本发明针对现有技术提供的 PCC系统对于用户业务所作的非透明管控 缺陷, 提供一种基于用户感知的网络策略实现方法及系统, 该方法和系统 使得用户可以感知运营针对用户进行管控的相关网络策略信息, 除此之外, 用户还可自主的选择系统推荐的网络策略信息进行策略管控。 采用本发明 , 即可增加网络透明度、 增强用户消费体验、 满足用户对于网络策略信息的 实时知晓需求, 同时也提供了一种运营商用于增加其营业收入的增值服务 项目。 附图说明

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、 技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、 明白, 以下结合附图和实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的主要发明思想是在网络中新增策略信息提供功能单元 PPF , 从而实现面向用户开放网络策略信息以及用户可以实现网络策略控制自 助。 其中, 所述 PPF主要实现用户 HTTP协议能力到 diameter协议能力的 转换, 以及屏蔽用户终端设备直接访问核心 PCRF 网元而带来网络安全的 风险。
在本发明中, 所述终端设备需要智能终端支持, 需要在智能终端上安 装或加载一个软件模块或称之为人机界面桌面模块(即本发明下文所述的 网络策略功能模块), 通过该桌面模块展示实时网络策略信息及自主选择网 络策略信息以实现网络策略控制自助, 其中, 所述网络策略控制自助, 是 指用户根据系统提供的策略决策信息及系统推荐策略信息, 自主选择一个 新的策略要求, 比如提升 QoS, 系统可根据用户的要求, 形成新的决策, 并可适度增加用户费用。
本发明中, 网络策略信息包含三个方面: 策略条件信息, 策略决策信 息及可供用户自助选择的系统推荐策略信息。
策略条件信息: 能够触发策略决策改变的事件。 包含且不限于如下信 息: 用量信息、接入管道状态信息(如载荷百分比)、 无线小区状态信息等。
策略决策信息: PCC 系统根据运营商配置策略生产的策略控制决策决 定。 包含且不限于如下信息: 业务门控状态、 QoS 情况、 计费情况、 重定 向情况、 内容优化 /聚合情况等。
可供用户自助选择的系统推荐策略信息: 包含且不限于如下信息: QoS 提升 /降级建议、 内容优化 /去优化建议、 业务网络分流建议、 购买附加业务 包建议等。
本发明实施例提供的一种基于用户感知的网络策略实现方法, 包括如 下步驟:
S1、 通过终端设备的网络策略功能模块向网络侧的策略信息提供功能 单元请求开放网络策略信息;
S2、 所述策略信息提供功能单元根据所述请求向策略和 PCRF 申请开 放网络策略信息;
53、 PCRF响应所述策略信息提供功能单元发出的申请并返回相应的网 络策略信息至策略信息提供功能单元;
54、 所述策略信息提供功能单元发送所述网络策略信息至终端设备。 优选实施方式下, 在步驟 S1中, 通过终端设备的网络策略功能模块预 存储的策略信息提供功能单元 URL连接至对应的策略信息提供功能单元, 并请求开放网络策略信息。
优选实施方式下, 在步驟 S3中, 通过所述策略信息提供功能单元发送 至终端设备的所述网络策略信息可以显示于终端设备的网络策略功能模块 上, 其中, 所述网络策略信息包括策略条件信息、 策略决策信息、 自助策 略控制信息。
优选实施方式下, 所述基于用户感知的网络策略实现方法还包括:

值得注意的是, 对于步驟 S9, 其可以在步驟 S1-S4执行之后就立即予 以执行, 也可以在步驟 S5-S8执行之后才执行。 当执行完步驟 S5-S8, 且终 端设备已全部关闭网络策略信息需求时, 在执行步驟 S9之后, 通过策略信 息提供功能单元推送该网络策略信息至终端设备的数据为空。
其中, 所述推送发生变更的网络策略信息至终端设备的步驟包括:
591、 在 PCRF发生了网络策略信息变更时, 如发生变更的网络策略信 息为用户定制的网络策略信息, 则 PCRF推送该网络策略信息至策略信息 提供功能单元;
592、 策略信息提供功能单元在接收到该网络策略信息后, 推送该网络 策略信息至定制了该网络策略信息的终端设备。
优选实施方式下, 所述基于用户感知的网络策略实现方法还包括:
510、 依据终端设备接收到的网络策略信息, 通过终端设备的网络策略 功能模块向网络侧的策略信息提供功能单元发送网络策略变更请求;
511、 所述策略信息提供功能单元根据所述请求向 PCRF申请变更相应 的网络策略信息;
512、 PCRF响应所述策略信息提供功能单元发出的申请, 结合本地的 网络策略信息生成符合要求的网络策略信息, 并将所述网络策略信息安装 到策略及计费执行功能体 PCEF上。
值得注意的是, 对于步驟 S10-S12, 其可以在步驟 S1-S4执行之后就立 即予以执行, 也可以在步驟 S5-S8执行之后才执行, 同理, 也可以在步驟 S9执行之后才执行。
具体实施过程中, 在执行所有步驟之前, 所述终端设备已建立承载通 道, 例如, 所述终端设备处于 PDP激活状态。 如图 4所示, 图 4描述了在用户在已建立承载通道(如 PDP激活) 情 况下, 通过终端设备的网络策略功能模块(例如为前文所述的桌面模块) 向网络申请开放网络策略信息及策略控制自助的功能。 具体流程步驟如下:
S1001、用户通过终端设备的网络策略功能模块向 PPF请求网络策略信 息开放功能(例如: 通过 PPF URL访问), 通常情况下, 用户可以选择展 示哪些网络策略信息, 比如, 仅展示策略条件信息, 或者策略控制信息, 比如业务 QoS情况;
S1002、 PPF向 PCRF申请开放该用户定制的策略信息;
S 1003、 PCRF向 PPF返回申请结果;
S1004、 PPF向终端设备返回信息开放申请结果。
如图 5所示, 图 5描述了在用户在已成功申请了策略信息开放功能的 情况下, 通过终端设备的网络策略功能模块向网络申请关闭网络策略信息 开放及策略控制自助的功能。 具体流程步驟如下:
52001、用户通过终端设备的网络策略功能模块向 PPF请求关闭全部或 者部分网络策略信息;
52002、 PPF向 PCRF申请关闭部分或全部用户定制的网络策略信息; S2003、 PCRF向 PPF返回关闭申请结果;
S2004、 PPF向终端设备返回信息关闭申请结果。
如图 6所示, 图 6描述了 PCRF向终端设备推送网络策略信息的过程:
53001、 PCRF发生了网络策略信息变更, 如果用户定制了开放该信息, 则 PCRF向 PPF推送该信息;
53002、 PPF向 PCRF返回策略信息推送结果;
S3003、 PPF向终端设备推送网络策略信息;
S3004、 终端设备向 PPF返回网络策略信息推送结果.
如图 7所示, 图 7描述了用户自助策略控制的过程: 54001、 终端设备在获取了系统推荐策略信息后, 自主选择一个新的策 略要求, 比如提升 QoS, 并向 PPF发起新策略要求;
54002、 PPF向 PCRF申请新策略, 比如 QoS提升;
54003、 PCRF根据 PPF的新策略申请,结合本地策略生产新的策略(比 如将 QoS提升到用户需要的水平,但是同时提升了用户基准费率), 并将新 的策略安装到 PCEF上;
54004、 PCEF向 PCRF返回策略安装结果;
54005、 PCRF向 PPF返回用户自助策略执行结果;
54006、 PPF向终端设备返回用户自助策略执行结果。
如图 3 所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于用户感知的网络策略实现 系统, 其包括:
终端设备 UE, 用于通过其具有的网络策略功能模块向网络侧的策略信 息提供功能单元 PPF请求开放网络策略信息;
策略信息提供功能单元 PPF,用于根据所述请求向策略和 PCRF申请开 放网络策略信息;用于发送从 PCRF获取到的网络策略信息至终端设备 UE;
PCRF, 用于响应所述策略信息提供功能单元 PPF发出的申请并返回相 应的网络策略信息至策略信息提供功能单元 PPF。
其中, 继续参照图 3, 所述策略信息提供功能单元 PPF通过第一信息 交互接口 Pp接口与终端设备 UE进行信息交互,通过第二信息交互接口 Px 接口与 PCRF进行信息交互。
所述终端设备 UE通过网络策略功能模块预存储的策略信息提供功能 单元 PPF URL连接至对应的策略信息提供功能单元 PPF, 并请求开放网络 策略信息。
优选实施方式下, 通过所述策略信息提供功能单元 PPF发送至终端设 备 UE的所述网络策略信息可以显示于终端设备 UE的网络策略功能模块 上, 其中, 所述网络策略信息包括策略条件信息、 策略决策信息、 自助策 略控制信息。
所述终端设备 UE还可以通过网络策略功能模块向网络侧的策略信息 提供功能单元 PPF请求关闭全部或部分网络策略信息, 所述策略信息提供 功能单元 PPF则根据所述请求向 PCRF申请关闭全部或部分网络策略信息, PCRF响应所述策略信息提供功能单元 PPF发出的申请并返回相应的全部 或部分网络策略信息关闭结果至策略信息提供功能单元 PPF, 且所述策略 信息提供功能单元 PPF发送所述全部或部分网络策略信息关闭结果至终端 设备 UE。
优选实施方式下,可以通过终端设备 UE的网络策略功能模块定制需要 开放的网络策略信息, 并向网络侧的策略信息提供功能单元 PPF请求开放 定制的网络策略信息。
在所述 PCRF发生了网络策略信息变更时, 如判断出发生变更的网络 策略信息为用户定制的网络策略信息, 则所述 PCRF通过策略信息提供功 能单元 PPF推送该网络策略信息至终端设备 UE。
所述终端设备 UE还可以依据接收到的网络策略信息 ,通过该终端设备 UE的网络策略功能模块向网络侧的策略信息提供功能单元 PPF发送网络策 略变更请求, 所述策略信息提供功能单元 PPF则根据所述请求向 PCRF申 请变更相应的网络策略信息, 所述 PCRF响应所述策略信息提供功能单元 PPF发出的申请, 结合本地的网络策略信息生成符合要求的网络策略信息, 并将所述网络策略信息安装到策略及计费执行功能体 PCEF上。
优选地, 所述终端设备 UE在向网络侧的策略信息提供功能单元 PPF 发送开放网络策略信息请求、 关闭全部或部分网络策略信息请求以及网络 策略变更请求时, 已建立承载通道, 例如, 所述终端设备 UE处于 PDP激 活状态。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

1、 一种基于用户感知的网络策略实现方法, 包括:
通过终端设备的网络策略功能模块向网络侧的策略信息提供功能单元 请求开放网络策略信息;
所述策略信息提供功能单元根据所述请求向策略和计费规则功能实体
PCRF申请开放网络策略信息;
PCRF 响应所述策略信息提供功能单元发出的申请并返回相应的网络 策略信息至策略信息提供功能单元;
所述策略信息提供功能单元发送所述网络策略信息至终端设备。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 通过终端设备的网络策略功能模 块预存储的策略信息提供功能单元 URL连接至对应的策略信息提供功能单 元, 并请求开放网络策略信息。
