The best embodiments of the invention
According to the present invention, a fast-mounted LED panel or panel is contemplated that allows you to quickly form a pattern on the front surface by simply sticking the LEDs into the body of the base of the panel or panel. This ensures high maintainability, since any failed LED can be easily removed from the panel and replaced by another, placed next to the location of the removed LED, without the use of soldering or other quick-fix clamps. The LED panel is, in fact, a designer, which consists of a panel of a multilayer structure, LEDs with specially formed leads and a power source.
The panel of the multilayer structure is a flat base with a front surface, which consists of three layers 1 of an elastically deforming current-insulating material of thickness b (each such layer can be made, for example, of rubber-like porous material) and two layers 2 of metal foil. Each layer 2 of metal foil is placed between two adjacent layers 1 of an elastically deformable current-insulating material and glued to them to form an integral fabric of a layered structure (the fabric can be rolled up so that later it can cut off parts of a given length or made as separate paintings). Two layers 2 of metal foil are made with power supply connection elements for the formation of negative 3 and positive 4 conductors (connection to the power supply poles is possible directly or possibly through switching equipment, or via a microprocessor control system).
LEDs 5 with their contact leads are inserted into the base from the side of the front surface of the latter by piercing the base with contact leads until the LED is supported on the front surface of this base
Each LED 5 is made with terminal pins 6 and 7 with pointed ends, one 6 of which is made short and uninsulated, and the other 7 is long, insulated in length exceeding the length of the short contact terminal, and having an uninsulated pointed end. For an industrially produced LED, the leads are trimmed: one lead for a length of 1, 5b, another lead for a length of 2.5L, pruning is done at an acute angle to form a pointed end. Long lead having a length 2.5b, is insulated in section 8 with a length of 1, 5b by heat shrinkage of a polymer tube or film or by varnish.
This example is considered for the case when all layers of elastically deforming current-insulating material are made 5 of the same thickness b. This is a special case, but nothing limits the use of a layer of different thicknesses. In this case, the length of the short contact terminal is selected so that it must penetrate the thickness of the first layer 1, pass through the first layer 2 of metal foil and be held in the next layer of elastically deforming current-insulating material without contact with the next layer of metal foil. Regarding the length of the other contact terminal, it should be taken into account that it should be such that its pointed end passes through the second layer of metal foil and is held in a lower layer of porous material.
15 In general, in each LED, one contact terminal with a pointed end is made non-insulated and with a longer base thickness from the front to the first layer of metal foil and less than the base thickness from the front to the second layer of metal foil and the other
20 contact pin with a pointed end is made the length of the greater thickness of the base from the front surface to the second layer of metal foil and insulated in length equal to the length of the short contact pin
For fixing on the base of the LED in the direction
25 perpendicular to the surface of the base, it is inserted into the base with its contact leads until the short contact lead comes into contact with the first layer of metal foil and until the uninsulated pointed end of the long contact lead passed through the first layer of metal foil comes into contact with the second metal foil layer. Installation of LEDs is a simple operation, consisting in the fact that the LED is simply stuck into the base in a place that is selected from the pattern formed on the panel. When stuck, the contact leads pierce the porous elastic layers and layers of the metal foil. Since the lengths of the LED pins are different, always one of the pins will have
5 contact with one conductor, and the other with another conductor, the functions of which are performed by layers of metal foil. Elastic layers reliably keep the LED from falling out, and the foil, due to contact with the terminals, provides power to the LEDs.
The LED is inserted into the panel in any place. The elastic plates hold the LED securely, and each layer of foil has contact with the output of the LED. When voltage is applied to the foil plates, the LEDs inserted into the panel light up.
Thus, from LEDs of the same type, you can dial patterns, inscriptions or evenly luminous surfaces.
15 When using more layers of foil and insulating material, you can create multi-color panels. In this embodiment (Fig. 2), at least one layer of metal foil 9 is made with connecting elements to one pole of the power source (for example, negative), and

And the LEDs 5 have the same design as for the first option, with the exception that long contact
25 conclusions 7 for different groups of LEDs are made of different lengths so that some LEDs with their long contact lead can reach one layer of metal foil, which is a positive conductor, and others to a lower layer of metal foil, which is also a positive conductor. Using the control unit, you can switch from one group of LEDs to another by shorting or opening the corresponding positive conductor.
In this embodiment, the layers of the current-insulating material can be made of the same or different thickness. The length of the short contact terminal for all the LEDs of different groups is selected so that it must penetrate the thickness of the first layer 1, pass through the first layer 9 of metal foil and be held in the next layer 1 of the current-insulating material without contact with the next layer of metal foil. Regarding the length of the other contact terminal, it should be taken into account that it must be such that its pointed end passes through another layer of metal foil and is held in a lower layer of porous material. For each group of LEDs, a different layer refers to one of the layers of metal foil, which is a positive conductor.
And when using cross strips of foil (instead of solid) and a special control system, you can create dynamic pictures.
