Abstract

The present patent regards a decomposable and reassembled bag based on the needs of the user, applied to the bags sector in general even if it is particularly indicated for the briefcase market. The main characteristic is to have a decomposed bag with two main elements: the flap and its container or containers. Such elements, after being separated, can be reassembled with a system of straps and loops and their components can vary in color, material, design, dimension and there is a possibility to add other containers. The patent lends itself for diversified industrial production in fact, the flaps can be entirely realized in Italy whilst the containers can be manufactured with an inferior cost in countries where production is notoriously cheaper.

Description

BAG CONFIGURABLE THROUGH BELT AND LOOP SYSTEM
TECHNICAL FIELD:
The following patent is included, based on the international classification of patents, as suggest, Class A45 "Hand or travelling articles";Section A "Personal or Domestic bags"; Sub-class A45/C "Purses; luggage; hand carries bags"; Maingroup A/45C/3/00 or A45C/5/00. In fact the patent, that regards a decomposable and reassembled bag based on the necessities of the user, is applied to the bags sector in general even though it is particularly indicated for professional briefcases, where the possibility of modulating the bag for the needs of the user, becomes a particularly useful function.
BACKGROUND ART:
There are already existent bags which have been patented on the market for bags, briefcases, suitcases where it is possible to modulate the bag based on the needs of the user such as: "suitcase or trunk with a variable capacity" (Italian patent n.01311597), that are bags that can extend their capacity with zipper openings and adjustments, bags with the possibility of creating further containers both exterior and interior, bags that have the possibility of substituting certain parts like the handle.
The limit of such inventions that have been created up until this moment is however the fact that they do not provide a decomposition of the two main elements of the bag: the "flap" and the "containers" and therefore the further possibility of recomposing the whole bag, based on the needs of the user. DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION:
The purpose of the following innovation is to eliminate the technical inconveniences that are known, by supplying a bag that, through the possibility of decomposing its main elements, can be recomposed and adapted to the tastes of the user, allowing the same to substitute the main elements with other main elements but having a different color, material, design or function.
Another purpose is to be able to aggregate to the flap one or more containers based on the needs of the user.
A further purpose is to have other containers for the possibility of attaching a type of flap "with a frontal opening" and finally other containers where it is possible to attach both types of flaps.
Finally, a last purpose of the present invention is to create a bag that is simple to execute for the manufacturer and is easy to use for the user.
The present innovation is made up of a bag that is variably composed by a multiplicity of combinations among its main elements, "flap" and "containers", that are also easy to manufacture in various types.
In fact the bag has a system of belts and loops that allow for the decomposing and recomposing of its two main elements: the "flap" and its "containers".
In particular the flap can be of two types: a) "flap with dorsal opening" through a zipper or other fastening system Fig.3/21;
b) "flap with frontal opening" with buckle or other fastening system Fig.4/21;
Instead the container can be of the following type: Aggregated container only with "flap with dorsal opening", only having loops that serve to aggregate such flap Fig. 5/21-6/21 (3); Aggregated container only with "flap with frontal opening", having loops that serve to aggregate such flap Fig.7/21- 8/21 (4);
Aggregated container with both flaps, having loops that serve to aggregate both flaps. Fig. 9/21-10/21 (5);
Two or more containers can be aggregated to the flap. The diverse possibility of combining flap and container or containers will create a bag that will be diverse each time and adaptable to the tastes and needs at the moment of the user.
These purposes are added through the characteristics which are listed in the annex vindications.
With the use of figures, we can describe the bag for clarity based on the two types of flap, starting with the "flap with dorsal opening".
The hooking mechanism of the "flap with dorsal opening" is the following: The flap is furnished with a couple of straps placed on the frontal (7) and dorsal (8) parts and another couple of straps are placed laterally (9-10) and perpendicularly to the first.
The straps can be sewn to the flap itself, or even be fastened in another manner, however remaining strongly fixed on the two parts of the flap. The first couples of straps, positioned on the frontal and dorsal sides of the flap, both have a longer part (8) and a shorter part (7).
The buckle (11), or other type of clasp, can be placed indifferently on the long strap, o even on the shorter one without compromising the invention.
The length and/or proportions of the two parts that form the couple of straps can be variable without compromising the invention. As well, the two couples of straps, (9-10) both have a longer strap and a shorter one to which a buckle is connected (12) or any other type of clasp.
The buckle (12), or other type of clasp, can be placed indifferently on the long strap, or on the short one without compromising the invention.
Even the length and/or proportions of the two parts that form the couple of straps can be variable without compromising the invention .
We will begin to describe the functioning, starting from the couple of straps that are positioned on the frontal and dorsal parts: the longer straps (8) pass through the loops (14) placed high on the frontal and dorsal sections of the container, until they block when the flap reaches the inferior border of the same loops on the container (15); furthermore the long straps pass through the loops placed on the lower part (16) of the container or containers, if we want to connect more containers.
The shorter straps pass through the loops that are found on the opposite side (13) with respect to the loops where the longer straps pass, until they block themselves as the flap when it reaches the inferior border of the same loops of the container; furthermore the short straps are fastened to the longer straps by a buckle (11) or other type of clasp.
The two longer straps that are positioned laterally and perpendicularly to the first (9), pass through the lateral loops of the container or containers (17-18) and reach the short straps (10) to which they are fastened with a buckle or other type of clasp (12). At this point the flap is perfectly connected to the container or containers. The two parts that form the flap are connected by a zipper (19) or other type of closure.
As well, the flap has a handle (20) that can be a continuation of straps (Fig. 7&8), or it can have a clasp that can also be detached.
In the place of the abovementioned handle, the flap can have any other type of handle that is different in form, dimension or material.
The fastening mechanism of the "flap with frontal opening" on the container is the following: the flap is furnished with a couple of straps that are positioned at the center of the flap (21-22) and a couple of perpendicular straps placed near the first (23-24) and all the straps can be sewn or fastened in another manner.
The couple of central straps is composed of a longer strap in the posterior section (22) and a shorter one in the frontal section (21). The strap that is placed in the posterior section is made to pass through the loop that is placed on the posterior side of the container (25) in order to block itself when the flap reaches the inferior border of the container's loop; furthermore it is made to pass through the loop placed on the base of the container or containers (26) and finally it is made to pass through the loop placed on the frontal side (27) of the container. At this point the strap has reached the shorter one to which it is fastened with a buckle or other type of clasp (28)determining the closure of the same flap.
The length and proportions of both parts that form the couple of straps can be variable without compromising the invention.
The other couple of straps (23-24), those that are positioned perpendicularly to the first, have the function of blocking the flap and preventing that it can fall off the container when the bag is opened. Such straps, first pass through the loops placed on the lateral parts (17-18) of the container or containers, furthermore passing through the loops placed on the frontal part (29) of the container; finally the two straps are fastened by a buckle or other type of clasp (30), allowing the flap to remain fixed, even when the bag is opened.
The length of the two parts is formed by the couple of straps that can be variable without compromising the invention.
As well the flap is furnished with a handle (31) that can be sewn or also have a clasp that allows it to be removed.
In the place of the abovementioned handle the flap can have any other type of handle.
