在本实用新型的一实施例中,拖把头的中央缺口形成有一供 T 形钢通过的空间,用以供 T 形钢的第三端旋转通过。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,双面拖把头包括一右拖把头及一相对应右拖把头的左拖把头,且复数个连接圆柱棒的相对二端分别黏接于右拖把头及左拖把头的复数个连接圆柱洞。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,双面拖把头的 第一拖地面与第二拖地面分别具有一凹面部分及一凸面部分, 凹面部分在黏贴上一魔鬼毡之后,微凸于没黏贴魔鬼毡的凸面部 分 。
本实用新型所采用的具体实施例,将由以下的实施例及附图作进一步的说明。
请同时参阅图 1 至图 5 所示,图 1 是显示本实用新型的双面拖把的立体图,图 2 是显示本实用新型的双面拖把的立体分解图,图 3 是显示本实用新型的双面拖把的局部立体分解图,图 4 是显示本实用新型的双面拖把的凹凸拖地面与魔鬼毡的组合示意图,图 5 是显示本实用新型的双面拖把的实际应用图。
本实用新型的双面拖把包括一双面 拖把头 1 、 一 T 形钢 2 、一连接管 3 、及一握杆 4 。双面 拖把头 1 包括一 右拖把头 7 及一左拖把头 8 ,且右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 分别包括有复数个 连接圆柱洞 9 、 T 形钢轴洞 11 、 圆弧边 12 、拖把头镂空部分 13 、拖把头实心部分 14 及垫片 15 ,以及用以结合对应的 连接圆柱洞 9 的 复数个 连接圆柱棒 10 。
在本实施例中,双面 拖把头 1 以及 T 形钢 2 的组合是由塑料黏剂均匀涂抹 连接圆柱棒 10 而插入至 右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 的相对应的 连接圆柱洞 9 ,使 右拖把头 7 与左拖把头 8 能对称紧密结合。其中 T 形钢 2 相对两端各串入垫片 15 作为 T 形钢 2 的旋转垫片后, T 形钢 2 是插入至右拖把头 7 、左拖把头 8 的 T 形钢轴洞 11 ,而完成双面 拖把头 1 及 T 形钢 2 的组合。
T 形钢 2 的相对两端各串入垫片 15 具有两种作用,第一种作用为 T 形钢 2 旋转该垫片 15 ,第二种作用为使 T 形钢 2 上下旋转活动时与中央缺口 6 两边有小距离隔离,避免 T 形钢 2 活动时碰撞到中央缺口 6 两边,妨碍 T 形钢 2 活动。
右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 组合是靠所结合的连接圆柱棒 10 ,其中 右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 紧密结合后, 连接圆柱棒 10 产生强大水平拉力和垂直应力,足以使 右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 结合成如图所示的拖把头 1 ,以供拖地时使用。
拖地工作时,握杆 4 施力于连接管 3 ,连接管 3 再传于 T 形钢 2 的第三端, T 形钢 2 的第三端再施力于 T 形钢 2 的相对两端, T 形钢 2 的相对两端施力于双面 拖把头 1 上,故 T 形钢 2 的相对两端低重心能平均施力于扁平双面 拖把头 1 上,因此, 双面 拖把头 1 上的拖把布受到 双面 拖把头 1 的压力及摩擦力而在清洁工作时能把地板污垢摩擦清洁。
在本实用新型中, 双面 拖把的 两拖地面 的接合处为圆弧边 12 ,此种结构于拖地时如果碰撞不平障碍物会使拖把头 1 滑过障碍物,不会因拖把头 1 撞击障碍物而导致损坏,且更具有使拖地动作顺畅与拖把头 1 的造形较优美等优点。圆弧边 12 的结构也可帮助拖把头 1 翻面时,垂直拖把头 1 接触地板,并沿圆弧边 12 旋转约 45 度后往前贴地,而能轻松地进行下一次的 拖地 作业。
本实用新型的具体实施方式、 双面拖把的拖把头的 旋转原理实施方式、 T 形钢的功能与实施方式、应力传递实施方式、拖把布实施方式将在下文中作说明。
具体实施方式: 塑料黏剂 同时 均匀涂抹所有的 连接圆柱棒 10 后,插入至 右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 的相对应的 连接圆柱洞 9 ,使 右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 紧密地对称结合,同时, T 形钢 2 的相对两端各串入垫片 15 作为 T 形钢 2 的旋转垫片后, T 形钢 2 插入至右拖把头 7 及左拖把头 8 的 T 形钢轴洞 11 ,即完成双面 拖把头 1 及 T 形钢 2 的组合。
其中将拖把布 18 黏贴于本实用新型的双面拖把时, 先把拖把布 18 的一半拉平黏贴于第一拖地面 A1 ,其上有魔鬼毡 5 可以牢牢黏住拖把布 18 ,而拖把布 18 的另外一半绕过 圆弧边 12 然后 拉平黏贴于第二拖地面 A2 ,如图 5 所示,拖把布 18 快黏贴完成于第二拖地面 A2 的中央缺口 6 时, T 形钢 2 和双面 拖把头 1 夹角可为大约 0 至 30 度,为 第二拖地面 A2 最佳贴上中央缺口 6 处拖把布 18 时最佳角度,原因为拖把布 18 在中央缺口 6 处小凸起拖把布 18 ,一方面可提供 T 形钢 2 在拖地时上下活动空间,另一方面又不会因 T 形钢 2 掀起角度太大而掀起太多拖把布 18 ,影响翻面后在中央缺口 6 处拖把布 18 压回后平整恢复,意即拖把布 18 被 T 形钢 2 的第三端掀起凸出太大块,第二拖地面 A2 压回在中央缺口 6 处拖把布 18 时较不容易恢复平整,所以 T 形钢 2 和双面 拖把头 1 以 0 至 30 度夹角黏贴第二拖地面 A2 中央缺口 6 处拖把布 18 为理想黏贴方式,而中央缺口 6 是作为 T 形钢 2 在拖地时能上下活动之用,由于中央缺口 6 的空间可吸收拖把布的小小皱纹,所以翻面压回凸起的拖把布 18 是不会起皱纹,故不会影响到拖把布 18 的清洁效果。
其中当拖把布 18 的 一面弄脏时,可提高握杆 4 而使 拖把头 1 离开地面,此时拖把头 1 因重心关系 会与地面呈垂直状态,握杆 4 旋转 180 度,放下拖把头 1 的 圆弧边 12 而 触地后,往使用人方向旋转约 45 度,然后把拖把头 1 往前推的同时使拖把头 1 俯角着地至全面贴地,而使没有黏上魔鬼毡 5 的 第二拖地面 A2 的 中央缺口 6 及附近拖把布 18 在中央缺口 6 处小凸起拖把布 18 平整贴上魔鬼毡 5 。
当进行拖把换面的动作时, T 形钢 2 的第三端旋转经中央缺口 6 到另一面,因握杆 4 旋转力矩大,不需要其它动作, T 形钢 2 的第三端可直接把中央缺口 6 的拖把布撑起少许而作为 T 形钢 2 的第三端的上下活动空间,故可以进行第二 拖地面 A2 的 拖地使用。此外, T 形钢 2 的相对 两端安装于 拖把头 1 的 T 形钢轴洞 11 的内, T 形钢 2 的第 三 端置于中央缺口 6 , 中央缺口 6 呈无障碍空间,可提供拖地时握杆 4 上下活动以及翻面时活动翻转之用。
双面 拖把的 拖把头 1 的 旋转实施方式:拖把头 1 的 中央缺口 6 设有 T 形钢轴洞 11 ,其在置入 T 形钢 2 的相对 两端后,以其为旋转轴转动,而拖把头 1 中间所形成的 中央缺口 6 ,其宽度大于 T 形钢 2 的直径 ,故 T 形钢 2 的 第三端可以穿过 拖把头 1 的中央缺口 6 并活动于拖把头 1 的任一面,达到拖把头 1 旋转换面的功能。当 接受 来自握杆 4 的应力时, T 形钢 2 的相对 两端只要不要完全靠近 拖把头 1 的 一边,其低重心可以平均传达应力于 拖把头 1 的 拖地面上的 拖把布 18 ,由于应力因拖把头 1 的形状扁平可 平均传达给拖地面而 不会偏向一边,故 有利于拖地的效果。
如上所述, T 形钢 2 的相对 两端不用置于 拖把头 1 的中间一样具有 置于 拖把头 1 中央的效果, 握杆 4 的施力能平均施力于 拖把头 1 的拖地面,除非施力轴完全偏向一边,否则不会有拖地时拖把头 1 的不稳定情况出现。 T 形钢 2 的相对 两端不置于 拖把头 1 中央而偏向中央缺口 6 ,主要目的是使中央缺口 6 的缺口变的更小,中央缺口 6 愈小,则拖地面支撑拖把布 18 愈完整,此外, T 形钢 2 上下活动拉起 中央缺口 6 的小凸起拖把布 18 也愈小块,故在翻面使用时,不用其它处理,中央缺口 6 的小凸起拖把布可以直接贴回于拖把的拖地面。
T 形钢 2 功能与实施方式: T 形钢 2 作为拖把头 1 的旋转轴、与连接管 3 及 拖把握杆 4 的施力连接件、以及拖把头 1 的转向施力组件,其中 T 形钢 2 必须为强固应力材质,故以钢铁开模铸造本实用新型的 T 形钢 2 。
由于 一般拖把左右上下活动各零件连接空隙具有施力传递不直接、不精确、较不好控制 等缺 点,故本实用新型的 T 形钢 2 只能上下摆动没有左右摆动的原因即针对此项缺点而设计成握杆 4 的应力传递以握杆 4 、 连接管 3 与 T 形钢 2 的第 三 端连 成一直线,其应力传递效果好,可以更顺畅、更稳定地使用。
应力传递实施方式:拖地时,施力于本实用新型的双面拖把具有往下压、前推或拉回两种主要力量使用,此两种力量作用于握杆 4 后,经 连接管 3 传递给 T 形钢 2 的 相对两端 ( 横杆 ) , T 形钢 2 的 相对两端 ( 横杆 ) 传力量至 拖把头 1 的拖地面,最后拖地面施力于拖把布 18 来清洁地面。
此应力因 T 形钢 2 的 相对两端 ( 横杆 ) 位居 拖把头 1 一边约三分之一左右,实际上因为 T 形钢 2 的 相对两端重心低,已快到地板能紧紧稳定压住 拖把头 1 ,其同样具有 像 T 形钢 2 的 相对两端 放于拖把头 1 的中央的效果, 所以 一样可以使来自握杆 4 应力 平均施力于 拖地面,不会有如同传统双面拖把施力点 在拖把头一边 ( 握杆与 拖把头连接处 ) ,造成应力最后完全集中于拖把头一边,造成有时施力时会引起拖把头翘起,影响 拖地清洁效果。
拖地面 与魔鬼毡 5 和拖把布 18 的实施方式:在本实用新型中,魔鬼毡 5 与拖把布 18 因需配合双面拖把的拖把头 1 的 拖地面 翻面使用,和弥补中央缺口 6 无支撑面,故设计添加一魔鬼毡中央小块 19 ,弥补因为中央缺口 6 无支撑面,清洁效果较差情况。
请 参考 图 4 所示,在中央缺口 6 的前方加贴魔鬼毡中央小块 19 ,拖把布 18 较凸出,故清洁效果较好,能弥补后面中央缺口 6 无支撑面而造成清洁效果较差的情况,使整个 拖地面 效果均匀。
在本实用新型的双面拖把的 拖地面上设计 两种凹凸面不同高度,目的是为了减少拖地面有贴魔鬼毡 5 与拖地面没有贴魔鬼毡 5 的凹凸面过大,应力达不到凹面,影响拖把布 18 的清洁效果。其中拖地面的凹面部分 16 贴上魔鬼毡 5 和魔鬼毡中央小块 19 后会微凸于没贴魔鬼毡 5 的凸面部分 17 ,并在贴上拖把布 18 之后,有贴魔鬼毡 5 和魔鬼毡中央小块 19 的拖把布部分会凸于没贴魔鬼毡 5 的拖把布 18 部分,形成有贴魔鬼毡 5 和魔鬼毡中央小块 19 的拖把布 18 先接触地面有较大压力与清洁效果;然后,没贴魔鬼毡 5 的拖把布 18 因 拖地面的 凹凸面不同高度设计,能减少拖把布 18 贴魔鬼毡 5 后的凹凸差距,使拖把布 18 凹面部分 16( 拖把布没有贴魔鬼毡的部分 ) 也能接受来自握把 4 应力而能清洁地板。
由此可知,本实用新型是应用此特性,加上中央缺口 6 缺少拖地面支撑,因而设计中央缺口 6 的前方魔鬼毡中央小块 19 来补强因无 拖地面 支撑而影响清洁效果的情况,而使整片拖把面清洁效果趋于一致。
此外,本实用新型的双面拖把因中央缺口 6 面积小,可使用一般矩形拖把布,拖把布四边无缺口,拖把布长宽比适中而容易清洗。
以上的叙述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例说明,本领域技术人员当可依据上述的说明而作其它种种的改良,惟这些改变仍属于本实用新型的创作精神及所申请的权利要求范围中。

Claims (1)

1 、一种双面拖把,其特征在于,包含:
一 双面拖把头 ;
一 T 形钢,其相对两端设置在该 双面 拖把头的一中央缺口二侧的 T 形钢轴洞内,其中该 双面拖把头以该 T 形钢的相对二端为旋转轴而转动;
一连接管,连接该 T 形钢的相异于该相对二端的第三端;
一握杆,连接于该连接管。
2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的双面拖把,其特征在于,其中该 双面拖把头的一第一拖地面与一第二拖地面的相对接合处分别为一圆弧边结构。
3 、根据权利要求 1 所述的双面拖把,其特征在于,其中该双面拖把头经过一左拖把头及一右拖把头黏接后形成的该中央缺口形成有一供该 T 形钢第三端旋转通过的空间。
4 、根据权利要求 1 所述的双面拖把,其特征在于,其中该双面拖把头包括一右拖把头及一相对应该右拖把头的左拖把头,且复数个连接圆柱棒的相对二端系分别黏接于该右拖把头及该左拖把头的复数个连接圆柱洞。
5 、根据权利要求 2 所述的双面拖把,其特征在于,其中该双面拖把头的 第一拖地面与第二拖地面分别具有一凹面部分及一凸面部分,该 凹面部分在黏贴上一魔鬼毡之后,微凸于没黏贴该魔鬼毡的该凸面部分 。
