Abstract

Mobile reassembling object comprising mobile lateral sides (200) which are rotatably fixed on a central part (18) which forms a fixed floor. By rotating the mobile lateral sides (200) around the axle they move from a closed position to an open position in that the fixed floor of the central part (18) makes the same plane with open lateral sides (200). The central part (18) contains mobile frames (169) which can be drawn out by means of guiding elements so as to form a roof and three lateral sides above the mobile floor. By connecting more mobile reassembling objects a larger usable area can be created.

Description

MOBILE UNIVERSAL REASSEMBLING OBJECT
DESCRIPTION
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a Mobile Universal Reassembling Object (M.U.R.O.), a facility that can be easily and quickly transferred and set up, and may serve for various purposes including, without limitations, accommodation of people and supporting equipment.
From its arrival to the respective location until its readiness as a fully closed universal facility it takes at the maximum 5 minutes, including the entire preparation and automatic set up of the assembly facility.
This modern facility, being fully adapted to the present day standards, is intended for advertising on its interior and exterior surfaces which are approximately four times the surface area of the facility.
Due to the quick replacement system, the advertising surfaces can be changed in just a few minutes.
Background Art
Often, there is a need for a facility to be temporally and quickly set up at the desired location while being at the same time equipped for temporary accommodation of people and supporting equipment, depending on the end use of the facility.
This invention resolves the need to simply and quickly transfer and set up the facility at the desired location for purpose of various events while being able to increase its basic dimensions into the expanded dimensions thus multiply increase the usable surface without the need to further strengthen the facility in the ground.
During the transfer of the facility from one location to another, its basic dimensions are within the legal framework and there is no need to obtain any additional transport permits.
Taking into account the prior art, there are no technical solutions to the above described technical problem that would be equivalent or similar to this invention nor would this invention have been obvious to a person skilled in the particular field of technology. At the present day, the prior art significantly differs from this invention. This invention overcomes at least some of the drawbacks relating to the prior art. In particular, it consists of new and inventive solutions which enable quicker and simpler transport of the facility and its setting up, which, at the same time, due to the automation of the facility requires only one person and significantly smaller tractor unit.
The prior art consists of two different types of objects that can be temporarily set up: (i) the vehicles with walls made up of solid materials and (ii) tents. This invention is unique and innovative combination of vehicular element and a tent.
Disclosure of Invention
Primary objective of this invention is simple and quick transportation and setting up of a mobile universal facility.
Secondary objective of this invention is to reduce the costs of transporting of the facility and the cost of necessary labour input. Especially, since it requires significantly less people then it is required, for example, for setting up of a tent.
Further objective of the invention is to use the inner and outer covering as an advertising area.
The mobile universal reassembling object is composed of several mutually adjusted assemblies, viz.:
1. The basic stationary frame with columns, arched roof cross beams, pulling and control elements, and a cover;
2. Mobile lateral sides;
3. Internal mobile structure with mobile columns, arched roof cross beams, automatic system for opening, tightening and securing the open position, and a cover;
4. Mobile guide system
Attached to the axle unit is the basic stationary frame that makes the groundwork of the facility. The floor-filled stationary frame constitutes a rectangular plane with two longer and two shorter lateral sides (front and rear ones). In each corner of the basic stationary frame, a column is mounted that supports the facility's arched roof. The columns and roof arches are interconnected into a firm whole. A tense cover is spread from the front edge of the stationary frame plane through the front columns, the roof arches, the rear columns to the rear edge of the stationary frame. Adjoining to the stationary frame from the front side are the pulling and control elements. On 6 points the stationary frame has the possibility of fixing the stabilizers into the base.
The lateral sides are attached to the longer lateral sides by hinges. The lateral sides are so shaped that in their open (lowered) position together with the floor in stationary frame make up usable surface of the facility, whereas in the closed (lifted) position they close the plane bounded by the edge of the stationary frame, the front column, the roof arch, the rear column. Lifting/lowering of the lateral sides is obtained by hydraulic mechanism
Fixed in the longer direction of and above the stationary frame fill (floor) is the central frame of the internal mobile structure. From the central stationary frame, the mobile frames are placed on both sides. The mobile frame consists of two columns fastened together by the arched cross beam. The columns on their lower sides have guiding and rolling elements supported by the guides. The guides are immovable on the lateral sides and movable on the basic stationary frame. The movement of the guides towards the central stationary frame automatically secures the mobile frames during the transportation of the facility. During the preparation of the facility for use, the guides move from the central stationary frame and automatically release the mobile frames. The cover is fastened over the columns and the arched roof cross beams. The frame columns are interconnected by a mechanism with the automatic functions of drawing out, tightening and securing the spread position in place when the facility is being prepared for use and during its usage. While preparing for transportation, the automatic function mechanism automatically releases and draws in the mobile frames. The cover is also fastened longitudinally over the external mobile frames and along the lower edge it connects with the external arched cross beam of the lateral side. The elements thus joined together form a completely enclosed space. Brief Description of Drawings

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
Once the assembly has been brought to the desired location, its transformation into a mobile universal reassembling object can get started. The hydraulic source, powered manually or by an electric motor, provides required pressure and flow of fluid for the drive of the working cylinders needed for the transformation of the assembly.
The order of transforming the trailer assembly into a universal facility: step 1 Release the trailer assembly by lifting its front side, moving the tractor unit away. step 2 Lower the front side of the assembly by fixing it into the base and drawing in the cylinder piston as far as needed to uncover the rear stabilizers (52). In the open position the uncovered stabilizers are secured by a bolt. step 3 Lift the front side of the assembly by leaning against the base and drawing out the cylinder piston as far as needed to uncover the middle (62) and the front (53) stabilizers. Secure the uncovered stabilizers in the open position. step 4 Open the lateral sides (200) by rotating the side around the stationary axis fixed into the stationary frame (18) of the assembly. The lateral side (200), due to its own weight placed eccentrically towards the stationary axis of rotation, has a natural built-in opening moment that we can control by releasing the pulling element (215). Release the pulling element (215) by drawing out the cylinder piston, the movement of which is thereby transformed into a shift and turning of a series of pulleys that extend the pulling element (215). For an increase in the opening moment, potential energy stores (e.g., in the form of a spring) are added to each point of application of the pulling element. During the opening of the lateral sides, their stabilizers (205) are dropped. Lower the lateral side (200) until the stabilizers are supported by the base. The lowering of the lateral sides triggers the movement of the central guides (229) outwards, so that in their open position the guides lean against each other with maximum accuracy in order to ensure unimpeded rolling of the guiding system. step 5 Drop the entrance stairs by rotating the staircase around the stationary axis. step 6 Draw out the external mobile frame (169). On their lower side, the frames (169) have the guiding elements attached to them, which allow a shift only in the opening/closing direction. The frames are joined together by arms (9) and joints (11). The joints (11) are placed and automatically secured in the position of the greatest distance between the frames (169) by means of a pin (13), spring-loaded, that automatically enters the required opening. The cover (197) is fastened over the external side of the frames. The spaces between the frames (169) are defined by the lengths of the connecting arms (9) and are so adjusted that they ensure the tightness of the covers (197). After drawing out the external frame (169), follow the same procedure for drawing out the internal frame (170). The same entirely applies to the second half of the facility. Upon completion, the facility is ready for use.
Transformation of the mobile universal reassembling object into the trailer goes in the reverse order. It is possible to connect more facilities into one whole so to increase the usable area.
It is possible to make various changes and adjustments to the facility pursuant to this invention without abandoning the scope and the spirit of the invention.
