Abstract
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation material, in particular to a thermal insulation material suitable for use on or within walls, floors, ceilings or other surfaces. In particular, but not exclusively, the present invention relates to thermally insulating members comprising an outer shell (14) and an inner core (12), the inner core (12) comprising a plurality of elongate tubular elements (121A). Thermally insulating members in accordance with the invention are particularly suited to formation as blocks (10) or panels (100).
