本发明所述的洗衣机, 包括进水系统、 含有排水泵装置的排水系统, 如图 1和图所示, 洗衣机排水泵装置包括泵壳 1、 泵壳 1 内部按照进出水的先后顺序包括相通的前泵腔室 92 和后泵腔室 91, 也即图中所示的右泵腔室和左泵腔室, 前泵腔室 92和后泵腔室 91之间设 有环状凸筋 93。 所述的拨水叶 4设于后泵腔室 91内, 与排水电机 5的转轴同轴安装, 过滤器 8设于前 泵腔室 92内, 所述的出水管口 6沿拨水叶 4径向设于后泵腔室 91的泵壳上, 进水管口 2 垂直于前泵腔室 92的轴向方向设于前泵腔室的泵壳上; 前泵腔室 92—端与后泵腔室 91相 通, 另一端为开放口 9, 过滤器 8通过该开放口安装于前泵腔室 92内, 该开放口 9通过安 装端盖 83以封闭。 该安装端盖 83为一独立的可拆卸的安装在开放口 9上的个体机构, 或者, 安装端盖 83 与过滤器 8连接为一体结构, 安装端盖 83与过滤器 8之间相对可转动, 安装端盖与 83前 泵腔室 92的开放口 9螺纹密封连接, 或者螺栓及其它可拆卸连接方式。 本发明所述的过滤器 8为柱体的框架结构, 一端为支撑板 84, 另一端为所述的过滤出 口 82, 支撑板 84和过滤出口 82之间通过支撑片 81连接, 过滤出口 82为一中空圆筒结构, 中空圆筒相对拨水叶 4的一端同轴一体设有泄压板 3; 若安装端盖 83与过滤器 8连接, 则 安装端盖 83与支撑板 84在轴向上可相对转动地连接。
所述泄压板 3为一圆环结构,圆环内径与过滤出口 82内径相同,小于拨水叶 4的外径, 圆环上均匀设有泄压孔 31 ; 泄压孔 31的形状为圆形、椭圆形、 方形或者条状的通孔中的至 少一种, 所述泄压孔 31的总面积为出水管口 6出水截面面积的 0. 2-1倍。 优选的, 所述的过滤出口 82外径小于支撑板 84的直径; 支撑片 81为 L形结构, 中空 圆筒即过滤出口 82的长度小于支撑板 81和泄压板 3之间的距离, 优选为过滤出口 82的长 度不完全阻挡进水管口 2的进水路径。 本发明为了防止过滤器 8在前泵腔室 92 内转动而影响排水效率, 在所述的支撑片 81 对应前泵腔室 92内壁的一侧设有定位凸块 7,前泵腔室 92内壁自开放口 9沿前泵腔室轴向 设有与定位凸块 7对应匹配的定位滑槽 (图中未示出) , 为了避免支撑片 81阻挡进水管口 2的进水路径, 该定位滑槽与进水管口不在同一轴向直线上。 所述的支撑片 81为 2-4组, 优选的为 2组。 当洗衣机排水时, 洗衣机桶内洗涤水从泵壳进水管口 2进入, 充满到前泵腔室 92、 后 泵腔室 91, 在拨水叶 4的作用下将水从出水管口 6经排水管排出洗衣机外。 洗涤水从前泵 腔室 92进入后泵腔室 91时, 通过过滤器口 82, 将硬币或杂物挡在过滤器口外部的前泵腔 室 92, 避免进入到后泵腔室 91中损坏拨水叶 4。 当桶内洗涤水接近排空时, 进水管口 2很 少水进入前泵腔室 92, 此时, 出水管口 6和洗衣机排水管 (图中未示出) 内的水在重力作 用下回流, 以较高的速度冲击后泵腔室 91, 此时后泵腔室 91内的空气由于拨水叶转动离心 力的作用具有一定的压力后泵腔室 91 内的压力可以通过泄压板 3上的泄压孔 31在较短的 时间内进入到前泵腔室 92, 由于前泵腔室 92、 进水管口 2与洗衣桶是连通的, 后泵腔室中 的空气通过泄压孔 31 能够顺利将压力排到前泵腔室及相连通的桶中, 减少了 "轰 -轰" 的 噪音。
本发明的最佳实施例中, 泄压孔 31设置在后泵腔室具有压力的部位, 如图 2所示, 这 样保证后泵腔室 91中在有水从出水管口 6回流时, 也不会有太大的阻力, 并且可以将压力 排到前泵腔室 92及相连通的桶中。
为了让过滤器 8正好堵住后泵腔室 91的一侧形成相对密闭的空间, 拨水叶的外径 C与 环状凸筋 93的内径 B相匹配, 相匹配指拨水叶外径与环状凸筋的内径相等, 或略大于或略 小于均可; 过滤器 8的过滤出口 82的内径小于拨水叶的外径 (:。若过滤出口 82内径过大的 话, 后泵腔室 91没有形成压力的空间, 不利于排水泵的排水; 所述泄压板 3的外径大于环 状凸筋 93的内径 B, 通过环状凸筋 93的阻挡防止过滤器窜动。 综上所述, 通过采用上述的技术方案, 洗衣机排水泵装置由泵壳和过滤器右端盖组成 封闭的泵腔, 过滤器左端的端面上设置有可以排除气体的泄压孔, 不再外加零部件, 简单 可靠, 故障率低, 不会增加任何成本, 确保排水过程中泵壳内水气混合物可以在泵腔和过 滤腔之间流动, 在洗衣机甩干期间, 有效降低噪音污染。 当然, 本发明并不限于上述举例, 对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的技术方案, 在 不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下, 对本发明做各种修改和改变在本发明权利要求及其 等同替换的范围内, 此技术方案不仅适用于滚筒洗衣机, 同时还适用于带排水泵装置的上 排水波轮洗衣机、 搅拌洗衣机, 则本发明涵盖这样的修改和改变。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种洗衣机排水泵装置, 包括排水电机、 泵壳、 拨水叶、 过滤器, 泵壳上还设有进 水管口、 出水管口, 泵壳内部按照进出水的先后顺序包括相通的前泵腔室和后泵腔室, 所 述的拨水叶设于后泵腔室内, 与排水电机的转轴同轴安装, 过滤器设于前泵腔室内, 其特 征在于: 所述过滤器的过滤出口对应拨水叶的一侧一体设有带泄压孔的泄压板。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机棑水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的出水管口沿拨水叶 径向设于后泵腔室的泵壳上, 进水管口垂直于前泵腔室的轴向方向设于前泵腔室的泵壳上。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的前泵腔室一端与后 泵腔室相通, 另一端为开放口, 过滤器通过该开放口安装于前泵腔室内, 该开放口通过安 装端盖以封闭。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的安装端盖与过滤器 为一体结构, 安装端盖与过滤器之间相对可转动, 安装端盖与前泵腔室螺纹密封连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的过滤器为柱 体的框架结构, 一端为支撑板, 另一端为所述的过滤出口, 支撑板和过滤出口之间通过支 撑片连接, 过滤出口为一中空圆筒结构, 中空圆筒相对拨水叶的一端同轴一体设有所述的 泄压板。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的泄压板为一圆环结 构, 圆环内径与过滤出口内径相同, 小于所述拨水叶的外径, 圆环上均匀设有泄压孔。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的过滤出口外径小于 支撑板的直径, 支撑片为 L形结构, 中空圆筒的长度小于支撑板和泄压板之间的距离。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的支撑片对应前泵腔 室内壁的一侧设有定位凸块, 前泵腔室内壁自开放口沿前泵腔室轴向设有与定位凸块对应 匹配的定位滑槽, 该定位滑槽与进水管口不在同一轴向直线上。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的支撑片为 2-4 组。
10、 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的前泵腔室和 后泵腔室之间设有支撑泄压板的环状凸筋, 所述泄压板的最大直径大于环状凸筋的内径, 拨水叶的外径与环状凸筋的内径相匹配。
11、 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的洗衣机排水泵装置, 其特征在于: 所述的泄压孔的形 状为圆形、 椭圆形、 方形或者条状的通孔中的至少一种, 所述泄压孔的总面积为出水管口 截面面积的 0. 2-1倍。
12、 一种洗衣机, 包括进水系统、 含有排水泵装置的排水系统, 其特征在于: 所述排 水系统采用如权利要求 1-11任一所述的排水泵装置。
