起其他业务的能力。 如当用户不方便在 MSN、 IM上使用相关业务时， 只要具备这些业务上的好 友信息， 则同样可以和这些好友进行联系， 联系的方式可以有多种形式， 如 可以发起通话， 好友的电话号码通过 MSN好友列表信息和本地通讯录的关 联， 则可以知晓好友的联系电话， MSN或者 IM更像是一个分组类型；
当然， 在短消息业务中心 （ Short Message Service Center, SMSC ) 、 多媒体消息业务中心 （Multimedia Message Service Center, MMSC ) 、 EMAIL服务器和 MSN、 IM的服务器之间， 如果有相应的通讯接口， 则同样 可以实现在用户不登录的情况下， 使用相关 MSN、 IM用户好友列表信息， 向其 MSN、 IM上发送信息； 如参考步骤 3中的用户状态， 当一个用户 MSN 在线时，终端可以向其通过 SMS、MMS等方式发起一个 MSN业务内的通讯， 同时也可以接收 MSN内用户发送给本终端用户的信息。
此外， 本发明实施例中还提供了一种移动社交网络用户信息关联装置， 应用于移动社交网络终端， 该装置主要包括： 关联模块， 所述关联模块， 其设置为将用户社交网络中的好友个人信息与社交网络 终端本地通讯录建立关联， 所述关联包括： 在所述社交网络终端上建立本地 通讯录中的联系人记录与所述联系人在一个或多个社交网络中的个人信息的 对应关系。
可选地， 所述装置还包括与所述关联模块相连的用户信息获取模块， 所述用户信息获取模块， 其设置为在登录社交网络时， 从社交网络获取 所述用户在一个或多个社交网络中的好友的个人信息， 并保存在本地； 其中， 所述社交网络中的好友的个人信息包括但不限于以下信息之一或 其任意组合： 用户名、 电话号码、 电子邮件地址、 个人主页地址、 状态信息。 可选地， 所述关联模块， 其设置为如下方式现实在所述社交网络终端上 建立本地通讯录中的联系人记录与所述联系人在一个或多个社交网络中的个 人信息的对应关系： 通过匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字匹配所述好友的个人 信息与所述本地通讯录中的联系人记录， 并对匹配成功的联系人记录与个人 信息之间建立对应关系；
其中， 所述匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字， 包括但不限于以下之一或其 任意组合： 用户名、 电话号码、 电子邮件地址。 可选地， 所述关联模块， 还设置为完成所述好友的个人信息与所述本地 通讯录中的联系人记录的匹配后， 在所述社交网络终端上建立融合通讯录， 该融合通讯录中包括匹配成功的联系人记录与个人信息的合并条目， 和所述 本地通讯录中未匹配成功的联系人记录， 以及未匹配成功的所述用户的社交 网络好友的个人信息； 或者， 根据所述匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字， 建立所述用户在不同的社交网 络中的好友的个人信息之间的对应关系。 可选地， 所述用户信息获取模块， 还设置为建立获取所述社交网络中的 好友的个人信息的订阅关系， 在获知好友的个人信息发生变化时， 通知所述 关联模块更新或者重新建立所述好友的个人信息与所述本地通讯录中的联系 人己录的对应关系。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施案例而已， 并不用于限制本发明， 本发明还 可有其他多种实施例， 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下， 熟悉本领域 的技术人员可根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形， 但这些相应的改变和 变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 显然， 本领域的技术人员应该明白， 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现， 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上， 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上， 可选地， 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现， 从而， 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行， 并 且在某些情况下， 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤， 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块， 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样， 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。
工业实用性 本发明实施方式的一种社交网络用户信息关联的方法和装置， 可以使用 户在不登录 MSN、 IM的情况下能够方便地使用 MSN、 IM的用户信息及好 友的个人信息， 并且通过这些用户信息可以让用户发起相关的操作。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种社交网络用户信息关联方法， 其包括：
将用户社交网络中的好友个人信息与用户终端本地通讯录建立关联， 所 述关联包括： 在所述用户终端上建立本地通讯录中的联系人记录与所述联系 人在一个或多个社交网络中的个人信息的对应关系。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中， 在将用户社交网络中的好友个人信 息与用户终端本地通讯录建立关联的步骤之前， 所述方法还包括： 在登录社交网络时， 所述用户终端从社交网络获取所述用户在一个或多 个社交网络中的好友的个人信息， 并保存在本地； 其中， 所述社交网络中的好友的个人信息包括以下信息之一或其任意组 合： 用户名、 电话号码、 电子邮件地址、 个人主页地址、 状态信息。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法， 其中， 在所述用户终端上建立本地通 讯录中的联系人记录与所述联系人在一个或多个社交网络中的个人信息的对 应关系的步骤包括：
通过匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字匹配所述好友的个人信息与所述本地 通讯录中的联系人记录， 并对匹配成功的联系人记录与个人信息之间建立对 应关系；
其中， 所述匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字， 包括以下之一或其任意组合： 用户名、 电话号码、 电子邮件地址。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法， 其中，
在所述通过匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字匹配所述好友的个人信息与所 述本地通讯录中的联系人记录的匹配的步骤后， 所述方法还包括： 在所述用 户终端上建立融合通讯录， 该融合通讯录中包括匹配成功的联系人记录与个 人信息的合并条目， 和所述本地通讯录中未匹配成功的联系人记录， 以及未 匹配成功的所述用户的社交网络好友的个人信息。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法， 其还包括： 根据所述匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字， 建立所述用户在不同的社交网 络中的好友的个人信息之间的对应关系。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的方法， 其还包括：
建立获取所述社交网络中的好友的个人信息的订阅关系， 在获知好友的 个人信息发生变化时， 更新或者重新建立所述好友的个人信息与所述本地通 讯录中的联系人记录的对应关系。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的方法， 其还包括：
通过网络地址簿的形式对所述终端上的融合通讯录进行网络备份。
8、一种移动社交网络用户信息关联装置， 其应用于社交网络终端， 其包 括关联模块，
所述关联模块设置为， 将用户社交网络中的好友个人信息与社交网络终 端本地通讯录建立关联， 所述关联包括： 在所述社交网络终端上建立本地通 讯录中的联系人记录与所述联系人在一个或多个社交网络中的个人信息的对 应关系。
9、如权利要求 8所述的装置，其还包括与所述关联模块相连的用户信息 获取模块，
所述用户信息获取模块设置为， 在登录社交网络时， 从社交网络获取所 述用户在一个或多个社交网络中的好友的个人信息， 并保存在本地； 其中， 所述社交网络中的好友的个人信息包括以下信息之一或其任意组 合： 用户名、 电话号码、 电子邮件地址、 个人主页地址、 状态信息。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的装置， 其中， 所述关联模块是设置为如下方式实现在所述社交网络终端上建立本地通 讯录中的联系人记录与所述联系人在一个或多个社交网络中的个人信息的对 应关系： 通过匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字匹配所述好友的个人信息与所述 本地通讯录中的联系人记录， 并对匹配成功的联系人记录与个人信息之间建 立对应关系；
其中， 所述匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字， 包括以下之一或其任意组合： 用户名、 电话号码、 电子邮件地址。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的装置， 其中， 所述关联模块还设置为， 在完成所述好友的个人信息与所述本地通讯录 中的联系人记录的匹配后， 在所述社交网络终端上建立融合通讯录， 该融合 通讯录中包括匹配成功的联系人记录与个人信息的合并条目， 和所述本地通 讯录中未匹配成功的联系人记录， 以及未匹配成功的所述用户的社交网络好 友的个人信息； 或者， 根据所述匹配条件、 索引项或者关键字， 建立所述用户在不同的社交网 络中的好友的个人信息之间的对应关系。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的装置， 其中， 所述用户信息获取模块还设置为， 建立获取所述社交网络中的好友的个 人信息的订阅关系， 在获知好友的个人信息发生变化时， 通知所述关联模块 更新或者重新建立所述好友的个人信息与所述本地通讯录中的联系人记录的 对应关系。
