Technical Field related to the Innovation
This innovation is related to the advanced toilet seat that provides water saving by the virtue of manual air bellows in the toilet seat (1 ) and prevents undesirable water splashes by the virtue of sealing under covers (1 1).
The current situation of the technique
As is known, there are many innovations in our country and the world regarding the reducing water amounts that have been used from flushers where the water closets are connected in the toilets. Hence, there is no doubt that the water resources have been reducing in our world because of global warming. By taking into the consideration of this reality, the requirements about the products that provide water saving have been increasing day by day together with the researches that have been carried out in entire world. Up to day,
In order to save water particularly used in the water closets, the designers have carried out some activities regarding the flushers and by this means, while 10 liters were using for solid wastes in the water closets and 5 liters were using for liquid wastes, this rate has been reducing at the rate of 40% nowadays thanks to the new developments and 6 liters have been used for solid wastes and 3 liters have been used for liquid wastes.
In order to save the water used in the water closets, the designers have been usually involved in the developments about flushers however water saving system that we have been developing in our innovation is completely different so that there is manual air bellow in the toilet seat (1) and by this means, 80% water savings has been providing. In addition, 2 liters have been using for solid waste and 1 liter has been using for liquid waste in the water closets by means of our innovation.
In our researches that we have carried out regarding our innovation, we have learned that there were some designs where the compressed air has previously stored by means of various electrical compressor and then this compressed air has been used to provide water saving however, these designs were not successful in the power failure because of the water saving percentage and electricity requirement and hence,
these have not preferred according our international researches. For this reason, the system that has been activated by the power is very expensive and difficult to use in our today's construction technology indeed.
In fact, our innovation regarding water closet seat mechanism that has been used in our new developed toilets has provided 80% water saving without any power requirement.

Combination steps of the above mentioned innovated parts
There are manual compressed air bellows remain between our cover numbered (2) and numbered (3) on the upper section of our toilet seat connected each other by the knuckles. By means of the stretched lock apparatus (Figure-1 1) that enable the closet stone (5) rapted to the water channels (7), our other cover numbered (4) could be assembled to the closet stone (5) in case of the requirement. The functions of our fixed cover numbered (4) and two mobilized covers numbered (2) and (3) that act as bellows are as follows:
Functional Steps of our Innovation
As is shown in our figures (Figure- 1) that explain our innovation visually, due to the fact that the covers numbered (2) and numbered (3) are upright and in order to carry out its functions of our manual compressed air bellows properly between these mobilized covers (1), firstly, a person who fulfills the need of toilet by seating over the cover numbered (4) fixed into the closet stone undermost and by keeping the holders of the cover numbered (3) that is one of the two mobilized covers (Figure 2) and by closing the cover numbered (4) as it is shown and by keeping the holders (8) of the cover numbered (2) of our mobilized bellows that are stretched and by pressing it rapidly downward (8), as is shown in (Figure-3), the process shall be completed by sending them to the drain down pipes (6a) for all solid and liquid wastes in the pressured figure through the water to prevent the smell in the inner part of the (5) water closet
stone by means of wide volume and compressed air (6) in the stretched bellows (1).
In order to prevent the smell from the empty closet drain, we have been using sufficient water that will fill the drain from our flusher (1 or 2 liters water).
As is understood, in our innovation, any water is used to send the toilet wastes to the drain pipes.
In order to prevent only smells coming from the drain (6a), we use the water (1 or 2 liters waters). Due to the pressure (6) applied to the drain in the pressured figure of the solid and liquid wastes in front of the compressed air (6) sent to the drain of our closet (6a), thanks to our innovation so that we could prevent the obstruction of the drain facility (6a).
Formation Steps of our Innovation
There are 3 flexible seal channels (1 1-a) in accordance with the ovoid structure of the closet ceramic underneath of our each covers and our cover numbered (4) under the closet seat that has been designed successively and connected by the three knuckles (10). These grooves underneath of our covers (1 1 -a), these have been produced to be rapted into the cover in the figure.
As soon as we compress the seals in the figure to prevent the air bleeding of the bellows of our top closed cover numbered (2) under our covers (1 11 -a) and to prevent the air bleeding in our fabrics,
it is composed of pressing our bellows fabric's sub-section (11 -a) to the sub-seal channel (3) of medium bellows cover which's center is hole.
Thanks to our PVT seal (1 1 ) located between the underneath of the cover numbered 4 and closet ceramic (5), the person who wants to fulfill his/her toilet requirement sits on the closet seat, could prevent the undesirable water splashes and during the contact position with the sealed closet cover (4) , because of the density of the PVT seal, it could be flexible so that
the flexible comforts could be provided accordingly.
Almost in the inner part of the PVT seal channels (1 1-a) that are the round figured under the seat of our seating cover numbered four (4), our cover could be connected to the water discharge wall (7) of water closet ceramic stone (5) from various places and could be produced by special design thin galvanized material (13),
(Figure- 1 1) and could be also produced by flexible PVC and as soon as assembling our strip ladder gear and screwed lock (Figure 1 1 ) to the cover, the hook (13) and this strip ladder gear screwed (14) lock (Figure- 1 l )could be also connected to water channels (7) where closet stone seat places are available through two three points upon the request and by means of firm tightness between seating cover numbered 4 of our PTV seal (Figure-9) and closet stone (5) (1 1-b), PTV seal (1 1) design of our cover that prevents the undesirable water splashes and compressed air (6) and
protective walls for our cover numbered four (4) have been used accordingly
(Figure-7).
After producing special design cover sub PTV seals (1 1) to prevent the compressed air of the closet covers (6) and water leakage in extrusion by endless dimension and after rapting our covers to the sub-section channels (1 1-a) and as soon as providing eclipse figure of the closet tile (5) (Figure-9), we have combined two edges of our seal (1 1) that was cut. For this purpose, we could provide the tightness of our seal indeed (1 1).
Our manual closet cover bellows (1) could be produced from nylon fabric (6) that produce compressed air more than the volume in the sub-below empty part (5-a) and at the wide of (1 1 -b) closet ceramic tile (5) as well as it could be produced by flexible PVC as blower together with the cover in the injection machine and
Its form could be protected thanks to the arch pockets (1-a) that rounds during the fabric including the arch (6-b) and thanks to the steel enesion (6-b) arch that provide regular movements of the fabric indeed. Its form could be protected thanks to the arch pockets (1 -a) that rounds during the fabric including the arch (6-b) and thanks to the steel enesion (6-b) arch that provide regular movements of the fabric indeed. Then, the fabric could be kept in regular form.
There are handles that we could use the vacuumed cover bellows (1 ) manually available in the front edge of the closet covers and at the same time, there are also handles to provide hygiene (8) accordingly. These boss handles (8) could be also produced by means of injection printing in front of our cover and in order to provide decorative views then, these could be produced as respective metal. Because of these boss handles (8), the closet cover could be used in a hygienic figure as well.
The knuckles that are connected the closet covers each other and that are connected to the closet tile ( 10) by means of injection printing based on PVC and upon the request, these could be also produced by vermeil indeed.
Application type of the innovation to the industry
1- The blower fabric of our innovation could be produced by nylon fabric available in the market by means of sewed or resistance printing system or could be also produced by the mould technology based on pvc including the complete plastic injection printing.
2- We could produce steel enesion arch (figure-6b) that keeps the blower fabric of our innovation ( 1 -a) by bending it from steel wire in various dimension and thickness.
3- due to the fact that we could produce the knuckles of our innovation (10) plastically by means of injection technology and we could also produce them from rough material and nickel plating to tighten and to add decorative view as well upon the desire of the customers.
4-On the other hand, we could produce the handles of our innovation (8) together with the cover plastically by means of injection technology and upon the request, we could also produce them respectively from rough material and nickel plating to add decorative view for the model as well.
5- In order to prevent air and water outlet to the water channels regarding our lock system that tightens (7) the closet stone (5), the underneath cover (4) of our innovation could be produced plastically by the injection technology (figure 1 1 ) and, we could also produce them respectively from rough material and nickel plating to add decorative view for the model as well.
Additionally, we could produce all covers of our innovation numbered (2), (3) and (4) plastically by means of the injection molding technology, we could also produce them as a different model for the decorative purpose upon the request as special lacquer painted, MDF tree in CNC machines by means of automatic freezes from MDF plates in accordance with the requested model and type.
6- At the same time, we could manufacture our TPV rubber seals (1 1) available under the covers of our innovation as injection molding printing and after manufacturing them by means of extruder system in unlimited dimension and by cutting them in accordance with the desired dimension and by designing them upon the request, we could produce them by adhering their two edges by welding.
