Definitions
- the direct image visualization device in instruments for endoscopy such as endoscope and cystoscope, has as its field of application the medical area focused on diagnosis, surgical treatment, therapeutic and propaedeutic complementation.
- Another downside of the conventional method is that light sources need fiber optic cable to attach to the endoscope and sometimes the distance from the cabinet can pull the cable and often the professional encounters complications from the endoscopic act that is momentarily interrupted by disconnection. of the light source cable, and also, due to their charge may interfere mechanically preventing the crucial view at some angles of the medical procedure.
- the rigidity imposed by the caliber and number of cables is limiting for perfect visualization of the worked area, hindering or even preventing some proper maneuvers, such as in genital access, where there is a need to position itself between the patients legs, especially in those with difficulties. lower limbs.
- the current state of the art anticipates some patent documents dealing with the subject matter, such as PI 0203304-6 "Improvement Introduced in Flexible Endoscopic Apparatus and its Assembly Process".
- the junction box houses inside it the quick connection block, to which the ducts coming from the insertion tube and the connection tube are connected. Through this junction box, the fiber optic cable and the image sensor cable run freely from the insertion tube towards the connector through the connection tube.
- the equipment assembly process is carried out by connecting the movement cables to the mechanical movement drive unit and its adjustments, inserting the insertion tube through the window, passing through the inside of a bushing housed in the outlet of said junction box, connecting the ducts installed in the insertion tube to the quick connect block.
- cystoscope is a cystoscope comprised of an inner tube connected with an opening tubular nozzle for endoscopy, it also has an outer assembly composed of tube and sheath, said sheath is composed of handle, body and tubular nozzle which, among its features, its outside allows the cystoscope to rotate which allows better handling to the operator.
- the body of the plant is hermetically sealed and sterilized externally in an autoclave, regardless of the digital content that can be placed later at low risk of contamination, or in another form of sterilization use liquid chemical material (peracetic acid);

- THE OPTICAL CENTER FOR DIRECT VIEWING OF ENDOSCOPY INSTRUMENT refers to a panel (1) composed of a prismatic body (2) compact enough to hold a digital camera (3) and battery pack (4) which by means of a cable (5) supplies power to the light source (6) connected to the instrument (7) used in the endoscopy, in turn connected to the control unit (1) by means of a connector (8) also has a safety cable (9) that prevents the equipment from falling.
- the central (1) for direct image visualization in endoscopy instrument (7) is formatted in a hermetically sealed, easy-to-handle rectangular prismatic body (2) containing within it a high-resolution digital camera (3) supplied of energy originating from a battery pack (4) still within said prismatic body (2).
- a battery pack (4) is a flexible cable (5) that leads power to the light source (6) which denotes a universal adapter compatible with the specific standby in the endoscopic procedure instrument (7), exemplified herein as a cystoscope, thus clarifying the field and / or the area submitted to the procedure, giving excellent clarity for the generation of images.
- the camera (3) has features that allow simultaneous viewing between the viewfinder itself (10) and a remote monitor if desired, via wireless or even physical connection via cable.
- the present patent application is novel and inventive, since the compact unit allows the direct visualization of the image in a viewfinder in endoscopic procedures and also supports in a single equipment the light source and camera powered by a battery pack, which Added to the industrial application makes it worthy of the invention patent privilege.
