本发明的目的在于提供一种可以智能化控制、 智能调光和改变 LED灯的颜色, 造型美 观、 节约能源、 散热效果好的新型一体化 LED水晶灯。

本发明的实施例二如图 2所示, 一体化 LED水晶灯由托盘 1、 吊链 2、 灯体 3、 多个 LED灯 4和 LED智能控制装置 6等安装连接组成, 与实施例一不同的是, LED智能控制 装置 6中除遥控器 12外安装在 LED灯的灯体 3内, 以方便该装置的安装和更换。
此外, 该 LED智能控制装置 6除遥控器 12外还可以安装在天花板暗格内, 同样便于 安装和更换。

安装底座 5的外形可为半圆形、 蘑菇形、 半椭圆形、 锥形或圆形板等形状; LED灯 4 的形状为烛形、 圆形、 蘑菇形或橄榄形等形状, 造型简单、 美观。
该一体化 LED水晶灯还可以在灯体上悬挂多个挂珠链,增加该水晶灯的整体美观性和 装饰性。
图 5 是本发明中的 LED 灯的一个实施例的结构示意图, 其中的 LED 灯为多瓣的 RGBW-LED灯 13,优选为 1~10瓣。 图 6是本发明中的 LED灯的又一个实施例的结构示意 图, 其中的 LED灯为一体灯罩的 RGBW-LED灯 14。
图 7是本发明一体化 LED水晶灯的智能控制装置的又一实施例的整体电路结构示意 图。 其中 LED智能控制装置 6 包括电压输入端、 开关 7、 电源驱动板 8、 MCU调控灯光 模块板 9和遥控器 12。 开关 7设在电压输入端和电源驱动板 8连接的电路上, 电源驱动板 8和 MCU调控灯光模块板 9电路相连, MCU调控灯光模块板 9包括 MCU处理单元 91、 RGBW-LED电流驱动组和遥控接收模块 93。 在本实施例中, LED灯釆用 RGBW-LED灯 13或一体灯罩的 RGBW-LED灯 14。 如图 7所示,每瓣 RGBW-LED灯 13或一体灯罩的 RGBW-LED灯 14包括白光 LED芯片 111和 RGB-LED芯片 112。 白光 LED芯片 111和 RGB-LED芯片 112分别为间隙发光或同时发光 的白光 LED芯片和 RGB-LED芯片, 即多瓣的 RGBW-LED灯或一体灯罩的 RGBW-LED 灯只发白光或只发 RGB彩色光或同时发白光和 RGB彩色光。
白光 LED芯片 111和 RGB-LED芯片 112构成 RGBW-LED芯片组, MCU调控灯光模 块板 9和 RGBW-LED芯片组电路相连。 MCU处理单元 91与 RGBW-LED电流驱动组相连, RGBW-LED电流驱动组包括 R色 LED电流驱动 921、 G色 LED电流驱动 922、 B色 LED 电流驱动 923和白光 LED电流驱动 924。 白光 LED芯片 111由白光光源组成, 白光光源可 以釆用多种光源, 如 3030、 5050等; RGB-LED芯片 112由红、 绿、 蓝三色一体光源组成, 所述一体光源可以釆用多种光源, 如 3030、 5050等。 遥控器 12釆用无线收发技术, 为触 摸式、射频式或红外线式等可实现遥控控制的遥控器, 其可遥控调节 LED灯内红绿蓝一体 化 LED芯片和白光 LED芯片的颜色、 亮度并控制 LED灯的开关。
开关 7开启后, 输入电压到电源驱动板 8, 可调电源驱动板 8可输出直流电压且可以 对该直流电压进行调节, 以便及时调整整个线路电压从而使其达到最佳状态, 功率可依据 灯具型号而配备不同功率, 电源驱动板 8提供电源给 MCU调控灯光模块板 9, MCU调控 灯光模块板 9通过 PWM脉宽调制信号, 使 RGBW-LED电流驱动组输出多路恒流电流到 RGBW-LED芯片组, 从而使 LED灯在一个恒定电流下发出恒稳的白光和 /或彩色光。 遥控 器 12用于调节 LED灯的开关 7及 RGBW-LED灯的明暗、 色彩效果, 遥控器 12与 MCU 调控灯光模块板 9中的遥控接收模块 93进行数据传输, 数据经 MCU处理单元 91处理后, 输出精确的 PWM脉宽调制信号控制 RGBW-LED电流驱动组, 从而使 RGBW-LED电流驱 动组输出调节好的多路恒流到 RGBW-LED芯片组, 使 LED灯模组在一个恒定电流下发出 恒稳的白光和 /或彩色光, 从而达到控制 RGBW-LED灯电流大小、 调节灯光效果的目的。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 不能以此限定本发明的实施范围; 依本发明权利 要求所作的任何变化与修改, 皆属本发明专利保护的范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、一种一体化 LED水晶灯, 包括托盘( 1 )、 链( 2 )、灯体( 3 )和多个 LED灯( 4 ), 所述吊链( 2 )连接托盘( 1 )和灯体( 3 ), 其特征在于: 还包括 LED智能控制装置 ( 6 ), 所述灯体( 3 )设有多个安装底座( 5 ), 所述多个 LED灯( 4 )设在安装底座( 5 )上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述多个 LED灯( 4 ) 与安装底座(5 ) 的连接接头为快装接头。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述多个 LED灯 ( 4 )为烛形、 圆形、 蘑菇形或橄榄形的 LED灯(4 ), 所述安装底座(5 )为半圆形、 蘑菇 形、 半椭圆形、 锥形或圆形板的安装底座( 5 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述 LED智能控制装 置(6 ) 包括电压输入端、 开关(7 )、 电源驱动板(8 )、 MCU调控灯光模块板(9 )和遥控 器(12 ); 所述开关(7 )设在电压输入端和电源驱动板(8 )连接的电路上, 所述电源驱动 板( 8 )和 MCU调控灯光模块板( 9 ) 电路相连, 所述 MCU调控灯光模块板( 9 )和 LED 灯电路( 11 )连接, 所述 MCU调控灯光模块板( 9 ) 包括 MCU处理单元( 91 )、 LED电 流驱动 ( 92 )和遥控接收模块( 93 )。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述电压输入端的输入 电压为 90V-264V, 输入频率为 47Hz-63Hz, 所述开关 (7 ) 为可调光开关, 所述电源驱动 板(8 ) 为可调电源驱动板。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述 MCU处理单 元(91 )输出 PWM脉宽调制信号, 所述 LED电流驱动 (92 )输出可调多路恒流电流。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述遥控器(12 )釆用 315MHz、 433MHz或 2.4GHz无线收发技术。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述 MCU调控灯光模 块板( 9 )和 LED灯电路( 11 )连接的电路上设有电桥( 10 ) , 所述电桥( 10 )的正负极性 可转换。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述 LED智能控制装 置(6 ) 包括电压输入端、 开关(7 )、 电源驱动板(8 )、 MCU调控灯光模块板(9 )和遥控 器(12 ); 所述开关(7 )设在电压输入端和电源驱动板(8 )连接的电路上, 所述电源驱动 板( 8 )和 MCU调控灯光模块板( 9 )电路相连,所述 MCU调控灯光模块板( 9 )和 RGBW-LED 芯片组连接, 所述 MCU调控灯光模块板(9 ) 包括 MCU处理单元(91 )、 RGBW-LED电 流驱动组和遥控接收模块( 93 )。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述 LED灯为多瓣的 RGBW-LED灯或一体灯罩的 RGBW-LED灯, 所述 RGBW-LED芯片组包括白光 LED芯片
( 111 )和 RGB-LED芯片 ( 112 )。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述 RGBW-LED电 流驱动组包括红色 LED电流驱动( 921 ), 绿色 LED电流驱动( 922 )、 蓝色 LED电流驱动
( 923 )和白光 LED电流驱动 ( 924 )。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述白光 LED芯片
( 111 ) 包括白光光源。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述 RGB-LED芯片
( 112 ) 包括红、 绿、 蓝三色一体光源。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的一体化 LED水晶灯, 其特征在于: 所述白光 LED芯片 ( 111 )和所述 RGB-LED芯片 ( 112 ) 间隙发光或同时发光。
