Abstract

본 발명에 따른 인터 레이어 예측 방법은, 인핸스먼트 레이어에 속한 인핸스먼트 기준 샘플의 위치를 기반으로, 참조 레이어 내에서 인핸스먼트 기준 샘플에 대응되는 참조 기준 샘플의 위치를 결정하는 단계, 참조 기준 샘플의 위치를 기반으로, 참조 레이어에서 적어도 하나의 참조 레이어 블록을 결정하는 단계 및 적어도 하나의 참조 레이어 블록의 움직임 정보를 기반으로, 인핸스먼트 레이어에 속한 현재 블록에 대해 예측을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
