本发明涉及健身器械,具体涉及具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅。
背景技术
目前,电脑已经成为办公中不可缺少的重要工具,利用电脑大大提高了工作效率。但是,长时间操作电脑,也严重地威胁着使用者的身体健康,特别是对于长期坐办公室的白领阶层而言,颈椎病、腰椎病等疾病的发生概率不断增加。
众所周知,预防颈椎病、腰椎病等的最佳方式是:通过相应的健身器械锻炼相关的肌肉群及颈椎拉伸,增强这些相关肌肉群的力量,从而对颈椎、腰椎提供更强的支撑力度,预防颈椎病的发生或者缓解颈椎病症状。目前,市场上的健身器械多种多样,如跑步机,主要用以锻炼腿、臀、腰、腹部肌肉及心肺功能;划船机,主要用来增强手臂力量、背阔肌和动作协调能力;综合型多功能器:一般都包括扩胸器、引体向上、仰卧推举、仰卧起坐等器械的功能,可以锻炼上肢力量及胸大肌力量,锻炼腰肌群,减少腰腹部多余脂肪。
但是,上述这些健身器械并没有专门针对脸颌、颈部肌肉群进行锻炼及颈椎拉伸的功能,因此,急需开发一种专门针对脸颌、颈部肌肉群进行锻炼及颈椎拉伸、并且简便易用的健身器械。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是解决现有的健身器械没有专门针对脸颌、颈部肌肉群进行锻炼及颈椎拉伸的功能的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,包括具有椅背的座椅主体,椅背上设有脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置,所述脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置包括转轴、负荷装置和牵引钢丝,所述转轴沿水平方向转动设置在所述椅背的背面,转轴的两端分别设有第一、第二支臂,第一、第二支臂分别向椅背前方伸出,自由端分别通过托臂固定,所述负荷装置,位于所述椅背的背面,所述牵引钢丝的两端分别与所述转轴和所述负荷装置固定。使用者用下颌下压托臂,通过第一、第二支臂使转轴转动并带动负荷装置上、下运动,上述下颌的下压可以通过颈部运动带动下颌来实现,也可以通过打开口腔来实现,通过后者能对脸颌颊部位肌肉和下巴的锻炼,能起到瘦脸颌和消除或减少双下巴的作用,从而达到锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉群及颈椎拉伸及拉伸颈椎的目的。
在上述方案中,所述椅背的背面固定设有固定座,所述固定座包括一水平轴套和一垂直部,所述垂直部具有一内腔,且下部设有条形开口,所述垂直部的上端设有U形开口,所述U形开口的上端将所述水平轴套平均分割成第一、第二轴套,所述转轴插装在所述第一、第二轴套内。
在上述方案中,所述转轴的中部固定设有牵引支臂,所述牵引支臂的上表面上沿其长度方向设有凹槽,所述牵引钢丝置于所述凹槽内。
在上述方案中,所述垂直部的内腔由前盖和后盖板合围而成,所述负荷装置包括沿竖直方向设置的立轴,所述立轴的上端与所述牵引钢丝连接,所述立轴的下端固定设有下挡板,若干U形载荷块插装在所述立轴上且置于所述下挡板上。
在上述方案中,所述后盖板的上端设有上挡板,所述上挡板上设有通孔,所述立轴的上端自所述通孔穿出。
在上述方案中,所述后盖板的上端还设有导向装置,所述导向装置位于所述上挡板的上方,所述牵引钢线通过所述导向装置与所述负荷装置连接。
在上述方案中,所述导向装置为U形管、滑轮或滚轮。
在上述方案中,所述托臂由第一、第二托臂连接而成,所述第一、第二支臂相对的侧面分别设有可以容纳所述第一、第二托臂的凹槽,所述第一、第二托臂分别与所述第一、第二支臂铰接。
在上述方案中,由第一、第二托臂组成的所述托臂的上表面中部设有柔软的托垫。
在上述方案中,还包括脸颌部按摩装置,所述脸颌部按摩装置包括第一、第二关节臂和分别设置在所述第一、第二关节臂上端的第一、第二按摩滚轮,所述第一、第二关节臂的下端分别套装在所述转轴上。
本发明,在椅背的背面转动设置一根转轴,转轴的两端分别设有第一、第二支臂,第一、第二支臂的伸出端分别通过托臂固定,转轴上固定牵引钢丝,牵引钢丝连接负荷装置。使用者在工作的间隙,可以用下颌下压托臂,通过第一、第二支臂使转轴转动并带动负荷装置上、下运动,上述下颌的下压可以通过颈部运动带动下颌来实现,也可以通过打开口腔来实现,通过后者能对脸颌颊部位肌肉和下巴的锻炼,能起到瘦脸颌和消除或减少双下巴的作用,从而达到了锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉群及颈椎拉伸及拉伸颈椎的目的,预防颈椎病的发生或者缓解颈椎病症状。结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,可以让使用者充分利用工作的间隙,专门针对脸颌、颈部肌肉群进行锻炼及颈椎拉伸,增强这些肌肉群的力量,从而预防颈椎病的发生或者缓解颈椎病症状。具体技术方案如下:
具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅包括具有椅背的座椅主体,椅背上设有脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置,脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置包括转轴、负荷装置和牵引钢丝,转轴沿水平方向转动设置在所述椅背的背面,转轴的两端分别设有第一、第二支臂,第一、第二支臂分别向椅背前方伸出,且自由端分别通过托臂固定,牵引钢丝的一端与转轴固定,另一端与设置椅背背面的负荷装置连接。使用者可以用下颌下压托臂,通过第一、第二支臂使转轴转动并带动负荷装置上、下运动,对脸颌、颈部肌肉群进行锻炼及颈椎拉伸。上述下颌的下压可以通过颈部运动带动下颌来实现,也可以通过打开口腔来实现,通过后者能对脸颌颊部位肌肉和下巴的锻炼,能起到瘦脸颌和消除或减少双下巴的作用。下面结合一种优选的具体实施例以及说明书附图对本发明的结构及工作原理进行详细的说明。
如图1所示,具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅包括具有椅背1的座椅主体、椅背1上设有脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置2。
再参见图2和图3,脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置2包括转轴21、牵引钢丝22和负荷装置23。
椅背1的背面固定设有固定座30,固定座30包括一水平轴套和一垂直部,垂直部的上端设有U形开口301,U形开口301的上端将水平轴套平均分割成第一、第二轴套302、303,垂直部具有一由前盖304和后盖板305合围而成的内腔,前盖304的下部设有条形开口306,用于经此取放载荷块。
转轴21沿水平方向插装在第一、第二轴套302、303内,其两端分别设有第一、第二支臂24、25,第一、第二支臂24、25分别向椅背前方伸出,且自由端通过托臂固定,托臂由第一、第二托臂26、27组成,二者在座椅的中部固定,且上表面上设有柔软的托垫28。
牵引支臂29套装固定在转轴21的中部且位于U形开口301内,牵引支臂29的上表面上沿其长度方向设有一凹槽291,牵引钢丝22置于凹槽291内,且一端与转轴21固定,另一端连接负荷装置。
负荷装置包括沿竖直方向设置的立轴41,立轴41的上端与牵引钢丝22连接,立轴41的下端固定设有下挡板42,若干U形载荷块43插装在立轴41上且由下挡板42支撑,载荷块43的数量可根据使用者的需求增减,本发明中,可以通过条形开口306取放载荷块43,不必打开前盖304,使用非常方便。
后盖板305的上端设有上挡板307,上挡板307上设有通孔,立轴41的上端自上挡板307上的通孔穿出后与牵引钢丝22连接。
后盖板305的上端还设有导向装置308,导向装置308位于上挡板307的上方,牵引钢线22通过导向装置308与负荷装置连接。本发明中,导向装置308为U形管,牵引钢线22穿过U形管后与立轴41连接。当然,导向装置308也可以采用其他结构,如滑轮或滚轮,使牵引钢线22走向改变时,减少摩擦力,提高牵引钢线22的使用寿命。
第一、第二支臂24、25设置在转轴21的两端,不使用时,可以垂下置于椅背的两侧,下面以第一支臂为例具体说明其与转轴21的连接方式。
请参见图4,该图示出了第一支臂与转轴的装配示意图。第一支臂41的一端具有一连接孔,该连接孔的一端为圆孔411,另一端为长圆孔412,转轴21的两端分别与长圆孔412相适配(参见图3),第一支臂41插装在转轴21上并通过螺栓413进行连接。当需要使用脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置时,将螺栓413拧紧,于是转轴21的两端分别限位于第一、第二支臂41、42上的长圆孔内,形成刚性结构;当不需要使用脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置,将螺栓413拧松,再将第一、第二支臂41、42分别向外侧移动,使转轴21的两端与第一、第二支臂41、42上的长圆孔脱开,于是螺栓413支承在第一支臂41的圆孔411内,从而可以将第一、第二支臂41、42分别向下转动,置于椅背的两侧,不障碍使用者正常办公工作。
显然,长圆孔413也可以用三角形、正方形、矩形以及其他多角形结构形式实现,在此不一一举例说明。
第一、第二支臂41、42相对的侧面上分别设有可以容纳第一、第二托臂26、27的凹槽50,第一、第二托臂26、27与第一、第二支臂41、42铰接连接,当不使用时,可以将第一、第二托臂26、27隐藏在第一、第二支臂41、42上的凹槽50内。
为了使本发明的功能更加丰富,具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅上还设置了脸颌部按摩装置,该脸颌部按摩装置包括第一、第二关节臂51、52和分别设置在第一、第二关节臂51、52上端的第一、第二按摩滚轮53、54,第一、第二关节臂51、52的下端分别与转轴21铰接。使用者可以拉动第一、第二关节臂51、52,使用第一、第二按摩滚轮53、54靠在脸颌部肌肉上进行按摩,从而达到促进血液循环、缓解疲劳以及美容的效果。不使用时,脸颌部按摩装置,可以使第一、第二关节臂51、52绕转轴21转动,垂放在椅背1的背面。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,包括具有椅背的座椅主体,其特征在于,所述椅背上设有脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置,所述脸颌、颈部肌肉锻炼及颈椎拉伸装置包括:
    转轴,沿水平方向转动设置在所述椅背的背面,所述转轴的两端分别设有第一、第二支臂,所述第一、第二支臂分别向椅背前方伸出,且自由端分别通过托臂固定;
    负荷装置,位于所述椅背的背面;
    牵引钢丝,两端分别与所述转轴和所述负荷装置固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,所述椅背的背面固定设有固定座,所述固定座包括一水平轴套和一垂直部,所述垂直部具有一内腔,且下部设有条形开口,所述垂直部的上端设有U形开口,所述U形开口的上端将所述水平轴套平均分割成第一、第二轴套,所述转轴插装在所述第一、第二轴套内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,所述转轴的中部固定设有牵引支臂,所述牵引支臂的上表面上沿其长度方向设有凹槽,所述牵引钢丝置于所述凹槽内。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,所述垂直部的内腔由前盖和后盖板合围而成,所述负荷装置包括沿竖直方向设置的立轴,所述立轴的上端与所述牵引钢丝连接,所述立轴的下端固定设有下挡板,若干U形载荷块插装在所述立轴上且置于所述下挡板上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,所述后盖板的上端设有上挡板,所述上挡板上设有通孔,所述立轴的上端自所述通孔穿出。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,所述后盖板的上端还设有导向装置,所述导向装置位于所述上挡板的上方,所述牵引钢线通过所述导向装置与所述负荷装置连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,所述导向装置为U形管、滑轮或滚轮。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,所述托臂由第一、第二托臂连接而成,所述第一、第二支臂相对的侧面上分别设有可以容纳所述第一、第二托臂的凹槽,所述第一、第二托臂分别与所述第一、第二支臂铰接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,由第一、第二托臂组成的所述托臂的上表面中部设有柔软的托垫。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的具有锻炼脸颌、颈部肌肉及颈椎拉伸功能的座椅,其特征在于,还包括脸颌部按摩装置,所述脸颌部按摩装置包括第一、第二关节臂和分别设置在所述第一、第二关节臂上端的第一、第二按摩滚轮,所述第一、第二关节臂的下端分别套装在所述转轴上。
