Abstract

本发明实施例涉及传输速率控制方法、移动性管理实体和通讯系统。传输速率控制方法包括:第一基站接收移动性管理实体 MME发送的用户设备聚合最大比特速率 UE-AMBR;第一基站根据U E-AMBR,确定用于第一基站的第一 UE-AMBR和用于第二基站的第二 UE-AMBR,其中,第一基站基于第一 UE-AMBR控制与用户设备 UE 间的传输速率;及第一基站向第二基站发送第二 UE-AMBR,用于第二基站基于第二 UE-AMBR控制与 UE 间的传输速率。根据本发明实施例,针对跨基站的载波聚合,实现第一基站基于第一 UE-AMBR 控制与用户设备 UE 间的传输速率,及第二基站基于第二 UE-AMBR控制与 UE 间的传输速率,提高 UE-AMBR的利用率并保证各个基站与 UE 间的传输速率稳定。
