The indoor air contains various substances that are uncomfortable or toxic to the human body, such as dust, pollen, cigarette smoke, and exhaled air. Particularly in recent years, since houses are airtight, harmful substances tend to accumulate in the room. Therefore, it is difficult to perform natural ventilation to open the window of the room in areas with severe air pollution, homes or workplaces with hay fever patients, etc., so an air purifier that has a function of purifying air with a filter that purifies indoor air Has become widespread.
In order to purify the air and adjust the air to a more comfortable humidity, air purifiers with a humidifying function have been commercialized. In such air purifiers, the air purifier is purified by passing through the filter section. The conditioned air is further humidified by passing through a humidification filter.
It also has an ion generator that generates positive ions H + (H2 O) n (n is a natural number) and negative ions O2-(H2 O) m (m is a natural number). Air purifiers that inactivate blowout, mold floating in the air, bacteria, and the like have also been commercialized.
In Patent Document 1, a blower for sucking air from a suction port and blowing it out from a blower outlet, a first dust collecting filter that collects coarse dust contained in air sucked from the suction port, and an air odor are removed. The air cleaner provided with the deodorizing filter and the 2nd dust collection filter which collects the fine dust contained in air is described. In this conventional air purifier, the first dust collection filter, the deodorizing filter, and the second dust collection filter are arranged side by side in a direction intersecting the ventilation direction in the filter storage chamber communicating with the suction port, and a plurality of ventilation holes are arranged. The suction port is closed by a rear panel having a hole. Thus, since the 1st dust collection filter, the deodorizing filter, and the 2nd dust collection filter are all arranged in the direction which intersects the ventilation direction, for example, the deodorization part is arranged along the ventilation direction. Compared to the case, the size in the ventilation direction is small, and the deodorizing ability can be improved while suppressing the increase in size of the air purifier.

However, in the conventional air cleaner described in Patent Document 1, a roll-over J-shaped locking knob is provided on the upper part of the rear panel that closes the suction port, and the J-shaped start end side of the locking knob is located on the rear panel. Since it protrudes from the inner surface side to the outer surface side, the latching knob protrudes from the rear panel surface with the rear panel attached to the suction port. For this reason, when the protruding locking knob comes into contact with an article outside the air cleaner and the air cleaner main body is difficult to carry, or when an unintended external force is applied to the locking knob, the rear panel There is a problem that the convenience of the user is impaired, such as losing.

Hereinafter, embodiments of an air purifier according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a front perspective view of an air cleaner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of the air cleaner 1 of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a diagram of the air cleaner 1 of FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the rear panel 7 of FIG. In FIG. 3, the left side of the paper surface is the front side (front side) of the air cleaner 1, the right side of the paper surface is the back side (rear side) of the air cleaner 1, and the vertical direction of the paper surface is the left-right direction of the air cleaner 1.
The air cleaner 1 of this embodiment has an air cleaning function by deodorization and dust collection, an air cleaning function by positive ions and negative ions (hereinafter referred to as positive and negative ions), and an air humidification function. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the air purifier 1 includes a vertical rectangular parallelepiped casing 6, and as shown in FIG. 3, the air purifier 1 is installed in a room having a wall W and a floor F. 6 is placed on the floor F in such a posture that the back side of the wall 6 faces the wall W. The air cleaner according to the present embodiment includes a first ventilation path 3, a second ventilation path 4, and a control chamber 60 that are partitioned from each other inside the casing 6, and an operation panel is provided on the top cover 62 of the casing 6. 2. Casters 15 and 15 are provided on the bottom cover 64.
First, the first ventilation path 3 will be described. In the first ventilation path 3, an air purification unit 11, a humidifying filter unit 5, a first blower 13 and the like are arranged. The first air passage 3 is divided by a partition wall 31 into a rear (back side) filter housing portion 3a and a front (front side) blowout air passage 3b. The rear cover 63 of the housing 6 has a suction port 33 that is an opening for taking in and out the air purification unit 11. The filter housing portion 3 a communicates with the outside through the suction port 33. Further, the blowout air passage 3 b communicates with the outside through the air outlet 34 provided in the top cover 62 of the housing 6, and the filter housing portion 3 a and the blowout air passage 3 b are provided below the partition wall 31. It communicates with each other through the provided opening 31a. The rear panel 7 is detachably fitted into the suction port 33 which is an opening, and a plurality of vent holes 71, 71,... Are formed. Therefore, in detail, the air flowing through the suction port 33 is air flowing through the vent holes 71, 71,. The air purification unit 11 is accommodated in the air purification chamber 35.
集塵フィルタ112は、例えば、公知のHEPA(High Efficiency Particulate Air)フィルタであり、通気中に含まれる微細な塵埃を捕集、除去する作用をなす。 The air purifying unit 11 includes a rectangular deodorizing filter 111 and a dust collecting filter 112. The deodorizing filter 111 has, for example, a configuration in which activated carbon is dispersed and held in a non-woven fabric, and has an action of adsorbing and removing odorous components during ventilation. The dust collection filter 112 is, for example, a publicly known HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate 、 Air) filter, and functions to collect and remove fine dust contained in the ventilation. Therefore, the air that has passed through the air purification unit 11 is purified by adsorbing and removing odor components and collecting and removing dust. The air purified by the air purification unit 11 is humidified by the humidifying filter unit 5.
The rear panel 7 is a lid having a rectangular plate shape in front view made of, for example, synthetic resin. As described above, the rear panel 7 has a plurality of vent holes 71, 71,..., And further includes finger-hanging recesses 72, 72, a plurality of flexible pieces 73, 73,. A nail 74 is provided.
The finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 are provided on the left and right sides of the upper edge 7 b of the rear panel 7. The finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 include a wall surface formed in a semi-cylindrical shape with both edges standing perpendicular to the outer surface 7 a from the outer surface 7 a side toward the inner surface side, and a wall surface on the inner surface side. The height of the semi-cylindrical wall surface perpendicular to the outer surface 7a may be a dimension that allows a fingertip to be hung on the wall surface (for example, about 5 mm to 15 mm). This is because the finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 shown in FIG. 4 are recessed both when viewed from the outer surface 7a side and when viewed from the upper edge 7b, but open to the upper edge 7b side. The finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 may also have a wall surface on the upper edge 7b side. In this case, the finger-holding recesses 72, 72 are formed to be recessed from the outer surface 7a. The finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 may be formed apart from the upper edge 7b.
Two flexible pieces 73, 73,... Are provided in the vicinity of both sides of the finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 on the upper edge 7b of the rear panel 7, respectively. The flexible pieces 73, 73,... Project from the outer surface 7 a side toward the inner surface side, and have a truncated pyramid-shaped lock that locks the suction port 33 that is an opening at the tip. Each has a protrusion 73c. The flexible pieces 73, 73,... Bend perpendicularly to the thin plate surface.
The nail | claw 74 is provided in the lower edge 7d, and latches to the suction inlet 33 which is an opening part. The filter retainer 75 is a columnar member, and is provided on the side edge 7c of the rear panel 7 so as to protrude from the outer surface 7a side toward the inner surface side. The filter pressing portion 75 functions so that the tip portion on the inner surface side presses the air purification portion 11.
The humidifying filter unit 5 includes a humidifying filter 50, a water tray 51, a drive gear 52, and an electric motor 53, and is disposed on the downstream side of the air purification unit 11 and on the upstream side of the opening 31a. The humidifying filter 50 is a sheet made of a material having a high water content and allowing ventilation, such as a non-woven fabric. The humidifying filter 50 is folded in a bellows shape so as to increase a contact area with the air to be ventilated, and forms a hollow disk-shaped holding frame 54. It is stored in. The water tray 51 stores water at a substantially constant water level using a known constant water level valve or the like, and supports the humidifying filter 50 and the holding frame 54 by two roller members (not shown) provided therein.
A driven gear 55 is attached along the outer periphery of the holding frame 54, and the driven gear 55 and the drive gear 52 disposed on the humidifying filter 50 are engaged with each other. When the driving gear 52 is rotated by the electric motor 53 disposed on the upper side of the humidifying filter 50, the driving force is transmitted to the driven gear 55, and the humidifying filter 50 and the holding frame 54 are rotated. As the humidifying filter 50 rotates, the portion immersed in the water receiving tray 51 sequentially moves in the circumferential direction to suck up water, and the entire humidifying filter 50 is in a state of containing moisture. As a result, the air that has passed through the humidifying filter 50 is humidified. On the other hand, when the humidifying filter 50 is not rotating, the air that has passed through the humidifying filter 50 hardly absorbs moisture.
The first blower 13 includes a fan motor 131 and a fan 132, and the fan motor 131 rotationally drives the fan 132. The fan 132 is a multi-blade impeller having a plurality of blades whose rotation center side is displaced in the rotation direction with respect to the outer edge, in other words, a sirocco fan having a cylindrical shape. The fan motor 131 is fixed to the outside of the wall of the blowing air passage 3b. The fan 132 is fixed to the output shaft of the fan motor 131 and is disposed opposite to the opening 31 a below the partition wall 31. When the fan 132 rotates, outside air is introduced into the filter housing portion 3a through the suction port 33 and flows forward in the filter housing portion 3a as shown by the white arrow in FIG. The air is sucked into the fan 132 through the opening 31 a below the partition wall 31. The air sucked into the fan 132 changes its direction upward and is led out into the blowout air passage 3b, and is sent to the outside through the air outlet 34 at the end of the blowout air passage 3b.
Further, in the blowout air passage 3b, the air passage wall surfaces 36a and 36b for guiding the air from the fan 132 to the air outlet 34 are arranged so as to be inclined from the front lower side to the rear upper side, and the wind direction provided in the air outlet 34 The restricting plates 37, 37,... Are also inclined so as to incline from the front lower side to the rear upper side. Thereby, the 1st ventilation path 3 blows off air from the blower outlet 34 toward back diagonally upward direction. Note that the air blown toward the rear obliquely upward rises along the wall W, flows in a direction away from the wall W along the ceiling, descends near the wall on the opposite side of the room, and moves along the floor F. Circulates in the room by flowing in the direction of the wall W.
Next, the second ventilation path 4 will be described. An air filter 40, a second blower 14, an ion generator 12, an ion sensor 17, and the like are disposed in the second ventilation path 4. The second ventilation path 4 is divided by the second blower 14 into a lower suction chamber 4a and an upper blowout chamber 4b. The front part 61 of the housing 6 has a front panel 611 and a front cover 612, and the suction port 41 is provided in the front cover 612. The front panel 611 covers the upper side of the suction port 41 and both left and right sides from the front side. The suction chamber 4 a communicates with the outside through the suction port 41. The air outlet 42 opens at a boundary portion between the front panel 611 and the top cover 62 of the housing 6, and the air outlet chamber 4 b communicates with the outside via the air outlet 42, and the air outlet 4 a The chambers 4b communicate with each other via the second blower 14.
The air filter 40 is, for example, a rough lattice net, and is detachably disposed on the suction port 41. The air filter 40 collects and removes coarse dust contained in the air flowing into the suction chamber 4a.
The second blower 14 includes a fan motor (not shown) and a fan 142, and the fan motor drives the fan 142 to rotate about a horizontal axis. The fan 142 is a cross-flow fan having a cylindrical multi-blade impeller having a plurality of blades whose outer edge side is displaced in the rotation direction with respect to the rotation center. The fan 142 is arranged so that the direction of the rotation center is the left-right direction of the air cleaner 1. The fan motor is fixed inside the housing 6 by a support portion (not shown). The fan 142 is fixed to the output shaft of the fan motor and rotates by driving the fan motor. As the fan 142 rotates, the indoor air (specifically, the air below the front of the housing 6) passes through the suction port 41 as shown by the solid arrow in FIG. The air sucked into the air 4 flows into the blowout chamber 4b from the suction chamber 4a and blows out into the room through the blowout port 42. On the wall surface of the blowout chamber 4b, an ion generator 12 is disposed on the upstream side, and an ion sensor 17 is disposed on the downstream side.
The ion generator 12 is fixed to the wall of the blowout chamber 4b, and has a needle-like discharge electrode and an induction electrode arranged opposite to the discharge electrode. The discharge electrode to which a high voltage is applied causes a corona discharge to be positive or negative. Generate ions. The discharge electrode of the ion generator 12 is exposed to the blowout chamber 4b, and the generated positive and negative ions float in the air flowing through the blowout chamber 4b and are sent out together with the air from the blowout port 42. Positive and negative ions released into the room together with the air blown out through the air outlet 42 kill or inactivate fungi, viruses, allergens, etc., and cause substances that cause malodors (for example, organic compounds such as acetaldehyde). Decompose.
The ion sensor 17 detects positive and negative ions flowing through the blowing chamber 4b. This detection result shows the number of positive and negative ions flowing through the blowing chamber 4b, and thus the number of positive and negative ions generated by the ion generator 12. When the amount of positive and negative ions generated by the ion generator 12 is below a predetermined amount, it can be seen that the ion generator 12 is fouled or deteriorated.
In the suction chamber 4a, the air flows from the front lower side to the rear upper side, and in the blowing chamber 4b, the air flows in the front upper side. In addition, the air direction restriction plate 43 is disposed at the air outlet 42 in order to restrict the direction in which the air flows, and the second ventilation path 4 is provided in front of the air so that the blown air can easily reach the central portion of the room. Air blows diagonally upward.
The direction of air blown out from the second ventilation path 4 is different from the direction of air blown out from the first ventilation path 3. That is, air is blown out from the first ventilation path 3 in the diagonally upward rear direction, and air is blown out from the second ventilation path 4 diagonally upward in the front, and the first ventilation path 3 and the second ventilation path. The air is blown out obliquely upward from 4 and in a direction opposite to each other in plan view.
Next, attachment and removal of the air purification unit 11 to the air purification chamber 35 will be described. When the air purifying unit 11 is used for a long time, dust and odor adhere to it and the dirt progresses, the dust and odor adsorbing power decreases, and it becomes a resistance to suck in air, and the purification efficiency of the air purifier, Reduce power efficiency. In order to clean or replace the air purification unit 11 that has become dirty, it is necessary to remove it from the air purification chamber 35 and attach it to the air purification chamber 35 after cleaning or replacement.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram for explaining the insertion and removal of the air purifying unit 11, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the suction port 33 and the upper portion of the rear panel 7 showing a state before the rear panel 7 is attached, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the suction port 33 and the upper portion of the rear panel 7 showing an intermediate state, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the suction port 33 and the upper portion of the rear panel 7 showing a state after the rear panel is attached. The air purification unit 11 is inserted from the suction port 33 that is an opening, and is placed on the lower surface 35 a of the air purification chamber 35. The upper surface 35c of the air purification chamber 35 is longer in the direction (front-rear direction) in which the air purification unit 11 is inserted than the lower surface 35a, and the end surface 35b with which the air purification unit 11 abuts is inclined upward in the forward direction. Yes. The air purifying unit 11 stands vertically when placed on the lower surface 35a, but is further pushed by the filter pressing unit 75 so as to incline forward by fitting the rear panel 7 to the end surface 35b. It is attached in a state of being inclined along. By inclining the air purification unit 11 in this manner, a gap is provided between the air purification unit 11 and the rear panel 7, and the resistance to air suction from the outside is reduced, and the entire air purification unit 11 is externally provided. Air can be passed through.
When attaching the rear panel 7 to the suction port 33, the user holds the rear panel 7, and the claw 74 provided on the lower edge 7 d of the rear panel 7 is formed on the lower edge portion 33 b of the suction port 33. Insert into the locking hole 33d from top to bottom. Next, when the user fits the rear panel 7 into the suction port 33 with the claw 74 as a fulcrum, the upper edge of the rear panel 7 approaches the rear cover 63 of the housing 6 as shown in FIG. It becomes. The flexible pieces 73, 73,... Come into contact with the corners of the rear cover 63 and the upper edge 33 a of the suction port 33 when the inclined surfaces of the respective truncated pyramid-shaped locking projections 73 c come into contact with the corners. Pressed and begins to bend. Further, when the user pushes the outer surface 7a of the rear panel 7 by hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the bending of the flexible pieces 73, 73,. The upper part of the abutment comes into contact with the upper edge 33a of the suction port 33. Further, when the user pushes in the rear panel 7, as shown in FIG. 8, the respective locking protrusions 73c of the flexible pieces 73, 73,... Are engaged with the locking portions 33c. The rear panel 7 is coupled to the housing 6.
When removing the rear panel 7 from the suction port 33, the user puts a finger on the finger-holding recess 72 and pulls it forward, thereby applying a backward force to the upper edge 7b of the rear panel 7. When the user gives a force, the flexible pieces 73, 73,... Are pressed by the inclined surfaces of the respective locking projections 73c being brought into contact with the locking portions 33c, and are bent. When the user puts his / her finger on the finger-hanging recess 72 and the rearward force applied to the upper edge 7b of the rear panel 7 increases, the flexure of the flexible pieces 73, 73,. The locking projection 73c and the locking portion 33c are unlocked, and the upper portion of each locking projection 73c comes into contact with the upper edge portion 33a of the suction port 33. Furthermore, the rear panel 7 is removed from the suction port 33 when the user puts his finger on the finger-holding recess 72 and pulls it toward him. After removing the rear panel 7, the air purification unit 11 is removed from the air purification chamber 35.
Here, when removing the rear panel 7 from the suction port 33, the user removes the rear panel 7 by a pulling force toward the front, but puts a finger on the finger-hanging recess 72 and exerts a force to press the finger-holding recess 72 downward. If it adds, it will become easy to apply the pulling force. This is because the frictional force between the fingertip and the finger-hanging recess 72 is increased by the force pressing the finger-holding recess 72 downward, and the fingertip and the finger-holding recess 72 are less likely to slip when the rear panel 7 is pulled forward. It is.
As described above, by providing the rear panel 7 with the finger hanging recesses 72, 72 and the flexible pieces 73, 73,..., The flexible pieces 73, 73, .. Enters the inside of the housing 6, and as shown in FIG. 2, the finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 are recessed from the outer surface 7 a of the rear panel 7. 33) The locking means ( fittings 72, 72 and the flexible pieces 73, 73,...) For attaching the rear panel 7 to the rear panel 7 does not protrude. This eliminates inconvenience of transportation caused by the protruding locking means, or detachment of the rear panel 7 due to unintended external force, and improves the convenience for the user.
Further, the housing 6 has a suction port 33 that is an opening on the side surface (rear cover 63), the rear panel 7 is rectangular, and the upper edge 7b has finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 and flexible pieces 73, 73,. Since the rear panel 7 can be removed by placing the finger on the finger-hanging recesses 72 and 72 at the upper position of the air cleaner body, the workability is good. Further, even if a force for pressing the finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 is applied, the air purifier main body is pressed against the floor F, and the air purifier main body is not easily overturned when the rear panel 7 is removed. Further, since the claw 74 is provided on the lower edge 7d of the rear panel 7 and is engaged with the suction port 33 which is an opening, the rear panel 7 can be attached to the suction port 33 with the claw 74 as a fulcrum. Also, since the finger-hanging recesses 72, 72 are spaced apart from each other, the rear panel 7 can be securely attached to and removed from the suction port 33 by placing fingers of both hands over the finger-holding recesses 72, 72.
Further, by providing the flexible pieces 73, 73,... On both sides of the finger hanging recesses 72, 72, a location where the rear panel 7 is coupled to the opening (suction port 33) of the rear cover 63 of the housing 6. The rear panel 7 can be more reliably coupled to the opening (suction port 33) of the rear cover 63 of the housing 6.
Further, by making the locking protrusion 73c provided on the flexible pieces 73, 73,... Into a truncated pyramid-shaped protrusion, the inclined surface of the truncated pyramid of the locking protrusion 73c is formed between the rear cover 63 and the suction port. Since it abuts on the corner with the upper edge portion 33a of 33 and the engaging portion 33c, the force applied when attaching and removing the rear panel 7 can be reduced. Further, the air purifying unit 11 is pushed by the filter holding unit 75 so as to incline in the forward direction, and is attached in an inclined state along the end surface 35b. By inclining the air purification unit 11 in this manner, a gap is provided between the air purification unit 11 and the rear panel 7, and the resistance to air suction from the outside is reduced, and the entire air purification unit 11 is externally provided. Air can be passed through.
Further, as described above, the air purifier according to the present embodiment allows the first ventilation path 3 to provide air cleaning power by allowing air to flow through the first ventilation path 3 and the second ventilation path 4, respectively. The ions can be blown so as to increase the ion concentration in the upper front direction by the second ventilation path 4 while increasing. Further, the casters 15 and 15 having wheels facilitate the transportation of the air cleaner, and even when the main body of the air cleaner is moved by the casters 15 and 15, the opening (suction) of the rear cover 63 of the housing 6. Since the locking means for attaching the rear panel 7 to the opening 33) does not protrude, the locking means does not come into contact with other external articles during the transportation operation, and the convenience for the user is improved. .
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, but covers the technical scope of the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
