但是, 即使运营商增加了新的频段也还会有问题待解决:
1、 之前的很多终端不一定支持新的频段, 所以这些终端就无法使用新 增力口的网络。
2、 即使现有终端支持新的频段, 由于终端都是根据当前的信号质量选 择合适的网络, 所以终端也会随机的选择网络, 这样不一定终端就会注册 到新布局的网络。
3、 由于新布局的网络主要是针对数据业务的, 所以运营商希望传统语 音业务还是使用原来的网络, 数据业务使用新的网络, 目前的终端实现不 了这个需求的。
由于目前的智能终端都支持 Wi-Fi, 所以可以通过 Wi-Fi将数据业务经 过 UFI产品转接到新的网络上, 使 UFI产品仅支持运营商新增的频段, 不 支持原有的频段, 这样数据业务肯定只会使用新的网络, 而语音业务仍然 使用原来的网络。 所以运营商在销售智能终端时可以捆绑销售 UFI产品, 但是这样仍然会引出新的问题,由于 UFI是无线路由器与 3G宽带接入的结 合体, 这样几个用户可以同时使用 UFI产品进行数据业务, 对运营商就会 带来一定损失。 发明内容

为了实现终端类型判断, 需要增加一个终端类型判断模块。 初始状态 下的 UFI允许任何终端的 Wi-Fi接入,终端接入后除了可以登陆 UFI的 WEB UI外不能进行任何数据业务, 终端登陆 WEB UI时, 浏览器会将终端的类 型信息通过 User Agent 消息发送到 UFI的 WEB Server中, WEB Server将 该消息发给终端类型判断模块, 判断该终端是否为 iPhone, 并将判断结果 返回给互联网服务器(WEB Server ), 如果接入终端不是 iPhone, 则 WEB Server给用户反馈错误提示页面, 如果是 iPhone用户, 将用户登陆界面反 馈给用户,等待用户输入用户名和密码。等用户名和密码鉴权通过后, WEB Server给终端判断模块发送鉴权成功的指示, 终端类型判断模块收到该指 示后, 认为该接入终端是合法的终端, 通知终端绑定模块进行终端绑定, 并且打开 3G数据业务, 使用户可以使用 3G数据服务。
移动终端绑定模块收到终端判断模块发送的绑定请求消息后, 绑定模 块开启现在已经成熟的媒体接入控制 (Media Access Control, MAC )地址 过滤功能, 并获取终端的 MAC地址, 然后将该 MAC地址添加到 MAC地 址过滤的白名单中, 从此以后, 该 UFI只允许该移动终端的 Wi-Fi接入, 不允许其他移动终端的 Wi-Fi接入, 从而实现了 iPhone与 UFI的绑定。 完 成了绑定操作, UFI将打开 3G数据连接, 用户可以使用 3G数据业务。 后 续 UFI每次开机后则自动建立与 3G 网络的数据连接, 与该 UFI绑定的 iPhone接入后, 可以直接使用数据服务, 不必每次登陆 WEB UI。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例进行说明。
请参考图 1 所示, 是本发明实施例无线通信终端类型判断的过程示意 图, 其包括如下步驟:
步驟 S101 : 终端类型判断模块从 WEB Server接收 User Agent消息, 该消息中携带终端类型信息;
步驟 S102: 判断终端类型是否是 iPhone, 如果不是 iPhone执行步驟 S103, 如果是 iPhone, 跳转到步驟 S104执行;
步驟 S103: 由于接入终端非 iPhone, 所以返回错误提示页面; 步驟 S104: 移动终端是 iPhone, 为了防止意外绑定他人的 iPhone, 所 以需要输入用户名和密码, 等鉴权成功后再进行绑定操作;
步驟 S105: 用户输入的用户名和密码是否正确, 如果不正确, 执行步 驟 S106, 提示用户名或密码错误, 如果正确, 跳转到步驟 S107;
步驟 S106: 提示用户名或密码错误;
步驟 S107: 终端类型判断成功, 向终端绑定模块发送绑定请求。
请参考图 2所示, 是本发明实施例无线通信终端绑定的过程, 其包括 如下步驟:
步驟 S201: 终端类型判断通过, 终端绑定模块收到终端类型判断模块 发送的绑定请求;
步驟 S202: 终端绑定模块从 Wi-Fi模块获取该接入终端的 MAC地址, 为后续绑定做好准备工作;
步驟 S203: 开启 MAC地址过滤功能, 该功能是现有的成熟技术, 并 将接入终端的 MAC地址填加到白名单中,从此以后,该 UFI只允许绑定的 这个 iPhone接入;
步驟 S204: 由于直到现在 3G数据业务还没有开启, 所以需要开启 3G 数据业务, 从此接入终端可以使用数据业务。
请参考图 3所示, 是本发明实施例 UFI的开机流程示意图, 其包括如 下步驟:
步驟 S301 : UFI开机;
步驟 S302: 检查是否已经绑定了 MAC地址, 如果没有绑定, 跳转到 步驟 S308进行类型判断及终端绑定的过程, 如果已经绑定, 继续执行步驟 S303;
步驟 S303: 由于已绑定用户, 其他非法用户无法接入, 所以此时可以 打开 3G数据业务;
步驟 S304: 终端尝试 Wi-Fi接入; 步驟 S305: 判断接入终端的 MAC地址是否与绑定的 MAC地址相符, 如果不符, 执行步驟 S306, 如果相符跳转到步驟 S307;
步驟 S306: 拒绝 Wi-Fi接入;
步驟 S307: 允许 Wi-Fi接入, 用户可以使用 3G数据业务;
步驟 S308: 由于没有绑定终端,此时可以允许任何类型的终端的 Wi-Fi 接入, 所以需要关闭 3G数据业务;
步驟 S309: 用户通过 Wi-Fi接入;
步驟 S310: 此时用户必须登陆 web ui进行终端类型判断及绑定, 否则 不能使用 3G数据业务;
步驟 S311:终端类型判断模块根据 WEB Server获取的 User Agent消息 判断接入终端的类型是否为 iPhone, 如果不是 iPhone, 执行步驟 S312, 如 果是 iPhone, 终端类型判断模块在发现接入终端是 iPhone时, 会向终端绑 定模块发送绑定请求, 并跳转到步驟 S313;
步驟 S312: 给用户返回错误提示页面;
步驟 S313: 收到终端绑定请求后, 绑定模块会从 Wi-Fi模块获取接入 终端的 MAC地址, 开启 MAC地址过滤功能, 并将该终端的 MAC地址加 入到 MAC过滤功能的白名单中;
步驟 S314: 当执行到该步驟时, UFI已经成功绑定 iPhone, 此时开启 3G功能, 转入步驟 S307。
请参考图 4所示, 是本发明实施例无线通信设备组成示意图, 其包括
WEB Server模块、 终端类型判断模块、 终端绑定模块和 3G模块。
WEB Server模块: 当终端登陆 web ui时, 终端会将 User Agent消息发 送给 WEB Server, WEB Server获得该消息后, 将其发送给终端类型判断 模块, 以供其进行类型判断。
终端类型判断模块, 该模块从 WEB Server接收 User Agent消息, 然后 进行类型判断, 如果终端类型是 iPhone, 该模块会向终端绑定模块发送终 端绑定请求。
终端绑定模块, 该模块从终端类型判断模块接收绑定请求后, 绑定该 MAC地址, 并向 3G模块发送开启 3G数据业务的请求。
3G模块, 该模块接收 3G模块的开启数据业务请求后, 建立与网络间 的数据连接。
本发明实现了无线通信设备与无线通信终端的自动绑定, 不仅简化了 用户的操作步驟, 并且限制了用户自己随意绑定其他类型终端的操作, 避 免了运营商因此而减少收入。
当然, 本发明还可有多种实施方式, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 情况, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当然可根据本发明做出各种相应的更改或变 化, 但凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性
本发明实现了 UFI与 iPhone的自动绑定,不仅简化了用户的操作步驟, 并且限制了用户自己随意绑定其他类型终端的操作, 减小了运营商运营收 入缩水的可能性。

Claims

1、 一种无线通信设备绑定无线通信终端的方法, 该方法包括: 当无线通信终端首次接入无线通信设备时, 无线通信设备判断无线通 信终端类型是否为特定类型无线通信终端, 如果是特定类型无线通信终端, 则绑定该终端, 以后无线通信设备只允许该终端接入, 其他终端不允许接 入。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 无线通信终端登陆互联网用户界 面 WEB UI后,无线通信设备根据无线通信终端的浏览器 User Agent消息进 行终端类型鉴定, 只有通过终端类型鉴定后, 才允许终端使用数据业务及 绑定该终端。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线通信终端接入无线通信 设备后登陆无线通信设备的 WEB UI, 浏览器将终端的类型信息通过 User Agent 消息发送到无线通信设备的互联网服务器 WEB Server 中, WEB Server将该消息发给无线通信设备的终端类型判断模块,判断该终端是否为 特定类型无线通信终端, 并将判断结果返回给 WEB Server, 如果接入终端 不是特定类型无线通信终端, 则 WEB Server给用户反馈错误提示页面, 如 果是特定类型无线通信终端, 则对该终端进行绑定。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在对所述终端绑定之前, 将用户 登陆界面反馈给用户, 等待用户输入用户名和密码, 当用户名和密码鉴权 通过后, WEB Server给终端判断模块发送鉴权成功的指示, 终端类型判断 模块收到指示后, 认为该接入终端是合法的终端, 通知无线通信设备的终 端绑定模块进行终端绑定。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线通信设备的移动终端绑 定模块收到终端类型判断模块发送的绑定请求消息后, 移动终端绑定模块 开启媒体接入控制 MAC地址过滤功能, 并获取终端的 MAC地址, 然后将 该 MAC地址添加到 MAC地址过滤的白名单中。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当完成了绑定操作后, 无线通信 设备将打开 3G数据连接, 用户可以使用 3G数据业务; 以后, 无线通信设 备每次开机后则自动建立与 3G网络的数据连接,与该无线通信设备绑定的 无线通信终端接入后, 可以直接使用数据服务, 不必每次登陆 WEB UI。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述特定类型无线通信终 端是 iPhone。
8、 一种无线通信设备, 所述无线通信设备包括:
WEB Server模块, 用于在终端登陆互联网用户界面 WEB UI时, 接收 无线通信终端发送的浏览器 User Agent消息, WEB Server获得该消息后, 将其发送给终端类型判断模块;
终端类型判断模块, 用于从 WEB Server模块接收 User Agent消息, 进 行类型判断, 如果终端类型是特定终端类型, 该模块会向终端绑定模块发 送终端绑定请求;
终端绑定模块, 用于从终端类型判断模块接收绑定请求后, 绑定所述 无线通信终端的媒体接入控制 MAC地址。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的无线通信设备, 器中, 所述无线通信设备还包 括: 3G模块, 用于在接收到所述终端绑定模块发送的开启 3G数据业务的 请求后, 建立与 3G网络间的数据连 4
10、 如权利要求 8所述的无线通信设备, 其中, 所述无线通信终端接 入无线通信设备后登陆无线通信设备的 WEB UI,浏览器将终端的类型信息 通过 User Agent 消息发送到无线通信设备的 WEB Server中, WEB Server 将该消息发给无线通信设备的终端类型判断模块, 判断该终端是否为特定 类型无线通信终端, 并将判断结果返回给 WEB Server, 如果接入终端不是 特定类型无线通信终端, 则 WEB Server给用户反馈错误提示页面, 如果是 特定类型无线通信终端, 则对该终端进行绑定。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的无线通信设备, 其中, 在对所述终端绑定之 前, 将用户登陆界面反馈给用户, 等待用户输入用户名和密码, 当用户名 和密码鉴权通过后, WEB Server给终端判断模块发送鉴权成功的指示, 终 端类型判断模块收到指示后, 当确认该接入终端是合法的终端时, 通知无 线通信设备的终端绑定模块进行终端绑定。
12、 如权利要求 8所述的无线通信设备, 其中, 所述特定类型无线通 信终端是 iPhone。
