Abstract

Esta invención trata sobre la creación de una impresora digital de cartucho fijo de alta velocidad variable desde un metro a mil metros por minuto en la impresión al contar con varias regletas o cartuchos aplicadores de tinta para formatos pequeños o grandes con más de una línea de inyectores para imprimir, caracterizado por que cuentan con múltiples regletas cada una con varios inyectores que cubren el ancho por la longitud del formato máximo para el cual fue fabricado, fabricándose con este sistema impresoras para el hogar hasta industriales de gran formato, para tirajes cortos y como para tirajes largos de impresión utilizadas en las aplicaciones de rotograbado, flexografía, de carro, etc. Estas unidades o cartucho de impresión de color están ubicadas equidistantemente, para ubicar los sistemas de secado a través de rayos UV y/o por medio de flautas con múltiples y pequeños orificios que esparcen el aire caliente o frió según sea la necesidad sobre el sustrato secando la tinta recién aplicada y por la flauta contigua con orificios absorbe el aire caliente o frió con el solvente evaporado de la tinta aplicada, creando así una atmosfera neutral y tranquila cambiante con alto rendimiento de secado que no crea turbulencias, evitando así que se corra la tinta del sustrato, ya que se necesita un sistema eficiente debido a la aplicación continua y simultanea al ancho del formato, por tener estos cartuchos el ancho del formato con varias líneas de orificios o inyectores ubicados en forma traslapada entre línea y línea cuenta con limpiadores pivotantes individuales de inyectores con materiales absorbentes, permitiendo así una aplicación de las imágenes más nítidas y eficientes en tiempos record.
