一种扫帚及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明提供了一种扫帚以及该扫帚的制备方法，用于环卫工人清扫马路，属于日常用品领域。
背景技术
目前环卫工人在清扫马路及其他地面时，大多使用的都是竹扫帚，由于环卫工人需清扫地面上通常是一些较重的垃圾或尘土，并且其清扫量极大，因此一般情况一把竹扫帚的使用寿命大概在一个月左右，倘若使用人工扫帚则取使用寿命更短。竹扫帚在使用过程中还存在下列缺点：1、其重量较大，一般的环卫女工在长期清扫工作中手臂会感到酸痛。2、其制造成本较高，由于竹扫帚的原料为毛竹，主要产自南方山区，因此其运输成本较高。
随着社会的发展，饮料行业也越来越成熟，现今的饮料涵盖了碳酸饮料、茶饮料、果汁饮料、奶饮料以及纯净水等，这些商品的绝大多数均采用塑料瓶进行包装。当顾客购买并饮用完毕后，一部分塑料瓶进入了废品回收站，作为原料被重新加工生产，另一部分被随手丢弃掉污染环境。倘若能将塑料瓶加以利用将其制造成扫帚进行使用，很多问题均会迎刃而解，但是国内目前在这个领域内的研究还是一片空白。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种扫帚，解决了现有技术中的缺点，其性能稳定，使用寿命长，而且其制造升本低；本发明提示提供了该扫帚的制备方法。
实现本发明上述目的所采用的技术方案为：
一种扫帚，至少包括扫帚把以及扫帚芯，扫帚把的底部设有横板，扫帚芯固定于横板上，扫帚芯包括1束以上的毛刷，毛刷上设有分散状的用来清扫地面的细长弹性条，弹性条的长度占毛刷长度的1/2以上，弹性条的侧面呈弧形，且由上至下逐渐变窄，弹性条的底端为加厚层。
所述的毛刷由3～10个呈倒置的水瓶状的筒体依次叠加组成，筒体的顶部设有圆形的顶盖，顶盖上设有孔，筒体的侧壁为细长弹性条，弹性条的顶端依次固定连接于顶盖的边缘，呈弧形的弹性条由上至下向里收拢，毛刷由筒体的顶盖上的孔处固定于横板的底面上，横板上固定有2束以上的毛刷，2束以上的毛刷沿着横板的方向依次固定。
毛刷由6个依次叠加的筒体组成，横板上固定连接有3束毛刷。
所述的毛刷由对称固定于横板正反两面上的清扫片组成，所述的清扫片呈片状，其下部为弹性条，弹性条的顶端与清扫片的上部连接为一体，呈弧形的弹性条由上至下均朝向清扫片的一侧弯曲，3～8片清扫片相互叠加并由清扫片的上部固定于横板上，固定于横板正面或反面上的清扫片的弹性条卷曲方向均朝向横板上与之对应的一面。
横板的正面和反面均通过螺钉固定有6片清扫片。
如上所述的扫帚的制备方法，其具体步骤为：
（1）、选取相同形状和大小的空废旧塑料瓶作为原料；
（2）、除去塑料瓶上的瓶盖、瓶贴；
（3）、由塑料瓶的瓶口处朝向瓶底的方向将塑料瓶的瓶体剪裁成10～30根弹性条，弹性条的长度占瓶体长度的1/2以上；
（4）、对瓶底进行处理，取3个以上的处理后的塑料瓶叠加，组成毛刷，并将一个以上的毛刷固定于扫帚把底部的横板上，毛刷上的弹性条朝下，即可制得扫帚。
步骤（5）中所述的对瓶底进行处理具体为在瓶底的中心开一个孔，然后将6个瓶体倒置依次叠加组成毛刷，将3个毛刷用螺钉固定于横板的底面上。
步骤（5）中所述的对瓶底进行处理具体为将瓶底除去，然后沿着弹性条将瓶体剪开并将其铺展呈片状，即制得清扫片，将6片清扫片叠加，然后用螺钉将清扫片固定在扫帚把底部的横板的正面上，横板的反面上也按照同样的方法对称固定6片清扫片，横板正反两面上的清扫片共同形成毛刷。

本发明提供的扫帚有以下优点：1、扫帚的毛刷均由废旧饮料瓶切割而成，不仅解决了废旧饮料瓶污染环境的问题，而且其制备工艺简单，因此生产成本低廉。2、由于毛刷的材质为塑料，且弹性条的底端均为与塑料瓶的瓶口相对应的加厚层，因此其耐磨性和稳定性均极佳，工作寿命相比竹扫帚大大延长。3、由于弹性条均为弹性材料，因此在清扫过程中一些较重的垃圾会很轻易的被扫走，并且清扫彻底、不会遗漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及具体实施例对本发明做详细具体的说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供的扫帚的结构如图1所示：由扫帚把1和扫帚芯组成，扫帚把1的底部设有横板2，扫帚芯固定于横板2上，扫帚芯由2束以上的毛刷A4组成。毛刷A4由3～10个呈倒置的水瓶状的筒体3依次叠加组成，本实施例中毛刷A4由6个依次叠加的筒体3组成。筒体3的结构如图2所示，筒体3的顶部设有圆形的顶盖10，顶盖10上设有孔，筒体3的侧壁为分散状的用来清扫地面的细长弹性条9，弹性条9的长度占毛刷A长度的1/2以上，弹性条9的侧面呈弧形，且由上至下逐渐变窄，弹性条9的底端为加厚层7。弹性条9的顶端依次固定连接于顶盖10的边缘，呈弧形的弹性条9由上至下向里收拢。
毛刷A4由筒体的顶盖10上的孔处通过螺钉6固定于横板2的底面上，横板2上固定有2束以上的毛刷A，2束以上的毛刷A沿着横板的方向依次固定，在本实施例中，横板2上固定有3束毛刷A。
本实施例中提供的扫帚的制备方法为：首先选取600毫升的农夫山泉塑料瓶18个，除去瓶盖、标签，并将瓶内的剩余液体倒净，然后将瓶口剪去一部分，剩余剩余2～8毫米与瓶体相连，在本实施例中剩余5毫米。然后采用介入式铡刀由瓶口处朝向瓶底的方向将塑料瓶的瓶体剪裁成10～30根弹性条，本实施例中弹性条为20根，弹性条的长度占瓶体长度的1/2以上，弹性条的一端为瓶口对应的加厚层，另一端与瓶体连接为一体。在剪裁后的塑料瓶的瓶底的中心开一个孔，然后将6个瓶体倒置后依次叠加，即可制得毛刷，将毛刷上的弹性条朝下，然后通过螺钉将3个毛刷固定于横板的底面上，即可制得如图1所示的扫帚。
实施例2
本实施例提供的扫帚的结构如图4所示，由扫帚把1和扫帚芯组成，扫帚把1的底部设有横板2，扫帚芯固定于横板2上，扫帚芯由1束以上的毛刷B5组成，所述的毛刷B5由对称固定于横板2正反两面上的清扫片8组成，清扫片8的结构如图3所示，清扫片8呈片状，其下部为分散状的用来清扫地面的细长弹性条9，弹性条9的长度占毛刷B长度的1/2以上，弹性条9的侧面呈弧形，且由上至下逐渐变窄，弹性条9的底端为加厚层7。弹性条9的顶端与清扫片8的上部连接为一体，呈弧形的弹性条9由上至下均朝向清扫片8的一侧弯曲，3～8片清扫片8相互叠加并由清扫片8的上部固定于横板2上，在本实施例中横板2的正面和反面均通过螺钉6固定有6片清扫片8。固定于横板2正面或反面上的清扫片8的弹性条弯曲方向均朝向横板上与之对应的一面。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扫帚，其特征在于：所述的毛刷由3～10个呈倒置的水瓶状的筒体依次叠加组成，筒体的顶部设有圆形的顶盖，顶盖上设有孔，筒体的侧壁为细长弹性条，弹性条的顶端依次固定连接于顶盖的边缘，呈弧形的弹性条由上至下向里收拢，毛刷由筒体的顶盖上的孔处固定于横板的底面上，横板上固定有2束以上的毛刷，2束以上的毛刷沿着横板的方向依次固定。

    （3）、由塑料瓶的瓶口处朝向瓶底的方向将塑料瓶的瓶体剪裁成10～30根弹性条，弹性条的长度占瓶体长度的1/2以上；
    （4）、对瓶底进行处理，取3个以上的处理后的塑料瓶叠加，组成毛刷，并将一个以上的毛刷固定于扫帚把底部的横板上，毛刷上的弹性条朝下，即可制得扫帚。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扫帚的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤（5）中所述的对瓶底进行处理具体为在瓶底的中心开一个孔，然后将6个瓶体倒置依次叠加组成毛刷，将3个毛刷用螺钉固定于横板的底面上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的扫帚的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤（5）中所述的对瓶底进行处理具体为将瓶底除去，然后沿着弹性条将瓶体剪开并将其铺展呈片状，即制得清扫片，将6片清扫片叠加，然后用螺钉将清扫片固定在扫帚把底部的横板的正面上，横板的反面上也按照同样的方法对称固定6片清扫片，横板正反两面上的清扫片共同形成毛刷。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的扫帚的制备方法，其特征在于：在步骤（2）和步骤（3）之间对塑料瓶的瓶口剪裁，使瓶口剩余2～8毫米。
