Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de recherche vidéo. Le procédé consiste à recevoir une demande de recherche transportant un critère de recherche de données textuelles entré par un utilisateur; à trouver des métadonnées et/ou des métadonnées composites correspondant aux données textuelles provenant d'une base de données vidéo, les métadonnées composites comprenant un contenu d'au moins deux éléments de métadonnées; et à afficher une caractéristique vidéo correspondant aux métadonnées, et/ou aux métadonnées composites. Les modes de réalisation de l'invention sont utilisés dans une recherche vidéo, et permettent d'éviter la répétition d'affichages vidéo à contenus identiques, ce qui permet d'avoir plus de contenus vidéo différents à afficher sur une page de résultats de recherche.
