Abstract

一种一次性包皮环切吻合器,包含内环、带有刀口(3)的外环(1)和弹性垫圈(4),该弹性垫圈(4)与刀口(3)相邻设置。该弹性垫圈(4)剖面为U型或V型,弹性垫圈(4)的剖面具有顶端(5)和开口端(6),该顶端(5)内表面和/或外表面设有凸点(7)。在使用过程中,先将内环套在龟头上,然后外翻包皮,在准备上外环(1)的位置套上弹性垫圈(4),最后套上外环(1),使得外环(1)的刀口(3)不与患者的皮肤直接接触,刀口(3)与弹性垫圈(4)接触,弹性垫圈(4)再与皮肤接触,由此改善患者的感受,降低不适感和疼痛感。

Description

一次性包皮环切吻合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于包皮环切手术的手术用具, 特别是一种一次性包皮环切 吻合器。 背景技术
成年人包皮环切手术在降低 HIV传播的作用己经被广泛认可,商建忠先生设计 的一次性包皮环切吻合器, 大大提高了包皮环切手术的安全性和规范性。 商建忠 先生设计的一次性包皮环切吻合器, 采用内环和外环配合的方式, 可以先在阴茎 上套设内环, 外翻包皮后, 利用外环与内环加紧包皮, 阻断血液循环, 然后剪掉 多余包皮。 之后佩戴该一次性环切吻合器一定天数, 直到伤口愈合。
现有的一次性包皮环切吻合器, 其具有内环 2及外环 1, 外环具有刀口 3, 该刀 口一般采用的是塑料材质, 利用刀口和内环之间的挤压作用加紧包皮, 阻断血液 循环。 采用这种外环结构, 刀口与患者的包皮皮肤直接接触, 实践中, 有部分患 者会有不适感或疼痛感。 因此现有的一次性包皮环切吻合器还有改善的空间。 发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种更加改善患者感受, 降低不适感和疼 痛感的一次性包皮环切吻合器。
本发明采用的技术方案为: 一次性包皮环切吻合器, 其包含内环及带有刀口 的外环, 还包含有弹性垫圈, 该弹性垫圈与刀口相邻设置。
该刀口设有凸起或孔洞, 该弹性垫圈设有与刀口上的凸起或孔洞相匹配的孔 洞或凸起, 利用该凸起和孔洞将弹性垫圈和刀口相连接。
该刀口与弹性垫圈之间通过胶水相互粘接。
该弹性垫圈剖面为 U型或 V型或梯形或圆形设有凹槽。
该弹性垫圈剖面具有顶端和开口端, 该顶端内表面和 /或外表面设有凸点。 该弹性垫圈剖面具有顶端和开口端, 该顶端连接一字型结构。
该一字型一端或两端设置有与幵口端相反方向的弯折部。 该弹性垫圈内表而和 /或外表面设有凸点。

如图 4及 5所示, 本发明, 一次性包皮环切吻合器, 其包含内环 (图中未标出) 及带有刀口 3的外环 1, 其还包含有弹性垫圈 4, 该弹性垫圈 4与刀口 3相邻设置。 在 使用过程中, 现将内环套在龟头上, 然后可以外翻包皮, 然后在准备上外环的位 置, 套上弹性垫圈 4, 之后再上外环, 使得外环刀口不与患者皮肤直接接触, 刀口 3与弹性垫圈 4接触, 弹性垫圈 4再与皮肤接触, 以此改善患者感受, 降低不适感和 疼痛感。
该刀口 3可以设有凸起或孔洞, 该弹性垫圈 4设有与刀口 3上的凸起或孔洞相匹 配的孔洞或凸起, 利用该凸起和孔洞将弹性垫圈和刀口相连接, 以使得弹性垫圈 和刀口具有更佳的固定效果。 另外, 该刀口 3与弹性垫圈 4之间也可以通过胶水相 互粘接。
如图 6及图 7所示, 为弹性垫圈的剖面结构示意图, 该弹性垫圈剖面可以为 U型 或 V型。 该弹性垫圈剖面具有顶端 5和开口端 6, 如图 8及图 9所示, 该顶端 5内表面 π丁以设有凸点 7, 该凸点可以是在弹性垫圈内表面一周设置, 设置的个数和间隔的 距离可以按照需求选择, 利用该凸点可以对皮肤起到按压作用, 改善微循环, 有 利于水肿快速消散。 当然, 该凸点也可以设置在弹性垫圈的外表面, 或者内外均 设置凸点。 一般的, 内表面接触刀口, 外表面接触皮肤, 也可以反过来使用。
另外, 该弹性垫圈内表面和 /或外表面也可以设有花纹, 该花纹可以是以突出 或凹陷设置, 暨凸起槽或凹陷槽结构, 也可以是其使得弹性垫圈与皮肤接触的同 时, 凸起或凹陷部位使得该弹性垫圈与皮肤并非完全紧密接触, 同样可以改善微 循环, 有利于水肿快速消散, 还可以防止粘连。
本案的该弹性垫圈可以选用为硅胶或橡胶, 或其它类似物质, 其厚度可以做 到 lmm左右, 既能起到其应有的作用, 又不会影响刀口对包皮的挤压作用。
如图 10所示, 该弹性垫圈剖面可以是最普通的一字型 (暨矩形) 或如图 23的 括号型 (区别于 U型, 弯折较小)。 如图 11所示, 该弹性垫圈剖面可以是梯形。 如 图 12所示, 该弹性垫圈剖面可以是圆形设有凹槽 7。 如图 13所示, 该弹性垫圈剖面 可以是 V型顶端连接一字型结构。 如图 14所示, 该弹性垫圈剖面可以是 U型顶端连 接一字型结构。 当然, 其也可以是梯形或圆形设有凹槽的结构顶端连接一字型结 构。
如图 15-21所示, 该一字型一端或两端设置有与开口 6端相反方向的弯折部 8, 利用该弯折部可以挡住过长包皮残端的切口, 以避免碰触。
如图 22所示, 该弯折部 8也可以设置与开口端相同方向。 也可以同时设置, 即 设置与开口端相同方向, 也可以设置与开口端相反方向。
另外, 该弹性垫圈的结构可以使用于单刀口, 也可以适用与双刀口或多刀口, 其结构也可以做些许改变, 例如开口端可以设置成 W型类似的结构, 其可以做多 种变化, 在此不再赘述。
