液晶显示器通常包括机壳和装设在该机壳中的面板、背光模组以及相应的 电子线路, 在各个功能模块之间, 往往需要采用线缆实现相互的电连接。 现有 的线缆固定方式, 一般是先采用多个绕线铆柱缠绕, 然后用双面胶带粘贴, 有 的甚至是直接采用聚酯薄膜来粘贴固定线缆。现有的这种固定方式, 不仅不牢 固, 而且采用胶带进行粘贴, 不容易重工。 可见, 实有必要对现有的液晶显示 装置中的线缆固定机构的结构进行改进。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的不足,而提出一种液晶 显示装置的线缆固定机构结构, 既能够确保牢靠、 又能够方便维护。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案包括,提出一种液晶显示装置的 线缆固定机构, 包括一基部和由该基部延伸出的一夹持部, 该夹持部与基部围 合出一固线环以供一线缆穿设。
该夹持部包括由该基部向上并相向延伸出的两个弹性夹持臂,该两个弹性 夹持臂的自由端之间的跨度略小于该线缆的径向尺寸。
该夹持部包括一曲线臂, 该曲线臂的两端固定在该基部上。
该固线环的径向尺寸略大于该线缆的径向尺寸。
该基部为一平板结构, 呈圆形或矩形。
该线缆固定机构是采用高分子材料一体注塑成型。
该线缆固定机构还包括一固定部,该固定部设置在该基部的与该夹持部相 反的一侧。
该固定部包括由该基部向下延伸出的一本体和由该本体延伸出的至少一 弹性卡扣臂。
该至少一弹性卡扣臂包括由该本体的两侧对称地反向延伸出的两个弹性 卡扣臂。 本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案还包括, 提出一种液晶显示装 置, 包括如上所述的线缆固定机构。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的液晶显示装置及其线缆固定机构, 通过形成一 固线环以供一线缆穿设, 可以方便、 牢靠地实现液晶显示装置中线缆的固定。 附图说明

以下结合附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步详述。
参见图 2, 本发明的液晶显示装置的线缆固定机构结构第一实施例结构大 致包括: 一基部 1和由该基部 1延伸出的一夹持部 2, 该夹持部 2与基部 1围 合出一固线环 4以供一线缆 5穿设。优选地, 固线环 4的径向尺寸略大于该线 缆 5的径向尺寸, 以使线缆 5能够在固线环 4被紧固。
该线缆固定机构可以采用高分子材料一体注塑成型。该基部 1为一平板结 构, 呈圆形。 该夹持部 2包括由该基部 1的上表面向上并相向延伸出的两个弹 性夹持臂 21, 该两个弹性夹持臂 21的自由端之间间隔, 形成一缺口 22, 该缺 口 22的跨度略小于该线缆 5的径向尺寸。
参见图 2, 当需要将线缆 5装设到固线环 4中时, 可以使缺口 22张开, 令线缆 5能够经由该缺口 22卡设到固线环 4, 然后缺口 22能够自动收回, 以 将线缆 5牢靠地装设在固线环 4。
该线缆固定机构还可以包括一固定部 3, 该固定部 3设置在该基部 1的与 该夹持部 2相反的一侧, 包括由该基部 1向下延伸出的一本体 31和由该本体 31的两侧对称地反向延伸出的两个弹性卡扣臂 32。
当需要将线缆固定机构可拆卸地装设到液晶显示装置的诸如后壳之类的 结构件 (图未示出) 上时, 可以在结构件的适当位置设置卡座, 如此, 只要将 该固定部 3对应配装到该卡座, 即可很方便、 灵活地实现线缆 5的固定。 如此, 在需要重工 /维护时, 反向地, 借助固定部 3将线缆固定机构与相 应的结构件分离和 /或借助两个弹性夹持臂 21使线缆 5与线缆固定机构分离, 也是非常地方便、 灵活。
需要说明的是, 上述固定部 3的具体结构, 可以多种多样, 例如: 将上述 的卡扣结构替换为夹子结构或者是带安装孔可配接紧固件进行固定安装的结 构。上述线缆固定机构也可以是直接地成型在诸如后壳之类的结构件, 从而以 该结构件上的一个局部结构出现, 这时, 固定部 3无须设置, 或者可以将固定 部 3视作为与基部 1成一体。
参见图 3和图 4, 本发明的液晶显示装置的线缆固定机构结构第二实施例 结构大致包括: 一基部 la和由该基部 la延伸出的一夹持部 2a, 该夹持部 2a 与基部 la围合出一固线环 4a以供一线缆 5穿设。 优选地, 固线环 4a的径向 尺寸略大于该线缆 5的径向尺寸, 以使线缆 5能够在固线环 4a被紧固。 类似 地, 该线缆固定机构还可以包括一固定部 3a, 其结构、功能与上述第一实施例 的固定部 3相同。

Claims

1、 一种液晶显示装置的线缆固定机构, 包括一基部和由该基部延伸出的 一夹持部, 该夹持部与基部围合出一固线环以供一线缆穿设。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的线缆固定机构, 其中该夹持部包括由该基部向上 并相向延伸出的两个弹性夹持臂,该两个弹性夹持臂的自由端之间的跨度略小 于该线缆的径向尺寸。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的线缆固定机构, 其中该夹持部包括一曲线臂, 该 曲线臂的两端固定在该基部上。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的线缆固定机构, 其中该固线环的径向尺寸略大于 该线缆的径向尺寸。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的线缆固定机构, 其中该基部为一平板结构, 呈圆 形或矩形。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的线缆固定机构, 其中该线缆固定机构是采用高分 子材料一体注塑成型。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的线缆固定机构, 其中该线缆固定机构还包括一固 定部, 该固定部设置在该基部的与该夹持部相反的一侧。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的线缆固定机构, 其中该固定部包括由该基部向下 延伸出的一本体和由该本体延伸出的至少一弹性卡扣臂。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的线缆固定机构, 其中, 该至少一弹性卡扣臂包括 由该本体的两侧对称地反向延伸出的两个弹性卡扣臂。
10、 一种液晶显示装置, 其包括如权利要求 1至 9任一所述的线缆固定机
