参见图 1 ,提出本发明的一种移动终端的业务监控方法一实施例,包括: 步驟 S101、 移动终端接收监控申请;
步驟 S102、若移动终端运行的业务符合监控条件,对该业务进行监控, 当监控到不良情况, 生成监控 ·^艮告。
本实施例中, 移动终端接收监控申请后, 若当前正在运行业务, 则会 判断该业务是否符合监控条件, 若符合监控条件, 则对该业务进行监控。 若不符合监控条件, 则保留原有的业务流程。 本实施例中, 移动终端所能 监控的业务包括: 网站访问、 视频播放、 以及其他运行在移动终端上的业 务。
当所述业务为视频播放时, 移动终端对该业务进行监控的具体过程为: 在播放器和编译码器(CODEC, coder decoder )之间采用特定算法检测视 频内容。 当检测到不良视频内容, 则生成相应的监控报告, 该监控报告包 括一条或多条监控记录。
进一步地, 上述移动终端的业务监控方法实施例中, 监控申请由授权 用户输入、 或者网络侧发送。
由上可知, 本实施例的监控申请可以由授权用户输入, 为了保证用户 的合法性, 本实施例可以通过个人识别码 ( PIN , Personal Identification Number )机制来实现用户身份认证, 即当用户输入正确的 PIN码, 则表明 该用户为授权用户, 此时, 授权用户方能输入监控申请。
另外, 本实施例的监控申请也可以由安全机构发送给网络侧, 再由网 络则发送给移动终端。 此时, 监控申请中包括待监控的终端用户身份识别 码, 以及监控方式; 网络侧根据归属位置寄存器 (HLR, Home Location Register ) /归属用户服务器(HSS, Home Subscriber Server )用户签约信息, 获取通信智能卡信息, 然后根据通信智能卡信息, 将监控申请发送给通信 智能卡。 其中, 监控方式为无条件监控、 监控所有网站、 或监控某些 (黑 名单) 网 占。
另外, 监控方式还可以是取消监控, 当监控方式为取消监控, 移动终 端收到监控申请后, 则取消对运行的业务的监控。
进一步地, 上述移动终端的业务监控方法, 移动终端接收监控申请具 体处理为: 移动终端的通信智能卡接收监控申请, 根据监控申请设置监控 条件, 将监控条件发送给移动终端的处理模块。
若移动终端运行的业务符合监控条件, 对该业务进行监控具体处理为: 若移动终端运行的业务符合监控条件, 移动终端的处理模块对运行的业务 进行监控。
进一步地, 移动终端的业务监控方法, 移动终端的通信智能卡接收监 控申请, 根据监控申请设置监控条件, 将监控条件发送给移动终端的处理 模块具体处理为: 移动终端的通信智能卡接收监控申请, 根据监控申请设 置监控条件、 以及向处理模块发送监控条件的时间; 并根据监控条件的时 间向处理模块发送监控条件。 其中, 发送监控条件的时间可以是周期性时 间, 即每隔一段时间, 向处理模块发送一次监控条件。
另外, 通信智能卡也可以根据实时接收的监控申请, 实时设置监控条 件, 并将设置好的监控条件实时发送给处理模块。
本实施例中, 处理模块与通信智能卡之间采用高速接口通信连接, 其 中, 所述高速接口包括: 通用串行总线(USB , Universal Serial BUS )接口 和串行外围设备接口 (SPI, Serial Peripheral interface )0 通信智能卡与网络 侧之间通过远程接口通信连接, 如采用比特交错奇偶检验 ( BIP , Bit Interleaved Parity ) 的通信方式连接, 或者采用短信的方式通信连接。 进一步地, 上述移动终端的业务监控方法实施例中, 处理模块生成监 控报告之后还包括如下处理:
步驟 S201、 处理模块向通信智能卡发送监控报告;
步驟 S202、 通信智能卡根据监控报告生成对业务进行控制的指令, 并 发送给处理模块;

本实施例中, 对运行的所述业务进行控制具体可以为中止业务的运行, 或者对业务进行屏蔽处理, 如对视频业务的屏蔽。

本实施例中, 用户向通信智能卡输入 PIN码后, 当该 PIN码正确, 则 表明该用户为授权用户, 此时该授权用户方能向通信智能卡输入对监控报 告进行处理的请求, 通信智能卡接收授权用户输入的请求后, 便可根据该 请求对存储的监控报告进行相应的处理。 如查阅监控报告, 删除一条或多 条监控报告。
另外, 本实施例中, 通信智能卡在存储所述监控报告后, 还包括如下 处理: 向授权用户终端发送短信息, 以告知授权用户所述终端业务运行情 况。 由上可知, 本实施例通过对用户的身份进行验证, 保证了终端业务监 控的安全性。
本实施例中的终端适用于对未成年的儿童使用, 授权用户一般为未成 年儿童的监护人, 如父母亲等。
进一步地, 上述移动终端的业务监控方法实施例中, 所述处理模块生 成监控报告之后还包括如下处理:
步驟 S401、 处理模块向网络侧发送监控报告;

由上可知, 本实施例可以实现终端、 用户、 业务的统一管理, 从而实 现终端本地检测和网络统一管理。
上述实施例中, 所述通信智能卡为用户识别模块 (SIM , Subscriber Identity Module )卡、 用户识别模块 ( UIM, User Identity Model )卡、 通用 集成电路卡(UICC, Universal Integrated Circuit Card )卡、 或全球用户识别 卡 ( USIM, Universal Subscriber Identity Module )卡。
上述移动终端的业务监控方法实施例, 移动终端采用当运行的业务符 合接收的监控申请中的监控条件, 则对运行的所述业务进行监控, 当监控 到不良情况, 则生成监控报告的方式, 实现了移动终端对其自身运行的业 务进行监控, 提高了移动终端业务监控的效率, 同时可满足授权用户对于 移动终端业务监控的不同要求。
参见图 6, 另提出本发明的移动终端的业务监控系统 100—实施例, 包 括: 移动终端 110。 该移动终端 110, 用于接收监控申请, 若自身运行的业 务符合监控条件, 对该业务进行监控, 当监控到不良情况, 生成监控报告。
本实施例中, 移动终端 110接收监控申请后, 若当前正在运行业务, 则会判断该业务是否符合监控条件, 若符合监控条件, 则对该业务进行监 控。 若不符合监控条件, 则保留原有的业务流程。 本实施例中, 移动终端 110所能监控的业务包括: 网站访问、 视频播放、 以及其他运行在移动终端 上的业务。
当业务为视频播放时, 移动终端 110对该业务进行监控的具体过程为: 在播放器和 CODEC之间采用特定算法检测视频内容。当检测到不良视频内 容, 则生成相应的监控报告, 该监控报告包括一条或多条监控记录。
进一步地, 上述移动终端的业务监控系统 100 实施例中, 监控申请由 授权用户输入、 或者网络侧发送。
由上可知, 本实施例的监控申请可以由授权用户输入, 为了保证用户 的合法性, 本实施例可以通过 PIN机制来实现用户身份认证, 即当用户输 入正确的 PIN码, 则表明该用户为授权用户, 此时, 授权用户方能输入监 控申请。

另外, 监控方式还可以是取消监控, 当监控方式为取消监控, 移动终 端 110收到监控申请后, 则取消对运行的业务的监控。
进一步地, 参见图 7, 上述移动终端的业务监控系统 100实施例中, 移 动终端 110包括: 通信智能卡 111和处理模块 112。 通信智能卡 111 , 用于 接收监控申请, 根据监控申请设置监控条件, 将监控条件发送给处理模块 112。 处理模块 112, 用于接收通信智能卡 111发送的监控条件, 若移动终 端 110运行的业务符合监控条件, 对运行的业务进行监控。
进一步地, 上述移动终端的业务监控系统 100 实施例中, 通信智能卡 111 , 具体还用于接收监控申请, 根据监控申请设置监控条件、 以及向处理 模块 112发送监控条件的时间; 并根据设置的时间向处理模块 112发送监 控条件。

所述通信智能卡, 还用于接收并存储所述监控报告; 以及接收授权 用户输入的对监控报告进行处理的请求, 根据所述请求对所述监控报告 进行相应的处理。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的移动终端的监控系统, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 用于向网络侧发送监控报告; 以及根据网络侧发送 的第一指令, 对运行的所述业务进行相应的控制;
所述网络侧, 用于根据所述监控报告, 获取终端相关信息, 生成对 业务进行控制的第一指令, 并将该第一指令发送给处理模块。
16、根据权利要求 12所述的移动终端的业务监控系统,其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 还用于向网络侧发送监控报告;
所述网络则, 还用于接收并存储所述监控报告; 以及接收授权用户 输入的对监控报告进行处理的第一请求, 根据第一请求对所述监控报告 进行相应的处理。
17、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述移动终端, 用于接收监控申请, 若自身运行的业务符合监控条 件, 对该业务进行监控, 当监控到不良情况, 生成监控报告。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述监控申请 由授权用户输入、 或者网络侧发送。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移 动终端包括:
通信智能卡, 用于接收监控申请, 根据监控申请设置监控条件, 将 监控条件发送给处理模块;
处理模块, 用于接收通信智能卡发送的监控条件, 若移动终端运行 的业务符合监控条件, 对运行的所述业务进行监控。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述通信智能卡, 具体还用于接收监控申请, 根据监控申请设置监 控条件、 以及向处理模块发送监控条件的时间; 并根据设置的时间向处 理模块发送所述监控条件。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述处理模块, 还用于向通信智能卡发送所述监控报告; 以及根据 通信智能卡发送的指令, 对运行的所述业务进行相应的控制;
所述通信智能卡, 还用于根据所述监控报告生成对业务进行控制的 指令, 并发送给处理模块。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 还用于向通信智能卡发送所述监控报告;
所述通信智能卡, 还用于接收并存储所述监控报告; 以及接收授权 用户输入的对监控报告进行处理的请求, 根据所述请求对所述监控报告 进行相应的处理。
23、 根据权利要求 20所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述处理模块, 用于向网络侧发送监控报告; 以及根据网络侧发送 的对业务进行控制的第一指令, 对运行的所述业务进行相应的控制。
