- an auxiliary lens such as a colored lens and a polarizing lens
- an auxiliary lens having light shielding function and polarization function etc. is locked on the front surface of the front rim of the spectacle frame.
- Such a method includes a so-called front spectacle system that holds auxiliary glasses with an auxiliary lens on the front surface of the front rim by some means, and a so-called fitting system that directly fits the auxiliary lens to the lens frame of the front rim that holds the lens for correcting vision. It is divided roughly into.
- the light blocking function, the polarization function, and the like are functions that are mainly required when driving a car or performing outdoor activities such as sports, and it is desirable that the auxiliary lens be detachable and replaceable as necessary. Therefore, in the front spectacle method, a so-called clip-on type in which auxiliary glasses with an auxiliary lens are detachably held by using clip means or the like is prevalent, but this particularly changes the overall appearance of the spectacles. - the attachment / detachment tab is fastened to the side of the auxiliary lens, and when the user attaches / detaches the auxiliary lens to / from the spectacle body, only the attachment / detachment tab is used with the fingertip. Since it can be gripped and detached, fingers do not touch the auxiliary lens.
- the user takes out the desired auxiliary lens from the carrying case of the auxiliary lens by picking up the detachable tab with the fingertip, and directly applies the first protrusion of the auxiliary lens to the first slit of the front rim. insert.
- the wisdom part side of the auxiliary lens is slightly lifted from the front rim surface, the attachment / detachment tab is picked, and the first protrusion is removed from the first slit to complete the removal of the auxiliary lens.
- the auxiliary lens can be stored in the carrying case while holding the detachable tab.
- the auxiliary lens can be attached / detached with a single touch while holding the attaching / detaching tab with fingers, the replacement of the auxiliary lens according to the use environment becomes extremely simple.
- the front rim is formed of a structure and material that does not easily deform, and the auxiliary lens is attached and detached only by elastic deformation of the auxiliary lens itself.

Description
The present invention relates to eyeglasses fitted with auxiliary lenses, and more particularly, eyeglasses fitted with auxiliary lenses in which an auxiliary lens such as a colored lens and a polarizing lens can be attached to and detached from the front of the original lens for both the left and right eyes.
Conventionally, as a technology to add light control function such as light shielding function and polarization function to eyesight correction glasses, an auxiliary lens having light shielding function and polarization function etc. is locked on the front surface of the front rim of the spectacle frame. How to do is known. Such a method includes a so-called front spectacle system that holds auxiliary glasses with an auxiliary lens on the front surface of the front rim by some means, and a so-called fitting system that directly fits the auxiliary lens to the lens frame of the front rim that holds the lens for correcting vision. It is divided roughly into.
The light blocking function, the polarization function, and the like are functions that are mainly required when driving a car or performing outdoor activities such as sports, and it is desirable that the auxiliary lens be detachable and replaceable as necessary. Therefore, in the front spectacle method, a so-called clip-on type in which auxiliary glasses with an auxiliary lens are detachably held by using clip means or the like is prevalent, but this particularly changes the overall appearance of the spectacles. In addition to the problem of application to fashion eyeglasses where design is important, there was a problem that during outdoor activities such as sports and fishing, the eyeglasses easily dropped off due to the movement of the user's body. In addition, in front spectacles, auxiliary eyeglasses with auxiliary lenses can be easily attached / detached so that the left and right eye auxiliary lenses are fixed to the auxiliary eyeglass frame, or the left and right auxiliary lenses are integrated. It is common to fix to eyeglasses, and it was not considered to replace the auxiliary lens one eye at a time.
On the other hand, with the fitting method, the auxiliary lens is fitted to the front rim of the spectacle body, so there is little effect on the appearance of the spectacles even when the auxiliary lens is worn and the possibility of the auxiliary lens being accidentally dropped off. There is a problem with a locking mechanism for easily attaching and detaching the auxiliary lens to and from the front rim firmly fixing the lens. Therefore, including the inventions described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, that is, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-122010, published utility model No. 4-20019 and published utility model No. 3-33417 Auxiliary lens fitting glasses having various locking mechanisms have been proposed.
However, these auxiliary lens fitting glasses are all attached and detached while the user directly holds the auxiliary lens as a separate part with fingers and fits it into a groove provided on the front rim of the glasses body. Therefore, not only does it take time to attach and detach the auxiliary lens regardless of the structure of the locking mechanism, but it is also unavoidable that the finger directly touches the surface of the auxiliary lens during the detaching operation, and dirt such as fingerprints is attached. there were. Such a problem is particularly noticeable during outdoor activities such as sports and fishing, where fingers are often soiled with sweat, dust, and the like.
In particular, when used for fishing, it is necessary to replace a plurality of auxiliary lenses with different light-blocking ability and polarization ability according to changes in sunshine conditions to reduce reflected light from the water surface. In such applications, not only can the auxiliary lens be attached and detached as easily as possible, but also when the auxiliary lens is removed from the carrying case, etc. and stored without touching the surface of the auxiliary lens directly. It is desirable to be able to perform
In addition, when a polarizing lens is used as the auxiliary lens, the auxiliary lens is precisely designed so as to exhibit the most appropriate polarization ability in the design curvature, so that slight distortion occurs when the lens is attached to the glasses. However, the polarizing ability is significantly impaired. Therefore, it is desirable that the auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim in a state where it receives as little external stress as possible.
The auxiliary lens fitting spectacles described in the above patent document has a structure in which the edge of the auxiliary lens is fixedly locked by a fitting groove provided on the inner periphery of the front rim or a plurality of locking bodies. In this case, since the elastic deformation of the front rim itself is used, it is natural that the front rim should be composed of a structure and material having a certain degree of elasticity. However, if the front rim is deformed even slightly due to the size and shape of the user's face, the deformation will be transmitted directly to the edge of the auxiliary lens, causing distortion in the curvature of the auxiliary lens and adversely affecting the polarizing ability. Was inevitable.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described drawbacks of conventional auxiliary lens-fitted glasses, and can be attached to and detached from the eyeglass body without touching and fouling the surface of the auxiliary lens directly. Auxiliary lens fitting that does not cause the auxiliary lens to drop off easily due to vibration, etc., and does not cause distortion in the curvature due to external stress in the mounted state. It is a technical problem to provide a pair of glasses.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention described in claim 1 is an auxiliary lens fitting type spectacle in which an auxiliary lens independent of left and right is individually engaged with a spectacle body in which a lens is fitted to a front rim of a frame. The front rim has a first slit on the inner bridge side and a second slit on the wisdom side, and the auxiliary lens has a first projection on the outer bridge side and a second slit on the wisdom side. Protrusions are provided, and an attachment / detachment tab is fastened to the wisdom side, and the first projection is fitted into the first slit and the second projection is fitted into the second slit, so that the auxiliary lens itself is fitted. The technical means of making it possible to detachably fit using the elastic deformation of is adopted.
In the present invention (Claim 1), the attachment / detachment tab is fastened to the side of the auxiliary lens, and when the user attaches / detaches the auxiliary lens to / from the spectacle body, only the attachment / detachment tab is used with the fingertip. Since it can be gripped and detached, fingers do not touch the auxiliary lens. When wearing the auxiliary lens, the user takes out the desired auxiliary lens from the carrying case of the auxiliary lens by picking up the detachable tab with the fingertip, and directly applies the first protrusion of the auxiliary lens to the first slit of the front rim. insert. Next, while holding the attachment / detachment tab with the fingertip, apply a slight pressure toward the bridge, close the auxiliary lens itself to the front rim while slightly bending due to its elasticity, and the tip of the second protrusion is the second slit The pressure is relaxed when the top is matched. At this time, the bent auxiliary lens is restored to its original shape by its own elasticity, whereby the second protrusion is fitted into the second slit, and the auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim.
Further, when the auxiliary lens is removed, the user gently pushes the attaching / detaching tab toward the bridge direction with the fingertip to bend the auxiliary lens, and releases the fitting between the second protrusion and the second slit. Next, the wisdom part side of the auxiliary lens is slightly lifted from the front rim surface, the attachment / detachment tab is picked, and the first protrusion is removed from the first slit to complete the removal of the auxiliary lens. After that, the auxiliary lens can be stored in the carrying case while holding the detachable tab.
With the above configuration, in the auxiliary lens fitting spectacles according to the present invention, the user can handle the attachment / detachment / storage without touching the surface of the auxiliary lens at all, so the surface of the auxiliary lens is soiled by sweat or fingerprints. The dirty auxiliary lens surface can be easily cleaned. In addition, since the auxiliary lens can be attached / detached with a single touch while holding the attaching / detaching tab with fingers, the replacement of the auxiliary lens according to the use environment becomes extremely simple.
The front rim is formed of a structure and material that does not easily deform, and the auxiliary lens is attached and detached only by elastic deformation of the auxiliary lens itself. In addition, the slits do not firmly fix the protrusions so that a slight gap remains between them when fitted, so that the auxiliary lens is not easily dropped off on the front rim. While being held, it is maintained in a state free from external stress. For this reason, even when a polarizing lens is used as an auxiliary lens, a decrease in polarization performance due to lens distortion is prevented.
Next, the invention described inclaim 2 is the auxiliary lens-fitted glasses according to claim 1, wherein the second slit and the second protrusion are positioned between the top and bottom of the fastening portion of the detachable tab. Two sets of each are provided.
In the present invention (Claim 2), since the second protrusion of the auxiliary lens and the second slit on the inner periphery on the front rim side are provided two by two, the auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim at three convenient points. . In addition, since the second protrusion is provided in such a manner that the fixing portion of the attachment / detachment tab to the auxiliary lens is sandwiched from above and below, when attaching the auxiliary lens by grasping the attachment / detachment tab with a fingertip, The protrusion can be fitted into the second slit at the same time. As a result, the auxiliary lens can be mounted on the front rim accurately and stably with one touch.
The first slit and the first protrusion in the auxiliary lens-fitted glasses according to claim 1 andclaim 2 can sufficiently lock the auxiliary lens by providing only one set on the bridge side. Two sets may be provided depending on the structure and design of the rim.
Next, according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the auxiliary lens-fitted glasses according to the first or second aspect, the frame has an outer edge portion of the auxiliary lens along the inner periphery of the front rim. The holding surface coincides with the curved surface on the back side, and when the auxiliary lens is fitted to the front rim, the holding surface is in close contact with the outer edge portion of the auxiliary lens to hold it.
As described above, the attached auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim by fitting a plurality of protrusions provided on the outer edge thereof and a plurality of slits provided on the inner periphery of the front rim. Further, since the holding surface is provided along the inner periphery of the front rim so as to coincide with the curved surface on the back side of the outer edge portion of the auxiliary lens, the attached auxiliary lens is further held from the back side by the holding surface. . This not only eliminates the risk of rattling of the auxiliary lens in the front rim, but the curved surface of the outer edge of the auxiliary lens is always maintained as designed, which can cause distortion when using a polarizing lens for the auxiliary lens. It is possible to prevent the polarization ability from being lowered.
Next, the invention described inclaim 4 is an auxiliary lens fitting type spectacle in which an auxiliary lens independent of left and right is individually engaged with a spectacle main body in which a lens is fitted to a front rim of a frame. The auxiliary lens has a slit provided in the bridge portion on the inner periphery and a locking hole provided in the wisdom portion, and the auxiliary lens has a protrusion on the bridge side of the outer periphery, and a locking pin on the wisdom portion side. A technical means is adopted in which a detachable tab is fixedly attached, and a protrusion is fitted in the slit and a locking pin is fitted in the locking hole so as to be detachable.
In the present invention (Claim 4), the auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim at two points: a protrusion provided on the outer edge of the bridge side and a locking pin provided on the detachable tab fixed to the wisdom side. When the person attaches / detaches the auxiliary lens to / from the spectacle main body, the attachment / detachment work is performed by gripping only the attachment / detachment tab with the fingertips throughout. When wearing the auxiliary lens, the user takes out the desired auxiliary lens from the carrying case of the auxiliary lens by picking up the detachable tab with the fingertip, and directly applies the first protrusion of the auxiliary lens to the first slit of the front rim. insert. Next, while the auxiliary lens is brought into close contact with the front rim as it is, the fastening pin of the detachable tab is inserted into the locking hole of the front rim wiping portion and fitted.
Also, when removing the auxiliary lens, the user picks and removes the attachment / detachment tab with his / her fingertips, pulls the fastening pin out of the other part locking hole, and then removes the projection from the slit and removes the auxiliary lens. Complete. After that, the auxiliary lens can be stored in the carrying case while holding the detachable tab.
According to the present invention (Claim 4), it is not necessary to bend the auxiliary lens at the time of attachment / detachment, and the attachment / detachment operation is further facilitated. On the other hand, the auxiliary lens is directly locked to the front rim via the fastening pin of the detachable tab, but the front rim is formed by a structure and material that does not easily deform, while the auxiliary lens is attached and detached including the fastening pin. By forming the tab with a flexible material, it is possible to prevent stress that causes distortion on the attached auxiliary lens.
Next, the invention described inclaim 5 is the auxiliary lens fitting type glasses according to claim 4, wherein the front rim coincides with a curved surface on the back side of the outer edge portion of the auxiliary lens along an inner periphery thereof. It has a holding surface, and when the auxiliary lens is fitted to the front rim, the holding surface is in close contact with the outer edge portion of the auxiliary lens to hold it.
According to the present invention (Claim 4), the attached auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim by a protrusion provided on the outer edge of the bridge side and a locking pin provided on the detachable tab.
Next, the invention described in
In the present invention (Claim 2), since the second protrusion of the auxiliary lens and the second slit on the inner periphery on the front rim side are provided two by two, the auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim at three convenient points.
The first slit and the first protrusion in the auxiliary lens-fitted glasses according to claim 1 and
Next, according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the auxiliary lens-fitted glasses according to the first or second aspect, the frame has an outer edge portion of the auxiliary lens along the inner periphery of the front rim.
Next, the invention described in
In the present invention (Claim 4), the auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim at two points: a protrusion provided on the outer edge of the bridge side and a locking pin provided on the detachable tab fixed to the wisdom side.
Next, the invention described in
According to the present invention (Claim 4), the attached auxiliary lens is locked to the front rim by a protrusion provided on the outer edge of the bridge side and a locking pin provided on the detachable tab.

According to the configuration of the present invention, (1) it takes time to attach and detach the auxiliary lens, (2) the surface of the auxiliary lens is soiled with fingerprints or sweat when attaching and detaching, and (3) a polarizing lens is used as the auxiliary lens. Auxiliary lens-inserted spectacles that solve the problems of conventional auxiliary lens-insertable spectacles, such as distortion of the auxiliary lens due to deformation of the frame when attached and the polarization ability may be reduced, are extremely inexpensive. Can be provided.
During outdoor activities where the frequency of using glasses with auxiliary lenses is high, the user's fingers are easily soiled, so that the convenience of being able to replace the surfaces of the auxiliary lenses without staining them is high.
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated with reference to drawings.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of the auxiliary lens-fitted glasses according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of the left eye side of the auxiliary lens-fitted glasses according to the first embodiment as viewed obliquely from below. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view at a substantially central portion of the front rim on the left eye side. The frame 1 includes afront rim 2 and a temple 3. In either case, a synthetic resin material can be formed by injection molding or the like. However, the front rim 2 is made of a hard material that is not easily deformed by external stress, and the temple 3 is flexible and has excellent deformation recovery properties. It is preferable to integrally mold each using a soft material.
Thefront rim 2 has lens fitting grooves (not shown) on the inner peripheral inner side (the wearer's face side) of the left and right eyes, and the vision correction lens 4 is fitted. In addition, a first slit 21 is provided in the inner peripheral bridge portion in front of the vision correcting lens 4. On the other hand, the auxiliary lens 5 is hung from the inner peripheral wiping side to the connection portion with the temple 3. A shallow groove portion 24 is provided for accommodating the detachable tab 6 at the time of wearing, and an upper second slit 22a is provided above the groove portion 24, and a lower second slit 22b is provided immediately below the vision correction lens 4. It is provided on the surface. Furthermore, an upper holding surface 23a and a lower holding surface 23b are provided in the form of a thin band on the upper and lower portions of the inner periphery, respectively, just on the front surface of the vision correcting lens 4. As shown in the upper and lower cross-sectional shapes of the front rim 2 in FIG. 3, the upper holding surface 23 a and the lower holding surface 23 b are both “L-shaped” instead of “grooves”, and the edge of the auxiliary lens 5. Although it is held in close contact with the back surface, the auxiliary lens 5 itself is not firmly fixed. The slits and the holding surfaces are formed by being integrally processed when the front rim 2 is molded.
When theauxiliary lens 5 is mounted, the first projection 51 of the auxiliary lens 5 is fitted into the first slit 21, the upper second projection is fitted into the upper second slit 22a, and the lower second projection is fitted into the lower second slit 23b. The upper back surface of the outer peripheral edge of the auxiliary lens 5 is in close contact with the upper holding surface 23a, and the lower back surface is in close contact with the lower holding surface 23b. The slits and the protrusions are formed so as not to be tightly fitted so as to be fitted and fitted in an interference fit, but to be fitted with a very small gap that cannot be seen. Therefore, the attached auxiliary lens 5 does not receive any stress due to the fitting between the slit and the protrusion. On the other hand, as described above, the outer peripheral edge portion of the auxiliary lens 5 is held in close contact with the holding surfaces 23a and 23b having curved surfaces in which the back surfaces on both the upper and lower sides completely coincide with the curved surface of the back surface. Therefore, the position of the attached auxiliary lens 5 does not shift within the inner periphery of the front rim 2 due to vibration or the like, despite the presence of the gap.
FIGS. 4 and 5 are views of the left eye portion of the auxiliary lens portion of the first embodiment as viewed from the front. FIG. 4 shows a state in which thedetachable tab 6 is fixed to the auxiliary lens 5, and FIG. The state where the tab 6 is removed is shown. The auxiliary lens 5 is provided with a first protrusion 51 in the vicinity of the upper corner on the bridge side, an attachment hole 53 for attaching the detachable tab 6 to the substantially central part on the wisdom side, and above and below the attachment hole 53, respectively. An upper second protrusion 52a and a lower second protrusion 52b are provided. The auxiliary lens 5 is formed by molding a hard thin plate-shaped synthetic resin material that has been subjected to coloring processing and polarizing lens processing according to the use for light shielding and polarization, but repeatedly when being attached to and removed from the front rim 2. In order to bend, a flexible material having sufficient deformability can be used.
FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of thedetachable tab 6 of the first embodiment, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the state where the detachable tab 6 is attached to the auxiliary lens 5 as viewed from the side. The attachment / detachment tab 6 includes a gripping portion 6a for the user to grip with the fingertip when attaching / detaching the auxiliary lens 5, a fastening surface 6b for fastening the outer edge of the auxiliary lens 5 to the attachment side, and a mounting hole for the auxiliary lens 5 It has a fastening pin 6 c that is fitted and fixed to 53. The fixing surface 6b is provided with a step corresponding to the thickness of the edge of the auxiliary lens 5 so that the back surface of the edge of the auxiliary lens 5 and the back surface of the detachable tab 6 are flush with each other. The detachable tab 6 itself is bent from the fastening surface 6b to the gripping portion 6a so as to correspond to the curved surface of the groove 24 provided in the wisdom portion of the front rim 2, and the auxiliary lens 5 is attached to the front rim 2. In the mounted state, the detachable tab 6 is generally accommodated in the groove 24 so as not to protrude from the surface of the front rim 2. This prevents the detachable tab 6 from being inadvertently dropped due to being caught on an external object during mounting. Further, the head of the fastening pin 6c penetrates the auxiliary lens 5 through the mounting hole 53 and protrudes to the back surface. The protruding height is sufficient for the gap provided between the vision correction lens 4 and the auxiliary lens 5. The height is set so that the head does not come into contact with the surface of the vision correction lens 4. In the first embodiment, the attachment / detachment tab 6 is attached to the auxiliary lens 5 by fitting the fastening pin 6 c into the attachment hole 53. If drilling is difficult, it may be secured using an adhesive.
(Second embodiment)
FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 are views of the left lens portion of the auxiliary lens portion of the second embodiment as viewed from the front, FIG. 8 is a state in which the detachable tab 8 is fixed to theauxiliary lens 7, and FIG. The state where the tab 8 is removed is shown. The auxiliary lens 7 is provided with a protrusion 71 in the vicinity of the upper corner on the bridge side, and provided with an attachment hole 53 for attaching the detachable tab 8 in a substantially central part on the side of the wiping part. The same as the lens 5. On the other hand, the second projection as in the first embodiment is not provided, and the substantially central portion on the side of the wisdom portion is formed as a fastening portion 72 to which the detachable tab 8 is attached. In the second embodiment, since it is not necessary to bend the auxiliary lens 7 when the auxiliary lens 7 is mounted as in the first embodiment, the material is not necessarily a flexible material having deformation and restoration properties. For example, a thermosetting resin such as CR39 or a glass lens may be used as the polarizing lens.
FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the detachable tab 8 of the second embodiment, and FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of the state where the detachable tab 8 is attached to theauxiliary lens 7 as viewed from the side. The attaching / detaching tab 8 has the same configuration as the attaching / detaching tab 6 of the first embodiment except that a locking pin 8d is provided on the back surface of the gripping portion 8a.
FIG. 12 is a partially enlarged view of the left eye side of the auxiliary lens-fitted spectacles of the second embodiment looking up obliquely from below. In the frame 1, when theauxiliary lens 7 is attached, the locking pin 8 d of the detachable tab 8 is aligned with the bottom surface of the groove portion 24 provided from the inner periphery of the front rim 2 to the connecting portion with the temple 3. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the locking holes 25 are provided at the positions where the first and second embodiments are provided.
With the above configuration, theauxiliary lens 7 is mounted after the auxiliary lens 7 is inserted into the slit 21 of the front rim 2 while the projection 71 of the auxiliary lens 7 is applied, and then the auxiliary lens 7 is provided on the inner periphery of the front rim 1 as it is. This is completed by bringing the fastening pins 8d of the detachable tabs 8 into the locking holes 25 and fitting them in close contact with the surfaces 23a and 23b. Further, the auxiliary lens 7 is removed by removing the protrusion 71 from the slit 21 after the gripping portion 8a of the detachable tab 8 is picked up by a finger and lifted to remove the locking pin 8c from the locking hole 25. Complete with.
The specific configuration of the embodiment of the auxiliary lens fitting spectacles according to the present invention and the method of attaching and detaching the auxiliary lens have been described in detail above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and the technology of the present invention.
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated with reference to drawings.

The auxiliary lens fitting type spectacles according to the present invention is easier to attach and detach the auxiliary lens than the conventional glasses of the same type, and not only the auxiliary lens is not easily dropped even during intense exercise or contact with an external object, Since there is no possibility that the surface of the auxiliary lens is soiled with fingers when attaching and detaching and replacing, high convenience, safety and comfort can be provided for use in outdoor recreation such as sports and fishing. In addition, since the attached auxiliary lens is less likely to be distorted, and when the polarizing lens is mounted, the polarization performance can be sufficiently exerted, and therefore, it is particularly suitable for use as polarized sunglasses for fishing. Furthermore, because the mounting structure of the auxiliary lens is simple, the number of parts used is small, and the design freedom of the front rim, which is highly important for the appearance of glasses, is high, so-called “eye wear” (eye wear) where fashionability is emphasized. ), It can be expected to promote the spread of added value and lower prices.
