Abstract

The present invention provides a method for implementing carrier service distribution, comprising: setting N micro base stations in an area with concentrated user distribution in the coverage of a macro base station, wherein N≥2; setting distribution configuration information on a base station controller, and making the micro base stations and the macro base station work in different frequencies; and after a user enters a service channel under the macro base station, when the base station controller determines, according to distribution configuration information, that a service used by the current user can be distributed, distributing the service from the macro base station to a micro base station. The present invention further provides a device for implementing carrier service distribution. The method and the device can solve the problem in the prior art that a common macro base station is challenged by the system capacity bottleneck in the covered cell with centralized user distribution.
