It shall be apparent to one skilled in the art, however that this invention may be practiced without such specific details. Some of the details may not be described in length so as to not obscure the invention. For ease of reference, common reference numerals will be used throughout the figures when referring to same or similar features common to the figures.
[0016] FIG. 1 illustrates a cross-sectional view of an air diffusion equipment
100 as one embodiment of the present invention. The air diffusion equipment 100 is adapted for a supply air outlet fitted at the end of an air distribution duct. The air diffusion equipment 100 may be located in the ceiling, walls or on the floors, etc., of an enclosed space.
[0017] The air diffusion equipment 100 may come in various shapes and sizes, such as rectangular, round, etc., according to a required performance or required aesthetic appeal of the air diffusion equipment 100 for the enclosed space. Some examples of enclosed spaces include offices, buildings, rooms, halls, etc.
[0018] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air diffusion equipment
100 comprises a frame 101 and a panel 102. The frame 101 is provided for the overall outlook of the air diffuser 100 and is made of a metallic material such as aluminum, steel, etc. The panel 102 is made of plastic such as Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), or any thermally insulating material. The exemplified ABS is known to those skilled in the art, and therefore, no further illustration is provided herewith.
[0019] The frame 101 includes an elongated limb 103 with a bracket 104 angled perpendicularly on one end. A ledge 105 extends from the base of the bracket 104 in one end, and has another mirroring bracket 104 along the other end. Each ends of the ledge 105 has a hook 112. Further, there is a groove 107 in the center of the base of the ledge 105. A knob 106 protrudes out of the base of the ledge 105, on each corner of the groove 107. Each knob 106 has a slight curvature that protrudes outwards. Towards the other end of the elongated limb 103, there is a "C"-shaped hook 108 along the same side of the bracket 104. The "C"-shaped hook 108 is provided to fit the air diffusion equipment 100 together with the air distribution duct easily.
[0020] The panel 102 has sides that have the knobs 106 mirroring each other, protruding outwards within the sides of the panel 102.
