本发明实施例涉及通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种 USB接口的连接结 构及数据卡。 背景技术
数据卡, 又称为无线上网卡, 可以连接到无线广域网, 其作用相当 于调制解调器, 但体型小巧便于携带, 主要应用于笔记本电脑或者台式 机等用户设备上, 与用户设备之间可以通过其 USB接口连接。
现有技术中, 数据卡的 USB接口一般为直插式 USB接口。 这种直 插式 USB接口在应用时需要用户去除套设在 USB接口上的 USB帽,从 而将 USB接口露出, 直接插入用户设备。
然而, 在现有技术中, 直插式 USB接口使用一段时间后, USB 帽 与 USB接口之间的配合容易出现松动, 造成 USB帽的遗失。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种 USB接口的连接结构及数据卡,用以解决现 有技术中存在的直插式 USB的 USB帽易松动、 遗失的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种 USB接口的连接结构, 包括: USB接口, 滑轨件, 弹性件和限位件;
所述 USB接口的至少一侧设置有突起;
所述滑轨件包括两个相对设置的立面,所述 USB接口位于所述两个 立面组成的容置空间内, 每个所述立面上镂空设置有滑轨, 所述 USB接 口上的突起从所述滑轨伸出所述容置空间; 所述两个立面中, 至少第一 立面的外侧设置有连接端子;
所述弹性件的一端连接在所述第一立面外侧的所述连接端子上, 另 一端连接在伸出所述第一立面的突起上;

图 1为本发明实施例提供的 USB接口的连接结构的爆炸图, 如图 1 所示的内容, 该连接结构包括: USB接口 1、 滑轨件 2、 弹性件 3 以及 限位件 4。 其中, USB接口 1的至少一侧设置有突起 11。 图 1中以 USB 接口 1的两侧均设置有突起 11为例进行说明,但并不用以限制本发明的 保护范围。 滑轨件 2包括两个相对设置的立面 21 , USB接口 1可以位于 两个立面 21组成的容置空间内,每个立面 21上以镂空形式设置滑轨 22 , USB接口 1上的突起 11从滑轨 22伸出容置空间。 至少一个立面 21的 外侧设置有连接端子 23 , 将外侧设置有连接端子 23的立面 21称之为第 一立面。 其中, 立面 21朝向容置空间的一侧称之为立面的内侧, 背向容 置空间的一侧称之为立面的外侧。 弹性件 3的一端连接在第一立面外侧 的连接端子 23上, 另一端连接在伸出第一立面的突起 11上。 限位件 4 搭设在两个立面 21上, 包括连接部和限位部。 其中的连接部包括支撑架 43和弹力提供件。 支撑架 43为连接部的主体结构, 弹力提供件用于为 支撑架 43相对于立面 21在竖直方向上的运动提供弹力。 限位部用于对 突起 11进行限位。
一种实施方式下, 本发明实施例提供的 USB接口的连接结构中, 滑 轨件 2还可以包括: 连接在两个立面 21底端的底面 24 , 该底面 24用于 支撑两个立面 21 , 且可以与两个立面 21 为一体成型, 相比较于两个独 立的立面而言,一体成型的具有底面 24的滑轨件 2 ,从结构上更加稳固。 滑轨件 2可以釆用金属材质。
一种实施方式下, 本发明实施例提供的 USB接口的连接结构中, 限 位件 4的连接部和限位部可以一体成型。本实施例中以搭接片 44为例对 弹力提供件进行说明, 两个搭接片 44分别搭接在两个立面 21上, 以建 立限位件 4与立面 21之间的连接, 支撑架 43横跨在两个立面 21之上, 且高于两个立面 21的上端。 弹力提供件还可以是弹簧。 该弹簧的一端连 接在支撑架 43上, 另一端连接在底面 24上。 优选的, 弹簧均勾分布在 支撑架 43与底面 24之间, 以保证支撑架 43的稳定运动。
限位部位于弹性件 3—侧,沿滑轨 22的延伸方向包括两个定位端子 41和 42 , 靠近连接端子 23的定位端子 41用于将突起 11 固定在第一位 置, 如 USB接口伸出容置空间的位置(参见图 2所示的本发明实施例提 供的 USB接口的连接结构示意图,其中图 3为图 2中所示圓圈的局部放 大示意图)。远离连接端子 23的定位端子 42用于将突起 11 固定在第二 位置, 如 USB接口退回容置空间的位置(参见图 4所示的本发明实施例 提供的 USB接口的连接结构示意图,其中图 5为图 4所示圓圈的局部放 大示意图) 。
进一步的, 支撑架 43上还可以设有按压件 7 , 该按压件 7可以用于 通过用户的按压使得限位部随着支撑架 43 向下运动, 以脱离与突起 11 的接触,从而使得 USB接口 1可以沿着两个立面 21上滑轨 22的延伸方 向滑动。 其中的按压件 7优选为按钮。
一种实施方式下, 本发明实施例提供的 USB接口的连接结构中, 滑 轨件 2上还设有与 USB设备外壳建立连接的螺紋孔 25 , 螺紋孔 25可以 为多个, 个数以将滑轨件 2与 USB设备外壳建立稳固连接为目标, 不限 制具体数目。
进一步的, USB接口 1上还设有接线端子 12 , 则该 USB接口的连 接结构还可以包括: 柔性电路板 5和印制电路板 6。 其中, 柔性电路板 5 的一端与 USB接口 1的接线端子 12相连,另一端与印制电路板 6相连, 印制电路板 6位于滑轨件 2的下方。
一种实施方式下, 本发明实施例提供的 USB接口的连接结构中, 滑 轨 22的长度可以根据 USB接口 1的长度为依据进行适配。
一种实施方式下, 本发明实施例提供的 USB接口的连接结构中, 弹 性件 3可以为弹簧或者弹片。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数据卡,该数据卡的 USB接口的连接结 构如上述实施例所述。
下面结合图 2至图 5 , 对本发明实施例提供的数据卡的使用进行描 述: 结合图 4和图 5所示, 初始状态下, 弹性件 3处于被拉伸的状态, 定位端子 42与突起 11靠近 USB接口 1的一侧相接触, 将 USB接口 1 固定在数据卡内。当用户按下按压件 7 ,此时限位件 4的支撑架 43受力, 迫使限位部向下移动, 释放突起 11 , 突起 11在弹性件 3弹性力的作用 下, 沿滑轨 22向前运动, 整个 USB接口 1由于弹性件 3的弹性应力的 释放以及惯性作用, 伸出数据卡。 这时, 如果用户松开按压件 7 , 限位 件 4的限位部会重新上移, 结合图 2和图 3所示, 此时定位端子 42与突 起 11的背向 USB接口 1的一侧相接触, 挡住突起 11的回向移动, 保持 USB接口 1伸出数据卡的状态, 此时弹性件 3处于压缩状态, 用户可以 将数据卡插入用户设备进行使用。 当用户不需要使用数据卡时, 将数据 卡从用户设备上移除, 按下按压件 7 , 此时限位件 4的支撑架 43受力, 迫使限位部向下移动, 释放突起 11 , 突起 11在弹性件 3弹性力的作用 下, 沿滑轨 22向后运动, 整个 USB接口 1由于弹性件 3的弹性应力的 释放以及惯性作用, 退回数据卡内部, 这时, 如果用户松开按压件 7 , 限位件 4的限位部会重新上移, 回复到图 4和图 5所示的状态。
本发明实施例提供的 USB接口的连接结构, 包括 USB接口、 滑轨 件、 弹性件和限位件。 通过按压限位件, 以改变 USB接口的突起位置, 从而实现 USB 接口的两个位置的转换, 有效解决了现有技术中直插式 USB的 USB帽易脱落、 易丟失的问题, 便于使用、 可靠性高。

1、 一种 USB接口的连接结构, 其特征在于, 包括: USB接口, 滑 轨件, 弹性件和限位件;
所述 USB接口的至少一侧设置有突起;
所述滑轨件包括两个相对设置的立面,所述 USB接口位于所述两个 立面组成的容置空间内, 每个所述立面上镂空设置有滑轨, 所述 USB接 口上的突起从所述滑轨伸出所述容置空间; 所述两个立面中, 至少第一 立面的外侧设置有连接端子;
所述弹性件的一端连接在所述第一立面外侧的所述连接端子上, 另 一端连接在伸出所述第一立面的突起上;
所述限位件搭设于所述两个立面上, 包括连接部和限位部; 所述连 接部包括支撑架和弹力提供件; 所述弹力提供件连接在所述滑轨件与所 述支撑架之间, 用于为所述支撑架相对于所述滑轨件在竖直方向上的运 动提供弹力; 所述限位部用于对所述突起进行限位。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的结构, 其特征在于, 所述滑轨件还包括: 连接在所述两个立面底端的底面, 所述底面用于支撑所述两个立面。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的结构, 其特征在于, 所述限位部位于 所述弹性件一侧, 沿所述立面的滑轨的延伸方向包括两个定位端子, 靠 近所述连接端子的定位端子用于将所述突起固定在第一位置, 远离所述 连接端子的定位端子用于将所述突起固定在第二位置。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的结构, 其特征在于, 所述弹力提供件 为至少两个搭接片, 所述两个搭接片分别搭接在所述两个立面上建立与 所述立面的连接, 所述支撑架横跨在所述两个立面之上, 且高于所述两 个立面的上端。
