Abstract
一种光学膜片,包括本体(10)和定位件(11)。所述本体(10)与定位件(11)分开设置。所述定位件(11)包括第一固定部(111)及第二固定部(112),所述第一固定部(111)与所述本体(10)固定连接。一种包括上述光学膜片的背光模组,所述背光模组还包括背板(2),所述第二固定部(112)与所述背板(2)固定连接。通过将光学膜片的本体(10)及定位件(11)分开设置,避免了现有技术中光学膜片的异型剪裁带来的成本问题,节约了成本。将该定位件单独设置,便于定位件的更换及光学膜片的组装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种光学膜片及背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置是利用液晶材料的特性来显示图像的一种平板显示装置(Flat Panel
Display,FPD),其相较于其他显示装置而言具轻薄、低驱动电压及低功耗等优点,已经成为整个消费市场上的主流产品。
液晶显示装置主要包括液晶面板及背光模组,液晶面板中的液晶本身并不会发光,必须通过背光模组的光源来点亮液晶面板,以使液晶面板达到显示的目的。为了提升液晶显示装置的显示效果,一般在液晶显示装置中加入光学膜片。
上述光学膜片与背光模组中的背板连接,其连接方式一般为铆接。如图1所示,该光学膜片100包括本体101及多个定位部102,其中定位部102凸伸于本体101的边缘,而且该定位部102上设置定位孔1021。相应地,背板200上与光学膜片100固定的位置设有铆柱201。组装时,光学膜片100与背板200进行对位,并将背板200的铆柱穿过定位部102的定位孔1021,从而将光学膜片100与背板200固定。该连接方式虽然使得光学膜片100与背板200组装方便,但是该光学膜片100需要异型裁切,从而增加膜材的使用成本,而且也增加了裁切的难度。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种光学膜片,旨在降低光学膜片的制造成本。
本发明提供了一种光学膜片,包括本体及定位件,所述本体及定位件分开设置,且所述定位件包括的第一固定部及第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述本体固定连接。
优选地,所述第一固定部上设置胶粘剂。
优选地,所述第二固定部上设置固定孔。
优选地,所述第二固定部由第一固定部边缘弯折延伸而呈钩状。
优选地,所述定位件为多个。
本发明还提供了一种背光模组,包括背板及光学膜片,所述光学膜片包括本体及定位件,所述本体及定位件分开设置,且所述定位件包括与所述本体固定连接的第一固定部与与背板固定连接的第二固定部,所述第一固定部上设置胶粘剂,所述背板包括与所述第二固定部配合固定的第三固定部。
优选地,所述第二固定部上设置固定孔,所述第三固定部为在背板上垂直凸伸的铆柱,所述第二固定部的固定孔对应套置在所述铆柱上,将背板与光学膜片固定。
优选地,所述第二固定部上设有固定孔,所述第三固定部为设置在背板上的螺孔,通过铆钉穿过所述固定孔固定在螺孔内,将背板与光学膜片固定。
优选地,所述第二固定部由第一固定部边缘弯折延伸而呈钩状,所述背板还包括背板主体,所述第三固定部由背板主体垂直凸伸而成,第二固定部卡持在第三固定部上,将背板与光学膜片固定。
本发明又提供了一种背光模组,包括背板及光学膜片,所述光学膜片包括本体及定位件,所述本体及定位件分开设置,且所述定位件包括与所述本体固定连接的第一固定部及与背板固定连接的第二固定部。
优选地,所述第一固定部上设置胶粘剂。
优选地,所述第二固定部上设置固定孔,所述背板上设置第三固定部,该第三固定部与第二固定部配合固定。
优选地,所述第三固定部为在背板垂直凸伸的铆柱或者设置在背板上的螺孔。
优选地,所述第二固定部由第一固定部边缘弯折延伸而呈钩状,所述背板上设置第三固定部,所述第二固定部与第三固定部配合固定。
优选地,所述背板包括背板主体,所述第三固定部由背板主体垂直凸伸而成。
本发明通过将光学膜片的本体及定位件分开设置,从而避免了现有技术中光学膜片的异型裁切而带来的成本问题,节约了成本;而且该定位件单独设置,其可以设置在本体的任意位置,也可以根据具体要求进行更换,组装简单方便并灵活应用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及实施例,对实现发明目的的技术方案作详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图2及图3,图2为本发明光学膜片中本体一实施例的结构示意图,图3为本发明光学膜片中定位件一实施例的结构示意图。该光学膜片包括本体10及定位件11,所述定位件11包括第一固定部111,该第一固定部111与本体10固定连接。所述定位件11还包括第二固定部112,所述第二固定部112上设置固定孔113。
上述第一固定部111上设置上述胶粘剂。上述本体10为一规则的四边形,可以通过刀模一次成型,而且定位件11通过第一固定部111的胶粘剂可以设置在本体10的任意位置,组装也方便简单。另外,本体10与定位件11分开设置,从而使得定位件11损坏后,只需更换定位件即可,而不需要更换整个光学膜片,也节约了光学膜片的制造成本。
本实施例通过将光学膜片的本体10及定位件11分开设置,从而避免了现有技术中光学膜片的异型裁切而带来的成本问题,节约了成本;而且该定位件单独设置,其可以设置在本体10的任意位置,也可以根据具体要求进行更换,组装简单方便并灵活应用。
请一并参照图2至图4,图4为本发明背光模组一实施例的结构示意图。该背光模组包括光学膜片及背板2,所述光学膜片的第二固定部112上设置固定孔113,背板2上设置与固定孔113配合的第三固定部20。该第三固定部20可以为在背板2上垂直凸伸的铆柱,第二固定部112的固定孔113对应套置在铆柱上,从而将背板2与光学膜片固定。该第三固定部20也可以为在背板2上设置的螺孔,通过铆钉穿过固定孔113固定在螺孔内,从而将背板2与光学膜片固定。
参照图5,其为本发明光学膜片中定位件另一实施例的结构示意图。该实施例中的定位件11包括第一固定部114与第二固定部115。该第一固定部114上设置胶粘剂,通过该胶粘剂,可以将定位件11与本体10固定连接。第二固定部115由第一固定部114边缘弯折延伸而呈钩状。
请一并参照图5及图6,图6为本发明背光模组另一实施例的结构示意图。该背光模组包括光学膜片及背板2,所述背板2包括背板主体21及背板主体21上设置与第二固定部115配合的第三固定部22。该第三固定部22由背板主体21垂直凸伸而成,呈钩状的第二固定部115卡持在第三固定部22上,从而将背板2与光学膜片固定。

- 一种光学膜片,其特征在于,包括本体及定位件,所述本体及定位件分开设置,且所述定位件包括的第一固定部及第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述本体固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的光学膜片,其特征在于,所述第一固定部上设置胶粘剂。
- 根据权利要求2所述的光学膜片,其特征在于,所述第二固定部上设置固定孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的光学膜片,其特征在于,所述第二固定部由第一固定部边缘弯折延伸而呈钩状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的光学膜片,其特征在于,所述定位件为多个。
- 一种背光模组,包括背板及光学膜片,其特征在于,所述光学膜片包括本体及定位件,所述本体及定位件分开设置,且所述定位件包括与所述本体固定连接的第一固定部与与背板固定连接的第二固定部,所述第一固定部上设置胶粘剂,所述背板包括与所述第二固定部配合固定的第三固定部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定部上设置固定孔,所述第三固定部为在背板上垂直凸伸的铆柱,所述第二固定部的固定孔对应套置在所述铆柱上,将背板与光学膜片固定。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定部上设有固定孔,所述第三固定部为设置在背板上的螺孔,通过铆钉穿过所述固定孔固定在螺孔内,将背板与光学膜片固定。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定部由第一固定部边缘弯折延伸而呈钩状,所述背板还包括背板主体,所述第三固定部由背板主体垂直凸伸而成,第二固定部卡持在第三固定部上,将背板与光学膜片固定。
- 一种背光模组,包括背板及光学膜片,其特征在于,所述光学膜片包括本体及定位件,所述本体及定位件分开设置,且所述定位件包括与所述本体固定连接的第一固定部及与背板固定连接的第二固定部。
- 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一固定部上设置胶粘剂。
- 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定部上设置固定孔,所述背板上设置第三固定部,该第三固定部与第二固定部配合固定。
- 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第三固定部为在背板垂直凸伸的铆柱或者设置在背板上的螺孔。
- 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定部由第一固定部边缘弯折延伸而呈钩状,所述背板上设置第三固定部,所述第二固定部与第三固定部配合固定。
- 根据权利要求14所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板包括背板主体,所述第三固定部由背板主体垂直凸伸而成。
