Paper sheet handling device temporary storage section
The present invention relates to a paper sheet handling device temporary storage unit, and more specifically, a paper sheet handling device temporary storage unit for storing or feeding paper sheets by winding or rewinding a paper sheet with a paper sheet sandwiched between them. About.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a bill storage / delivery device as a bill deposit / withdrawal unit mounted on, for example, an ATM (automated telling machine) used in a financial institution or the like. Also, a paper sheet feeding device is mounted on a ticket vending machine installed in a station or the like.
As one form of these apparatuses, a banknote storage and feeding device or a paper sheet for storing and feeding paper sheets by winding or rewinding paper sheets such as banknotes between two belt-like films. A storage and feeding device has been proposed. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2.)
Such a strip-film type paper sheet storage and feeding device is capable of storing and feeding paper sheets at a low cost without providing a complicated mechanism, and winding a large number of paper sheets with a small volume. Since it can be paid out, it is also frequently used in, for example, a temporary storage part of an ATM.
Without providing a complicated mechanism, however, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, as seen in each of FIG. 1 and the like, in addition to two holding rollers and a winding drum for holding a belt-like film, A mechanism such as a sensor, a guide roller, and a drive engagement portion is assembled in a complicated manner at first glance.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view simply and simply showing the configuration of the main part of the belt-shaped film-type paper sheet storage and feeding device shown in the prior arts of Patent Documents 1 and 2, for example. FIG. 3 omits the illustration of the sensor and the drive system, and the arrangement relationship between the holding roller and the take-up drum is different from that of Patent Documents 1 and 2, etc., but the operation principle is the same.
As shown in FIG. 3, the configuration of the main part of the strip-shaped film-type sheet storage and feeding device 1 is a winding held by a winding shaft 3 having a manual knob 2 inside a housing (not shown). A take-up drum 4 is provided.
As will be described later, the winding drum 4 performs both the winding of the two strip-shaped films together with the banknotes and the rewinding (feeding out). Here, for convenience, the name “winding drum” is used. .
The starting end of the two strip films 5 and 6 are fixed to the winding drum 4. The two belt-like films 5 and 6 are respectively sandwiched between the tension roller 7 and the rotation transmission roller 8, and are fed into the winding drum 4 or fed out from the winding drum 4.
The belt-like film 5 stretched around the tension roller 7 is held by a tape holding roller 9 having a torsion spring and a torque limiter inside at the end, and is fed out from the tape holding roller 9 or into the tape holding roller 9. It is.
Although not particularly illustrated, a bill passage detection sensor for detecting passage of a bill as a medium is disposed in the vicinity of both ends of the tension roller 7 and the belt-like film 5.
The belt-like film 6 stretched over the rotation transmission roller 8 is held at a terminal end thereof by a tape holding roller unit 11 having a torsion spring and a torque limiter inside, and is fed out from the tape holding roller unit 11 or It is fed into the tape holding roller unit 11.
When the paper sheet storing and feeding device 1 stores paper sheets, the take-up drum 4 and the rotation transmission roller 8 rotate in the storing direction, so that the tape holding roller 9 is moved to an arrow as shown in FIG. It rotates in the a1 direction and feeds the belt-like film 5 as shown by an arrow a2.
At the same time, the tape holding roller 11 rotates in the direction of the arrow b1 to send out the belt-like film 6 as indicated by the arrow b2. As a result, the belt-like films 5 and 6 overlap each other and are sequentially wound around the winding drum 4 as indicated by an arrow c1.
At this time, the sheets fed one by one to the opposing portion of the tension roller 7 and the rotation transmission roller 8 are sandwiched between the two stacked film films 5 and 6 and are sequentially applied to the winding drum 4 together with the film films 5 and 6. It is wound up. When the paper sheet storage and feeding device 1 feeds paper sheets, all operations are opposite to the above.
By the way, the paper sheets that are fed one by one to the opposing portion of the tension roller 7 and the rotation transmission roller 8 to be stored in the paper sheet storage and feeding device 1 are new tags and new ones stored in the wallet. It is not limited to straight bills that are close to bills, that is, without wrinkles or folds, and with strong hips.
In some countries, people have a habit of carrying around with their banknotes in their clothes, pants pockets, etc. Such bills tend to have wrinkles and creases. There is a problem when banknotes with folds or creases are inserted into the corresponding ATM and sent to the paper sheet storage and feeding device 1 in the ATM in order to deposit a bank or buy a playground medal. It is easy to get up.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a problem that occurs when a banknote with a fold or a fold is sent to the paper sheet storage and feeding device 1 in the ATM. 4A is a top view of the paper sheet storing and feeding device 1, FIG. 4B is a front view thereof, and FIG. 4C is a side view thereof. 4 (a), (b), and (c), the same components as those in FIG. 3 are given the same reference numerals as those in FIG.
FIG. 4 (a) shows that the banknote 12 which is sandwiched between the band-shaped films 5 and 6 and wound around the winding drum 4 has a wrinkle or a crease, and the banknote 12 becomes weak, and the central portion of the band-shaped film 5 And 6 are sandwiched between the ellipses d1 and d2, and the bent portions collide with the winding shaft 3 of the winding drum 4 to be deformed or follow the banknotes. Shows a state that causes a malfunction.
In FIG. 4B, when the bill 12 fed to the opposite portion between the tension roller 7 and the rotation transmission roller 8 has wrinkles or folds, both end portions of the bill 12 surrounded by ellipses e1 and e2 are shown above. Similarly, it shows a state in which it hangs down, and the hanged portion collides with the rotating shaft 13 of the rotation transmission roller 8 to cause a problem such that the bill 12 is skewed and caught.
FIG. 4 (c) shows that if the banknote 12a previously wound on the winding drum 4 has wrinkles or creases and there is weakness such that both ends of the banknote sag as described above, In this state, fluttering occurs at both ends due to the inertia, and the subsequent banknote 12b collides with the jamming easily.

The starting ends of the two strip films 46 and 47 are fixed to the winding drum 51, respectively. One belt-like film 46 is stretched over a tension roller 53, and the end portion thereof is held by a holding roller 48 having a torsion spring and a torque limiter inside.
The other belt-like film 47 is stretched over the rotation transmission roller 53, and its end portion is held by a holding roller 49 having a torsion spring and a torque limiter inside.
Thereby, the two belt- like films 46 and 47 are sandwiched between the tension roller 52 and the rotation transmission roller 53 and are fed into the take-up drum 51 or taken out from the take-up drum 51.
In these two sets of storage and feeding portions 36 and 37, one set of two holding rollers 41 and 42 respectively support the corresponding holding rollers 48 and 49 of the other set of two holding rollers, respectively. It is incorporated coaxially through shafts 54 and 55.
Similarly, one set of one take-up drum 43 is coaxially incorporated through one drive drum 56 and the other set of one take-up drum 51. Further, one set of tension roller 44 and rotation transmission roller 45 is coaxially incorporated with the other set of tension roller 52 and rotation transmission roller 53 via a support shaft 57 and a drive shaft 58, respectively.
With the above configuration, these two sets of storing and feeding portions 36 and 37 cooperate with each other to form one or the other of the both ends 60 of the bill 59 as a paper sheet, respectively, with the belt- like films 38 and 39 or the belt-like film 46. The bill 59 is configured to be accommodated or dispensed between and. It should be noted that it is desirable to install the belt- like films 38 and 39 so that the interval between them is in the vicinity of both ends of the paper sheet to be wound. Moreover, you may install so that both ends may become in the width | variety of each strip | belt-shaped film.
Thus, in the temporary storage part 30 in the Example of this invention, it cooperates by two sets of storage | drawer feeding parts 36 and 37 of a strip | belt-shaped film type, hold | maintains the both ends of paper sheets, and the edge | edge edge | Paper sheets can be wound while correcting drooping and creases caused by creases.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the collision between the paper sheet and the member and the collision between the paper sheets, which are caused by the drooping or folding of the paper sheet. In addition, since a pair of strip films at the top and bottom are used as two pairs using narrow strip films, the transport load is reduced and the cost of the film is reduced as compared with the case of using a film wider than the banknote width. It can be suppressed to the same level or lower.
The present invention can be used in a paper sheet storage and feeding device that stores or feeds paper sheets by winding or rewinding the paper sheets with a belt-like film sandwiched between them.
