其中, 网站分级数据包含网站标识、 级别或网站类别等, 级别是指网站的 安全级别, 比如 1级、 2级或 3级, 其中 1级指限制级, 2级指暴力级, 3级指 健康级, 显然, 1级安全性最高, 3级安全性最低, 即级别越低安全性越高, 级 别越高安全性越低。 网站类别是指可以反映网站内容的分类, 包含一个或多个 关于网站内容的关键词, 也可以理解成网站标签等, 比如军事游戏或儿童游戏 等。 网站分级数据可以由管理员预先存储, 后期不断维护。 下面给出了一个网 站分级数据的结构示例。

网站类别
级别限制数据包含级别和特征限制条件, 其中, 级别是指在满足特征限制 条件下能够访问的最高安全级别, 即能够访问该最高安全级别对应的网站和安 全级别低于该最高安全级别对应的网站; 特征限制条件可以是年龄、 性别或爱 好等特征的限制条件, 并且这里的特征可以与后续用户数据中用户的特征一致 , 也可以不一致。 级别限制数据由管理员预先存储, 后期不断维护。 下面给出了 级别限制数据的一个示例:

其中, 级别 1对应的特征限制条件包括 {年龄: 〉30 , 性别: 男, 爱好: 军 事} , 该特征限制条件包括了年龄、 性别和爱好这三个特征的限制条件。
另外, 根据接收的鉴权请求中的用户标识查询用户数据, 获取与该用户标 识对应的用户特征数据, 其中, 用户数据包含用户标识和用户特征数据, 用户 特征数据包含一个或多个特征的数据, 比如年龄、 性别、 爱好或职业等特征的 数据。 用户数据可以由管理员预先存储, 并且后期不断维护。 下面给出了一个 用户数据的结构示例。

因此, 根据鉴权请求中的网站标识查询上述网站分级数据, 获取与该网站 标识对应的级别, 再根据该级别查询级别限制数据, 获取与该级别对应的特征 限制条件, 即访问该安全级别的用户所必须具备的限制条件; 同时, 根据鉴权 请求中的用户标识查询用户数据, 获取与该用户标识对应的用户特征数据。
例如, 艮据用户访问网站的网站标识 URL1查询网站分级数据, 获取对应的 级别为 1 , 网站类别为军事游戏, 保存该网站类别, 再根据级别 1查询级别限制 数据, 获取与级别 1对应的特征限制条件为 {年龄: 〉30 , 性别: 男, 愛好: 游 戏} , 因此 URL1对应的特征限制条件为 {年龄: 〉30 , 性别: 男, 爱好: 游戏 } ; 同样,根据用户标识 User l查询用户数据,可以获取用户特征数据为 {年龄: 15 , 性别: 男, 爱好: 军事 }。
另外, 还可以根据鉴权请求中的网站标识查询上述网站分级数据, 获取该 网站标识对应的网站类别, 保存网站类别, 网站类别在后续生成推荐信息的过 程中可以作为一个生成条件。
1 03、 判断用户特征数据是否符合特征限制条件。
具体的, 当用户特征数据中存在至少一个特征数据不满足特征限制条件中 关于该特征的限制条件时, 则用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件, 即客户端访 问网站的鉴权不能通过; 否则, 用户特征数据符合特征限制条件, 即客户端访 问网站的鉴权通过。
例如,仍以前面的示例继续,在获取用户特征数据为 {年龄: 15 ,性别: 男, 爱好: 军事 }和特征限制条件为 {年龄: 〉30 , 性别: 男, 爱好: 游戏 }后, 通过 比较发现, 用户特征数据中年龄 15不满足特征限制条件中关于年龄 > 30的限制 条件, 说明该用户特征数据不符合该特征限制条件, 即客户端 User l访问网站 URL1的鉴权请求不能被通过。
另外, 当用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件时, 可以记录下具体是用户特 录下鉴权失败的原因, 在后续发送鉴权结果中可以将失败的原因一起发送给客 户端, 显示给用户。
1 04、 当用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件时, 生成推荐信息。
当用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件时, 则根据用户特征数据生成推荐信 息, 以便于用户根据该推荐信息访问推荐的网站。
具体的, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 由于级别限制数据中的特征限制条件 是由一些特征的限制条件组成的, 而这些特征与用户特征数据中的特征存在相 同的特征, 因此根据用户特征数据中一个或多个特征数据, 在级别限制数据中 匹配出满足该一个或多个特征数据的特征限制条件, 根据该特征限制条件查询 级别限制数据, 获取相应的级别, 再根据该相应的级别查询网站分级数据, 获 取网站标识集合, 其中, 获取到的网站标识的级别等于或高于该相应的级别, 即安全性等于或低于该相应的级别的安全性。
该网站标识集合中的网站标识是根据用户特征数据中上述一个或多个特征 数据查询出来的网站, 符合用户特征数据中该一个或多个特征数据, 该网站标 识集合包含一个或多个网站标识, 并且将该网站标识集合作为推荐信息, 以便 于用户根据该推荐信息中的网站标识访问推荐的网站。
例如, 仍以前面的示例继续, 根据用户特征数据 {年龄: 1 5 , 性别: 男, 爱 好: 军事 }中两个特征数据{年龄: 15 , 性别: 男} , 在级别限制数据中匹配出了 满足这两个特征数据的特征限制条件是 {年龄: <20 , 性别: 男} , 再根据该特征 限制条件查询级别限制数据, 获取相应的级别为 2 , 再根据级别 2查询网站分级 数据, 获取到与级别 2对应的网站标识集合 { URL2 , URL 3 , URL4} , 且该网站标 识集合中的网站标识的级别等于或高于级别 2 ,即安全性等于或低于级别 2的安 全性, 将该网站标识集合作为推荐信息。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 如上一个实施例所述, 首先根据用户特征数 据中一个或多个特征的值, 在级别限制数据中匹配出满足该一个或多个特征的 值的特征限制条件, 再根据该特征限制条件查询级别限制数据, 获取相应的级 别, 再根据该相应的级别和用户所访问网站的网站类别查询网站分级数据, 获 取同时符合该级别和网站类别的网站标识集合, 此时该网站标识集合中网站标 识对应的网站既符合用户特征数据中关于上述一个或多个特征数据, 又符合用 户所访问网站的网站类别, 该网站标识集合包含一个或多个网站标识, 并且将 该网站标识集合作为推荐信息。 其中, 用户所访问网站的网站类别可以在 1 02 中根据网站标识查询网站分级数据库获取。
例如,仍以前面给出的示例继续,根据用户特征信息 {年龄: 15 ,性别: 男, 爱好: 军事 }中两个特征数据{年龄: 15 , 性别: 男} , 在级别限制数据中匹配出 了满足这两个特征数据的特征限制条件是 {年龄: <20 , 性别: 男} , 再根据该特 征限制条件查询级别限制数据, 获取相应的级别为 2 , 另外, 假设 1 02中获取的 网站类别为游戏, 再根据级别为 2和网站类别为游戏查询网站分级数据, 获取 到符合该级别和网站类别的网站标识集合为 {URL 3 , URL4} , 且该网站标识集合 中的网站标识的级别等于或高于级别 2 , 即安全性等于或低于级别 2的安全性, 将该网站标识集合作为推荐信息。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 根据上述两个实施例中任一实施例获取网站 标识集合后, 可以进一步对该网站标识集合中的网站标识按照用户特征数据进 行筛选, 以获取更符合用户特征的优化网站标识集合。
由于网站类别可以反映网站内容, 用户的某些特征, 比如爱好或职业, 也 能反映用户需要的网站内容, 当网站类别对应的网站内容符合用户的特征数据 对应的网站内容时, 则该网站类别符合用户的特征数据。
因此, 上述筛选的过程具体为: 根据网站标识集合中的网站标识, 查询网 站分级数据获取网站标识对应的网站类别, 再将该网站类别和用户特征数据中 的特征数据(比如爱好或职业等), 进行比较, 如果该网站类别符合特征数据, 即该网站类别对应的网站内容符合用户的特征数据, 并将该网站类别对应的网 站标识作为优化网站标识, 从而形成优化网站标识集合。 由于这些优化网站标 识对应的网站既符合根据用户特征数据中部分特征数据得到的访问级别, 又进 一步符合用户特征数据中其他特征数据, 因此可以看作是一种优化方案。
将优化网站标识集合作为推荐信息, 这种优化方案在前期获取的网站标识 集合中包含比较多的网站标识时比较有用, 一方面减少了给用户推荐的网站, 另一方面, 优化后的网站标识集合中的网站标识对应的网站内容更符合用户特 征数据。
例如, 仍以前面给出的示例继续, 获取网站标识集合 { URL 3 , URL4} , 该网 站标识集合是根据用户特征数据 {年龄: 15 , 性别: 男}和用户所访问网站的网 站类别为军事游戏获取的, 再根据用户特征数据中的 {爱好: 军事 }或{职业: 军 人}对网站标识集合 { URL 3 , URL4}进行筛选, 发现只有 URL4对应的网站类别为 军事游戏, 符合 {爱好: 军事 }或{职业: 军人 }的用户特征数据, 因此将 {URL4} 作为优化网站标识集合。
从上可知, 在本发明的实施例中, 推荐装置可以在用户特征数据不符合用 户所访问的网站对应的特征限制条件时, 即用户不具备访问网站的权限时, 根 据用户特征数据生成推荐信息, 引导用户根据推荐信息访问推荐的网站, 提高 用户体马 。
图 2描述了本发明实施例提供的一种用户访问网站的推荐方法的信令流程, 该实施例包括:
201、 发送访问网站的访问请求。
具体的, 用户通过客户端向业务接入网关发送访问网站的访问请求, 该访 问请求中包含网站标识和用户标识。
202、 发送鉴权请求。
具体地, 业务接入网关在接收了客户端发送的访问请求后, 向用户访问网 站的推荐装置发送鉴权请求, 以确定用户是否具备访问网站的权限, 其中, 鉴 权请求包含网站标识和用户标识。
或者, 客户端也可以直接向用户访问网站的推荐装置发送鉴权请求, 该鉴 权请求也包含网站标识和用户标识。
203、 获取特征限制条件。
用户访问网站的推荐装置接收鉴权请求后, 根据其中携带的网站标识查询 网站分级数据, 获取与该网站标识对应的级别, 再根据该级别查询级别限制数 据, 获取与该级别对应的特征限制条件, 特征限制条件可以包含年龄、 性别或 爱好等特征的限制条件。
另外, 该推荐装置可以根据该网站标识查询网站分级数据, 获取与该网站 标识对应的网站类别, 并保存该网站类别, 后续为用户生成推荐信息过程中可 以用户到该网站类别。
204、 获取用户特征数据。
用户访问网站的推荐装置接收 202发送的鉴权请求后, 根据其中携带的用 户标识查询用户数据, 获取与该用户标识对应的用户特征数据, 用户特征数据 可以包含年龄、 性别或爱好等信息。
205、 判断用户访问网站的权限。
用户访问网站的推荐装置根据 203中获取的特征限制条件和 204中获取的 用户特征数据, 判断用户特征数据是否符合特征限制条件。 具体的, 当用户特 征数据中存在至少一个特征数据不满足特征限制条件中关于该至少一个特征的 限制条件时, 说明用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件, 即用户访问网站的鉴权 不能通过; 否则, 用户特征数据符合特征限制条件, 即用户访问网站的鉴权通 过。
206、 鉴权不通过, 生成推荐信息。
当用户访问网站的推荐装置在 205中判断用户不具备访问网站的权限时, 则根据用户特征数据生成推荐信息, 以便于用户根据该推荐信息访问推荐的网 站。
另外, 推荐信息还可以包含附加信息, 比如广告等。
207、 发送鉴权结果。
当判断用户不具备访问网站的权限时, 用户访问网站的推荐装置向业务接 入网关发送鉴权结果, 该鉴权结果包含鉴权失败的消息和推荐信息,
另外, 由于在判断用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件时, 可以记录下具体 是哪项用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件中关于该特征的限制条件, 即记录下 鉴权失败的原因, 因此, 上述鉴权失败的消息可以包含鉴权失败的原因,
208、 发送推荐信息。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 当 207中鉴权结果不包含推荐信息时, 即用 户访问网站的推荐装置向业务接入网关发送了不包含推荐信息的鉴权结果, 则 该推荐装置可以继续向业务接入网关发送推荐信息, 比如以短信、彩信或 ema i l 等推送方式。
209、 发送推荐信息。
具体地, 业务接入网关接收用户访问网站的推荐装置发送的推荐信息后, 将该推荐信息发送给客户端, 以显示给用户, 使得用户根据推荐信息中的网站 标识访问推荐的网站。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 业务接入网关在接收推荐信息后, 可以直接 跳转到该推荐信息中的某一个网站标识对应的网站, 并使得该网站返回数据给 客户端显示, 即直接将推荐的网站返回给客户端显示, 省去了用户根据多个网 站标识选择网站的过程。
从上可知, 在本发明的实施例中, 推荐装置可以在用户特征数据不符合用 户所访问的网站对应的特征限制条件时, 即用户不具备访问网站的权限时, 根 据用户特征数据生成推荐信息, 引导用户根据推荐信息访问推荐的网站, 提高 用户体马 。
图 3描述了本发明实施例提供的一种用户访问网站的推荐装置的结构, 该 推荐装置一般包括至少一个处理器 301 , 至少一个网络接口 304 , 存储器 305和 至少一个通信总线 302 , 用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。 该业务服务器还可 以包括用户接口 303 , 用于实现与用户的交互, 例如操作人员的升级指令等。 存 储器 305可以包括:
操作系统 306 , 用于处理各种基础的系统服务和执行基于硬件的任务。 应用模块 307 , 用于判断用户是否具备访问网站的权限, 以及在用户不具备 访问权限时, 生成推荐信息, 具体的, 应用模块 307包括:
接收单元 308 , 用于接收客户端访问网站的鉴权请求, 该鉴权请求包含网站 标识和用户标识。
获取单元 309 ,用于根据接收单元 308接收的鉴权请求中的网站标识获取特 征限制条件, 和, 根据接收单元 308接收的鉴权请求中的用户标识获取用户特 征数据, 其中, 获取特征限制条件和用户特征数据的过程与图 1中 102对应的 实施例获取特征限制条件和用户特征数据的过程一致, 此处不予赘述。
判断单元 310,用于判断获取单元 309获取的用户特征数据是否符合获取单 元 309获取的特征限制条件。 当用户特征数据中存在至少一个特征数据不满足 特征限制条件中关于该特征的限制条件时, 则用户特征数据不符合特征限制条 件; 否则, 用户特征数据符合特征限制条件。
生成单元 311 ,用于当判断单元 310判断用户特征数据不符合特征限制条件 时, 则根据用户特征数据生成推荐信息, 以便于用户根据推荐信息访问推荐的 网站, 其中, 生成单元 311生成推荐信息的过程与图 1中 1 04对应的实施例生 成推荐信息的过程一致, 此处不予赘述。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 应用模块 307还可以包括:
存储单元 312 , 用于存储网站分级数据、 级别限制数据和用户数据, 并且获 取单元 309根据接收单元 308和存储单元 312获取特征限制条件和用户特征数 据。
从上可知, 在本发明的实施例中, 推荐装置可以在用户特征数据不符合用 户所访问的网站对应的特征限制条件时, 即用户不具备访问网站的权限时, 根 据用户特征数据生成推荐信息, 引导用户根据推荐信息访问推荐的网站, 提高 用户体马 。

1、 一种用户访问网站的推荐方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收客户端访问网站的鉴权请求, 所述鉴权请求包含网站标识和用户标识; 据;
判断所述用户特征数据是否符合所述特征限制条件;
当所述用户特征数据不符合所述特征限制条件时, 根据所述用户特征数据 生成推荐信息, 以便于用户根据所述推荐信息访问推荐的网站。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
存储网站分级数据、 级别限制数据和用户数据, 所述网站分级数据包含所 述网站标识和级别, 所述级别限制数据包含所述级别和所述特征限制条件, 所 述用户数据包含所述用户标识和所述用户特征数据。
3、 如权利要求 1-2任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述网站标识 根据所述网站标识查询网站分级数据, 获取所述级别, 根据所述级别查询 所述级别限制数据, 获取所述特征限制条件; 以及,
根据所述用户标识查询所述用户数据, 获取所述用户特征数据。
4、 如权利要求 1-3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户特征数据不符 合所述特征限制条件包括:
所述用户特征数据中至少一个特征数据不满足所述特征限制条件中关于所 述至少一个特征的限制条件。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述用户特征 数据生成推荐信息的过程包括:
根据所述用户特征数据中一个或多个特征数据, 在所述级别限制数据中匹 配出满足所述一个或多个特征数据的特征限制条件, 根据所述匹配出的特征限 制条件查询所述级别限制数据, 获取对应的级别, 再根据所述对应的级别查询 所述网站分级数据, 获取网站标识集合, 将所述网站标识集合作为推荐信息。
6、 如权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述用户的特 征数据生成推荐信息的过程包括:
根据所述用户特征数据中一个或多个特征数据, 在所述级别限制数据中匹 配出满足所述一个或多个特征数据的特征限制条件, 根据所述匹配出的特征限 制条件查询所述级别限制数据, 获取对应的级别, 再根据所述对应的级别和用 户所访问网站的网站类别, 查询所述网站分级数据, 获取网站标识集合, 将所 述网站标识集合作为推荐信息。
7、 如权利要求 5-6任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 将所述网站标识集合中的网站标识按照所述用户特征数据进行筛选, 获取 更符合所述用户特征数据的优化网站标识集合, 并将所述优化网站标识集合作 为推荐信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述网站标识集合中的 网站标识按照所述用户特征数据进行筛选包括:
根据所述网站标识集合中的网站标识查询所述网站分级数据, 获取对应的 网站类别, 判断所述对应的网站类别是否符合所述用户特征数据, 将符合所述 用户特征数据的网站类别对应的网站标识的集合作为所述优化网站标识集合。
9、 如权利要求 1-8任一所述的方法, 所述用户特征数据中的特征包括但不 限于: 年龄、 性别或所述爱好; 所述特征限制条件包括但不限于: 年龄的限制 条件或性别的限制条件。
1 0、 如权利要求 1-9任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述推荐信息还包括 其他附加信息, 所述附加信息包括但不限于广告。

向业务接入网关发送携带所述推荐信息的鉴权结果, 由所述业务接入网关 发送所述推荐信息给所述客户端;
或者, 直接向所述接入网关发送所述推荐信息, 由所述业务接入网关发送 所述推荐信息给所述客户端。
12、 一种用户访问网站的推荐装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收客户端访问网站的鉴权请求, 所述鉴权请求包含网站 标识和用户标识;
获取单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的鉴权请求中的网站标识获取特征 限制条件, 和, 根据所述接收单元接收的鉴权请求中的用户标识获取用户特征 数据;
判断单元, 用于判断所述获取单元获取的用户特征数据是否符合所述获取 单元获取的特征限制条件;
生成单元, 用于当所述判断单元判断所述用户特征数据不符合所述特征限 制条件时, 则根据所述用户特征数据生成推荐信息, 以便于用户根据所述推荐 信息访问推荐的网站。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的推荐装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
存储单元, 用于存储网站分级数据、 级别限制数据和用户数据, 所述网站 分级数据包含所述网站标识和级别, 所述级别限制数据包含所述级别和所述特 征限制条件, 所述用户数据包含所述用户标识和所述用户特征数据。
14、 如权利要求 11-12任一所述的推荐装置, 其特征在于, 所述生成单元 具体用于根据所述用户特征数据中一个或多个特征数据, 在所述级别限制数据 中匹配出满足所述一个或多个特征数据的特征限制条件, 根据所述匹配出的特 征限制条件查询所述级别限制数据, 获取对应的级别, 再根据所述对应的级别 查询所述网站分级数据, 获取网站标识集合, 将所述网站标识集合作为推荐信
15、 如权利要求 11-12任一所述的推荐装置, 其特征在于, 所述生成单元 具体用于根据所述用户特征数据中一个或多个特征数据, 在所述级别限制数据 中匹配出满足所述一个或多个特征数据的特征限制条件, 根据所述匹配出的特 征限制条件查询所述级别限制数据, 获取对应的级别, 再根据所述对应的级别 和用户所访问网站的网站类别, 查询所述网站分级数据, 获取网站标识集合, 将所述网站标识集合作为推荐信息。
16、 如权利要求 14-15任一所述的推荐装置, 其特征在于, 所述生成单元 还用于将所述网站标识集合中的网站标识按照所述用户特征数据进行筛选, 获 取更符合所述用户特征数据的优化网站标识集合, 并将所述优化网站标识集合 作为推荐信息。
17、 一种用户访问网站的推荐系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 12-16 任一所述的推荐装置和业务接入网关;
所述业务接入网关, 用于向所述推荐装置发送鉴权请求; 并且, 还用于当 所述推荐装置判断用户不具备访问网站的权限时, 接收所述推荐装置发送的推 荐信息, 并将所述推荐信息发送给客户端, 或者, 根据所述推荐信息直接访问 推荐的网站, 并使所述推荐的网站返回数据给所述客户端。
