Abstract

Field of use: the food industry, in particular the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The beverage holder comprises a glove, a sheath (jacket) and a detachable connection unit for connecting said glove and sheath, a container opener, a catch located at the wrist or on the rear side of the glove, a catch for securing a container in the sheath and a device for adjusting the close fit of the sheath against the container, wherein the glove has five or three fingers. The use of the specialized device in the form of a fingerless glove as a holder and a sheath (jacket) for a beverage container, for example for water, lemonade, kvass etc., makes it possible to achieve the technical result and solve the problem of interest.

Description

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Drink holder

Scope: food industry, in particular the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Known cases for consumer containers with drinks according to the patents of the Russian Federation for utility models Ν ° Ν ° 69843, 69844 (publ. 10.01.2008), elastic capacity according to the patent of the Russian Federation for invention 2096287 (publ. 20.1 1.1997).

However, the closest analogues of the claimed device is unknown.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the design of the holders for various types of containers with drinks.

EFFECT: obtaining a new constructive device.

The result is achieved as follows.

The holder contains a 5-type glove, a case (case) and a detachable node for their connection with each other, as well as an opener for containers. To ensure guaranteed fastening of the glove to the hand and the case to the glove, there is a latch on the glove, which can be made in the form of Velcro on the wrist or on the back of the glove. The holder also contains a latch for fixing the container in the case and a regulator of the density of the fit of the case to the container.

Instead of a 5-type glove for use in winter, a three-fingered glove is made, which allows you to put it on winter gloves. The use of a special design of the device in the form of a fingerless glove as a holder and cover for containers for drinks, such as beer, water, lemonade, kvass, etc. allows you to achieve a technical result and solve the problem. The holder for drinks consists of two mutually connected elements: - in the form of a cover tightly worn on the container, and - actually a fingerless glove with a holder in the form of a ring for connection with the cover, while mounting can be done on the glove itself in the form of a strap or a plate. Also in the design of the device there are elements for opening containers for drinks located on the inside of the palm of the glove (for example, in the form of holes with hard edges, braids made of hard material, such as leather).

In practice, the holder can be made as follows. First, they carry out a pattern of gloves and a case, impose a pattern on the selected material (leather or other), make cutting and marking, sew parts. Then make items poses. 3, 4, 6.1, 6.2 and 7. Complete the manufacturing process by adjusting the tightness of the case to the container (pos. 8).

Using the original design of the holder for drinks can significantly improve the aesthetic and ergonomic characteristics of containers for drinks, namely, it makes it possible to conveniently and comfortably open drinks and consume them, eliminating the inconvenience to others. The design and materials for making gloves can be very diverse.

Example 1. The holder in the form of a leather case (Fig.7-9), the upper part of which is made in the form of a cuff with an expandable ring (the ring is equipped with expandable "ears") of metal or plastic. Mounting to the glove is carried out using an adjustable belt, which is attached to the carabiner, while the cuff is attached to the ring with rivets, firmware, etc.

Example 2. The holder in the form of a leather case with a zipper and inserts of elastic fabric for regulating the shape of the bottle (figure 10), the holder is attached to the belt using an adjustable strap.

Example 3. The holder can be made of leather, combined with various fabrics or from any dense cotton or synthetic fabric (11). Shock protection elements can be provided in the form of rings - sides and a clip, protecting from falling out of the container from the cover, and the clip can be made in the form of a ring and a zipper. In this case, the cover consists of two parts - the lower (hard bottom to maintain shape) and the upper (soft). The upper part of the case is equipped with a cuff containing a zipper and an expanding ring. The protective ring-side is located, at the same time, between the lower and upper parts of the cover.

Example 4. The holder of a knitted material with fixing tapes in height, drawn by the neck, fixed with a special clip (Fig. 12). A clamp is necessary for adjusting and connecting the tapes in height. Fastening to a belt (glove, jacket) is carried out using an elastic adjustable tape through a carbine.

The possibility of practical implementation of the invention is ensured by the simplicity of design, does not require large production costs and improves the marketing characteristics of drinks packaged in a holder. The invention helps to increase the level of culture in the use of drinks in public places and can become a good tradition for different generations.
