以及 图 10是根据本发明实例的实现电视屏幕多点触控功能方法的流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 针对相关技术中机顶盒遥控技术基于按键操作进行遥控导致用户体验差的问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种终端的控制方法、 装置及系统, 使用具有触敏显示器的手持 电子终端为遥控装置, 将手持电子终端的多点触控功能共享给电视终端。 用户可通过 双手进行单点触摸以及单击、 双击、 平移、 按压、 滚动以及旋转等不同手势触摸手持 电子终端的触敏显示器, 控制电视终端进行相应的操作, 从而给电视终端用户带来更 好的用户体验。 根据本发明实施例, 提供了一种终端的控制方法, 如图 1所示, 该方法可以包括 以下几个步骤 (步骤 S 102-步骤 S 106)。 步骤 S102, 检测与手持电子终端的触敏显示器的接触。 很多手持电子终端中都使用了触敏显示器来显示图像和文本, 以及提供用户与终 端进行交互的用户界面。使用了触敏显示器的手持电子终端拥有良好的多点触控功能, 例如具有触敏显示器的智能移动终端, 用户可以通过与其触敏显示器接触, 进行相应 的操作, 替代了传统的按键操作, 提高了用户体验。 在上述步骤 S102中,可以使用具有触敏显示器的手持电子终端作为遥控装置,例 如, 可以使用具有触敏显示器的智能移动终端作为遥控装置, 用户可以通过接触智能 移动终端的触敏显示器, 进行电视终端的遥控操作。 作为遥控装置的手持电子终端进 入遥控模式后, 其触敏显示器可以作为控制面板。 例如, 如图 2所示, 触敏显示器进 入类似锁屏状态, 或者将触敏显示器的特定区域作为遥控操作的控制面板。 用户可以 在触敏显示器上进行操作来控制电视终端, 例如, 单击、 双击、 平移、 按压、 滚动以 及旋转等。 手持电子终端可以检测用户与其的触敏显示器的接触, 并进一步处理用户 的操作。 手持电子终端也可以提供与传统遥控相对应的操作界面, 用户接触操作界面上需 要操作的按键以控制电视终端。 例如, 在触敏显示器预设的区域显示方向键, 用户可 以接触相应的方向键进行操作。 例如, 用户通过接触左右方向键来切换电视终端的频 道等。 在这种情况下, 手持电子终端可以检测用户与其触敏显示器的接触, 并进一步 处理用户的操作, 对电视终端进行控制。 此外, 还可以为用户提供类似与键盘的操作 界面, 以使用户获得无线键盘的操作体验。 步骤 S104, 识别与触敏显示器的接触姿态是否与预设接触姿态相匹配。 在上述步骤 S104中,为了进一步处理检测到的与触敏显示器的接触,手持电子设 备可以将用户与触敏显示器的接触姿态与预设接触姿态相匹配。 优选地, 上述预设接 触姿态可以存储在手持电子终端中, 也可以在需要时从电视终端或机顶盒终端读取。 例如, 在检测到用户在触敏显示器上旋转的接触姿态后, 手持电子终端可以将用户的 旋转操作与预设接触姿态进行对比, 若预设接触姿态中定义了旋转操作, 那么手持电 子终端执行后续操作。 步骤 S106, 如果接触姿态与预设接触姿态匹配, 向机顶盒终端或电视终端发送与 接触姿态对应的控制信号。 对于不同的预设接触姿势可以对应相应的控制命令。 例如, 可以设定拉开与触敏 显示器接触的双指的间距为放大视频图像的操作, 缩小双指的间距为缩小视频图像的 操作, 左右平移为频道切换的操作, 以及上下平移为改变音量的操作等。 如果用户与 触敏显示器的接触姿态和预设的接触姿态匹配, 那么手持电子终端可以向电视终端或 者机顶盒终端发送与用户接触姿态对应的控制命令, 由电视终端或者机顶盒终端执行 相应的处理。 为了达到上述目的, 进而通过利用手持电子终端控制电视终端, 在本发 明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 在手持电子终端向机顶盒终端发送与所述接触姿态 对应控制信号之后, 可以由机顶盒终端接收上述控制信号, 并根据上述制信号控制电 视终端执行上述控制信号所请求的操作。 在手持电子终端向电视终端发送上述控制命令的情况下, 电视终端接收到上述控 制命令后, 直接执行上述控制命令所请求的操作, 完成用户对电视终端的控制, 实现 多点触控功能。 例如, 若用户在触敏显示器上进行了向右平移的接触姿态, 该接触姿 态所匹配的预设接触姿态对应于切换到下一个频道的操作, 那么手持电子终端可以向 电视终端发送切换到下一个频道的控制信号, 电视终端接收到控制信号后, 执行切换 到下一个频道的操作。 在手持电子终端向机顶盒终端发送上述控制命令的情况下, 机顶盒接收到上述控 制命令后可以执行控制命令所请求的操作。 例如, 若用户在触敏显示器上进行了向上 平移的接触姿态, 该接触姿态对应于放大音量的操作, 那么机顶盒终端可以放大向电 视终端发送的信号中的音频信号。 或者, 机顶盒终端也可以控制电视终端执行控制命 令所请求的操作, 例如, 若用户在触敏显示器上进行了拉开与触敏显示器接触的双指 的间距的接触姿态, 该接触姿态所匹配的预设接触姿态对应于放大视频图像的操作, 那么手持电子终端可以向机顶盒终端发送放大视频图像的控制信号, 机顶盒接收到上 述控制信号后, 控制电视终端执行放大视频图像的操作。 在实际应用中, 现有技术中的机顶盒终端与遥控装置之间, 大多利用红外信号进 行控制信号传输, 相应的机顶盒终端仅能处理红外信号。 而红外信号存在单向传输、 视角距离局限等问题, 从而降低用户体验。 因此, 为了避免上述问题, 机顶盒终端与 作为遥控装置的手持电子终端之间, 可以通过具有良好的传输质量的信号进行传输, 以增强信号传输的穿透力。例如, 可以通过无线保真(Wireless Fidelity, 简称为 WIFI) 或者蓝牙 (Bluetooth) 等来传输控制信号。 在这种情况下, 如果机顶盒可以增加相应 的通信接口, 以接收手持电子终端发送的控制信号, 例如, 机顶盒可以增加 WIFI接 口或者 Bluetooth接口, 来接收对应的信号。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 机顶盒终端接收到手持电子终端发送的 控制信号后, 如果机顶盒系统无法识别该控制信号, 那么在处理控制命令之前, 还需 要对控制信号进行转换, 使转换后的控制信号能够被机顶盒识别。 例如, 可以对接收 到的 Bluetooth信号进行转换, 将其转换为机顶盒终端能够识别的红外信号, 或者机顶 盒终端能够处理的标准输入疏忽信号。 通过本优选实施方式, 使得终端的控制方法应 用更加广泛, 具有很好的实用性。 目前许多手持电子终端都使用了 WIFI通信,而且 WIFI能够避免红外信号存在单 向传输、 视角距离局限等问题。 因此, 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 机顶 盒终端与手持电子终端 (或者电视终端) 之间可以通过 WIFI进行控制信号的传输, 手持电子终端可以通过其 WIFI接口向机顶盒终端发送控制命令, 相应的机顶盒终端 通过 WIFI接口接收控制信号, 并进行后续处理。 在这种情况下, 机顶盒终端可以对 接收到的 WIFI控制信号进行转换, 将其转换为机顶盒终端能够处理的信号。 通过本 优选实施方式, 避免了红外信号存在单向传输、 视角距离局限等问题, 利用了手持电 子终端的现有功能, 无需另外开发相应模块, 使开发变得更简单。 通过本发明实施例, 使用具有触敏显示器的手持电子终端为遥控装置, 将手持电 子终端的多点触控功能共享给电视终端。 用户可以用不同接触姿态触摸手持电子终端 的触敏显示器, 控制电视终端进行相应的操作。 手持电子终端根据用户的操作向机顶 盒终端或电视终端发送相应的控制信号, 实现了电视终端的多点触控功能, 从而给电 视终端用户带来更好的用户体验。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种终端的控制装置, 可以但不限于包含在手持电 子终端内, 用来实现本发明上述实施例的终端的控制方法。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的终端的控制装置的结构框图, 如图 3所示, 该装置可 以包括以下几个模块: 检测模块 302、 识别模块 304和发送模块 306。 其中, 检测模块 302, 设置为检测与触敏显示器的接触; 识别模块 304, 与检测模块 302相耦合, 设置 为识别与触敏显示器的接触姿态是否与预设接触姿态相匹配; 发送模块 306, 与识别 模块 304相耦合, 设置为如果接触姿态与预设接触姿态匹配, 向机顶盒终端发送与上 述接触姿态对应的控制信号。 手持电子终端进入遥控状态后, 其触敏显示器被模拟成触控板, 用户可以在触敏 显示器上实现多点触控操作, 以控制电视终端进行相应的操作。 通过检测模块 302检 测用户与触敏显示器的接触, 例如, 用户通过双手或者触摸笔等介质的接触。优选地, 如果在遥控状态下还提供了与传统遥控装置类似的输入界面, 那么用户也可以在触敏 显示器上点击相应的按键图像, 进行按键操作, 此时, 检测模块 302还会检测用户通 过点击按键图像的输入信号。 在检测模块 302检测到用户与触敏显示器的接触的情况下, 识别模块 304将检测 到的用户与触敏显示器的接触姿态和预设接触姿态进行匹配。 例如, 在检测到用户在 触敏显示器上滑动的接触姿态后, 识别模块 304可以将用户的滑动操作与预设接触姿 态进行对比, 若预设接触姿态中定义了滑动操作, 那么手持电子终端执行后续操作。 优选地, 上述预设接触姿态可以存储在手持电子终端中, 也可以在需要时从电视终端 或机顶盒终端读取。 如果识别模块 304识别出与预设接触姿态相匹配的用户接触姿态, 不同的预设接 触姿态对应于相应的控制命令。 例如, 可以设定拉开与触敏显示器接触的双指的间距 为放大视频图像的操作, 缩小双指的间距为缩小视频图像的操作, 左右平移为频道切 换的操作, 以及上下平移为改变音量的操作等。 触发发送模块 306, 向机顶盒终端或 电视终端发送与用户操作对应的控制信号。在向电视终端发送上述控制信号的情况下, 电视终端可以执行控制信号所请求的操作。 在向机顶盒终端发送上述控制信号的情况 下, 由机顶盒终端执行后续处理。 例如, 控制电视终端执行上述控制信号所请求的操 作, 或者直接处理向电视终端发送的视频图像信号。 现有技术中的机顶盒终端与遥控装置之间,大多利用红外信号进行控制信号传输, 相应的机顶盒终端仅能处理红外信号。 而红外信号存在单向传输、 视角距离局限等问 题, 从而降低用户体验。 因此, 为了避免上述问题, 机顶盒终端与作为遥控装置的手 持电子终端之间, 可以通过具有良好的传输质量的信号进行传输, 以增强信号传输的 穿透力。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 发送模块 306 可以通过无线保真 WIFI向机顶盒终端发送与所述接触姿态对应的控制信号。通过本优选实施方式, 避免 了采用红外进行控制信号传输的单向传输和视角距离局限的问题。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种手持电子终端, 用来实现本发明上述实施例的 终端的控制方法。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的手持电子终端的结构框图, 如图 4所述, 该手持电子 终端可以包括:触敏显示器 402、终端控制装置 404(本发明上述实施例所提供的装置), 以及 WIFI接口 406。 其中, 触敏显示器 402, 作为用户输入介质, 设置为用户通过接 触触敏显示器 402进行控制操作; 终端的控制装置 404, 设置为检测用户与触敏显示 器 402的接触, 将用户与触敏显示器 402的接触姿态进行识别, 如果当前用户接触姿 态与预设接触姿态匹配, 终端的控制装置 404通过 WIFI接口 406向被控制终端发送 与当前接触姿态对应的控制信号; WIFI接口 406, 设置为发送与当前接触姿态对应的 控制信号, 提供手持电子终端与被控制终端的通信接口。 在本发明实施例中, 被控制 终端可以是电视终端或机顶盒终端等。 本发明实施实例的终端的控制装置 404, 可以通过手持电子终端应用软件实现, 例如, 将终端的控制装置 404作为智能手机终端的应用程序。 终端的控制装置 404可 以包括: 可触控屏幕界面模块和遥控信号处理模块, 可触控屏幕界面模块设置为接收 用户的触控输入,将其传送给遥控信号处理模块; 遥控信号处理模块进行相应的处理, 将触控输入传送给 WIFI接口 406进行处理; WIFI接口 406, 设置为接收智能触控遥 控应用程序传送的遥控信号, 并进行相应的处理转化为 WIFI无线传输信号; WIFI接 口 406作为智能手机终端与被控制终端的外部交互接口, WIFI无线传输信号发送给被 控制终端。 本领域技术人员应当明白, 本发明实施例的手持电子终端可以包括触敏显示器 402, 在实际应用中也可以通过外接触敏显示器实现。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种终端的控制系统, 用来实现本发明上述实施例 的终端的控制方法, 在本发明实施例中可以由两种方式来构建终端控制系统。 方式一 适用于没有机顶盒终端的情况, 此时, 终端的控制系统可以包括手持电子终端和电视 终端。 方式二适用于包含机顶盒终端的情况, 此时, 终端的控制系统可以包括手持电 子终端、 电视终端和机顶盒终端。下面具体介绍两种不同构建方式的终端的控制系统。 方式一 在本方式中, 用户将手持电子终端作为遥控装置, 在手持电子终端上进行操作, 由手持电子终端向电视终端发送控制信号, 电视终端执行控制信号所请求的操作。 图 5是根据本发明实施例方式一的终端控制系统的示意图, 如图 5所示, 该系统 可以包括: 手持电子终端 502和电视终端 504。 其中, 手持电子终端 502, 设置为检测 与手持电子终端的触敏显示器的接触, 识别与触敏显示器的接触姿态是否与预设接触 姿态相匹配, 如果当前接触姿态与预设接触姿态匹配, 向电视终端 504发送与当前接 触姿态对应的控制信号。 电视终端 504, 设置为接收手持电子终端 502发送的控制信 号, 并执行上述控制信号所请求的操作。 在方式一的系统中, 手持电子终端 502包含了多点触控模拟通用输入输出遥控功 能, 还可以包含普通红外遥控功能、 键盘遥控功能, 用户可点击相应按钮进入相应的 遥控界面。用户可以进行多点触控操作,进入多点触控遥控界面后,手持电子终端 502 的触敏显示器被模拟成触控板, 背光被屏蔽, 用户在手机屏幕进行单击、 双击、 平移、 按压、 滚动、 旋转、 左右滑动等多点触控操作遥控机顶盒与电视交互, 打破普通红外 遥控距离、 视角的局限。 针对电视终端的特点, 主要支持的电视屏幕触控功能有: 放 大镜功能, 拉开双指及缩小双指间距可实现视频图像放大、缩小, 左右平移双指支持 频道切换。 通过方式一的终端的控制系统, 利用手持电子终端作为遥控装置, 直接通过用户 操作手持电子终端, 将手持电子终端的多点触控功能共享给电视终端, 用户在手持电 子终端上进行多点触控操作, 实现了对电视终端的多点触控操作, 提高了遥控装置对 电视屏幕进行遥控过程中的用户体验。 方式二 在本方式中, 用户将手持电子终端作为遥控装置, 在手持电子终端上进行操作, 由手持电子终端向机顶盒终端发送控制信号, 在机顶盒终端接收到控制信号后, 控制 电视终端执行控制信号所请求的操作。 图 6是根据本发明实施例方式二的终端的控制系统的示意图, 如图 6所示, 该装 置可以包括: 手持电子终端 602、 机顶盒终端 604和电视终端 606。 其中, 手持电子终 端 602, 设置为检测与手持电子终端的触敏显示器的接触, 识别与触敏显示器的接触 姿态是否与预设接触姿态相匹配, 如果当前接触姿态与预设接触姿态匹配, 向机顶盒 终端 604发送与当前接触姿态对应的控制信号。机顶盒终端 604包括:接收模块 6042, 设置为接收手持电子终端 602发送的控制信号; 控制模块 6044, 设置为根据制信号控 制电视终端 606进行所述控制信号所请求的操作。 电视终端 606, 设置为执行所述控 制信号所请求的操作。 手持电子终端可以使用 WIFI进行通信,而且 WIFI能够避免红外信号存在单向传 输、 视角距离局限等问题。 因此, 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 机顶盒终 端 604与手持电子终端 602之间可以通过 WIFI进行控制信号的传输, 手持电子终端 602可以通过其 WIFI接口向机顶盒终端发送控制命令, 相应的机顶盒终端 604通过 WIFI接口接收控制信号, 并进行后续处理。 机顶盒终端 604接收到手持电子终端 602发送的控制信号后,如果机顶盒终端 604 无法识别该控制信号, 那么在处理控制命令之前, 还需要对控制信号进行转换, 使转 换后的控制信号能够被机顶盒识别。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 在通过 WIFI进行通信的情况下, 机顶盒终端 604可以对接收到的 WIFI控制信号进行转换, 将其转换为机顶盒终端能够处理的信号。 为了达到上述目的, 如图 7所示, 机顶盒终 端 604还可以包括: 转换模块 6046, 设置为将控制信号转换成机顶盒终端 604能够识 别的控制信号。 通过本优选实施方式, 避免了红外信号存在单向传输、 视角距离局限 等问题, 利用了手持电子终端的现有功能, 无需另外开发相应模块, 使开发变得更简 单。 通过方式二的终端的控制系统, 利用手持电子终端作为遥控装置, 直接通过用户 操作手持电子终端, 将手持电子终端的多点触控功能共享给电视终端, 用户在手持电 子终端上进行多点触控操作, 机顶盒接收用户的控制信号, 并控制电视终端执行控制 信号所请求的操作, 进而实现了对电视终端的多点触控操作, 提高了遥控装置对电视 屏幕进行遥控过程中的用户体验。 下面通过具体实施例进行描述。 实施例一 根据本发明实施例,提供了实现一种电视屏幕多点控制功能的系统, 该系统包括: 主控智能手机终端系统、 机顶盒终端系统及电视终端系统。 其中, 主控智能手机终端系统包含与主控智能手机终端中央处理器相耦合的应用 程序下载模块, 设置为下载遥控应用程序并将遥控应用程序存储于所述智能终端的存 储器中; 应用程序下载模块下载遥控应用, 安装并运行该应用后, 手机屏幕出现遥控 界面, 包括普通红外遥控界面、 键盘界面、 多点触控界面供用户选择, 接受用户输入, 实现对机顶盒终端的遥控。 进一步的, 主控智能手机终端系统, 还包括与可触控液晶屏模块及智能手机终端 操作系统耦合的智能触控遥控模块; 智能触控遥控模块还包括可触控屏幕界面呈现模 块和遥控信号处理模块, 可触控屏幕界面呈现模块用于接收用户的触控输入, 将其传 送给遥控信号处理模块; 遥控信号处理模块进行相应的处理, 将触控输入传送给 WIFI 控制模块进行处理。 进一步的, 主控智能手机终端系统, 还可以包括与智能手机终端中央处理器相耦 合的 WIFI控制模块, 设置为对 WIFI接口进行控制和双向互动, 接收智能触控遥控应 用程序传送的遥控信号并进行相应的处理转化为 WIFI无线传输信号; 与所述智能手 机终端数字电路相耦合的 WIFI接口, 设置为接受数字电路的控制, 发射和接收无线 信号, 以及将 WIFI控制模块处理后的 WIFI无线传输信号发射出去。 机顶盒终端系统, 包括与所述机顶盒终端的数字电路相耦合的 WIFI接口, 设置 为接受数字电路的控制, 发射和接收无线信号; 与所述机顶盒终端中央处理器相耦合 的 WIFI控制模块, 设置为对 WIFI接口进行控制和互动。 进一步的, 机顶盒终端系统还包括机顶盒终端操作系统, 设置为接收 WIFI无线 传输信号并传送给遥控信号转换模块处理, 以及接收遥控信号转换模块处理转换的通 用输入输出并传送给机顶盒应用程序。 进一步的, 机顶盒终端系统还包括与机顶盒终端的中央处理器相耦合的遥控信号 转换程序, 设置为接收操作系统传送的 WIFI信号, 将其转化为标准的红外信号或标 准输入输出, 并将转化后的标准红外信号或标准输入输出传送回操作系统。 进一步的, 机顶盒终端系统还包括与机顶盒终端的中央处理器相耦合的交互应用 程序模块, 设置为接受操作系统发送的由遥控信号转换程序转换的标准红外信号或标 准输入输出执行相应的操作。 通过本发明实施例, 利用智能手机终端的智能遥控应用程序与机顶盒交互在电视 屏幕实现多点触控功能, 利用可触控液晶屏驱动、 数字电路、 WIFI控制模块及 WIFI 接口将多点触控信号通过 WIFI传送出去, 克服了传统红外遥控操作复杂、 距离视角 限制等问题。 机顶盒终端的操作系统接收到 WIFI遥控信号后, 通过信号转换模块将 WIFI信号转换为标准输入输出,机顶盒的电视交互应用程序处理标准输入输出控制电 视屏幕执行相应的多点触控操作, 电视屏幕实现多点触控功能, 可以将智能终端的多 点触控能力共享给电视终端, 提高了电视用户可操作性、 交互性和观看体验。 此外, 由于在机顶盒终端增加部署了遥控信号转化模块, 机顶盒终端的电视交互 应用程序与智能手机终端的遥控应用程序不存在耦合, 机顶盒终端电视交互应用程序 只需要关注标准输入输出即可, 降低了应用程序开发的依赖性, 提高了机顶盒应用程 序开发的扩展性。 实施例二 根据本发明实施例, 提供一种实现电视屏幕多点触控功能的方法, 可以在本发明 实施例一的系统中实现。 将智能主控手机终端的多点触控输入信号虚拟成操作系统的 标准输入(例如, 滑屏和多触点等), 机顶盒执行触控相应的操作, 控制电视屏幕实现 多点触控功能, 解决了电视用户遥控交互体验差的问题。 图 8是根据本发明实施例二的实现电视屏幕多点触控功能的方法的流程图, 如图 8所示该方法可以包括以下几个步骤 (步骤 S802-步骤 S814)。 步骤 S802, 在智能手机终端下载智能遥控应用程序并安装。 步骤 S804, 在机顶盒终端安装遥控信号转换驱动程序, 安装电视交互应用程序。 步骤 S806, 建立智能手机终端与机顶盒终端的 WIFI连接。 步骤 S808, 打开电视, 运行机顶盒电视交互应用程序, 在电视上播放节目。 步骤 S810, 打开智能遥控应用程序, 展示遥控界面, 进入多点触控遥控界面, 此 时手机背光开关被屏蔽, 手机界面呈现类锁屏的黑屏界面, 如图 2所示, 此时手机屏 幕作为触控板使用。 步骤 S812, 用户在手机屏幕上单击、 双击、 平移、 按压、 滚动、 旋转、 左右滑动 等多点触控操作时, 智能手机终端遥控应用通过 WIFI发送相应的无线遥控信号。 步骤 S814, 机顶盒终端收到遥控信号, 进行相应处理。 其中,步骤 S802所述的智能手机终端智能遥控应用程序包含了多点触控模拟通用 输入输出遥控功能, 还可以包含普通红外遥控功能、 键盘遥控功能。 步骤 S804 所述的遥控信号转换驱动程序用于接收机顶盒终端操作系统传送的 WIFI信号, 并将其转化为标准红外信号或标准输入输出信号, 将转化后的标准信号发 送回机顶盒终端操作系统。 步骤 S804 所述的电视交互应用程序用于机顶盒终端接收遥控信号转换驱动程序 转换后的标准信号并处理, 与电视终端进行交互, 控制电视终端执行相应的操作。 步骤 S810所述的遥控界面包含了普通红外遥控按键界面、 键盘界面、 触控界面。 如图 2所示, 普通红外遥控按键界面的按键对应机顶盒终端的普通红外遥控按键;
