Abstract

A sports practice aid ( 10) is provided for aiding the striking accuracy of a stationary ball ( 14) by a user. The sports practice aid ( 10) includes a mat (12) with a plurality of indicators (20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32) thereon allowing a user to align himself relative a ball ( 14) and target so as to aid the striking of the ball ( i 4) in a consistent manner and direction.
