- the device according to the present invention further includes means for grounding in the form of a conductive layer 24 arranged to the housing 12, which conductive layer 24 is connected to the fixed iron core 18a by means of a grounding cable 25, which also is shown in Figure 3a. In this way it is created a reference point for current measurement in the device 11.

- the right part of the device is adapted for accommodating means for current measurement, in the example in the form of a printed circuit board 26 adapted for current measurement, which printed circuit board 26 preferably has a mainly circular shape and is provided with an opening which face out towards the recess 14b so that a power line can be inserted therein.
- the figure also shows a preferable location of an IR sensor 27 for measuring temperature of the power line.
- the device 11 preferably further includes non-conducting means 28 in the form of rubber pads or similar arranged in upper part of the recesses 14a-b to provide friction against the power line so that the device does not slide along the power line when it is exposed to nature forces, such as wind and ram.
- the device further includes communication means (not shown) between one or more of: - devices 11 arranged on separate power lines, - devices 11 arranged on the same power line,
- the communication means can e.g. be long-distance or short-distance radio, Bluetooth communication, infrared communication, traditional GSM communication or similar.
- the device 11 can communicate measuring signals in to a central unit directly or via other devices or base units (if the distance is too long for direct communication).
- FIG. 4a shows a device 11 arranged in a unit according to the invention for mounting and dismounting of the device 11 to/from a power line.

- the unit includes a mounting basket 30 adapted to the device 11, i.e. the housing 12, which mounting basket 30 according to a first embodiment is formed by two mainly U-shaped elements 31, 32 which extend in longitudinal direction and width direction, respectively, and vertical direction of the mounting basket 30.
- the U-shaped element 31 is adapted to the length and width of the device 11, as shown in Figure 4a, and forms the base of the mounting basket 30.
- the U-shaped element 32 extends in the width direction of the mounting basket 30 and exhibits sides 33a-b having elastic properties for allowing the device 11 to be retained, as shown in Figure 4a, with sufficient force for mounting and dismounting, and at the same time the force is not larger than that the device 11 can be released from the mounting basket 30 after mounting, and that the device 11 in a simple manner can be attached to the mounting basket 30 when the device 11 is to be demounted from the power line.
- the mounting basket 30 further includes connection means at the bottom of the U-shaped element 31 for connection to a rod or similar (not shown), preferably a WUV-rod, which can be used to bring the device 11 up to a power line and mounting the device 11 to the power line, and dismounting of this.
- the unit 30 preferably further includes means 35 for discharging voltage in the form of dischargers are arranged protruding up from the elastic sides of the U-shaped element 32. In this way one ensures that surface voltages on the power line do not damage the device 11 in connection with mounting and dismounting.
- FIGS 5a-b show an alternative embodiment of the unit for mounting and dismounting of the device 11.
- the unit is in this embodiment provided with a mounting basket 30 formed by one part having a shape adapted to the device 11, i.e. the housing 12 of the device. It is further at the longitudinal sides of the mounting basket 30 arranged fastening means 36, preferably arranged at each longitudinal side of the mounting basket 30, for retaining the device 11 securely in the mounting basket 30 in connection with mounting and dismounting.
- the fastening means 36 are preferably spring-loaded, so that a device 11 in a simple manner can be attached to the mounting basket 30 in connection with fastening of the device 11 to a power line and in a simple manner be released from the mounting basket 30 after a device 11 is fastened to a power line, and retaining the device securely as mentioned above.
- connection means 34 at the bottom of the mounting basket 30 for arrangement of a rod or similar, preferably a WUV-rod, for bringing the device 11 up to a power line.
- this embodiment can be provided with means 35 for discharging voltage in the form of dischargers which are arranged protruding up from the fastening means 36 or at other suitable places.
- the device 11 By means of the unit for mounting and dismounting the device 11 can be mounted to a power line by that an installer stands on the ground below the power line.
- the device 11 is attached to the unit, i.e. mounting basket 30 and retained by the U-shaped element 32 or the spring-loaded fastening means 36, after which the device 11 is brought up to the power line by means of e.g. a WUV-rod.
- the device 11 is brought in contact with the power line by that the device 11 is held across the power line, so that the power line is inserted into the recess 13 of the device 11.
- the device 11 When the device 11 is in contact with the power line the device 11 is turned 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise, dependent of the direction of the device, so that the power line is inserted into the recesses 14a and 14b.

- the mounting basket 30 and device 11 is turned 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise, dependent of the direction of the device 11 and as indicated by the arrows under the device 11, so that the power line is moved out of the recesses 14a and 14b, to a position for the device 11 which is across the power line, so that the device 11 is free from the power line.
- the device 11 can next be lowered down.
- the mounting basked is provided with a guiding pin at the bottom which enters a hole adapted in the device before the upwards directed force is applied to the mounting basket.

Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif (11) qui permet de contrôler des lignes électriques, ce dispositif (11) comportant un boîtier (12) qui possède une forme tubulaire essentiellement allongée. Ledit dispositif (11) est muni d'un moyen conçu pour mesurer les propriétés électriques et/ou mécaniques d'une ligne électrique ainsi que d'un moyen prévu pour transmettre les valeurs mesurées à une unité centrale, et il est muni d'un moyen de fixation sous la forme d'évidements (14a, 14b) pour la fixation à une ligne électrique. Les évidements (14a, 14b) s'étendent dans le sens de la largeur du boîtier (12) du dispositif, à ses extrémités, lesdits évidements (14a, 14b) s'ouvrent sur chaque côté du dispositif (11). La présente invention a trait en outre à une unité destinée au montage du dispositif sur une ligne électrique et au retrait de ce dispositif d'une ligne électrique, cette unité comprenant un support de montage (30) adapté au boîtier (12) du dispositif et doté de moyens (32, 36) servant à maintenir en place ledit dispositif (11) avec une force donnée.
